CIF Queues generated without active integration model

Hello All,
We are facing a unique issue, where queues are seen in SCM queue manager although those products are not there in any active integration model for transaction data.
The scenario is as follows:
1. We are CIFing only master data as we have only DP and release to R/3
2. There is active integration model for master data
3. There is no integration model for transaction data
However in SCM queue manager, I am seeing queues of type CFFCC "Location" "Product".
The function module name is /SAPAPO/CIF_IRQ_REDUCT_INBOUND.
We observed in R/3 that the goods movement transaction code MB1A is trigerring TRFC's which is generating the queues.
Has anyone encountered a similar scenario like this?
Regards,
Kedar

Oi Jackeline!
Hello, all!
I think Vikas got the point, but let me be more specific...
The transfer of requirement reduction depended in previous releases (until PI 2002.1) only on an integration model for material master data being active. Then a new type of integration models was created to control the sending of requirement
reduction.
To activate the new logic a flag has to be set in customizing.
Use transaction /CFC9
OR
R/3 SAP Customizing Implementation Guide
-> Integration with Other SAP Components
-> Advanced Planning and Optimization
  -> Application-Specific Settings and Enhancements
-> Settings and Enhancements for Requirement Reduction
-> Evaluate the Requirements Reduction Filter Object Type:
Then, flag 'Filter Object Requirements Reduction'
If you set this flag no queue of type CFFCC* will be sent if there is no explicit active integration model for Requirements Reduction. Please set this flag in production and delete any existing queues of type CFFCC*. No new such queues should be created in the future as long as you don't activate the transfer via an integration model.
I hope this information helps to clarify this issue.
Please give your feedback concerning the given solution.
Thank you!
Will

I am definitely not an expert on SAP Transportation Management.  However, maybe your destination system has been set up as bgRFC instead of qRFC?

  • Problem activating integration model

    Hi,
We have a integration model for Purchase orders and Purchase requisitions, PLanned orders, Manual reservations and production/process orders.
In CFM2, when I activate, it is taking forever to activate.
Here is what I see in CFM2 details:
    POs and PReqs     (2.503 no.s)
    Planned Orders     (2.503 no.s)
    Manual Reservations     (2.503 no.s)
    Production/Process Orders (2.503 no.s)
The system has a clock moving in the left bottom corner with the message "Transfer Model type : Purchase orders and purchase Requisitions) and it's taking forever.
I checked this [thread|Problem with activating integration model]. I don't have access to BD22.
ANy other ideas on how I can complete this activation?
    Are 2503 too many??

    Hi Visu,
Can you split the intregration model for each object and schedule the activation in background through CFM3.
if there is any failure can see problem through SLG1.

  • Can I work backward from APO CIF function module to ECC Integration Model

On our APO box, I have activated the "new-style" BAdI which is called by the CIF function module /SAPAPO/CIF_TLANE_INBOUND:
    CALL BADI lr_ref_cif_enhance->inbound_tlane
How can I find out what the business analysts have to do in their ECC Integration Model
to make sure that the CIF_TLANE_INBOUND function module is called when the Integration Model is activated (so that the BAdI will also fire)?.
Our current Integration Model does fire the BAdI /SAPAPO/IF_EX_TR_TRANSFER , but not the "enhance inbound tlane" BAdI called by CIF_TLANE_INBOUND.
    So ...to restate the question:
How do I figure out what I have to tell the business analysts  to do in their Integration Model to make sure that CIF_TLANE_INBOUND is called when the model is actrivated ???

    Hi David,
I was away in a long meeting and just came back. A quick check in another R/3 (Enterprise) system showed the following:
There is no FM in the R/3 Enterprise box as CIF_TLANE_SEND and in APO (SCM4.1)
/SAPAPO/CIF_TLANE_INBOUND. This is not surprising esp when I check the other system versions based on which I did the initial research. It was ECC 6.0 with Enterprise Extension DFPS switched on (checked SWF5) and the APO system SCM 5.0.
Lucky me I checked the internal Sandbox systems instead of my client systems otherwise I would have posted there is no FM CIF_TLANE_SEND
Forget the SD Scheduling Agreement object I mentioned in the previous reply. That master data object will not trigger FM CIF_TLANE_SEND. I found the correct FM for it CIF_SDLS_SEND on R/3 side and /SAPAPO/CIF_TPSCO_INBOUND on the APO side.
So you have to necessarily use the BADI or User Exit enhancements for TPSRC and NOT TLANE.
In any case if its a Contract or Scheduling Agreement or Purchasing Inforecord master in R/3 (or ECC any version) then TPSRC is the FM used to create External Procurement Relationships (txn /SAPAPO/PWBSRC1) in APO during CIF transfer. Also a corresponding Transportation Lane (txn /SAPAPO/SCC_TL1) gets created when the Procurement Relationship is added in APO. Otherwise you can always manually create a transportation lane in APO which is an important master data for External Procurement Order / Requisition creation in APO.
Hope this helps. I am logging off for today - so no more further digging. But thanks to you I discovered another small "blackbox" of SAP. Will blog on this some time later - till then you can take a look at the [CIF Wiki|https://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/SCM/CIF] page.

  • Error activating integration model in APO

    Hi,
I would like to have a solution to the folowing problem.
I've tried to activate integration models in ECC with transaction CFM2.
I've build several integration models for class, customer, masterdata and transaction data.
When I try to activate one of these integration models the system gives the next error message:
    outbound queue blocked
    Function/Q/SAPAPO/CIF_CBASE_INB
Text:        Reference product has not been classified
I would like to know what causes the problem and how to solve this problem.
I hope to receive an answer soon.
    Thanks for the help!
    kind regards,
    Marco

    Hi,
A program enhancement allows you to exclude the relationship between a product and a reference material from the transfer.
The prerequisite for this solution is that this "reference material for materials that can be packaged in the same way" is not required in SCM and is not relevant for the transfer.
    Procedure:
Start transaction SMOD. Display the components of enhancement CIFMAT01. On the following screen, double-click function module EXIT_SAPLCMAT_001 (user exit '001' of function group 'CMAT', program SAPLCMAT). In the program editor that appears, double-click include ZXCIFU01. You may have to create the inlcude again if necessary. Implement the system response you want in this include (follow the sample coding given below).
    Example:
    DATA: LS_MATKEYX TYPE  CIF_MATKYX.
    LOOP AT CT_CIF_MATKEYX INTO LS_MATKEYX.
      if link_to_RMATP_needed = 'X'.
        continue.
      endif.
       clear LS_MATKEYX-EXTRMATP.
       MODIFY CT_CIF_MATKEYX FROM LS_MATKEYX.
    ENDLOOP.

  • CIF user exit works for Integration Model only when we De-Activate

    Hi Friends,
I have enhanced the CIF User Exit [EXIT_SAPLMEAP_001] and populated the code in Include ZXCIFU14 for calculating the value of Open Order Quantities[OOQ] with respect to Material, Plant and Contracts, PO's then It transfer the OOQ from R/3 to APO.
Here it is Triggering the User Exit and working fine only when we De-Actrivate and Activate the Integration Model thru CFM3.
But In case of PO changes it is automatically calling the User Exit and Trasfer the OOQ from R/3 to APO.
When we change the Master Data it is not triggering the User Exit Automatically.
Could you someone suggest why we required to De-Activate the User Exit when we run the Integration Model every time.
Please suggest if we need to follow any pre required steps and why this behaviour for User Exit [EXIT_SAPLMEAP_001].
Waiting for your answer......Thanks in advance.......

    Hello,
Could you please provide details about the master data you mentioned in your query. This exit is called for PO, PR ,confirmation, shipping notificatoin objects.

  • Problem with activating integration model

When I am trying to activate an integration model, that includes a scheduling agreement (type LF), the activation isn't successfull. It isn't blocked, but it never stops.
In the screen I have a message called "determining delta model" but it never continous with executing the activation.
Does anybody know what could cause this problem?
    thanks in advance
    Mark Smeets

    Hi,
I am facing the same problem as mentioned in the original post.
Whenever I activate the integration model for vendors, a "CIF_LOAD" window appears with message "Should interval be created" with YES and NO option. Why does this window appears. After clicking on NO option the message "Determining delta model" appears in the status bar and after some time the program gets terminated due to time out.
I have tried following solutions mentioned in this thread.
Refreshed the indexes of the two tables BDCPS and BDCP using DB20.
Executed the transaction BD22 in test run mode, but I am not sure which change pointers option(obsolete or processed) to select for deletion and also which message type. I selected the obsolete option but here too the program got terminated after time out. Besides I am doing this on prduction environment and other integration models like plant etc got activated.
    Please help us with this.

  • Error Message while Activating Integration Model for PDS

    Hi,
When we are trying to activate IM for SNP subcontracting PDS,it gives us an error message
"No authorization to create Product ".
All master data for that particular Product, plant and Subcontractor are in place in APO.
Product is  also extended to Plant and subcontractor.
T-lane is also thr in APO which got created via CIF (Subcontracting Purchasing Info record).
    Need your expertise.
    Regards
    Abhi

    Hello Abhi..
recently I have faced same problem. If you are facing problem for particular product location, I would suggest
    1) Delete the particular Product master globally in APO  & re cif data
if doesnot work, then problem must be with authorization
Please revert in case of any issue
    Thanks

  • Integration Model got cancelled

    Hi,
We are running the deactivation or activation of integration model in Program.if any SYSFAIL(Example: SQL error) occur in E.C.C outbound queue suddenly the active integration model has got fail.please guide me on this.. Why this happend and solution for the above?
    thanx,
    C.Parthiban

    Hi,
-Go to transaction /SAPAPO/CQ check the Q no.
-Go to SMQ2 or SMQ1  (depending on Direction flow)
    -Check for SYSFAIL entries
-by Double clicking go in and try to analyse the Q error .
Before activation of any integration model normally you should make sure that CIF Qs are clear.

  • Is it possible to get integration model in CIF exit??

    Hi experts,
I am new to CIF interface and i have a question about the interface enhancement () on ERP side.
The scenario is, we want to send purchase order from SAP ERP to SAP APO through CIF. There are 2 integration models and they are active at the same time. After entering the enhancement code (CIFPUR01), is it possible to know which integration model is used for current purchase order? In other word, in the exit CIFPUR01, is it possible to trace reversely which IM is used? Because we want to validate some fields per different different integration model.
    Thanks so much.

    Chirs
I do not know why you have two different IM's for PO's . Standard SAP recommendation is to have one integration model for each object type.
Coming back to your question please check the BadI CIF_INT_MODEL. It has a  method MODIFY_OBJECT_LIST and one of the parameters of this method is "IS_CIF_IMODK" which identifies the IM name . Check whether this will serve your purpose
    Thanks

  • EWM-ECC  CIF Integration model

    Hello All,
I want to tansfer data for plant, shipping point, customer and vendor from ERP to EWM.For this I have created Integration model. When I am trying to activate this I could not as I am getting message like'Queue for current initial data transfer is deregistered-Tgt System: APOCLNT800-Deregistered Queue' and hence Inbound queue blocked.
What could be the reason for this message. How to unblock this Inbound queqe?
    Thanks,
    Shailesh

    Hi  James,
Thanks. But this error is due to queue 'CFLD*  System is not activating integration model and showing error like this'Operation terminated due to error (queue CFLD*, target system APOCLNT800)'
In SMQR I could not find this queue to acivate ,I tried in SMQ1/SMQ2, but I could not find this queue.
Do I need to create this queue? I yes I am unkown T.code for this. Do you have any idea?
    Thanks,

  • Requirement Reduction integration model

    Hi,
Can someone explain in layman terms with an example what happens when "requirment reduction" object is CIF'd alongwith Planned independent Requirements (to APO). Why should/would someone create an integration model for requirement reduction when integration models exist for PIRs and Sales Orders consumption settings are taking care of netting (as applicable/set). we have funtionalities for consumption and reduction of sales orders from PIR's e.g in APO and ECC.
    Thanks
    Lok

    Hello,
I would like to see a clear explanation to that as well.
From what I understand reading about this topic it is to have additional control over this by applying own logic in CIF.
    Quoting the SAP documents:
<<If you set this indicator, you can create integration models specifically for
the Requirements Reduction filter object type (type T_FCC).
The filtering takes place on the basis of active integration models for
requirements reduction. In this case, you can control in greater detail for
which material-plant combinations a requirements reduction should be transferred
    to SAP APO.>>
For normal cases this is not needed. Perhaps it is needed if you want certain shipments to other plants to reduce forecast. E.g. mixed MRP.

  • APO Integration model error

    Hi all
when activating Integration model in R/3 with APO below error is coming
    "Outbound queue blocked"

  • Integration model desnot exist

    Hi,
I got a error in delta report with the message
No active integration model exists in R/3
    Message no. /SAPAPO/CIF184
The material in the plant has a change pointer "R". What does the "R" Change Pointers Exist with Method "Delete Complete Document" mean?
Is it saying that the location product is scheduled for deletion? Is there a check box checked in APO for deletion??
Also there is an active integration model with that product, location combination.
What does the message mean then???
    Thanks.

You can always check for deletion flags in table /SAPAPO/LOC (check for deletion flag field LVORM) and /sapapo/MATLOC (check for deletion flag field LVORM)
Change pointer R means Completely Delete Document. This happens when someone deleted an order in APO and the same order deletion has not yet transferred to R3 due to some reason. The reason could be that you have set up change pointers in the system to stop automatic deletion transfer of orders or the fact that integration model does not exist.
So either make sure you have an active integration model setup for the product or get rid of the change pointer using /sapapo/c5 transaction

  • BOP selects products without an active ATP CIF integration model ?

    Hello experts,
while setting up a GATP BOP Process I'm realizing that BOP is not automatically restricting the products from the loaction to which have an active ATP CIF model.
    Example:
    Location: 1000
    Products: A, B, C
Product A is in APO for DP and SNP reasons and there is no ATP CIF model for A-1000 combination. Products B and C have been setup only for GATP reasons (but not for DP and SNP). If I run the BOP for entire location 1000 (product fiter = empty) it is picking all 3 products including product A and is rescheduling Sales orders for product A in location 1000 - although there is no GATP CIF model active.
Is this standard behaviour or do I miss anything here ? (I assumed that APO would never take a product into a BOP Filter which does not have an active and standing GATP integration model towards the ECC system.)
    Regards
    Thomas

    Hi Thomas,
SAP documentation as in below URL
    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_scm70/helpdata/en/9c/066f3928025a6ee10000000a114084/frameset.htm
states for filtering criteria in its pre-requisite . It appears that it only looks for materials filtered in BOP (i.e it does not look for materials meant for ATP check in its CIF).
However, let us wait for comments from experts.
    With regards,
    Mrinal
