Contact Center Script for AgentExtension

Hi,
I need a script that returns Agent extension of an already logged-in agents.. (I mean that I need to know if a specific agent is already logged in or not)
is it possible?..

You can get an Agents current state using the "Get Reporting Statistic"
Report Object = Resource IPCC Express
Field = State
Row Identifier = AgentID
Result Statistic = (Result in a string variable)
You must know the agents ID in order to get the status.
From memory the status is pretty basic. "Not Ready" means they can't accept a call from the CSQ. You can't tell why they are "Not Ready"
If you are looking for someone in the team you would have to have a list of agents in an XML file or a database. You would then have to loop through the list.
One you have a Agent ID you can get an extension via the "Get User Info" step.

    We are looking for something to replace an extension used by Quark to create contact sheets from Badia software. I am loath to upgrade this extension unless absolutely necessary. We receave thousands of photo's a week and output contact sheets for our editors to pick and choose which photos they want/like.

    Looking at the supported number of contact users for the BE6K it looks to support up to 100 users on their "H" platform.  Does anybody have any information on the limitations for contact center users for the BE7K?

  • Contact Center script question

    Hello,
         I have a script for a call center application which has different menus and submenus including CSQs in some branches of the menus, I configured everything and all is fine.
    the customer came up with a new requirement which is when a caller reaches an agent by mistake as the caller should be handled by a different CSQ, the customer wants this agent to be able to transfer the caller to the correct CSQ directly and NOT to the start of the script (by transferring to the application pilot number) and also NOT to an agent directly he want him to transfer the caller to the correct CSQ.
    and i have 12 CSQs in my script and if i divided the script to small different scripts and applications each with different call-in number to which the agent can transfer, this is going to be a big hassle and will have at least around 13 scripts and applications with many call redirect steps.
    so I believe there should be some steps to be inserted inside the script to enable an agent having a call to return this call to a selective CSQ, so Kindly advise.

    Your best bet is to have different transfer numbers for each CSQ/script.  If not, then have the angents update a variable for the call before they transfer it to the pilot number.  Then in your script check the variable and sent it to the correct CSQ based on the agent entry.

  • Contact center script menu on hold music

    I have a script that is working. I have a menu and they want a music on hold to play while the menu goes through its retry. How do I get music on hold in between the retries?

    They want to hear a prompt and after the prompt plays be able to input a digit to be routed to vm. If they dont input a digit the run the prompt two more times and then go to vm. They want hold music in between the prompts. I am running the menu prompt in the script but it gives out silence in between prompts.

    Dear Gents,
    I have a question regarding contact center, let’s start with the existing scenario:
    There is a simple contact center script with multiple menu options for the caller to choose one of them let’s say, 1 ènew subscription, 2 è complains, ….etc. suppose the following happens, a caller who need new subscription chose option number 2 (complains) and directed to a complains agent and this agent addressed this caller needs.
    The problem is this call will be recorded in the CCX reports as option 2 (complains) call although it was actually a new registration (option 1) which will be misleading in the CCX reports.
    So briefly the customer needs something to be configured to facilitate the agents to indicate that the previous call was belonging to another submenu (option) after he finished talking with the caller in order to give accurate statistics in the CCX reports
    So please could you tell me how this can be implemented.

    You can setup additional trigger number the agent can transfer the call to internally and inside the script send the call directly to respective queue bypassing the initial menu in this case u can get reporting based on this trigger and queue

    When i create the report on my contact center express for historical information of somes ACDs, i am watching the following:
    Reject: Remote Timeout
    Reject: Channels Busy
    Reject: Trigger Failed
    What these reasons code mean???

    The closest thing to what you are asking for that I've seen is the
    'contact service queue activity by interval' report.
    It produces normal CSQ stats (total, abandon etc) per interval (i.e. per
    hour, 30 mins or 15 mins) through the day so you can see when your busy
    times are.
    Change the 'interval' to what you need on the detail tab before running
    the report.

    I had the same problem this weekend.  The iphone 4s needed Itunes10.5 to sync to her Asus Windows 7 Laptop.  When I tried to download from the Apple website I got the error that the windows installer was missings files or something like that.  I uninstalled itunes and tried again but that didn't work.  Then I redownloaded itunes 10.3 just to have a working version in case I gave up.  Then I found site that suggested I update Windows by going through the start menu and while doing that I found an update Apple itunes file. 
    Goto Start and type Widows Update in the seach window.  Click on check for updates (I already was current with all updates but I suggest you download the updates if there are some available.
    Goto start and this time just type update in the search window.  Look for the Apple itunes update link and click on it.  It found there were updates for itunes 10.5, Quick time, Safari, and Icloud.  I checked all the updates except for Safari, since we don't use it (yet).
    The install started then seemed to stall at one spot for ~3min but then completed successfully.  I open itunes and had her synced with Outlook Contact, Email, Calender, and Notes in 5 minutes.  I did already configure Outlook by going to tools and Trust Center.
    I hope this works.

  • Script for mulipage contact sheet?

    Don't know if this belongs here or in Photoshop forum since it invloves a Photoshop feature called by Bridge -- but since Bridge is where I typically use it...
    Currently I'm creating contact sheets from folders selected within Bridge (or thumbnails selected in Bridge) and the only way I can quickly get them into a mulitpage contact sheet/catalog format is to then use the PDF Presentation Multipage-Document feature with the add-open-pages selection. Then I can save it as a catalog and delete the Photoshop contact sheet pages. Works well enough but it is awkward to have to first select the open contact sheet files for the PDF Presentation and then close them all and delete them. Also, in the PDF Presentation options I have to deselect all the other files in the folder one by one if the contact sheet was selected from files (or just deselect the folder if I went that route). Often pretty simple but with large numbers of files (and thus a large number of Contact Sheet pages) it gets more complicated. Seems like a really good opportunity for a script (or action or plugin). Does anyone know if such a critter is available? Many file browsers have multipage contact sheet/catalog options but none of them are as well integrated with PS and ACR as Bridge so I've stopped using them. I sure miss those catalog files though.
    Couldn't find anything in Studio Exchange under either Photoshop or Bridge (actions, plugins, or scripts) but that doesn't mean much since there is so much there I usually miss just what I need!

    I ran into the same issue. Make sure your apple device in disconnected from the computer. It interrupts the itunes download. Disconnect and make sure itunes is closed, then try installing again. Remember that even though you close of itunes, it is often still running in the background. To make sure it's closed, click and hold the mouse on the itunes icon and select quit from the drop down menu. Then try installing the updated itunes.

    You can still use the old “CRM-BCM” components, but as you can notice the system recommends “Please use CRM-CCI” The old component CRM-BCM will be deactivated during Q4/2014.

    Any one has information on enabling contact center and teleservice for Internal Employees?
    We are planning to use for HR call center for internal employees

    What version are you looking at? In R12, the contact center allows pulling up an employee record and then you can log a service request.
    In 11.5.10, you can use service request form or HTML Service pages to create service request for HR Help desk requests.
    You can use Zoom functionality to navigate to appropriate HR forms from SR form.

    Just upgraded software. When system prompts to update itunes and in the middle of the system's attempt to complete the upgrade, the message, "The following install step failed: run preupgrade script for AppleMobileDeviceSupport. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance" appears.
    I don't understand what "preupgrade" needs to be done.
    Anyone else experience this?
    Suggestions?

    Could be many things, we should start with this...
    "Try Disk Utility
    1. Insert the Mac OS X Install disc, then restart the computer while holding the C key.
    2. When your computer finishes starting up from the disc, choose Disk Utility from the Installer menu at top of the screen. (In Mac OS X 10.4 or later, you must select your language first.)
    *Important: Do not click Continue in the first screen of the Installer. If you do, you must restart from the disc again to access Disk Utility.*
    3. Click the First Aid tab.
    4. Select your Mac OS X volume.
    5. Click Repair Disk, (not Repair Permissions). Disk Utility checks and repairs the disk."

    Then try a Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at bootup), run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, reboot when it completes.
    (Safe boot may stay on the gray radian for a long time, let it go, it's trying to repair the Hard Drive.)
    If perchance you can't find your install Disc, at least try it from the Safe Boot part onward.
