Cockpit Issue

One of my customers has been using the Cockpit, including the ability to drag Outlook emails to Activities, for some time.  Today they reported that one user is unable to use this function.  She can drag the email, but the system does not create the Activity.  Nothing has changed on her PC or authorizations; she can create Activities manually without any problem.  She has rebooted several times.
This is a customer service rep who uses this function frequently every day.  Does anyone have an idea of what could have happened or what to do about it?

  • PR to SRM Sourcing Cockpit Issue

    In ECC, the ME_SOU* BADI is implemented to activate sending PR of type RV to go to SRM Sourcing Cockpit.
    The necessary Workflow Event Linkages are activated in ECC to send the PR to SRM.
    When the PR is released, it does not trigger the event to call the workflow. The event trace SWELS at the time of releasing the PR does not show any events triggered.
    Any thoughts here to resolve this issue?

    If you are going to transfer ECC PR to SRM via SOA, the following steps should be configured well in ECC side:
    1, LOG_MM_P2PSE_1 should be activated via trx SFW5 in ECC side;
    2, implement BADI ME_REQ_SOURCING_CUST;
    3, go to trx SWETYPV and check if the following objects are existing:
    BUS2015 RFXREQUESTED
    BUS2105   SOURCINGREQUESTED
    4,activate outbound message as below:
    (ERP) Transaction SPRO -> Other mySAP.com components->Supplier Relationship Management->
    Message Control-->Activate outbound messages through qRFC
    BUS2015 RFXREQUESTED
    BUS2105   SOURCINGREQUESTED
    5, configure RFC destination for workflow system
    6,configure RFC destination for SAP XI
    7, create SU01 XI user
    8, trx olme: Portal  >Set Up Landscape
    9, trx smqr: MMPURS_BUS2105_* should be registered.
    XML message should be triggered after this.

    1) There are some SC which are sitting in my sourcing cockpit even after backend document is created.
    2) There are some sc which are not supposed to go into sourcing cockpit.
    I need to clean up both scenarios. Please advise if there is any function module or program to do that.

  • Auto-Id Cockpit Link Issue

    Hi
    I am using SAP AII 4.0.
    When I open the Auto-Id Cockpit link this error message is displayed
    500 Internal Server Error
    The initial exception that caused the request to fail, was:
      com.sap.tc.webdynpro.services.exceptions.WDRuntimeException: Failed to resolve JCO destination name 'AII_WD_RFC_METADATA_DEST' in the SLD. No such JCO destination is defined in the SLD.

  • SRM 5.0 Sourcing Cockpit (SP 09) issue

    Hi,
    I'm working on plan driven scenario with system SRM 5.0 (SP 9 - SAPKIBKT09) and ECC 6.0 (SP 8 - SAPKNA7008).
    Yesterday we have upgrade SRM package to 09 from 08, and now we have the following issue:
    when I try to convert SC (created from a back end purchasing requisition via plan driven channel) in sourcing cockpit into a GOA it's raised the following error <i>"Some backend documents could not be generated, or they contain errors"</i>, that before upgrade there isn't!!!
    I hope someone could help me.

    for a. I still see the following option:
    Get a PR into Sourcing Cockpit, extend the contract, close the PR in Sourcing
    Cockpit (modify the email sent,when the complete button is pushed).
    Besides, I would question the buyer, why he did not extend the contract on own
    intension - seems there is a bigger stroy behind this requirements
    For b., I am sorry, but I do not understand yet and I have no suggestion yet.
    When one ECC PR is transfered to SRM the counterpart is one SC. I assume,
    you want to group single items of several SCs into one PO? This would be
    possible via the grouping function.

  • HCP course - issues with authorization panel in cockpit

    I am unable to assign the required authorizations for the feedback service. In fact my authorizations screen in the HCP cockpit looks very different from what Rui see's on his screen. I do not have a column called Account. I only see columns for Application and Role.
    When I try to assign a new role I have no option to specify the account!
    Is this yet again another issue where those of use with original HCP trial account user-id's are missing new functionality? My account is p1081110.
    3 weeks into the course an I'm still unable to complete the practical exercises from Week 1. Both this accounts issue and also the outstanding issue about not being able to activate the paldemo folder!

  • Sourcing Cockpit email issues

    We had to customize the BBP_SOCO_APP_ITEM_COMPL_MAIL completion text and we did the changes as well. However we're facing issues in email notification which has been send to requistioner when the shopping cart is rejected.
    Instead of requistioner email ID maintained in SU01, it triggers a email to dummy ID . We have analyzed SU01 and BP for requistioner email ID and it looks correct, however it goes to dummy email ID.
    Appreciate you help/suugestion this issue.

  • BI7 Admin Cockpit Data Collection Issue

    Hi,
    We are in BI7 SP15.
    When I run my Z query & run Query Runtime Statistics - Delta process chain i don't see any statistics data in 0TCT_C02. I activated all required objects. But if i run query in 0TCT_MC02 & run delta load i see the records in 0TCT_C02.
    I verified 'Tools - BW Statistics for Infoproviders' both 0TCT_C02 and my Zcube (also both quries) has same setting. Am i missing any steps?

    After running the delta process chain i can see only the stat data for query from 0TCT_MC21 not for my Zcube. I ran query against my Zcube but i could not see any stat records related to my Zcube queries.
    I set RSA1 - Tools - Statistics for InfoProviders for my Zcube to X & 2.
    Any help is appreciated.

  • DSD Settlement Cockpit authorisation issue

    Hello
    We are using paper-based DSD. There are many TPPs mapped to several Settlement offices. Objective is to restrict a user to have a worklist  consisting of shipments related to Transportation Planning Point that are assigned to his user-id via authorisation/roles. Currently, all users (irrespective of which state(BSO) he/she belongs to) get a worklist of all shipments.
    Any ideas/suggestions on how we can implement such an authorisation?

    After you Assign Allowed Settlement Types to Settlement Office in customising use Parameter ID /DSD/SL_BSO and assign it to user profile parameters.

    Hello Experts. I am asking this question again as I didn't get any answers last time.
    I am creating a report that will have Open Orders, Sales Orders and Deliveries.
    For my open orders, I want to see:
    1.sales orders or the deliveries, which are not billed
    2.deliveries which are not goods issued
    3.sales order which are confirmed, but not delivered
    4. Or any other type of open order.
    I need to know what are the Data Sources in LO Cockpit that I need to activate?
    These data sources will be feeding the cube 0SD_C03.
    According to my research, I hace listed the following datasources:

    Hi...From my own experience i recommend you to activate the possible datasources that you think could be useful for you...and run the RSA3 transaction in order to see if any of them beings the data you need....
    check the Help.sap.com in order to see tha structure for every datsource

  • Error while activating TCT and BI admin. Cockpit (Urgent)

                    We are configuring NW 04s BI system right now. We have followed the general settings on the system after Basis handed that over to us accrding to Best Practice config. document. Now to install BI administration cockpit, we need to activate the technical content for executing the BI Admin. cockpit. First of all, when we tried to install technical content automatically, we got this error msg no. RSTCO_UT013 and in our 2nd trial we are getting err msg no RSQBW400. First msg was about the job BI_TCO_ACTIVATION failure. Second msg is " There is no A version of Infoset 0RSTT_I07. Because of the errors, we are not able to install any standard business content. Every time we run a background job, it gets cancelled.
    We are applying the OSS notes no. 965386 and 934484. If any one has any idea of resolving the issue plz. let us know. Full points will be awarded for the correct answers. Thanks <b></b>

    If not,  you need do manual correction and apply more than 50 notes.

  • Error BRAIN 276 when you execute a Web template in BI Admin Cockpit in  EP

    Hi Experts,
    I have Installed BI Administration Business Packages in Portal and configured necessary steps in BI System.I have assigned the role in Portal and BI System.
    I tried executing one iview...and was getting the following error:
    Error loading template 0TPLI_0TCT_MCA1_Q0143
    and when i click on the above error ..i was getting another window which shows below message:
    Technical Information for Message:
    Error loading template 0TPLI_0TCT_MCA1_Q0143
      Notification Number BRAIN 276
    I was suggested by SAP Note 1014795 to do the below changes :
    TEMPLATE_ID=0TPLI_0TCT_MCA1_Q0143  To TEMPLATE=0TPLI_0TCT_MCA1_Q0143
    Please note that the above note says to replace  TEMPLATE_ID  by TEMPLATE in the property of "BEX Web application Query String" of the IView in Portal
    and also please note that i have Version=SAP BW 2.X/3.X in Iview Property .
    After having made the above changes iam getting the BEX Web Analyzer...where i have the options to open a query ( from all the infoareas of BI System).and then i will select the query (0TCT_MCA1_Q0143) and am executing the same to display the data.
    i know that this Is not the correct way of executing the iview for BI Admin Cockpit.
    Can anyone help me how to execute the Web Template automatically when the user clicks on IView ?
    we have all the above Web Templates Corresponding to BI admin cockpit in active mode in when checked from WAD 3.X , but when when i search for the above web templates in WAD 7.0 i do not find them
    Is there anything that i need to activate in BI System ? Or in Portal System?
    Or do i have to execute the above web templates in  BI WAD before linking them to portal iviews?
    Do we have to Migrate the Web Templates from  BW 3.5 to BI 7.O?

    We are having this exact same issue - example of one of the errors:: Error loading template 0TPLI_0TCT_MCA1_Q0114.  We get this error for all MCA1 templates.  Basis says they've deployed latest BP BI Administration 1.0 with Patch 2 (BPBIADMINOSP_2-1000342B.SCA).The info refers to BI Admin Cockpit, Business Package for BI Administration,
    BP BI ADMINISTRATION 1.0 ,BI Usage Statistics,0TCT_CA1.
    I see from documentationthat the multicube 0TCT_MCA1 is from 0TCT_CA1 and 0TCT_VCA1

    1) How come there are more than 1 template with same name and Query with same names- for example:
    Web Template: Long-Term Trends in Total Runtimes of BI Applications
    WebTemplate: 0TPLI_0TCT_MC01_Q0114
    This Web template is the container for the query 0TCT_MC01_Q0114 and is designed to provide detailed analyses.
    AND
    Web Template: Long-Term Trends in Total Runtimes of BI Applications
    WebTemplate: 0TPLI_0TCT_MCA1_Q0114
    This Web template is the container for the query 0TCT_MCA1_Q0114 and is used for detailed analyses
    2) How come the delivered process chains load other technical content, but does not load 0TCT_CA1
    Basis re-deployed the bi admin cockpit contents, but still have error in loading template 0TPLI_0TCT_MCA1_Q0114.
    3) Do we need to do any of the following?
    SE38 u2013 run RSTCC_ACTIVATEADMINCOCKPIT_NEW
    RSA1 - bi content, install & transport
    Check role SAP_BI_BW_ADMINSTRATOR
    Se38 u2013 rs_template_maintain for active templates u2013 look for MCA1 templated

  • Issue in  product category replication from R/3 to SRM

    We are in the process of replicating Material Group from R/3 to SRM
    using transaction R3AR2 & R3AR4. Our Pre-Production server got
    refreshed recently & this has caused all EBM data inclucing Logical
    System & Destination being overwritten with EBP data.
    We have maintained middleware paramaters, viz., CRMCONSUM, CRMRFCPAR,
    CRMPAROLTP & also TBE11.
    We have also maintained sites in CRM Middleware Monitoring Cockpit
    using SMWP.
    We have also tried after deleting entries in tables CRMPRLS (R/3) &
    CRMMLSGUID (EBM) as suggested by SAP note 765018
    We have followed steps mentioned in link /people/marcin.gajewski/blog/2007/02/05/how-to-replicate-material-master-from-r3-to-srm
    (But we are not clear about site attributes which needs to maintain as per the CRM Middleware Monitoring Cockpit.)
    ISSUE:
    Material Group gets replicated to Product Category in SRM. However, the
    Product Category gets replicated with Logical System which is not
    maintained in EBM

  • Search Help for Custom field in Sourcing Cockpit

    Hi SRM Experts,
    I added custom field "rush order" in the Structures as per requirement. I added code in MODIFY_SCREEN function module. Search help is working for "rush order" in Process Purchase Orders (to search PO) and Check Status (Searching Shopping Cart). But it is not working in sourcing cockpit. Please guide or suggest me is there any additional settings or programming is required to have search help for custom fields in Sourcing Cockpit.

       Couple  of  suggestions...If  this  thread is   still  relevant....or  please  close  this  thread...
    1)  Make sure  you are   not  having any  issues  with  running  the  query, try  running  it  directly  in BEX/RSRT.
    2)Once  we  know  that  there  is  no  issue  with  teh  query...try  running  the  Trace  on the  user (ST05)  to get further details  on  the error  by  trying  to  run  it  from  management  cockpit..
    3) Check    Note 1285242 - CPIC-CALL: 'ThSAPCMRCV' no data received.
