Cannot load model on E&A

Question

Hello SAP team,
I am having a problem while i am loading the model on E&A screen.
Problem occurs both in test and live servers.
We have tested our LinkID's and we have a problem with a LinkID SSM_CB_EA. Please see the detailed log below.
Our system environment:
Windows
SSM 10 SP6

My guess (sorry that's all it is) is the line "libclntsh.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory" is the key. This points at a file permissions error or an install problem. It means there is probably nothing wrong with your code.
