COPA condition record with quantity scale value

Hi Expert,
My client wants to calculate value of AIrport Ground handling charge based on number of landing. My client has entered into an agreement with GH service provider where  cost varies with the number of landing. for example
cost for first 100 landing at a location will be Rs 2000. then Cost of 101 to 200 is  Rs 90.
So in case  to total landing  for a month amounts to 110 number. the expense to be booked would be
100*2000 = 200000
10*  90     =       900
Total             200900.
Can this be done   through COPA  condition record feature? If yes How
Thanks in advance
Pankaj

Hi Sreedhar,
I am quite surprised with this requirement from the customer, Anyways this cud be acheived by the following ways...
1.The condition in the pricing procedure shpuld not be a mandatory condition.
2.In the pricing condition settings you need mainatin the entry 'D' in the manual entries field.
3.Create a condition record for the codition type maintain null values and save the cond record.
4.Create a sales order and check the results..
Lemme know if you got the solution you required.

Girish

  • Purchase order with quantity range value

    Hi All,
I want to have PO price to be taken from vendor info with quantity based values.
For ex: The vendor has fixed a rate for 500 qty with X rate. and above 500 qty Y rate.
My scenario is i want to raise the PO with this rate. How can i do this?
Note: If i do first PO with 300 qty, then rate it is taking is X*300
Now if i do second purchase order, with 300 qty, then the first 200 qty should go with X rate and remaining 100 should go with Y rate. ie, this purchase order will have combination of X & Y rate.
Please give the solution for this.

    hi...
U can perform this pricing by doing some modification in ur conditon type...
In M/06 open ur condition type and under Scale tab...chooose scale type ..here assign scale type "D" i.e. Graduated-to interval sc
And config the scale in purchase-info record..
    S Type    s quantity     amount
         to            200               X
                         300               y
then it will calculate : 200X+100y=Z
    try this out...
    Hope it works,,

  • List of rejected sales order with quantity and value

    Hi,
Is it possible to get the report from VA05 for the list of rejected items with value and quantity ?
    Pls help
    Thanks,
    Vijesh

    Dear Vijesh,
VA05 I believe is a very powerful report for doing analysis at order and line item level. If your rejection criterion includes a rejection reason at line item level, yes this list from VA05 can give rejected Sales Orders with Quantity and Value.  See the screen shot below.
I selected a list with open dates till date, I can see Sales Order number, Sales Document Type, Item Number, Material, Rejection reason, Quantity at line item level and net price.
However, I am not sure what is the rejection criterion you use in your business and I am not sure if you use rejection reason and hence I would like to hear from you, if this explanation helps you.
    Thanks

  • Create condition record with reference to existing condition record

how to create condition record with reference to existing condition record?

    Hi,
    See this link :
    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_47x200/helpdata/en/de/7a8534c960a134e10000009b38f83b/frameset.htm
You can create with reference with Tcode : VK14 (or VK34)
Or in VK12, you can copy condition records with copy rules.

  • Output Condition Records based on Document Value

I have a need to send/not send different pieces of output based off of Quote value.
Example:  if a quotation is over $100 send a copy of the quotation to the field sales rep automatically.  And simultaneously if the quotation is under $4000 automatically send a copy of the quotation to the customer.
I have different output types and we are sending all quotes to sales reps and customers but not sure how to set up the VV11 records to recognize the value of the quotation.
We tried to set a threshold table (very custom) and it allows us to set a threshold but I can only contol the output to be over $100 or under $4000.  It will not accomodate both at the same time.
    We are running SAP 4.7

Come to think of it, the best way to accomplish this is to configure 2 identical output types and apply the requirement routine to each of them. In the routine check the quantity and, accordingly, either propose output or not. For example, create output types Z1 and Z2. The requirement routine for Z1 would look like this:
    IF KOMKBV1-NETWR > 100.
      SY-SUBRC = 0.
    ELSE.
      SY-SUBRC = 4.
    ENDIF.
For Z2 the routine would be the same but the condition would be '< 4000'. If the amount is 50$ then only Z2 would be proposed (since Z1 has a condition 'over 100$'). If the amount is 150$ then both Z1 and Z2 output would be proposed since 100 < 150 < 4000. For the amount $4001 only Z1 would be proposed.
Please note though if a user adds the output manually then requirements are not checked (there will be a warning message, but no one ever pays attention), so you might want to disallow manual output creation for these types, depending on the business requirements.
Hope this will resolve the issue.

  • Questions about VK34 (create condition record with reference)

    Hi experts,
When clicking the botton "copy condition" via VK34, an error message pops up. It says the error is due to no definition of select rule. I use the  standard condition record PR00.
Q1: How to define "select rule"?
Q2: Any chances to download condition record when using VK13 or VK33?

    Hello Colleague.
This Unicode problem occurs mainly with pricing reports (recognized by report names that start with /1SDBF12L/RV14AK).
To regenerate these, call transaction V/LE or use transaction SE38 to execute the report RV14ALLE.
Leave the selection screen empty and execute (F8).
    See SAP note 497850.
If you have further questions about the generation in the condition maintenance, I recommend to read Note 886771.
I hope it can help you.

  • Printout of Changed PO Line items with Quantity and value

    Hi SAP Gurus,
I want to have the printout of  only those PO Line items with the change in Quantity and Value....
    How can i achieve this...
    Any config./ Developement...
    Plz. suggest....
    Rgds,
    Navin

    Hi,
In config Purchasing->Messages->Output Control->Message Determination Schemas->Define Message Schema for PO, under 'Assign Schema to Purchase Order', if the 3rd indicator from the right 'New message determination process for change messages' is NOT selected, only changes are printed in the changed PO's.
Are you using standard print program and SAPScript?
Also under config Messages->Message Type->Define Message Type for PO->Fine-Tuned Control: Purchase Order, make sure you have operation '2' for PO output type.

  • LSO - impart qualification with quantity scale

    Hi experts,
I have a problem here that I'd like to share with you. We are building a qualification and training catalogs for LSO, and one of the areas would like that a group of trainings summed would impart one qualification. The problem is that these courses can be taken in any sequence, so I cannot assign a scale telling that if one course in finished 25% of the qualification is imparted, 2, 50% and so on.
I know that it's possible to create a quantity scale with defined intervals, and I thought it would be the answer, but after creating that, the scale does not show up in the scales list when I try to assign the scale to a qualification group.
Does this mean that this type of scale cannot be used for qualifications, or that some configure is missing?
Second question, based on the described scenario, do you think this kind of solution would work?
Thanks again for your valuable help!
    Best regards,
    Thais

    Hi Ben,
Does your course block have a required sequence to it?  If so, perhaps you could impart the qual based on completion of the last course type within the course block as a workaround...

  • Transport Output Condition records with ALE

    Hi All.
Does anyone know if its possibel to transport Output condition (mn01, mn04 etc) records via ALE between systems.
It appears to be possible for normal condition records (VK01) but doesn't appear possibel for the output ones.
Any ideas how to set this up so we don't have to manually create these records in all environments?

    Hi markjaneasl     ,
Check any  message type existed for that or not. Better if you post in this ABAP forum.May be you will get proper replies in that forums. Explain the requirement little more.

  • Dicount condition multiplies with quantity in sales bom(quotation)

    hi,
i am trying to create a quotation for a sales bom(va21) while i give condition type rb00(discount value) as a header condition (eg.rs 50) it multiplies with no of line items(eg. 10 line items) in the sales bom and gives and shows my discount as rs 500 rather whereas its only rs.50 for the entire document, and also for regular materials if i have 2 different line items. need help .
    regards
    leo

Hi Cond type:RB00 is header/item conditon
means, it can be entered manually at the header level & this amount will be copied to each line item.
if you want Rs.50 is for entire doc-
then use the group condition/header cond. - Cond type:HB00
    this will solve your prob-
    RB00 acting properly as desired.

  • Duplicate condition records with BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2

you don't have to pass the bapisdls at all. Just don't pass the bapisdls. make sure that you're passing kschl, kbetr kmein kwert in the conditions_in parameter to the bapi. That should do it.

    Hi Fuad,
I think there can be two ways.
    1. Create SAles order as you are creating without pasing any value for this condition type. and then change this condition value ( which is being determined automatically) by using BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE wher you can use Update flag as 'X' In parameter CONDITIONS_INX of this BAPI.
    <b>OR</b>
    2. If you want to happen this chage at the time of sales order creation, then I think , this particual condition type should be "manual" and not "Automatic" One.
    Hope this helps.

  • BPC75NW - Periodic Amount Not Calculating for records with blank YTD value

We are on BPC75NW SP6 and have a YTD consolidation application.  Data is loaded on a monthly basis uising a process of importing data files from supplying systems and then loading them into BPC using the data manager append function with a transformation file.  YTD amounts are as expected and 'most' periodic amounts are also calculated correctly via MDX mesures in reporting.  However, in situations where we have a P&L YTD balance in one month (say January) and then in the next month (February) there is no longer a YTD balance in that P&L account, no record is loaded for February YTD and the system is not calculating any February periodic amount.  Example:
January - Load $100 to a P&L Account which is the YTD amount
The January YTD amount = $100.
The January Periodic amount = $100.
February - Load no record to the same P&L account as above (as the YTD amount is now 0)
The February YTD amount in the system is blank
The February Periodic amount in the system is blank (This should be a NEGATIVE $100)
As a possible work around we have also tried to load a 0 to February.  The data manager package shows the record as loaded successfully but since it is a 0 it really does not put it into the database.
Surely someone out there has already hit this situation and is willing to share the solution.
    Thank you,
    Vicki S.

This problem was resolved by installing SAP Note 1405993 - MDX: Error: Invalid MDX command with
CURRENTMEMBER.  The current text on the note does not describe our error but SAP will not extend the text to cover this issue.
Prior to installing this note, the following other notes were also installed but they did not fix the periodic calculation issue.  Under SAP's advisement we are going to leave them however as 'they should not have any side effects':
1529720 MDX: No data for calculated member and metadata reference
1590976 MDX: Incorrect data for IIF
1584196 MDX: Calculated members and different dimensions
    1528374 MDX: System error GET_PRPTY_VALUE-02-
I will now close this message.

  • Condition Record with same

    Hi all
SYSTEM GIVES AN ERR MESSAGE " THE CONDITION IS BEING PROCESSED IN THE CURRENT SESSION">
Our company wants to maintain different prices for different packages of same material.
i.e REQUIREMENT IS TO MAINTAIN DIFFERENT PRICES FOR SAME MATERIAL WITH DIFFERENT UNIT OF MEASURE (UOM)

    XYZ           1000            inr        1             Z1                          01/11/2010          29/11/2010
    XYZ             500            inr         1            Z2                         01/11/2010           30/11/2010
    where Z1 = 1 litre
                Z2 = 1 mililitre
System does not accepts the second line, saying the condition is being processed in the current session. Could anyone please give a solution for this.

    Hi,
You cannot maintain different prices for the same material based on UoM. You have to create different materials based on the pack size.
