I cannot install Cc Code 1 free or purchased. I wish some old fashion HELP, no forums, no most asked, most accessed.

I thought I had a problem with my Ipad in which I didnt, so I backed up my Ipad and restored it, but now Some of my apps that I have purchased are not available only the free version, not the purchased version. I would have to purchase again and it is not backed up into my Icloud either ?

I assume that you will have to set up as new since it will not let you restore from the backup. Then after you set it up, you can restore from the iCloud backup. The backup should not disappear be use you are setting this device up as new. Your backup should still be in iCloud.
However, after you activate the iPd and update the software, you will have to erase the device in order to restore from the Cloud backup, that is the only way to get to the iCloud backup.

I am not able to solve the above issue for last couple of days.

I am using Jdeveloper 11.1.2.4.0 Release 2
1. Using Jdev I built one small Web Service with two methods.
        While testing the Webservice...
               I passed User Id as Parameter and it successfully return the values (user id, user name and description) from fnd_user table
2. I created another application to consume the web service i created.
               1. I added the webservice SOAP and added the method.
               2. Created a jsf page and drag and drop the parameter and return values to the jsf page.
3. While executing the created jsf page I received the error message as below
"oracle.jbo.NoDefException: JBO-29114 ADFContext is not setup to process messages for this exception. Use the exception stack trace and error code to investigate the root cause of this exception. Root cause error code is JBO-25058. Error message parameters are {0=Attribute, 1=UserName, 2=UserName}"
Even I know that this issue is repeated one in our forum, I was not able to solve this issue.
Can anybody help to solve this issue.

I have to actually same problem today 23.10.2012. For an example I have only changed billing methods and have bought hundreds of apps but I remember clearly that I bought for an example ,,Wikipanion Plus'' and ,,OPlayer'' which is now HD OPlayer and I did not see them in purchased items, neither ,,not on ipad/iphone'' nour ,,not on my computer'' and I check in both my computer. I confirm hereby that I took the chance to re-buy these two Apps again through the same account but I got the message ,,As you have bought the previous version on this account you will get this update for free'' so I clicked yes and I got them both. This doesnt only proof that I have purchased them before and purchased items in iTunes Store has some lacks to fix but also it proofs that I also bought them through that specific account as I had to confirm the buying process. In my opnion this is not a thing which Apple should be relaxed with as its very important that powerusers and regular consumers can trust and rely on doing business and to shop via iTunes. I have a lot of expensive Apple Hardware and for me this is a stepping stone and a serious test on the circle of trust. If this cant be fixed I cannot recommend others to trust the store.

can some one plz explain me process of free goods purchases.
we want to keep this free goods acceptance in one of my purchasing doc type.

Free Goods PO can be created manually by checking the check box in Item Overview screen in ME21N. Goods Receipt can be carried out using MIGO or programmatically by BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE. Invoice receipt is not applicable for Free Goods PO.
Also, Free Goods determination can be automated by Free Goods Condition records for Condition type NR00. As mentioned above, this can be carried out using MBN1. By standard, this can setup at Vendor/Article level or Vendor/Site/Article level.

1. You raise a different document type for a free items and accordingly
   maintain the customising settings (but please note that certain document types are excluded from this, like the intercompany stock PO)
2. You can use the BADI ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST.
   where you can write your own code to overide the customising when
   it is a free item.
Regarding field selection settings please be informed that it is not possible to set the flag for free and the flag for invoice
receipt together. It does not make sense to expect an invoice receipt for a position which is free.
The 'Free Items' indicator in the overview is only used to facilitate   the switching off of the Inv.Receipt flag and the GR-based IV flag. Note that the 'Free Items' indicator is not stored on the PO item table EKPO.
The Inv.Receipt flag (and the GR-based IV flag) are the fields that   really controls if an item is 'free' or not.
Please check also
FORM MEPO_ITEM_FILL_REPOS = include LMEPOF64.

"This iTunes account is not setup to allow family sharing"

I have turned on family sharing. The person whom I invited to my family has accepter successfully. But she cannot see my account on her purchases page, and I can't see hers.
When I go to my Purchased page in the iTunes store either on my iphone or within iTunes on my Yosemite mac, I see the message at the tope "This iTunes account is not setup to allow family sharing". However in the iCloud setup page, it is the iTunes account I have entered to share content.
Any ideas how to fix this?
I don't know if this is relevant, but my iCloud account that I use on my phone to setup family sharing is different to the one I am using to share content. But this should be okay as family sharing is meant to specifically cater for this.

There a few things to make sure that you can share content with Family sharing if it is not showing up or saying that it is set up to use Family Sharing. Make sure that you have set it up since you are not using your account as the main account. Also I would sign out of your account make a free purchase and then sign back in with your Apple ID when it prompts for one. Take a look at the articles below for more information.

In-App purchase is not working in iOS7

I have a working code for In-App purchase , its working fine in iOS6 but when I run in iOS7 I got "Failed to load list of products" in debug area and when I tap on restore button to get the already purchased product it says "Cannot connect to iTunes Store".
I searched a lot regarding this but did not found any solution for this.

I have a couple apps that have been in the marketplace for quite some time. Now with iOS 7 there have been some bugs reported. I am trying to rebuild them in XCode 5 with a iOS 6 target. However, I have some serious problems with the StoreKit. The first App always returns "Cannot connect to iTunes" when I try to test an In-App purchase on my iOS 7 iPad. With my second App, the In-App purchase seems to work, however I never get any responses using NSNotificationCenter. "productPurchased" and "productPurchaseFailed" never get hit. I created test users and I believe they are valid. I logged out of iTunes on the device. Does anyone know what might have caused this to stop working for me? I have made no other changes to my code. I am only trying to run it in XCode 5 on an iOS 7 device. Thanks for any help someone might be able to provide!

How to get Movies from iTunes to iPad (Not setup on computer)

I have a movie in iTunes that I want to transfer to an iPad.
The iPad was not setup on my current machine (or not setup using a computer at all, I can't recall), so when I connect, it asks to restore from my last iPhone backup, or setup as new. The iPad is only backed up on iCloud.

If you purchased the TV. shows from iTunes, they are compatible with the iPad and there is no reason why they shouldn't work. Did you try syncing them to the iPad from iTunes on your computer?
