    PS: I just spent 15 minutes on a "live chat" with someone who had no idea what I was talking about and started asking me what my order number was.

    Can you please try and restart your machine and then check ? If nothing happens , please navigate to Utilities> Adobe installers to find Creative cloud installer or go to Applications > Creative Cloud > Creative Cloud uninstaller and then uninstall the product from there .
    once done with the uninstallation ,please browse to Creative.adobe.com and then reinstall the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop app .

    I'm wondering if I'm having the same issue. When I try to launch the Creative Cloud app, the app appears to launch, but the main area is white.
    I am running Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit - all updates are applied.
    Here are some things I've tried:
    I've tried restarting my computer.
    Disabling my firewall/antivirus (Avast)
    Uninstalling and reinstalling the Creative Cloud app.

    If you are using Windows Machine, just click on Start button and start typing CC, you will see all your downloaded Creative Cloud application there.
    And in case of Mac, at the top right corner, there is a magnefying glass caled as Spotlight. Click on it and start typing CC, it will show your downloaded Creative Cloud apps, there.

  • Cant find STM10 mic in stereo accessory under settings on my xperia z2

    I purchased a Xperia Z2 in india (Asia Region). I also purchased a Sony STM10 stereo mic but cant find any way to activate it under sound settings. I also realized the menu is different from those shown in online reviews of the phone; which must be US or UK based. Does anyone know if the STM 10 mic can be used in Asian versions. Is there a way to make the phone detect them. Please I have already spent a lot on them and it seems ridiculous that it should not work just because it was purchased in a different country.

    Hi, if you meen the Headphones menu system this is a recent change with the last 4.4.4 software......the STM10s arent listed but try the General Setting......if no luck just try selecting each individually

    I am unable to open photoshop or any other adobe products for that matter. It says to renew my subscription. I take a look and Creative Cloud says my account is active.

    You'll need to wait until 8PM (PST-PDT, -8) before you may download. If you just purchased that is.
    I have CC, but it comes with CS6.

    Creative Cloud update fails with "the download appears to be corrupted" when tried through our company's firewall, but succeeds if the computer is taken outside the firewall. The IT guys have opened up the ports and URL's specified in the Adobe documentation.  I have also captured the network traffic of both the failed and successful downloads for IT to examine (using Little Snitch), however they can find nothing to account for the problem.  Adobe just seems to "give up and die" after about 2-3 minutes.  Why is this?  How can I or IT fix this?
    Can I send the above log files to someone familiar with these issues for examination?

    I decided to write here at the community because I'm sincerely worry about it, and I would like to know if someone else have already seen it before.
    Adobe is verifying my case, but I'm in need of an urgent response. I don't know if I make another account and another credit card debit, just to have access for the programs, or if I wait working on another old PC computer for 25 trial days. If I make another account I can be charged for 2 payments, That's what I don't want.

The install app did not appear on my desktoI use Firefox20 as my browser. In the display of icons for the "Cloud"I did not find an icon for "Export PDF". Does such an app exist? How can I obtain it?

    Trouble began after I attempted to download a Bridge update which wouldn't complete

    Spent 2.5 hours on support chat and screen sharing with adobe support today, and after many uninstalls, CC clean ups etc, they could not get it working.
    Like you, it has always worked until today.
    The only thing we could get to work was to login to os x as root user and run Creative cloud from there.
    It's a PITA, but I am used to it because my desktop CC installer has been broken since last year, so I now have two computers with broken CC installers.
    OS X Mavericks: Enable and disable the root user
