Changing PROVIDER_URL in InitialContext has no immediate effect

In 9.0.2, setting dedicated.connection=true in the properties passed to InitialContext allowing my client code to switch between multiple OC4J servers hosting my EJBs through the java.naming.provider.url (PROVIDER_URL) property. In 9.0.3 the property dedicated.connection is deprecated (and seems to break stuff).
In 9.0.3, when I try to switch the server PROVIDER_URL it doesn't work immediately and I continue to get homes and instances from the first context. How can I force that earlier context to be discarded?

We are also having the same situtation here...
I am using the "dedicated.connection" = "true" for my RMIConnection, because I want dedicated connection for each user to pass throuh the identity to EJB Server.
Here is the run-down of what I want we want to do and how we did it... but some one who know more about RMI connections let me know is there a problem with this approach...
We are running WebContainer on machine1 with IP1 and EJB Container on machine2 with IP2. We are using the CustomUserManager and CustomUser classes and CustomLogin mechanism.
When the user loges into the web container with userID/password our custom authentication mechanism authenticates the user and populates the User Objects with all the roles. After the user is authenticated we are creating an InitialContext to the EJBServer using the same userID/password, here I am using the attribute "dedicated.connection" = "ture" , and then I put this InitialContext in the user HttpSession object. Later when the user is trying to execute any business methods on the ejb's I use this InitialContext to lookup and retrieve the EJBHomes and then Remotes then execute the method. With this I would be able to get the User identity on the EJB Server and restrict the ejb method calls to those to which the user is allowed to execute, and I also get the userID with in the EntityBeans create methods and insert this userID in files such as "CREATED_BY" and/or "UPDATED_BY" fileds... this looks to work fine for me....:)
If I use the "dedicated.rmicontext"="true" while creating the InitialContext for the users then every time I get the same context that was created for the first time and hence at the back end i.e in EJB tier for different users making ejb calls I will get same user identity for all the method calls and that user being the first one who loges into the system!!! :( this is crazy!!!
Actually if we go through the documentation it says that "dedicated.rmicontext" shares the same RMIConnection so this is not good to use if we want to propogate the user identity across the containers.
If some one has more to say on this kind of things plese do so, any comments are welcome!!!!

When i use IE9, i go to my emails and any pics in the mail open with the mail but with FF i have to download them is there a way to make the pics open in the mail, i set yahoo to load images automatically in the options menu this has had no effect, thanks

Connect the iPod to your syncing computer and restore it via iTunes. However, if iTunes asks for the unknown passcode you need to place the iPod in recovery mode and then restore the iPod from backup. For recovey mode see:

Is it possible to change the orientation with the Ken Burns effect?

I would like to change the orientation of the Ken Burns effect for a particular photo that I've insterted into a movie. In other words, the KBE crops the image in landscape mode -- I'd like to crop it in portrait mode (which is how the photo was taken). How do I do this?

I'm doing functional testing for MM, but i realised that the PO still allow to change after delivery completed has ticked.
Can i know if there is a way to restrict any change after any good receiving or delivery completed?

Here we have same problem that after tick GR completed system allow to take further receipt though PO is not open.
we communicate with SAP and there is no function available to close the po for receipt until you reduce PO qty for GRN Qty or loca / delete line item.
We had write user exit to check tick in PO for GRN allow or not and that give error message.
You can do same for GRN.

I am trying to change overdelivery tolerance from 5 to 0 in PO line item (Object BUS2012) thru PO MASS maintenance.
After executing the T.code , system is throwing below messages
     Change Overdeliv. Tol. could not be effected     ME664
     Releases already effected are liable to be reset     06684
     No data changed                                               06022
And Value is not getting changed.
I can change the same thru Tocde ME22 Manually , wondering why system is not changing it thru MASS maintenance.

Actually i did change the screen layout to make overdelivery field enable for data entry.
After that I need to come out of MassPOchange transaction and have to execute it again.
May be system was not referring to changes made in screen layouts

The update to osx 10.8.2 has not taken effect, showed it downloading but did not restart and why is the update still available?

the update to osx 10.8.2 has not taken effect? it showed it downloading the update in the app browser but did not restart of its own accord or take me to the grey screen it describes. after restarting myself it still says the upgrade is still available? and iphoto does not work as it needs 10.8.2 to work!
what am i not doing right? this could well be me being thick. so any help would be much appreciated.

CS6 Lighting Effect Filter requires a Supported GPU card and open GL enabled. If you do not has such Lighting Effect will not be listed under Filter>Render>missing lighting effect is whet you will have on XP Grayed out Window 7 when GPU not enabled
