Check my billing information? It's all right so why will Creative Cloud stop working?
I keep getting a pop up everytime I open Photoshop or Illustrator or any other of my Creative Cloud applications that says I need to check my billing information because there is an issue with the last payment and that Creative Cloud will stop working if it is not addressed. Well I looked online and everything on the credit card information looks fine so then I clicked edit payment info and it says "Thanks! We received your payment." Well if you have then why does it still keep counting down the days until it shuts off? If everything on the credit card info looks fine why did the payment not go through?

I did check the payment portal, Adobe could not obtain payment from your Bank, it was tried on December 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th. of 2013.
Please contact with the bank to check the error, once that is done, do contact Adobe at http://adobe.ly/yxj0t6 to regularize the subscription after payment update.

Open System Preferences/Network. Double click on your connection type, or select it in the drop-down menu, and in the box marked 'DNS Servers' add the following two numbers:

Sometimes reversing the order of the DNS numbers can be beneficial in cases where there is a long delay before web pages start to load, and then suddenly load at normal speed:

I have received a "check your billing information" pop up and a countdown but the hyperlink to resolve it comes up with an error page? My billing information hasn't changed and I can't seem to use the chat to resolve this problem.
Hang in there. Getting in touch with live support by web chat or phone is your only way to resolve such issues, annoying as it may be.

Spring is in the air, and right on cue my Verizon DSL stops working. AGAIN
Some background. I have Verizon DSL service, with a phone line dedicated to its use. The phone line is used for nothing else, and has the required filters attached.
Two years ago, when spring arrived, we began have trouble with out internet connection. Our modem would get a red light on the Internet connection. This would happen every day between 10am and noon, and would last from minutes to hours. I spent hours on the phone with Tech support. They reduced speed, which was unnacceptable and did not work. They sent a tech to our home twice that summer to replace lines inside the house, replace line outside the house, make adjustments at the central office and the local "hub". Nothing worked. Fall came, the issues stopped, and everything worked fine thoughtout the winter.
Last year, spring arived, we began to have trouble with out internet connection. Same thing as the previous year. Called tech support. Told them that I had done this song and dance the previous year. I would not start from the beginning with every single call, I would not turn off/on the modem, give model numbers, check direct lines from computer to modem. I had done it all the previous year. I thought surely there was some kind of record for my account that could be accessed. To no avail. I spent countless hours and days on the phone with tech support. I spoke with techs, supervisors, managers, talked, yelled, got nowhere. They sent a new modem. Nothing changed. They sent the same tech to my home as the previous year. He still didn't know what the problem was. Changed the phone jack. Changed a different line outside. Still didn't work.
I came on here and left a lenghthy message voicing my frustration. I was told that someone from the US tech support office would contact me (Executive Appeals). The representative from there was very helpful. He explained what each of the lights on the modem did and what blinking/not blinking/ off/red actually meant. He had them change the modem at the central office. Problem solved, I thought. We had out normal running speed of 3360/863 again. No more internet cutting out daily. But, it was fall. Apparently, this would have happened anyway. Because...
This year, spring arrived, and we are having trouble with our internet connection. We have any and all combinations appearing on the modem. The internet cuts out at all times of the day and night. It stays off for minutes to hours. Internet flashes, turns red, goes out. DSL and DATA blink, stay on, alternate blinking speeds. Sometimes the phone line has static, other times it doesn't. There is no pattern to anything.
I have not called normal tech support. The people in India are clueless, have never come close to solving the issue, and I will not waste my time and cell phone minutes talking to them. I saved the phone number and all information for the US representative I spoke with last year. I have left 2 messages for him over the past week. He will not return my call. Our internet speed had gone from 3360kbps/863kbps, to 2928kbps/860kbps, to 2560kbps/860kbps, to 2112kbps/860kbps over the course of the last week, as shown on the verizon modem page. This is what they do every year, and it in UNACCEPTABLE. Slowing the speed accomplishes nothing, since we still have the same problems. All that changes is we have DSL service that runs a little faster than dial-up.
If anyone out there has a suggestion as to what I can do to fix these issues after 3 years, please let me know. Apparently no one at Verizon knows how to address the problem.Verizon Reps,

The problems I was experiencing have not been fixed, but I was not posting because nothing was happening for a while. My Verizon Appeals rep was trying to figure out what to do.
She has since had 2 techs come to the house. The second one just recently. He changed something in the box a few blocks away. This not only didn't fix it, but has made the issue more prevelent than it was before. I would like to record all of our outages and lost connections, but the thread appears "closed".
At this point, I'm not sure it matters. The rep all but said that she has no idea what to do to fix it, or if it can be fixed. Fresh out of ideas, I guess. But I'd still like to keep track, since we have been without internet more than with for the last few days.

I have hp laptop dv9009us one day all the USB ports and webcam camera stopped working, I had windows XP and tried all solutions posted on online forums didn’t work, I upgraded to windows 7 and still not working, please note that the USB is detected in device manger and it says working properly but he webcam is not detected at all, also when I connect any device to USB it gives it power and I even can charge my cell phone but it doesn’t detect any device. Is there any genius out there that can help me?
Also after I installed windows 7 I went o system information----software environment--- system drivers, and I found all USB drivers stopped by the way this was the case in windows XP as well

you could check the sizing of the liveCache data.
* Report /SAPAPO/TS_LCM_REORG_SNP has checks of the SNP planning areas for superfluous objects.
* Delete old/temporary APO data.
* /SAPAPO/TS_LCM_REORG report checked TS superfluous objects.
If you didn't create the planning versions, copy of planning versions & data load to liveCache, then create the SAP message to check your system on the question of the dataarea usage.
If you have the long running APO transactions => performance of the SCM system has to be checked.
If you have the bottleneck in liveCache & could not solve the case by yourself => create the SAP message to BC-DB-LVC and get SAP support.

where did my photos go? I started to move a 25GB directory of all my photos to the creative cloud and now they are gone! The directory on my hard drive i gone and they are not in the cloud?
The iCloud Photo Stream only stores up to 1000 photos for thirty days. If you have more that 1000 photos or photos nearing the 30-day mark, you should export them to another device.

All of a sudden my internet connection stopped working.
All of a sudden my internet connection stopped working. It works for every other computer in the house. I have gone to other networks. I have turned on/off my computer. Nothing seems to work. When I click diagnosis connection it is not fixed. Please HELP! It always tells me that I am not connected to the internet yet I have full bars at the top.
Have you also tried restarting the router?
If that doesn't work, try creating a new "Location":
System Preferences > Network
Select the AirPort from the left hand side
Click on the Locations combo box and select Edit Locations...
Click on + to add a new location, call it "Home" (or anything else you prefer)
Click on Advanced
Select the AirPort tab and enter your network name
Select TCP/IP tab.
Configure IPv4 Using DHCP
Now click on Renew DHCP Lease. After a few seconds you should get an IP address (probably 192.168.x.x)
Click on Proxies tab.
Select Auto Proxy Discovery and Use Passive FTP
Click on OK and Apply, etc.

1) when I sign in it logs in but a pop window appear with this message: this apple id not yet used on apple store, then it give me 2 options cancel or review,
I click on review it take me to a page for the agreement and conditions, I agree with it, it takes me to another page with the name of billing information which contins visa card or payment method verification that I can't skip because I don't have a visa card.

Why does my mail stop working on my mac every time I check it on my ipone4?
I have a 15" macbook pro. OSX 10.9.4. I recently got a iphone4 and setup 2 gmail accounts on it. EVerytime I check my mail on my iPhone, my Mail on my mac stops working. It goes offline even though I'm connected to the net and can browse on safari. I try to click on 'Take all accounts online' but it does nothing. It shows that its connected to the net but does nothing. I have to delete the account and remake it and then it starts again. How do i fix this problem?

HP DeskJet 1050 ALL-IN-ONE J410 series Printer Scanner stopped working suddenly
About a month back Scanner in my printer-scanner (DeskJet 1050 All-In-One J410 series) stopped working with a message on screen " HP Deskjet 1050 J410 series was not found". But the Printer was working fine. I have so far taken following steps with results against each -
a) HP Print & Scan doctor (HPPSdr.exe) showed HP Twain Scan faulty.
b) On advice from HP helpline, tried HP Deskjet Full Feature Software & Drivers (DJ1050_J410_1313.exe). It required uninstalling before installing. But uninstalling failed to happen.
c) Finally, with HP Printer Install Wizard (hppiw.exe) help it showed that Full Feature HP Software & Drivers is now installed. For its functionality, it called for its testing on 'print test page' and 'test scan'. After this, printer shows printing jobs in queue but will not print. At present it is limited to photocopying only without printing & scanning.
d) I am caught in a loop, because at the end of hppiw.exe message is '...if tests are not successful, HP recommends using HPPSdr.exe to diagnose and fix any problem' i.e. back to point (a) above.

Exporting 1-frame stills from fcp
Here's my problem: I've captured lots of 1-frame stills from clips, stored in the Browser. Using 24PA Anamorphic Setup, wanting my final DVD to play 16:9 on a widescreen LCD. I then create a new Anamorphic Sequence and drag all stills to the timeline
