BT will not accept my MAC code

I am currently with Sky Broadband, and have signed up to switch to BT Infinity 2 (now that Fibre is available in my area).
The BT order went through OK, and is on hold pending me providing the MAC from Sky.
Off I went to Sky and asked them for it, which they gave me.
Back I went to BT and keyed in my MAC in the Track your Order / Provide MAC screen.
.. and that's where my issue begins!
I type in the MAC I as given in "Step 1 of 2", hit the continue button. Doesn't tell me if it works, if it's invalid, etc, just refuses to move on and deletes the data I key. I input the MAC again, select Sky from the dropdown, hit continue .. and back it goes to the beginning. I cannot get past that first screen to get to Step 2.
Thinking the MAC must be wrong, I go back to Sky, they confirm the MAC to me again. I read it back to them, it's confirmed, I check a final time .. go back to BT and key the number in again .. and I just cannot get it to accept the code, which Sky have confirmed to me umpteen times as being valid!
Is there a problem with the BT site accepting MAC codes?!

Where are you trying to get Flash Player from? Downloading is different from installing but many malicious websites offer to supply Flash Player as a means of installing malicious software and gathering personal information (e.g., passwords). You should get Adobe Flash only from Adobe and this link lets you download the full installer (Mac OS X (Intel) DMG) and run it locally. At that point OS X will ask for your password and if you've been using it successfully for other purposes (e.g., changing some items in System Preferences), it should work there too. Is the address on your iTunes account exactly the same (format and spacing etc) as on your credit card bill : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646 ? If it is then you could try what it says at the bottom of that page :
If the issue persists, contact your credit card company and verify that they and any company they use to process credit card authorisations have the correct information on file.

I don't know if your symptoms are the same as mine, but my problem is the same. Specifically:
My update seemed to go fine, but I noticed that items in Notification Center were not current or missing, as compared to the iPhone. Also, when iTunes saw the iPad without it being connected by cable, the portion of the iTunes screen that displayed the OS status was blank, and it told me that I had to connect physically to update. When I did, iTunes confirmed that iOS 5 was indeed installed and current.
With this, I decided to shut down the iPad completely, and restart it. When it came back up, the lock screen had changed. I now get a full keyboard (not just a number pad). When I attempt to enter my 4-digit passcode (and I know I'm entering the correctone), the iPad won't take it. Now it's completely locked and I can't access it.
The odd thing is the way the screen changed to display a full keyboard on the lock screen. This didn't happen to the iPhone.
All devices are running the current versions of everything.

Trying to install Lightroom 5 on 2nd device, LR will not accept my licence code

I'm switching across from Aperture to LR5 and have successfully purchased and installed LR5 on my desktop. I have now downloaded a trial version onto my laptop, but when I tap in my licence code it will not allow me to proceed. I understand LR5 will allow me to use it on a max of 2 devices but clearly I need help!

I tend to agree with John, this is usually the issue (particularly since Adobe seem to hide the perpetual version download).
Also the latest version is 5.6 (both perpetual and CC), not sure where you could have downloaded 5.4 from.

KLOVE does a free download of the week. I've used this site before and have never had a problem until yesterday. i downloaded the "free" song and it charged me. i realize that its only 99 cents, but still, it should be free. i can't get itunes to accept my redemption code and don't know what to do. any suggestions? please help!

The message is a catch-all for any sort of anomaly with your payment information.
Log in to your account in iTunes. Make sure your name and address match exactly including ZIP code and punctuation. Verify it against a bank statement.
You must obviously be using a valid credit (not debit) card.

If you are actually using the serial number that was e-mailed to you after you verified your qualification as a student, and if that serial number is not working, then you will probably have to contact customer support. I was concerned that perhaps you were entering the number on the package. But it sounds like you are not doing that.

If it's a Core Duo, it can only be upgraded to 10.6.8; Mac OS X 10.6 DVDs are available in the online Apple Store.

when starting up after a erase/reinstall of Mac OS X 10.6 it will not accept any of my passwords/names, I had just entered my info and clicked on "continue", the cube began to turn and froze, a translucent screen came over the whole window and request that I restart the computer, after doing so, I got the start up sound and a message saying that OS X was starting up and then the sign in window, but when I entered my info it kept shaking/rejecting it, only thing I can think is that could I have possibly entered my password wrong twice, don't know, I'm still scratching my head.

Do it again, I'm afraid. Be sure you set up the initial admin account with a proper password you can remember - all lowercase letters and numbers. No special characters or spaces except for the "_" underline character.

Be sure to make a backup first because the following procedure will erase
the drive and everything on it.
     1. Boot the computer using the Snow Leopard Installer Disc or the Disc 1 that came
         with your computer. Insert the disc into the optical drive and restart the computer.
         After the chime press and hold down the "C" key. Release the key when you see
         a small spinning gear appear below the dark gray Apple logo.
     2. After the installer loads select your language and click on the Continue
         button. When the menu bar appears select Disk Utility from the Utilities menu.
         After DU loads select the hard drive entry from the left side list (mfgr.'s ID and drive

         (Journaled, if supported), then click on the Apply button.
     3. When the formatting has completed quit DU and return to the installer. Proceed
         with the OS X installation and follow the directions included with the installer.
     4. When the installation has completed your computer will Restart into the Setup
         Assistant. Be sure you configure your initial admin account with the exact same
         username and password that you used on your old drive. After you finish Setup
         Assistant will complete the installation after which you will be running a fresh
         install of OS X. You can now begin the update process by opening Software
         Update and installing all recommended updates to bring your installation current.
Download and install Mac OS X 10.6.8 Update Combo v1.1.

Why will my downloaded Photoshop CS 5.1 not accept the key code?

Downloaded Photoshop CS 5.1 will not accept keycode.
I purchased a new computer and loaded the subject application. The key code will not be accepted to activate the application.
The message I get is that the key code is correct but it will not activate.
Windows 8 if that matters.
