Cancelling a group calling subscription

i am trying to cancel my group calling subscription i have and everytime i click on the setting option to change them it takes me to a blank website please help.

This is a known issue at Skype and people are working on fixing it.

    Skype,
    I signed up for Premium a month ago specifically for group calls.  I now see group calls are for free.  great!   I immediately cancel Premium, and am now being told I have to pay through Jan 2015??
    I'm assuming Skype saw this was going to happen and has a resolution for it.  But a customer cancelling a service after Skype makes that service's most popular componant free should not result in the customer having to pay for it anymore one would think?

    So, it seems for £41.26 per annum (what I'm paying now) I'll be getting the Skype World Unlimited (previously would have been £117.12).
    I know some members are asking for refunds but it seems you're going to be getting Skype World Unlimited instead.
    For me it's OK, but I would have preferred the option to upgrade to Unlimited Europe with calls to mobiles & landlines in Europe.

    i need help on that. whenever i try to cancel or go to settings for video group calling skype premium settings the page is not displayed. I don t think there is problem with my internet options settings because it says  reload the page later. this thing comes every time i try to change the settings. i don t  want group video calling subcription and some how get charged for that every month

    I believe the fact that the option to cancel is not available on your account page is a bug, and I think Skype is aware of it.

    Solved it by a bit or trial and error (as well as finding the link through to Live Chat). Microsoft/Skype seem to be in denial of this problem with cancellation errors. It should be a sticky until they fix it.
    The current solution is you need to contact them via Live Chat and they will cancel it for you. Start by signing in via this link:

    On the next screen choose (just to get through to chat):

    Relatyed Problem: Other payment quesions
    Then you will be prompted to Select a Contact Method:
    Click: Text chat support
    Then enter the details requested, click "next" and it will pop up a chat box (make sure you don't have popups blocked as I did).
    Then you have to wait about 5-10 minutes until a representative joins the chat.

  • Have Premium Subscription and Cannot Group Call

    I have premium and cannot conduct group calls.  I am on a mac and use a pc too...neither one works. 
    I cannot form groups and I cannot add to a video call that I am on.
    Anyone have a way to contact Skype for this.  I am considering canceling my credit card payment as this is most frustrating.  I never had a problem until now but I haven't conducted a group call in a few  months.

  • No plan showed up on my account management to cancel, so I called and got a number, now I can't find how to end this subscription

    I logged on to my account when I received an E-mail telling me to fix my account payment settings. When I logged on there was no plan in my account management to cancel, so I called and received a number and assurance that this months charge would be canceled. I'm not sure where to enter this cancellation code or when my refund will be accommodated, so that is why I'm writing this today.

  • Skype-In can't make Group Call

    I have two Skype # assigned to my ID. Since my Skype-Out subscription expired, I have been having difficulty with Group calls. Once I add a new incoming call, it automatically put the original call on hold and prompt me with the option of buying a skype credit.  I started experiencing this issue after I canceled my Skype Out subscription. Please I need help fixing this issue because it affects my podcast show. I can no longer take multiple calls at the same.

  • Group calling and business account

    We are a small non-profit organization with one main facility and 5 remote facilities who want to be able to use Skype group video calling to connect all of our locations. I am unclear on what subscription I need. Do I need just one premium account at the main office and then use seperate personal accounts at the other remotes to connect in to the group call started by the main office, or would I have to get premium subscriptions for EVERY site? We plan on just purchasing a few flat panel TV's and connecting them to a WinXP or Win7 PC with the Logitech HD C920 cameras at each loaction. Does this sound like the way to go? Since we are non-profit, actually 501(c)(3) qualified, is there any discounts from Skype for these companies? Thanks!!

    i would like to be able to make group calls but instead of calling everyone everytime is there a way to create a group then just call that same group everytime?? please help.

    You may receive only one call at a time.  However, as noted in the FAQ article, you may create a group video call of up to ten (10) people if one person on the call has an active Skype Premium subscription.

  • Confusion with the Call Subscription

    I bought a calling subscription but the information said it was "free" for one month. It took my credit card information incase I wanted to continue the subscription but I no longer want it. It's saying I still have the subscription and I think it's charging me but the month trial isnt up yet. How do I take care of this? I tried cancelling the subscription but it says I still have it.

  • The call was cancelled by the caller before the remote party answered

    Hi,
    We have a Lync 2010 Enterprise deployment in a single site with 2 FE and Mediation Server collocated.
    When dialling a number from a PSTN phone the call gets routed via our PBX/PBX Gateway/Mediation Server/FE Server to the desktop Lync client successfully.
    As soon as the user answers the call with the Lync client the call 'hangs' and terminates without hearing anything on either side.
    The snooper logs show:
    Error:
    SIP/2.0 487 Request Terminated
    Partial Content:
    User-Agent: UCCAPI/4.0.7577.4398 OC/4.0.7577.4398 (Microsoft Lync 2010)

    What kind of gateway are you using to connect to your PBX and how?  What is your media set to?  G.711 μ-law or a-law?  I'd check media settings there as a starting point.

  • How do I change my iPad country back to the UK without cancelling my iTunes Match subscription?

    When I was browsing iTunes yesterday on my iPad the country linked to my iPad switched to being the US.
    I now can't use my iPad to shop in several uk stores.
    I don't have easy access to the PC the iPad is linked to with iTunes.  Also I don't actually want to cancel my iTunes Match subscription.

    You can try signing out your Apple ID and signing back in at Settings > iTunes and App Stores
    Or, if that doesn't work
    Follow this procedure:
    1. Go to Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Apple ID.
    2. Tap your Apple ID.
    3. Tap View Apple ID.
    4. Enter your password.
    5. Go to Country/Region in the popup window to change to the desired store.
