Collective billing document

Hi All,
When  I create  two sale order(297,298) and two delivery (80001084,80001085) but i want to create single billing document for those delivery but the billing document create individual item not pick the other item.
please help me to resolve this issue.

Hi,
go to vf04, select all the delvieries for which u want to create collective billing and click on Simulation button which next to the Individual billing document. so that you will get the reason for the invoice split.
If the process is export related, please find the below explanation for correctin of the issue.
Normally in Export sales, By default export data both in delivery & billing will be differ.
In Foreign Traded Data of Delivery / Invoice --> Organisation Tab --> Number of Foreign Trade data will have one unique number for each item of the delivery or invoice due to this Collective billing is not possible.
Solution:
1. In VTFL t.code --> Copy controls header details --> 1. Copy requirements should be 003 (by default it will be 003)
2. Determ. export data should be B (redetermine the export data)
So after you maintain the above fields, test it with new delivery & invoice.
Please follow the above process definitely you will be clear on the issue.

    Hello,
    You may not be able to find the same from VF04, it is for billing due list. If the sales document is due for billing, it will be displayed in VF04.
    If you know the billing document now created, then check same in VF03, see the Sales Document / Reference document Numers along with the line items from the Overview screen.

  • Regarding : Push button collective Billing document

    Hi Gurus,
    In transaction VF04, there is a push button called collective billing document, the requirement is to hide or make the push botton inactive, is it possible through any developments or any std configuration available to disable that, or any other methods pls help me at the earliest.

    It will goes to SE38 editor copy this Program to zprogram
    then find out Set PF status in that Program
    Delete that button...

  • VF04 collective billing document online

    Hi,
    For collective billing document we have written a new routine to clear the regional code of the ship to party and have combined billing list in Vf04, Now i have a problem after i applied the changes , in the Vf04 i have two diffrent delivries woth Item catgeories wth TAN and Tax item catrgory for collectibe billing document on line, It is working fine for individaul billing document and collective billing document, but not collective billing docuemnt on line,
    Please help me to know the reasons for not clearing the diffrent item catrgprioes, It was working fine earlier.

    Hi,
          If you are creating a Collective document online, then system will  give you the reason for log, if there is an error as it is done online, you can see it by clicking on "EDIT-LOG" or If there is no error , click on selection list  and try to save it and see what the system is showing.     maintain billing due list status 1 multiple delivery invoices click collective billing document
    I'm new to this transaction, but in VF04 when I select 4 delivery invoices and click "collective billing document", I get a status 1, but it says that it was successfully processed (green check mark).
    I just want to know where I can find this final collective invoice?

  • Collective Billing Document for Resource-Related & Order-Related Items.

    Gurus,
    Due to the nature of our service related business our contracts are made up of fixed price (periodic) billing, hourly & cost+ mark-up (resource related) billing invoiced on monthly cycles.
    Our clients expect to see 1 invoice each month covering this combination.
    Production of billing documents is follows:
    A single sales order created with line items classified as either periodic or resource related.
    For the periodic items a billing plan is maintained in the sales order.
    For resource related items a debit/credit memo request is created using t.code DP91
    Running t.code VF04 with the Sales Order, Debit/Credit memo request number and billing dates returns 2 lines.
    Bililng date is entered in the default data tab to overcome invoice splits.
    When running collective billing - individual billing documents are created.
    What config or SAP notes are availble to make combining into a single billing document possible.

    You have sales order item and resource related debit/credit memo
    If you want to combine this then you have to set up proper copy control setting from SALES DOCUMENT to BILLING DOCUMENT

    If you comman data like same Payment terms, same Payer etc  in all the deliveries you can get single invoice through copy control settings.
    Go to VTLF transaction here you selct your documents then go in to the item level copy control settings here you can find the field Data VBRK/VBRP  in this field you maintain routine 3 - Single invoice.

  • Exchange rates at line items in billing document - VF04

    Hello,
    We are trying to create a collective billing document, via transaction VF04, for deliveries created from two sales orders with different exchange rates (VKBD-KURRF).
    When we try to execute this operation, two billing documents are created and in split analysis. This behavior is due to different exchange rates (from sales orders).
    Since the sold-to-party is the same, he wants a unique billing document for all deliveries.
    So we pretend to post one billing document with different exchange rates at item level, instead of at header level.
    Is this possible?

    You can combine multiple deliveries in one billing document provided the following are same in all preceding documents
    -  Payer
    -  Actual GI Date from Delivery
    -  Payment Terms
    -  Inco Terms
    -  Account Assignment Group of customer
    -  Exchange Rate
    In your case, since invoice is splitting due to exchange rate, you can achieve to have one invoice.  In VF04, you can see a tab Default Data  where there is a field Service Rendered Date.   Maintain a date and generate so that you will get one invoice.

    Please try with this option
    Go to VF04 transaction enter the selection data (To execute the delivery documents) then execute now system will execute the list of delivery documents which were not billed.You select dleveries those you want to bill then click on Individual billing document push button now system will create the invoices for the delivery documents,

  • Collective Billing doc./online stops if a delivery document saves with error

    Dear Gurus
    We will save the billing documents using VF04 (Maintain Billing Due list) by selecting all the delivery documents and will click on   "Collective Billing Doc. /Online'. Sometimes, if a single delivery documents was incomplete or saved with error, system stops the execution at the error delivery document. Again we will exclude the error delivery document and tries to select the remaining documents. We will repeat it till all documents cleared (except the error Document).
    Is there any option, where we can successfully execute all the documents with excluding the error delivery documents. That means, system should save all the billing documents without stopping at the error document. This will helps us to minimize our time. Suggest us a solution.

    Normally, for any reason, if billing documents cannot be generated, it could be due to incompletion log exists in sale order and not in delivery.  So in all probabilities, wherever system has stopped generation of billing document, if you check the corresponding sale order, it would have been saved with incompletion log.  So before executing VF04, user has to educate to check this.  On the other hand, if you want to automate this process, you can try with USEREXIT_FILL_VBRK_VBRP in program RV60AFZC

  • Sales Orders-Collective Billing [Primary Sales Agent-Sub Agent-EndCustomer]

    Dear all,
    Our company is a FerryBoat operator and the following sales schema is used: Primary Sales Agents - PSA sell Tickets to interested parties - End Customers via  Subagents - Brokers.
    Via our Reservation system (not SAP) an interested party can buy a reservation using the services of a subagent who has online access to the system. In case of Trucks the reservation System issues a type of Cargo Invoice for the End Customer (ie the company that owns the truck). Our company is  paid by the PSA  of our SubAgent.
    Up to now for each truck reservation, within our SAP back office we created a SalesOrder via an IDOC, with the following Info:
    SoldTo      = the SubAgent ( has a view in SalesOrganization as a customer - KNVV )
    ShipTo      = the SubAgent ( We didnu2019t keep the EndCustomer in our SAP system )
    BillTo, PayTo = The PSA  ( has a view  within the CompanyCode data u2013 KNB1 )
    Billing is collective and each billing document includes many Sales orders for the Same PSA. The Accounting Document is a summarized one
    Debit PSA-Payer / Credit Revenue .
    From the Billing document an output Statement is produced and sent to the PSA.
    We are obliged from 01.01.2010 to reflect the End Customer sale in our SAP accounting System, even though we will still be paid by the PSA. So the accounting department proposes something like this
    1.     Debit EndCustomer / Credit Revenue     for each CargoInvoice-many End Customers
    2.     Debit PSA / Credit End Customer          (summarized)
    The same Output statement should be produced and sent to PSA since he will continue to pay us.
    It is clear that from now on we should keep a record of the End Customer within our SAP system (should be opened in KNB1) From what I understand the Sales order should have the following info
    SoldTo = the SubAgent
    ShipTo = the End Customer
    BillTo=?
    PayTo=?
    Should we have new Business partner functions? How can we achieve this via SD. What should be the Businness partners involved in each Sales order u2013 Truck reservation ? Is it possible to have a single BillingDocument for the whole production of a PSA as we had before ?

  • Number Range (series) for Billing Document (F2) and Excise Invoice

    Hi All,
    I want to know how the number ranges / number series is defined for billing documents (F2) and excise invoice, for India business scenario.
    In India, the excise invoice is given to the customer so that he can the excise duty/ cenvat. This invoice acts as the Tax invoice (having all pricing elements apart from excise duty) against which customer outstanding is considered. That is, the payment due will be tracked against this Tax (excise) invoice.
    But in SAP, the accounts posting is done (customer a/c debited) when we creaate and post the billing document (type F2). Hence, the outstanding amount is tracked against the billing document created. This billing doc/invoice will have all the pricing components like price, discount, freight, etc apart from excise duty.
    The excise invoice is created separately....with ref to the above billing doc....for posting the excise duty.
    If the number ranges for billing document and excise invoice are different then it is difficult to trace the outstanding amount from a particular customer on the basis of excise invoice created in the system.
    Can somebody provide inputs/solution on this?

    My question is not how to define number range for billing doc and excise invoice? i mean what procedure / tcode to be used for the same?
    My question is whether we need to define same number range for Billing doc (F2) as well as Excise Invoice.
    For example: number range 1000 to 1999  --- same for F2 and excise invoice....
    Lets say billing doc 1000 is created. Further, when we create excise invoice w.r.t. this billing doc....the excise invoice created will also need to be 1000. ....so that we can identify that against this excise invoice, we need to collect the payment from customer.
    If the number ranges for billing doc and excise invoice are different, then it is difficult for the user to trace the outstanding payment .....because genarally the excise is treated as Tax invoice by companies in India ...(so that the customer can claim the excise duty....when he purchases the goods from the company).
    Whereas the customer account is hit when the billing doc is posted .....hence i feel, we need to keep the same number range for billing doc and exice invoice.
    Hope the question/scenario is clear now.
    I would appreciate the inputs on the above, from the consultants/experts who have worked on SAP implementation projects in India.

  • Two Separate Billing Documents created in the collec Billing through VF04

    Dear  Forum Friends,
    I am doing the collective Billing through VF04 for two deliveries (80015032 and 80015034) of the same day.
    When I am finding in VF05 it has been observed that Two Billing documents instead of one billing document have been created against the two deliveries.
    Could anybody guide where the problem is? I guess the problem is in Copy control but exactly what field is to be changed please guide me. I tried with the Data routine “003” and “007” but nothing happened.

    If data from the related reference documents differs in the header fields of the billing document, the system will automatically split the invoice.  For example,  header datas like Payment Terms, Payer, Shipping Conditions etc differs, there will be invoice split.
    To find out the reason for split analysis, proceed as follows:
    Enter the number of the first billing document that you wish to compare.
    Choose Environment --> Split analysis.
    Enter the number of the second billing document which you wish to compare to the first in the dialog box.
    Enter the billing document number and choose Continue.
    The system displays the Billing document split analysis log. It is made up of three parts. The first shows the header partners and header fields which are different in the two documents while the second and third columns show the respective values for these fields.
    This provides you with a clear overview of which fields have differing contents, the information available, and why there was an invoice split.

  • Collective billing for credit note requests

    Hi ERP Gurus,
    i'm trying to bill in a single credit note (billing document) many credit note requests generated through a rebate partial settlement.
    I'm using the billing due list functionality (tcode VF04) with collective billing execution mode.
    I got a dubt while seeing the billing document created because as many rows as the sum of the items of the two sales documents were created even if there were some common items.
    I would like to have a summation if one item (i.e. a material) is present in more than one sales document but i wanna also be sure that the rebate agreement will be correctly taking in consideration the billing document created.
    Anybody can support me on that?
    Any suggestion is well accepted

    Hi Carmine,
    If you could use any of the user exits to do it may be it will help you to solve you problem better, use a userexit while creating a billing document with more than one reference and then try to check and summate the materials in the user exit.
    try this and let me know if this works...
    even I did the same in my pro and it worked..
