i was BT customer Account number *A/C no. removed. till today and now found out my account is closed??
i join BT in JULY 2013 as BT phone and broadband customer and then in august 2013 i found out that my phone line is shifted to some other company XLN telecom without my permission and i ring BT and told them i donot want to go to any other company and like to stay with bt and customer service team told me they sort out the problem and i dont have to worry.
the i call again in october and told them no action is taken with my complain and they advise me to place the order to seitch the line to them and i done that and got the order ref no *removed for security and it was going to be activated on 6th of november 2013.and i thought ok some thing is solved then 2days ago my broadband stop working and i try to get answer from bt but no joy.and today in the morning got the email from bt telling me my brond band is going to shif to other provider and if i wan to stop contact them by 2pm .i ring BT customer services around 11am and they told me my account is closed and they canot do any thing i have to place new order for both phone and broad band.i told them i didnot give permission to anyone to shift my services but only answer get they cannot do any thing.BT took money from my account and that time they are happy to do but donot want to help.
i am very frustrated and unhappy with bt .i lost lot of business by not having broadban because i work from home online.
any suggesion please

  • Customer Service is USELESS and they LIE

    I spend about $250/month with this "business" but maybe not much longer.  I have 4 X1 boxes and 2 Digital HD adapters.  One adapter had issues (no sound on select channels (I hooked TV up to the other adapter and it worked fine so box was problem) so I returned it to a local service center.  The positive was the new service center in Bolingbrook IL was well staffed and handled exchange very well and the young man seemed knowledgable.  Unfortunately the positives ended there.  When I got home I called to activate the new Digital HD box.  After 15 minutes I had something - just NOT WHAT I PAY FOR.  I received the basic channels but nothing else.  I called back an hour later and spent another 15 minutes on phone (they said give it 30 minutes to update).  Still had same basic channels, no HD channels and not all the 200+ I should have.  Called back 2 hours later and after 30 minutes the young lady said she could not resolve the issue because she was an X1 specialist so she said she would transfer me to an area that handled Digital Adapters - after 4-5 minutes I get someone that it was basically a cold call to - knew nothing about the hour I previously spent on the phone.  He said that since I was an "X1" customer her could not help but tried.  I asked to speak with a supervisor but was told "he was in a meeting with "Comcast people" and he could not interupt but would leave a message to call me back.  Guess what - 5 hours later NO CALLBACK.  So much for the Customer Care Guarantee or whatever they call it for PR purposes.  At least they found the time to replace 30 Rock with Comcast huh??  Oh, and their surveys - 2 times I said call me back - guess what - NO CALLBACK there either.  And as so many customers no X1 still has so many problems - what 1-2 years after being introduced??  ATT internet may be slower but getting to point I'm thinking it can't be worse.  And contacting their "VP of Customer Service" online - what a sham..  Just a room of clerks that do nothing but leave messages and the next one knows zip about the previous ones.  How they got as big as they are is unreal given their poor poor poor customer service.

    When my 4th call took place this morning they finally said they would send a tech out ON TUESDAY. Since the problem is not the box I guess he/she will end up talking to the same people. The problem is that the backend codes they are sending do not recognize the services I pay for. This happened before but it just seems like no one there understands that

  • BEST BUY ONLINE NEEDS SOME HELP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS TO BE HELPFUL

    After having just spent an hour trying to order something that the website says was in stock, and then finding it really wasn't available, it became obvious to me that Best Buy online leaves something to be desired.  It seems like a classic bait and switch.  Get people to the website with a low priced "deal", only to find it isn't available, however a more expensive version is available.  
    So, I call customer service.  I get someone who assures me the order will go through, provide my credit card, redeem my points, and only to find it would not work after all, as it didn't for me.  So I ask for a supervisor.   And I get someone who says "I don't know" and has no answers except that this is the way it is.  To add salt to the wound, he announces that unlocked phones cannot be ordered via telephone.  When asked why the rep didn't know that, yes, another "I don't know".  
    As a Best Buy customer who spends way too much money at Best Buy, I find this entire situation unacceptable.  As they say, vote with your feet, I will be exploring other stores to spend my money at.  A website that says something is available, and then isn't, simply is bad business.  And customer service who can only say "I don't know" isn't really customer service at all.   
    A "out of the box" idea would be to listen to what I'm saying, and fix it; this isn't the first time this has happened.  Simply saying "I don't know" is only irritating customers who are trying to buy things from Best Buy.  I am so frustrated with the situation and I assure you I will look elsewhere for future needs/wants.

  • Want answers on recent order, Customer Service phone number not helping

    First off, here is why I called.
    I placed an order on May 30th (Saturday) for a few movies off of bestbuy.com. I checked the status of the order on the following Tuesday. One of the items was back ordered, but when I checked on Tuesday it was listed as being a part of the shipment, and that the order was processed and completed.
    I clicked on the shipping number for UPS and it states that the label has been printed and waiting on UPS to pick up. The order was SUPPOSE to have been delivered on this past Tuesday, June 10th. I clicked on the UPS link to make sure the package was on schedule and it still says that the label has been printed, and waiting for UPS to pick up. It is now Friday, June 13 and still no package, and UPS site still says it is waiting to pick up the package.
    Now the call/
    I called the Best Buy customer service line and went through the automated messaging to finally get to a customer service rep. When the rep picked up, he asked how he might help. I started to explain, and almost instantly he started saying "I'm sorry. I can't hear you. You can call us back, etc, etc. This call will be disconnected now." Well, if my voice was not coming through the phone, how did the automated messaging know how to direct me?
    So I called back, and once again got through the automated messaging to get to a service rep to find out what the status of my order was. I explained my situation and was told I would be transferred to someone who could help. And then the phone line went dead and I was again disconnected. So now I have to call back a third time find out where my order is that was suppose to be delivered at the beginning of the week, yet apparently has not even been given to UPS to be delivered.
    This is not the first time I have called the customer service line and been disconnected. This has happened in the past too. For instance, one time, I was forced to call the line 5 times before I was able to get properly transferred to the right person to talk to without getting disconnected.
    I just want to know where my order is that I have already been charged for, and no more of these games trying to see if I can get connected, or given a runaround. Can someone please help?

  • Attachments sent to customer service are not received.

    CRM Experts ,
    We have a typical issue . The business processes is as mentioned below.
    There are some customers who send their requests via e-mail with attached files to the client but the customer service agents in the Interaction Center are complaining that the attachments never arrive to their activity queue.
    In case they are sending their requests to someone`s private mailbox it is working fine.
    Valuable suggestion would be highly appreciative.

  • Service in England- Verizon customer service is useless

    Prior to my trip to England I went to my local Verizon store to have access (calls and texting only) set up with my Blackberry Tour. Here I am in England, did everything I was told to do: set to Global, turn off Data and While roaming. I have been unable to do anything with my phone since arriving 3 days ago. Two e-mails to Verizon's customer service e-mail over the past two days have gone unanswered (24 hour response time???). I finally gave up and bought a cheap phone (no contract, and unlocked) that I can use while here. Anyone else have a similar problem? If so, what did you do, as it appears hopeless that I'll ever get a response from Verizon's customer service. Contract up in September- AT&T, here I come!

  • Customer service - Online chat (anyone know what happened to it)?

    Because I don't think it is healthy for me to call Adobe support any longer (bottling up anger, frustration, rage, etc... is dangerous for one's health). Actually, I am usually a calm/jovial person, that is, until I began this Captivate 4/Connect Pro project. But after the last few tech 'support' calls to Adobe, I am worried that this faking politeness may be affecting my health.
    Anyhow, I thought I would try out my luck with the Adobe chat system. I have had successes in the past with this service. Unfortunately, I noticed that for the longest time, the chat system has been unavailable with the message:
    OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALISTS ARE OFFLINE NOW. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER.
    Does anyone know the status of this service?

    Please note Customer Service is a combination of Sales & Distribution and Plant Maintenance. the difference in between them, it is that:-
    1. Plant Maintenance is being done withing a company / plant, so billing is not get generated.
    2. Customer Service is used to external customer, so billing gets done and customers settles the bill.

  • Already made 4 calls to ask why there is extra charge on my bill, and all agents are useless to help

    I have cancelled my TV service and only kept the phone and internet service with Verizon since March 2013. I had returned the set top box, they have charged me 263 $ for that even after I returned back their equipment in a UPS box they had sent. 
    How can they not receive a TV box and remote in the UPS box they sent, with all addresses there to go to a Verizon offce and charging me. In fact, when contacting about the returned box, someone once confirmed that they received their equipment and will take care of the billing charges. Nothing seems happening after 2 months. When I again called today, the lady said they have never received the equipment and need tracking number...... it is so dissapointing to hear after 4th call in same matter. 
    is there any help how this VERIZON's bad treatment to customer can be addressed?

    I have had the same problem, so many apps do not work properly without it! Apple says the internet satellite, the Internet satellite says Apple, back and forth with the blame instead of fixing the problem. Have turned location on and off, reset everything multiple times ( lots of hours and bandwidth to download ), Siri is now working part time, I guess she has cut back her hours for the summer. Even in these forums was suggested to check with Skyhook who does the global positioning, and after hours with them, they ended up saying that they have nothing to do with it anymore, Apple does. All to no avail and much frustration! I wonder if this is happening with the iPhone's? i'd like to know if this is happening with others that do not use satellite as their ISP? That would help narrow down the argument with Apple vs. satellite. Fell for you! Someone please help us! Ta

    Custom Services are services which are implemented by application developer or consultant during design time and plugged into SAP standard software to perform specific task.
    These services are based on the customer requirements and is included into the flow blue print (standard flow defination of a data object).
    For eg : While performing Delta-download, you need to archive some data in DOE based on their business requirements.

    This question is directly to Verizon Wireless Customer Service: I recently had to cancel my contract because my husband is in the military and we have been stationed overseas. We went in with his official orders and received receipts that each of our numbers had been cancelled free of charge. Now I receive an email saying our bill is ready and it is more than twice as much as it should be. Problem is I can not log on to 1) see the bill because our account is not longer valid because we cancelled our contract 2) I can not contact customer service directly because unless I have a registered account (which I did but can no longer access because we cancelled our contract) I can not send an email and 3) I can not call the help desk unless I want to pay international calling fees because I cannot call the 800 number from a phone card. So my question is: how can I get a hold of a customer service rep to figure out what is going on with my bill?

    That's a bummer that once the contract is canceled, you no longer have access to your final bill on-line, huh?  And then there apparently is no way to contact Customer Service if you can't phone them or have an account (like you said, you can't e-mail if you don't have an account).
    As Ann154 mentioned, this is a customer-to-customer forum, so Customer Service reps just occasionally respond.
    Maybe a way around this is to e-mail one of the Verizon leadership team, explain why you are having to go that route, and see if they could direct your e-mail to the proper channel?  The Leadership Team web site is:

    Looking at the profiles, maybe send it to the Customer Service VP for the area where you lived when you had your account?  If you click on the blue View Profile button, you'll get their detailed bio and at the bottom of that, a blue Contact button that will let you e-mail them.
