  • Condition info for purchase order is changed or inserted today

    Please can anyone suggest
How to find whether the condition information for purchase is inserted today or it has been changed today

    Hi Raj
You can consider extracting the details from Change Documents.
FM: <b>CHANGEDOCUMENT_READ_WITHOUT_ED</b> can help you in this case.
Execute the FM with inputs OBJECTCLAS = "EINKBELEG", DATE_OF_CHANGE = SY-DATUM.
Check the entries in ICDPOS where fieldnames can be any of the below:
    BRTWR
    EFFWR
    NETPR
    NETWR
    Hope this helps...
    Kind Regards

  • Pricing schema for purchase info records

    hi guys!
does anyone knows either SAP standard got function to define pricing schema for PIR? if yes, can you please tell me how to set it up step by step?
    Thanks a lot,
    crystal.

    Hi,
there is no separate pricing schema for reading info records.
When creating PO, the system first searches for a purchasing
info record with the combination of vendor/material at purchasing
organization/plant level. If there is no such info record, the system
then search at purchasing organization level. If there is no such
info record here either, you must enter it manually.
If the purchasing info record exist, then valid conditions have
priority during price determination. If an info record does not
contain any conditions or invalid conditions, the system read from
last purchasing document in the info record and then suggest the price
from here. The price determined in this way are default values that
can be changed by the buyer if necessary.
You can save useful quotation data for a material in purchasing
info record. The info record can be created automatically by
setting the info update indicator during quotation maintenance
    in the item detail.
Please first check is there any valid info record exist for this
material/vendor. You can always create/change/view it manually
    via Ta ME11/ME12/Me13.
Please read also the notes 392988, 456691.

  • EDI1 Condition Types for Purchase Order

    Hi All,
The vendor sends a price change(855) that can be accepted automatically. The IDoc is updated but the purchase order is not updated with the confirmed price.
I found the below from SAP Market Place
    Answer:
Prerequisites for the use of the price update are:
    a) Condition types EDI1 and EDI2 must be maintained in the condition schema.
    b) The price transfer must be activated in the confirmation control key.
I have configured EDI1 and i can see a different Vendor  Price in  in INBOUND IDOC Seg E1EDP01 -VPREI AND THE 855 is posted the Application and i see the Order Ack on the PO
    T-Code M/06  : Condition Type
    Cond. class   B Prices
    Calculat.type C Quantity
    Cond.category d Confirmed purchase net price/value
Manual entries      B Automatic entry has priority
Manual entries      B Automatic entry has priority
Amount/Percent , Qty Relation ,Item Condition , Deletion check Boxes are Selected
Question 1 ) Acess Sequence is Blank
                  2)  PricingProc is Blank ( i believe we are using ZM000  PricingProc)
    T -Code  M/08
Step  90  ( Its the last Step)
    Counter     0
    Condition Type EDI1     Vendor Price
    Print  = X
    Another  question is
    1) Do i need to do anything at Vendor Level
After getiing the 855 , if i do an analysis on Pricing ,
I see  EDI1     207     Condition has been found (without condition record)
I Don't see the Vendor Price Any where in PO
I would appreciate if anyone can provide any help
    Thanks
    Venki
    Thanks

    Hi ,
    I'm sorry for the confusion.
The user creates a PO for an EDI Vendor and the PO is sent out to Vendor Immediately i.e EDI 850 and the Vendor Responds back with an EDI 855 PO Ack back and its posted to the application we get the PO Ack in the Confirmations Tab of PO.
    This works fine.
But we are try to implement the Price Mis-match .
Lets say we have Material For $10 as per Material Master and we created a PO with Material and sends out an 850 , but the vendor has increased the price between now and last order from $10 to $12 , and the vendor sends new price $12 in 855 and we are receiving into the IDOC and we want that price to show up in our PO and I believe thats the PURPOSE of EDI1 Pricing Condition.
I would appreciate if anyone can help me how to Configure the EDI1 Pricing Condition -Its Purely on Purchasing Side
    Hope i'm clear this time
    Thanks

But I hope that this condition record is applied in pruchasing contract when we create contract by ME31K. Plz kindly give me a suggestion.
So I want to check the condition dtermination is whether fullfil my requirement. If we can not use the price condition determination to get the net price, then we only go for user-exit to get it.

Why not, in me31k, click on condition button on toolbar for item conditions and for header conditions, click on menu bar path HEADER>CONDITIONS and maintain your conditions accordingly.

The bust be able the see the price  u201CPB00 Gross Priceu201D and all Pricing Elements to the be able to see the real cost of the purchased material e.g. u201CFRC1 Freight/Quantityu201D
through which data source i can get the Quantities and values, and from which table i can get the KSCHL so that i can enhance to my data source.
in sdn i have seen KSCHL from KONV table. if that is the table can you plz specify the data source and logic to meet my requirements.

    Hi Venugopal,
The Datasource that you need to enhance would definitely be 2LIS_02_ITM.
To fetch the gross price you can use the below mentioned logic:
DATA: l_t_MC02M_0ITM LIKE MC02M_0ITM OCCURS 0 WITH HEADER LINE,
          wa_MC02M_0ITM LIKE LINE OF l_t_MC02M_0ITM,
          tp_KBETR LIKE KONV-KBETR,
          tp_KPOSN LIKE KONV-KPOSN,
          tp_KNUMV LIKE EKKO-KNUMV.
    LOOP AT C_T_DATA INTO wa_MC02M_0ITM.
          CLEAR tp_KBETR.
          CLEAR tp_KPOSN.
          CLEAR tp_KNUMV.
          tp_KPOSN = wa_MC02M_0ITM-EBELP.
          SELECT SINGLE
          KNUMV
          INTO tp_KNUMV
          FROM EKKO
          WHERE EBELN EQ wa_MC02M_0ITM-EBELN.
    *     Select query to Fetch the Gross Price (KBETR) for a PO
          SELECT SINGLE
          KBETR
          INTO tp_KBETR
          FROM KONV
          WHERE KNUMV EQ tp_KNUMV AND
                KPOSN EQ tp_KPOSN AND
                KSCHL LIKE 'PB%'.
          IF SY-SUBRC EQ 0.
            wa_MC02M_0ITM-YYKBETR = tp_KBETR.
            MODIFY C_T_DATA FROM wa_MC02M_0ITM.
          ENDIF.
      ENDLOOP.
You may still want to check with the functional person for the exact logic.

  • Problem in using output type for purchase order

    Hi experts,
I am using output type for first time so may be i have done wrong configuration for po output type. The steps i have done are :-
    1) Going to  tcode NACE->Selected  the row u201CEF Purchase Orderu201D and clicked on u201CProcedures".
    2) In procedures there are 2 procedures for the application EF (Purchase Order). To proceed further, we would need to find out the procedure that is currently active.Gone to transaction SPRO. In this, navigate as Materials management -> Purchasing ->Messages -> Output control -> Message Determination Schemas ->Define Message Schema for Purchase Order
    3) Clicking on u201CAssign Schema to Purchase Orderu201D. So, the procedure RMBEF1 is active for EF (Purchase Order) .
    4) Go back to transaction NACE. Select u2018EFu2019 and click on u201COutput typesu201D.
    5)  Let us use the output type u201CNEU name purchase orderu201D for this purpose. Double-click on NEU.
    6) Ensured  that the checkboxes u201CAccess to conditionsu201D and u201Cmultiple issuingu201D are checked and the access sequence is 0001(DocType/PurchOrg/Vendor).Only 0001 and 0002 is available in f4 help for this.
    7) Now clicked on u201CProcessing Routinesu201D on the left hand side. Ensured that there is an entry for Medium u2018Au2019 (Distribution ALE).
    8) After that going back to the main screen of NACE. Select EF (Purchase Order) and clicked on u201CCondition Recordsu201D.
Select NEU and clicked on u201CCondition recordsu201D. The pop-up box appears that gives three radio button option :-
      1) Purchasing output determination :purchasing org / vendor for EDI
      2) Purchasing output determination :doc. type / purchasing org /vendor
      3) Purchasing output determination :document type
but it is not having option only for purchasing organisation through which we can send idoc for changes or creation of PO in that particular pur.org now if i choose 2) i have to give doc type and purchasing org both bcoz they are mandatory fields and value for vendor.
    9)  Also i  have done the necessary ALE configuration (not covered in this document). In the partner profiles, use the message type u201CORDERSu201D and the IDOC type u201CORDERS05u201D.In the tab u201CMessage Controlu201D, used the process codes u201CME10u201D and u201CME11u201D for u201CPO Createu201D and u201CPO Changeu201D respectively.
but the idoc is not generated many times when po is changed and when once it is generated it is giving error
    Please suggest solution.
    Thanks in advance

  • Output Message for Purchase order not being created Automatically

    Hi all,
I created a Condition type for Purchase order in MN04 with key combination "Doc.Type/Purch.Org/Vendor". The problem arises when i delete this condition record. After deletion when i create purchase order in me21n for that condition type, the system gives an error.
Message no. 06261 - No message generated for output of purchasing document.
Is there anyway the purchase order message is created automatically again when its condition type has been deleted from MN04.
    - Regards
    Sahar Khalid

Before creating the entry in MN04 the message was being created automatically. I want the system to create the same output message as it was creating before the creation of the entry in MN04.

  • Condition Type for Service PO Items

    Hi all expert,
May i know that where to define the condition type for Service PO items?
For item of service PO, there have Service Tab, under this tab, there may have few items and each of the item have condition type. thus, i would like to know that where to define this condition type. it is because i found that this condition type is different with PO condition type.
Hope can get ur reply soon.
    Thanks~

    Hi,
    Appreciated for your reply:)
I am confusing on "Variable Condition Schema For External Service" Step, as i view from the table, it seem look like a access sequence and assign to which document type to use pricing procedures.
If let's say i assigned this pricing procedures to PO category and normal PO document type, then does it crash with condition type which config for normal PO (Condition Tab of PO)?
if i assigned my procedures at "Variable Condition Schema For External Service" Step, where i can view my config result?
    Waiting for your reply.
    Thanks:)

  • Partner schema for STO

    Hello Everyone,
Can anybody tell me how to get the partners inthe STO Header- Partner tab.
defined the partner schema for vendor master, assigned it to the A/C group.
defined the partner schema for purchasing document, assigned it to the document type.
tested with a normal PO where i need to give the vendor #, the partner function details populate into the partner tab. however in STO where i give the supplying plant #, the partner functions associated with the vendor for that supplying plant do not get populated.
Also i need the partners in the STO to be copied over to the delivery, i've configured the partner determination procedure for deliveries but is there a copy control i need to maintain?
    any help  is greatly appreciated,
    Thanks,
    Michelle.

Thanks all of u for responding...,
do the partner functions in STO get carried over to Deliveries. The STO are combining to give single delivery.
I cant change the customer master order combination indicator as i want to the deliveries to combine when they come from the same plant and the receiving plant is also the same for both deliveries. and want the deliveries to split when the supplying plants are different even though the recieving plant is the same.
Let me make it bit clear:
Say supplying plants are A,B and C and all three plants are supplying to the Recieving plant D.
    A---> D
    B---> D
    C---> D
    A---->D
When i go to VL10B to create deliveries in the background, I want the deliveries coming from A to combine into 1 delivery and individual deliveries from B and C.
    Any i/p is greatly appreciated,
    Thanks,
    Michelle
