Can we send an FOP generated PDF by email in PL/SQL code?
Hi All,
I have the FOP PDF generation of a report. We can "Save As" to the hard drive and then manually email it to someone by attaching it to the email.. normal..
Can we click a button on the report, save the report as PDF and send it through htmldb_send emailing?
I would think this would be in the htmldb_fop_render.jsp file.. not know JSP much.. has anyone done it? or are the tools available to JSP?

This can be done with a little PL/SQL coding.
Presuming you are using this guide:

I would look at:
1. Changing pdf_GrabXML to simply return your XML call into a page item without posting it,
2. Use the OWA_UTIL PL/SQL package to post your request, and handle the retrieved PDF.
3. Send the email with the UTL_SMTP PL/SQL package, as I don't the APEX mail libraries expose attachment functionality.
I will try to put an example together tomorrow if I get chance.

any idea how to setup the output type to send the printout of the order confirmation in PDF format as an email.
But i do not want to send it to the customer but to a specified email in another dept.

Yes we can get the Order confirmation through PDF
Procedure
After taking the normal Output automatically system will generate Spool Number that u will find in VA02 go inside in extra ---> output ---> processing Log there u will find Spool number..
then goto SE38 ---> give the programme name RFTXPDFT4 and presss F8 ( execute ) ---> there give that spool number and mention the path where u want to save..Automatically PDF will available in that location..
The same procedure for invoice also...

I am using Dynamic CRM 2013 online. For quote, I have workflow and Dialogue processes for review process. On approval, I want the system to generate a PDF of quote report, attach the PDF and email it to the Customer.
Better I would like, When approver, clicks on the approve button, the system should auto generate a PDF of quote report, attach the PDF and email it to the Customer, without any further input from the user. If its not possible, I may have to put button on
quote form.
I am using the attached code, but facing various issues.
1. Under prepare the SOAP Message coding part, I am not sure what should be the below URL for CRM 2013 Online?

I can't access any functionality on my icloud email account on my I pad, all functions other than loading has locked up the last received email was a local government one. so I'm using my PC to send this. Any ideas how to unfreeze this account? Safari and all other apps seem to be working OK.

You may not have done anything but glitches happen when systems are old and if you are still on 10.3 perhaps it's time to update or upgrade a few notches. Or are you on a different OS to your profile? -
Can't send videos via text message or email. Why is this??
It keeps telling me "Sorry, you cannot add this video to your message." The videos I've attempted to send are only 3 seconds to 19 seconds. Can't send via email either because they're "too large?"
Picture size can cause missed sends as well, you might try if you haven't a different setting in your camera not sure what phone you have but if your using HD try Non HD see if it'll let it proceed and if your using 720P for Video try a different Video style and you may need to clean your cache for your messaging.. give that a look.

I just got an ipad 3 for school, i redeemed a 25$ gift card, and it will not allow me to purchase anything on my ipad, it works fine with my phone, it just wont work on the ipad, the app i need is for school and its for ipad, iphone ect. i paid for it on my phone and it still wont let me download onto ipad. when i try to download it, it pops up my security questions that i dont remember the answers to and when i go online on the desktop, it doesnt allow me to send the answers to my rescue email. Can't send Form content as PDF
Hello there!
I'm just starting with LiveCycle Designer (and LC as a whole) and am feeling really lost with the lack of information for absolute beginners.
Right now I'm trying to build a form to be distributed among clients and then sent back with filled in information.
I create the form in Designer, set the delivery format as PDF, save as PDF, open in Acrobat to extend user rights.... but when I test the form, .... I get the info as XML.
I tried it over and over and always got the same results. I´m getting reeeeealy frustrated.
Please, please, help!

My daughter has two iCloud e-mail addresses (@mac.com, @me.com), as do I. My outgoing and incoming iCloud mail service is working properly EXCEPT when – and ONLY when – I try to send her mail. I get the infamous “cannot send message using the server" error message and it gets stuck in my outbox. Repeated attempts to send the message are unsuccessful. This odd behavior has only shown up in the last month. I've tried everything I can think of to resolve it, including removing and setting up my own account and the outgoing server.

when i text people they are getting my messages from email not number. I tried unselecting email but then my messages will not send. I tried resetting network and restarting everything but my number is still gray under sent and recieve. How can I get it to be black so I can select it?

"Publish Site" is dimmed and I can't publish.
I made some changes to an existing website and tried to publish those changes, but the "publish SIte" icon at the bottom of the window is dimmed. Some of my websites listed along the left side of the window are red, but I can't do anything about it.
