Confirmation of cancellation

I signed to AZURE successfully. But somehow the day after I got
 mail with Confirmation of cancellation of Free Trial, I didn’t cancel and I really want to continue using the Trail version for some more days? What do I need
to do to continue with the trail version?

    I'm using <html:cancel> button in Struts 1.1 and I'm using without thinking the following code:

    we do send out (by mail, no Idoc) an output of the cancellation. In this output we mention which item(s) has been cancelled. But we would like to get a reply from the vendor (cfr order acknowledgement) to be sure that the supplier received our cancellation.

    Let me understand your problem as followed ..
    You have created an order and did GR.. (For that order you would have done GI in 261)
    Now you have cancelled the confirmation...
    GR also is cancelled( Reversed).The result is the material which you did GR is now at you..i.e WIP
    Your problem is now you should not have materials in WIP..
    for that you have to do 262..Reversal of GI.. Then only the materials that the order contains will be removed... That is what we call as WIP...

  • Confirm OK/Cancel: could not stop processing after redirect

    I am have a problem doing a JavaScript confirmation which in a cfinclude file in the process page.
    When the display page send content to the process page, and process page first do some validation which is included in a cfinclude file. The issue is user need to choose from a confirmation message box, choose OK to continue processing, Cancel to send user to previous display page. Every thing seems working, except when user choose Cancel and is sent to the previous page, the execution on the process page continues anyway, behind scene though. Without server process validation you may not realize it. but the truth is it does not stop when user choose Cancel.
    So I need your insights how to handle the situation: give user choice to choose but when user select Cancel, stop the execution of the code after cfinclude.
    Is there anyway to do the message box without JavaScript? If only it could be done in Coldfusion, then the problem solve, by setting a coldfusion variable to stop the execution.

    Keep in mind that cf runs on the server, js runs on the client, and the two don't know what the other is doing.  You have a couple of choices.
    1.  Put the validation on the initial page so that selecting cancel keeps them on that page.
    2. Have a page that does validation and nothing else.  Have the rest of the code on another page.  Use js to send the user to the proper page depending on what they select with the confirm dialogue.

  • Confirm my cancellation

    I was trying to chat with someone online to confirm that my account was cancelled per my request a few weeks ago. I even got a refund back to my bank account so I was sure everything was taken care of. However, I got an email today that informed me subscriptions was about to expire in a few days. I'm nervous that I will get charged again somehow so I got onto the chat to get someone to confirm that I would not be charged again. I specifically marked that my inquiry was about CC and that I wanted to look into my account etc. Someone answered the chat, and I waited for him to address my question but he just sat there for a few minutes without saying anything. I finally asked if he got my question, and he confirmed that he did so I asked if he could help me. He said he could. So I waited. He came back a few minutes later, and said he would transfer me to someone in the CC department??? I waited and waited but no one ever picked up the chat. I typed something, and the chat was disconnected. Then I had to restart my browser to start a new chat per your website but that didn't work. So I had to use a different browser. Got into a chat session again and waited for over 30 min for someone to pick up the chat, and no one did. Now I'm here on the forum because the chat system is messed up. All I need is for someone to contact me to officially state that I will not be charged again in a couple of days for an account that was already canceled. Simple. Not that hard. Please contact me via email to have someone confirm this has been taken care of, and include any contact info that I can reach you at just in case I need to contact you at again in case you do charge me on accident.

  • Shipped even after the order is confirmed to be canceled

    I ordered a "CasioPrivia PX150 Digital PianoBlackPX150BK" (Order Number: {removed per forum guidelines}). But later I found a better deal and Best Buy haven't shipped yet still allowing me to cancel my order, then I just canceled it.
    A confirmation of the cancel was received shortly.As the following:
    YOUR ITEM HAS BEEN CANCELED

    We’ve been actively working on your order and need to provide you an important update. Unfortunately, your item listed below has been canceled.
    Your credit card has not been charged, and any other form of payment will be credited. We have released your funds. It may take your bank up to 10 days to make the adjustment on your account.     Since this is the official confirmation of cancel, so I treated it as is, I proceeded with the another order which has the better deal, and awaiting for the refund from Best Buy.
    But hours later, I receive another e-mail saying the order is shipped even after being confirmed to be canceled and refunded!
    Now the item is already in the UPS system and it will be delivered next week. Of course I don't want both 2 items and I still want the one from Best Buy to be returned (since I requested cancel and Best Buy guaranteed that it will be canceled). I will ask the courier of UPS to refuse the delivery.
    Since there's no online RMA tracking system to reflect the status of the order once it gets shipped, I setup this thread on this forum to be better in touch with the custom representatives (-BBY) to track the return process. To make sure the return-and-refund process goes smoothly.

    We have a requirement to differentiate between SRM confirmation and cancellations.  In POWL both looks same. 
    1.  Is there any way we can assign different number ranges for confirmations and cancellations
    2.  Is there any other solution, from the POWL we can differnetiate these two documents

  • Price difference on cancellation of production order confirmation

    Hi,
    We are having a material which is maintained at price control "S". We have created a production order for the material. In due course of business, we did confirmation for say 100 pcs of the material. However, immediatly on confirmation, we realized that we do not need to do the confirmation & hence we did the cancellation of the production order confirmation using CO13.
    On doing the production order confirmation cancellation, we observed that the system has posted some amount to "price difference account"
    We also observed that once in a while this kind of entries do get posted.
    It is requested to please let us know in why system is behaving this way?
    We have checked SAP Note no 216080 "Price difference when reversing GI for S-Priced material" & SAP Note no 215980 'Price difference during GR for the production order". However we are not convinced that these could be the reason for the price difference.

    Yes, you are correct in the understanding that the system creates quants in 914 when the production order confirmation is cancelled. But, it does not generate any TR or TO in the background to post the stock back into the original storage type.
    Can we not use the put away strategies so that the system determines where to place the material? My query is that despite all the configurations for automatic TO creation and confirmation for movement type 262, it does not generate a TO (or TR) in the background when a production order confirmation is cancelled using CO13.
    However, if I manually post a material using MB1A for 261 movement type and reverse it using 262, it generates a TO and confirms it as per the setting in configuration.
    The same thing does not work when we run it through PP (CO11N and then CO13).
    Any suggestions on how to approach this and where to check for missing configurations?

    Yes its possible to cancel the order confirmation. Pls dont worry about the greyed out fields when u execute IW45(Cancel Confirmation). When u execute IW45, type in the order no. and press enter. Then once u are on Cancel Confirmation screen (all greyed out) , press Back button. Now ot will ask you to put in some cancellation text. Press Insert, type in the reason for cancellation and then press End Insertion. Then press back. Again it will ask you if u wanna save the cancellation. Say yes. Now your Order confirmation stands cancel. U can test it by again executing IW41/IW42.
    Hope this solves your problem.

    We are using customized report for Production order confirmation . Below are steps
    1. Goods issue
    2. Calling transaction Co11 for confirmation (BDC)
    3 Goods receipt using BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE
    while running the program , it throws the "Order processed by RFC_USER" . We have tried enquque, dequeue , wait  but error pops up randomly.
    We have carried out few steps but still we are getting error sometimes.
    The issue is that goods issue & confirmation is happening but not goods receipt hence we are  are now trying to revert the goods issue & confirmation through "BAPI_PRODORDCONF_CANCEL" .  i have pasted my code , please  suggest if by using "BAPI_PRODORDCONF_CANCEL"
    will it  revert goods issue & confirmation .

    I am getting error while cancelling the confirmation "Order Processed by RFC_USER"
    But it goes to BAPI_TRANSACTION commit but the problem is confirmation is not cancelled(commit does not happen) .
    when i try putting breakpoint in bapi_transaction_commit , may be while debugging it gets more time and
    then confirmation is cancelled only during debugging . Please help me with below code to cancel confirmation

  • Cancellation of Production Order confirmation (CO13) not generating TR/TO

    Hi,
    We are facing a typical issue in the PP-WM interface. When we create an order and confirm it (partial confirmation), the Goods movement happens (261 mvt type) as desired and the TO is created and confirmed in the background.
    But, when we try to reverse the movement type (cancelling the production order confirmation using CO13) then there are no TRs or TOs generated in the background (for movement type 262).
    When I manually try to post a material document for 262 movement type, it creates a TO in the background (as per the configurations that I maintained) but this does not happen when movement type 262 is called using PP interface.
    The movement type configurations are all done for Automatic TR and TO generations - this works with normal IM process (when we manually post using MB1A transaction) but not with the return Goods movement happening with PP.....here, the material comes back to the interim storage type 914. We then need to create a TO manually and confirm it to take the stock back in to the original storage type and bin.
    We want that when a process order confirmation is cancelled then the materials should be posted back in to the original storage type and bin (from where the material was issued against the order).
    For Info: COGI shows no errors during the 262 movements, also, material document is generated for 262 movement type but no TR/TO generated.
    Is there any configuration that we have missed?
