Campaign dates / call list dates

Hi,
What incidence is there on setting some dates in a campaign and others in my call list ?
I know that in the call list, the dates détermine the following :
Completed by : Date or time when call list should be completed by. If the call list is not completed by this date, it is considered overdue or past due.
Stop on : Date or time when processing should end for the call list. If no dates are specified, then the call list can be executed anytime.
Start on : Date or time when processing should begin for the call list. If no dates are specified, then the call list can be executed anytime.
But what if I created my campaign generating my call list on start/end  dates that are different from the call list. Is there any repercussion? What do the campaign dates have effect on?

Answer half tested :
If "Start planned" date in campaign creation is entered
=> it automatically sets the same date in the call lists in "start on"
If "End planned" date in campaign creation is entered
=> it automatically sets the same date in the call list in "completed by"
The dates can however still be changed in the call list section afterwards.
If anyone has any input on what other influence Campaign dates can have, would be welcome

  • Campaign, Call list, questionnaire and responses

    1. Call list will be generated iin CIC0.
    2. If BP replies thru email then the campaign is created manually in the system.
    3.dont know this point sorry for that...
    4. For lead generation as communication medium, the survey can be attached as document with the activity generated in the transaction template.

    1. To create a telephone campaign, use the channel as telephone,and use workflow send target group to Channel,assign a  segment ,when you automate the campaign ,a call list gets generated which is visible using transaction CRMD_TM_CLDIST.
    2.Email campaign response is recieved in the form of interaction object,for  this make sure -
    In the Customizing for campaign execution, you have defined a communication medium with a communication method with which no activities are created (for example, e-mail without activities), in other words, no transaction type is maintained. To do this, in the screen Define Communication Methods and Transaction Types leave the field Transaction Type blank.
    In transaction SIFC, you have activated the service CRM_SEND_SCREEN, to avoid being prompted again for your password.
    You can search for the interaction object by using the locator search in activity management, IC WinClient, IC WebClient, business partner fact sheet, and account management. The interaction object is identified by its own icon.
    If there is a questionnaire (survey) assigned to that campaign,you can view it together with teh interaction object or you can independently view it in  Tx code CRM_SURVEY_SUITE, using  the evaluation button ,which is visible in the toolbar as bar graph symbol.
    3.  For survey analysis (without BW) prerequisite required is that when making the survey,remember to check mark Evaluation without BW in the mainatin survey attributes buttton available  in the toolbar.
    4.Questionnaire can be assigned in the channels tab in survey ID field.

  • Caller List

    Hello,
          As a result of Telephone Campaign, a Caller List is created, using which, pospective customers are called. This list is stored in form of a table.
         I want to find out the table in which this Caller List stored. Any pointers would be helpful.

    I think it is controlled by the method 'Select ' in the interface 'IF_CLM_STORAGE'.
    If you set the break-point to the following methods(#), you can find correct information.
    Class 'CL_CLM_APPL_INTLAY_CL'
    ->
    1. Method 'GET_CALL_LISTS'
    2. Method 'GET_CALLS'
    Also, please check the table 'CRMD_TM_BP' and 'CRMD_TM_CL' in the package 'CRM_CIC_CLM_BO'

  • Campaign data in BP Fact Sheet

    Hello,
    What are the prerequisites so as to display the campaign data in the BP Fact Sheet?
    Isn't it enough for the BP to be a member of the Target Group which is assigned in the Campaign?
    I have noticed that Campaign Data is displayed in the BP Fact Sheet, only when the BP is the employee Responsible for the Campaign. This is not the case in our Business Scenario.

    I belive you have created an oss message for this issue. If you haven't, then he is the response for your question
    Unfortunatelly this is the standard behaviour, the marketing factsheet shows the marketing campaigns that this account is responsible, not the campaigns that this account is in the target group. But if you need this behaviour it's an easy modification. You only need to enhance the component and call the class with the correct parameter for your needs.

  • Getting campaign data from external system to display campaigns/offers

    Hi,
    I have to find a solution for a campaign requirement for my company.
    The user centric campaigns are managed by a external system provider who process billing statements (eg if you see your paper credit card statement, you see special offers, campaigns in your paper statement.)
    On similar lines we have to show/build the campaign in our WLP application. The campaign data is hosted in external systems.
    We have to think of a generic reciever in WLP which can get the external campaign data and based upon that it can display right campaign to logged in users.
    Any ideas, leads. Has somebody implememted such a feature.
    Any help will be appreciated

    OK, I see now. You don't want a pluggable user profile data source, you want a pluggable campaign rule and pluggable campaign content. I don't think there is such a thing as a framework for plugging an external campaign into Oracle WebLogic Portal.
    I don't think you can plug an external campaign rule into the Oracle WebLogic Portal rules engine but you can make Oracle WebLogic Portal see external user profile data and external content. So, 2 of the 3 ingredients for the campaign are easy enough to make available to the portal. I would guess that you either need to transform the campaign definition into the proper XML document for consumption by the portal's rules engine or you need to evaluate the campaign on the external system and have the results available to the portal via a mechanism like UUP.

    We need to dynamically update our outbound campaigns. Is it possible to inject campaign data or update a campaign by DB?

    Here is the scenario:
    We have outbound campaigns that we load into the system each day. Throughout the day we may have payments made through other systems and we will need to update the outbound campaign with the removal of the record.

    Hi experts
    I wonder if it could be possible to create an Excel document from campaign data. My idea is to define an excel document, to fill manually some cells, to save it and then to be able to fill some other cells with data that I should extract from additionnal fields in Marketing Planner.

    Unfortunately in this case, I am using SAP GUI, so I think that button is not available. Moreover, I would like to export only some data from MKTPL (more exactly, data stored in additional fields tab...)

  • Pull DELETED / REMOVED Campaign Data Via Bing Ads API?

    Using Bing Ads API, is there a way to pull reports containing DELETED or REMOVED campaigns?
    When I look at the Status column, the description says: The current delivery status.
    For Bing Ads reporting purposes, it's really important and logical to allow users to pull DELETED campaign data because that data IS data that should be reported... not ignored simply because its status is deleted or removed.
    Is there a way via the API to get not only current campaigns but also deleted campaigns?
    When I pull the exact same report from the Bing Ads API, it DOES show me deleted campaign data.

    Deleted entities e.g. campaigns, ad groups, ads, and keywords, cannot be retrieved using the Campaign Management or Bulk services. You can get performance history for deleted campaigns using the Reporting service if there were any ad impressions during the

  • Call list: calling hours not taken into consideration

    Hi Gurus,
    I have a question. We are using CRM 7.0 EHP1, and especially marketing functionality.
    We are generating call lists from a marketing campaign. What we see is that the customer calling hours are not taken into consideration when creating the call list.
    However, if we create the call list the "old-fashioned" way (using CRMD_CALL_LIST), we have the option "scheduling... based on calling hours".
    How can I achieve that calling hours are also considered when creating the call list from the campaign?
    Is there a customizing setting, or do I need to activate a BAdi?

    Also, keep in mind that MRP calculates availability of inspection stock in two ways.
    Before an inspection lot is created, (i.e. a purchase order or production order is out there and planned already, MRP uses the expected GR date plus the Avg. GR days on the main QM view for the material to determine the availability date.
    Once the inspection lot is created however, MRP uses the end date of the inspection lot which is the lot creation date plus the avg insp. duration in the inspection type setup in the material master.  This can result in some minor differences if you aren't careful in setting your various fields in the material master.
    If a material is going to reside in QI for an extended time, the lab should use QA02 to modify the end date of the inspection lot.

    I am able to see the Call list tcode CRMD_TM_CLDIST,which is generated from Campaign.But i am trying to activate call list it is showing message
    The action activate could not be performed on some of the items
    So i am not able to activate call list.

  • Call List and Creation of a Complaint as a follow-up document

    Hi Experts,
    I have a basic question in reference to the Call List Functionality of SAP CRM 7.0. We have to generate a list to measure the satisfaction of our customers. In this cases it is possible that the customer is very unsatisfied with the provided service and wants to open a complaint. Now my question is, if it is possible to open a complaint in the form of a follow-up document of the call list (so that the data of the customer is directly copied from the call list to the complaint - I am talking about data like Business Partner ID, etc.).
    Is that possible? What is the customizing I have to do to make this possible? What are the basic steps?

    Don't know if I understand correctly the question, but if it helps, here's my opinion.
    Normally, we create every call of a call list associated with a document...  a contact/interaction record.
    So, for your scenario, I would try to create 'complaint' as follow-up document of that contact.
    Then the agent makes the call and:
    - If the customer don't answer or don't want to complaint, just close the contact with the respective reason
    - If want to answer and have a complaint, the agent create a follow-up document of complaint type, and fill with the respective information.

  • 8120 call list and email list resets

    I have a Pearl 8120 and the call list and email / SMS list keeps resetting.  It's fairly frustrating since I can't retain emails for long or return some calls.
    The software is up to date and I'm using Desktop 6 (just downloaded).

  • How to display Call list Large view as the initial view dynamically.

    My requiremet is that 
    1) User chooses a call list -> then clicks display calls -> then clicks Calls Full view
    Now ClmCallListDetailsLarge View is displayed
    2) Now the user chooses a call and then prceeds to Account confirmation, Interaction Record and then ends the call.
    3) Now when the Call list is choosen from navigation bar Available 'ClmAvailbleCallLists' View is displayed, but the requirement is to display 'ClmCallListDetailsLarge' view.
    4) There is some standard code related to this in 'DO_REPLACE_INITIAL_VIEW' method of the window controller. but this method is not getting triggered at all.
    Please let me know how this can be achieved
