I have given my phone in xperia gallery. I want the email address of Sony mobile. I don't want [email protected] This email if I want head departments email.

  • My Sony Xperia Z1 was Entered by water!

    I tested my xperia Z1 to be submerge in a bucket of water for about 10-20 secs with all flaps closed, after putting it out of the water it was initially fine and working well, then after 5mins I have noticed that my phone is not turning On, and I also noticed that there are some water vapor in the camera lens and also in led flash. What should I do? could you please help me out?

  • SONY XPERIA Z1S: AFTER WATER DAMAGE... (PLEASE HELP!)

    HI, I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY SONY XPERIA Z1S AND IT'S THAT AFTER BEING SUBMERGED INTO A POOL, I'VE TRIED A LOT OF METHODS, SUCH AS THE BLOWER, THE RICE AND THE ONE THAT DID THE TRICK ONCE, 70% ISOPROPYL ALCOHOL, AND THEN EVERYTHING SEEMED OK WITH THE DEVICE AND THEN BOOM, THE RED LIGHT FLASHING AND THE 3 VIBRATIONS AGAIN. DAYS LATER, I BOUGHT A BOTTLE OF 99% ISOPROPYL ALCOHOL AND FINALLY DID THE TRICK FOR GOOD. NOW, THE PROBLEM IS THAT THE SCREEN WON'T TURN ON. I OPENED IT CAREFULLY AND SOMEHOW THE TOUCH IS RESPONSIVE SOMETIMES, BUT THE SCREEN STILL DOESN'T WANT TO TURN ON AT ALL, SHOULD I CHANGE THE LCD SCREEN OR WHAT?
    PLEASE SOMEONE TELL ME, WHAT CAN I DO!?

    discovered that it does not implement RFC 5722. I reported a similar issue in RedHat Enterprise
    Linux some time ago.
    Please do the necessary, as it can lead to firewall evasion among other issues.

  • Email addresses fromThunderbird to Sony Xperia V

    I've recently acquired a Sony Xperia V. I am a novice on smartphones and want to understand more about emails.I set up email via the email app on the phone. Who runs the app - Google? If so is this what is known as Gmail? When I tried to use Xperia transfer to transfer my email addresses from my laptop, it said No contacts were found, and of course when I try to send an email there are no contact addresses. I use Thunderbird on my laptop and have a tiscali.co.uk email address, which is now run by TalkTalk.I do not wish to change or set up any other email account, gmail account or suchlike. Is there any way to transfer the email addresses from Thunderbird directly into the Sony Xperia V, please? I successfully transferred my mobile contacts via an sd card. Can I use this method with email contacts and if so how, or will there be file conflicts?

  • Email app on Sony Xperia Z1 not working

    the previous day, everytime i pressed the email app, a message came up on the screen saying 'sync not working'
    today everytime i press the Email app on the phone, a message comes up with 'Could not open connection to server'
    It will not let me go any further once the message disappears so i am unable to delete the email accounts or have a look at the settings. i have rebooted the phone and tried stopping the email app and exchange services app from the settings. however they still sometimes reappear in the list of apps that are currently running.
    i want to avoid doing a factory reset. can anyone help?

    If an Email account has been added to your phone, you should be able to find it via Settings > Accounts > Email/Exchange ActiveSync > Tap your account > Menu button > Remove account. Try to remove your accounts and configure it again to see if it works.

  • Sony Xperia system upgrade causes BT email issue

    My Sony Xperia mobile phone has just had a system upgrade and now my BT emails are coming up corrupted on it. I contacted my phone provider who tells me BT has changed their popbox codes and I need to go on to my account and enable it for mobile devices. I have had a look with no luck. Any suggestions please.

    I have had this exact experience with my Sony Xperia M2 Aqua phone after downloading new system software about 2 weeks ago. My husband and I have the same type of phones and share the same email account. Fortunately he did not update his phone with the latest Sony software. He still has the previous version on his phone and he has had no problems at all. 
    I have had little joy with Sony other than to ask me to send them screenshots of the problem, to take off and reload my btinternet email account, and to use PC Companion to repair/reload the software. I have done all they ask but to no avail as problem is still the same after doing everything they suggest. They are extremely loathe to accept that the problem stemmed from their software update but are now referring it to a technical department to investigate. Sony say that I can't revert to previous version either as a solution as they can't downgrade a phone again after upgrade had been installed.
    I would welcome any suggestions or advice to fix the problem if anyone can help.

  • Dead Pixel on my Sony Xperia Z1

    Complain here against Sony Mobile Malaysia.
    I live in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia,and my biggest mistake is i bought Sony mobile for the first time ever.
    I got the dead pixel on my mobile for 2nd time,even after replace one to one for 2nd time.
    one month ago i bought sony z1 and saw 2 deadpixel on screen,went to sony service center(KLCC,kualalumpur),the regret to help me then said me to go to lowyat plaza same sony shop where i bought the phone,its was sony othourised shop,they also said go to sevice center for assistance,
    i feel like im a pingpong ball and people are sending me here and there,and no one is helping me for my new phone issue,they dont want to replace the phone,any way 20 calls made to call center on helpine of sony,then Miss.Jess (manager) ensure some one call me or help me but no one help me again,
    then i went to another service center infront of timesquare (Ixsun Sdn.Bhd. Lot 1.07 Podium Block,. 1st Floor Plaza Berjaya,. 12 Jalan Imbi,. 55100 Kuala Lumpur),
    This time one lady who helped me to replace my mobile in 7 working days,i got the new z1 atlast,
    i was happy and i thought issue is now resolved.
    just after replacing to new z1 now again got dead pixel on left below of screen,
    This time im now super pissed off by SONY MALAYSIA.
    i dont understand what is my mistake, to switch from samsung to sony for its better camera and waterproof thingy,
    but now i realise that it was my biggest mistake of swiching to SONY.
    any ways this time i wont keep quiet and will escalte this issue,on all social fourms and media.
    I have all the recipt and proofs,but one from sony didnt contact me yet.

  • Sony xperia z2 dk36 dock purchasing problems very annoying

    I have several complaints sony accesory and could not find/purchase dk 36 magnetic charging dock in our country Turkey, xperia contact center also could not help me. Here is my correspondence with sony;

    I just purchased xperia z2 - D6503 from online reseller in our country on 30.10.2014 Turkey, but I am not satisfied accessory out of the box; box contains just entry level headphones, ac adaptor and usb cable..
    One of my friends (and same device sold that european countries) purchased same model device with lower price and its box contains full accesory; DK36 magnetic charging dock, mdr-nc31em headphones and front glass protectıve film. I wish to have these accesory (at least charging dock) because I paid higher price in our country and I am not satisfied sony's sales policy.

    I could not find any information for xperia z2 dk36 dock neither online store nor other sony stores, this indicates I can not buy original sony accesory in our country and this is very annoying.
    I satisfied xperia z2 product but not satisfied sony’s poor after sales support.
    I noticed that sony really do not care its customers especially in our country.
    I disappointed again and I am tired my complaints to sony so I am ending this conversation.

    Hi, Sony is correct with regards to different accessories being avaible in different countries......with regards to the magnetic charger have you looked at other forms of purchasing it from other retailers for instance Amazon or eBay etc?
    Not 100% sure which online retailers are available where you live but i'm sure there must be some retailers offering it.

    I'm fixing my Xperia L but its almost 2 months i have not heard any news about my phone, I try to call there's no one answering it. Should I publish my concern to media?

    i am having the same problem, and i was very very dissapionted with sony service center indonesia
    heres the detail.
    i accidentally crack my sony xperia Z2 back cover, and i realized that this will not cover by the warranty, but still i take it to sony xperia service center located at ITC Roxy Mas because i believe that this is the best solution
    14/7/2014 i came to xperia care ITC Roxy Mas and was greeted unfriendly by the customer service. I let her see my phone and let them examine it. I ask how much should i pay, but the customer service just give the price range and cannot guarantee it that will fit the price or not. She said that tonight (which mean 14/7/2014) all the phones on their office will be brought to center office, and they will confirm how much should i pay immediately.
    17/7/2014 i call sony xperia call center at +62 21 29357669 because whenever i call the service center that i trust my phone to be repair, they never answer. I was told by the call center that the haven't receive any information about my phone, and will contact me immediately after they receive it.
    21/7/2014 i emailed sony contact center because i haven't got the confirmation as they promise
    23/7/2014 they replied my email, they were sorry for my inconvinience and said that they have receive my phone data. and i call the service center because they did not contact me, but still no answer
    2/8/2014 i call sony contact center (since i can't reach the service center) and they said that in 3 work days i will receive the confirmation.
    7/8/2014 they did not fulfill their promise, i did not get any confirmation from sony service center, so i call the contact center again (i still can't contact the srvice center, they wont anser the phone) and the promise me that today no matter what, i'll be receiving the confirmation. i wait untill 9pm, but no call from sony.
    8/8/2014 i call the contact center again, and tell them that they dont give mey any confirmation and i also told them that i cant reach the service center, and guess what, the customer service told me to come by my self to service center that i put my phone and ask them about my phone.!!
    should i publish it to the media???

  • Sony Xperia Z3 Tablet compact handsfree does not work

    I just bought a xperia z3 tablet. When i plugged in the handsfree, the sound doesnt come out from handsfree but from the phone speaker itself. I have tried other handsfree and the result is still the same.
