i have an app called clash of clans and im trying to purchase TL 89.99 worth of gems for this app. i try and it wont let me i redeemed credit card and im trying to use it, but everytime I try and buy it says contact apple support and this site has not how can i solve this problem?

Clash of clans - buy gems blocked

I am trying to buy gems in the iphone of my son using the ask buy option, I did it before without issue but now the Gems is showed in gray! I can't but because an pending transaction message appear! I did everything I could including contacting ITune Support, Noone help me with this issue.
I am able to buy others apps, I already buy from app store, buy buying in the clash of clans game is not possible. The option is blocked.
Any one saw this error before? Do you know how to fix it?

Do you mean that you don't have your Macau billing address on your account ? Whilst you are in Macau you can only use the Macau store.

I am having ongoing connection problems with the Clash of Clans app which means that I lose battles, resources or boost times. This results in a loss of gems which I have purchased but will not be refunded as they will not accept responsibility.

Whilst playing Clash of Clans I will continually lose the internet connection. This means that I lose battles, resources, gold etc and lose boost times. I have informed Supercell who blame my internet connection even though the iPhone, laptop and TV all work fine so it is obviously a technical problem with their game and probably something to do with their last updates.
As I have purchased gems I feel that I should be compensated for my loss but they will not accept responsibility nor investigate the technical issue. The loss of connection occurs constantly with the game often freezing during replays or searching for battles. This is obviously not a connection issue.
What suggestions do you have to resolve this situation?

Thanks for the reply. I asked because I also wanted to see if others had encountered the same problem.
I have no problems with my internet connection as I run my TV, laptop and iPhone off the same connection with no problems. I believe that since the recent updates to the game this has caused the problem. The game often freezes, cancels out or returns me to the main game screen during battles or replays.
What I want to know is how do I get the game designers or owners to acknowledge my problem as at this time they keep telling me it is my internet that is a problem and not their game. How do they know this when they refuse to investigate. What can I do and who do I go to for support if they won't accept responsibility?
I am very grateful to you for replying but concerned that if this can happen to me then how many other gamers are losing out and paying for something that they are not going to receive.

You need to talk to clash of clans first. The game should have a support link.
If they can't/won't help you then you turn to iTunes support.
There seem to be a lot of issues with in app purchases in this game because not a day goes by that someone doesn't post a thread asking something similar.

I have purchased gems on clash of clans and i haven't received my gems.

I purchased gems on clash of clans, 20$ pack, and at first it was processing it and it wouldn't load or give me gems, so i closed it out and re opened it to see if it worked and it hasn't, so i thought it was my connection possibly lagging. and i ended up trying a few more times and still nothing. then i go to check my bank account to see if it purchased and it did.. spent 80$ and i still haven't received one gem. i have emailed super cell about this situation and from what i've read it takes about 6-8 weeks for them to respond. I really don't have the time to wait. I really would like to talk to someone who can help my problem. if possible i would like to be reimbursed. if not that's not to big. but if i cannot be i would like to receive my gems soon.

How do you purchase in-app game extras like gems for the game Clash of Clans with an i-tunes gift card? I have downloaded three $10 gift cards on my i-phone 4 and can't seem to purchase any extra game stuff (gems) without it charging my credit card that I have attached to my i-phone. Were u charged for it? If not, it shouldn't matter. But if it was charged, u can send supercell a bug report. In clash of clans, go to Settings -> Help and Support -> Report an issue -> purchasing issue
It will take u to ur mail and u hv to send an email to supercell giving an account if what happened. If u hv any proof like a screenshot of your credit card bill and that of the pop up box, u can send it in ur mail. As it is a purchasing issue, it should be looked into soon. Hope this helps.

I recently redeemed an $10 itunes gift card. The credit shows up next to my apple ID, but when I try to purchase gems on Clash of Clans I get an error that says "Insufficient Remaining Store Credit- Tap Continue to sign in". When I sign in it wants me to enter my CC#, I do not want to use my card. Is there something I need to do to get it to work? Any help is appreciated.
