Copy of contract, horrible billing practices

How do I obtain a copy of my so called contract for the bundling of direct tv, internet and phone?  I recently stopped service because verizon could not get the billing correct in the 6 months I had the service, necessitating at least twice monthly phone calls to straighten out my bill.  They never could figure it out...they never got back to me when they said they would, and their customer service was AWFUL.  Now that I discontined service they are slapping me with an early termination fee because I violated the contratct...when clearly they pushed me to this point.  Who has time to straighten out a bill EVERY month, and spend at least an hour per phone call trying to re expain the same problem over and over and over to multiple people? ISn't that a violation of my contract?

I have had Verizon Wireless, now DSL & Telephone, and every month I spend an hour on the phone straightening out a problem with billing, and every time it get adjusted. Verizon operates like a small time grifter, they overbill and skim, and if you don't notice, they go as far as they can. It must be the worst place to work after the traffic bureau.
I will give Comcast a shot. I hope Verizon

    I have a Business requirement in which i ham supposed to create a Contract and then release/sales orders with reference to this contract. Whle creating the SO, the header billing plan dates are not getting copied from COntract to Sales Order.

  • Suspect billing practice?

    Customer service issue:  Yet again, I have received my bill less than 1 week before it is due (received today April 15th, due April 21st, however the bill is dated March 26th.) Because I prefer to pay by mail, I am invariably charged a $5 late fee as that is insufficient time to send it by mail and be processed.  This seems to be suspect and possibly unfair billing practice.  I am fed up with it and will be switching carriers.

    This is very strange to hear and I'm sorry that such a loyal customer is having this kind of experience! Typically we generate and mail bills within 1 week of your billing month ending, and that should give you plenty of time to receive the bill, look it over, and mail a payment in to avoid a late fee.
    USPS is able to track your mail to see where the hold up is, and you are also able to review your bill at any time after it generates through My Verizon. If you review it online, you would be able to know just what the balance is and can mail the check in before you even receive the paper copy. Just please make sure to include your account number on the check so that we know which account to deposit it into.

  • Different amount in Contract and Billing document.

    Hi All,
    We have a issue here, need suggestion.
    We have a contract which has a billing plan. We have maintained monthly plans with a fixed amount.
    Say we have $ 1000 in the contract, but the billing has been created with $ 900.
    So you see the amounts are different in contract and billing document.
    We have checked there are no recent pricing changes or any such changes that will have such effect. The invoice is created in May.
    There were pricing changes in March but they had been corrected in March itself.
    Let me know if anybody has faced such issue and where may be the issue.

    You would have to cross-check the Pricing at Item level in Contract & Invoice. Hope , it would help you to check the Base Price or some other Prices / Discounts.

    Pop up reads "Attempting to copy to the disk "Bill's Ipod" failed. The disk could not be read from or written to"
    This message continues to come up each time I attempt to move my music library from I tunes to my new Ipod Nano.
    Only a few songs will move before stopping and displaying the popup.

    Right out of the box I encountered the dreaded read/write error with my new iPod Color, which I received the same day Apple announced the new iPod Video (sheesh!). I, too, tried everything from buying a new cable (FireWire), to resets, to firmware checks, even at one point downgrading iTunes to a version prior to 5.01. I even thought I got a defective iPod because nothing would sync after the error came up. What I finally noticed was that it always erred on the same track(s). To see if this might be the problem in your case, try selecting another sorting criteria for your library. For example, if you usually sort your songs by album title, try highlighting the song title column instead (just make sure that whatever way you sort the list it is NOT with the same criteria as you had last time you encountered a sync problem). As you re-establish the sync operation, watch the titles as they sync. If it looks like it is working again, it is because the iPod is no longer trying to read/copy/write the same faulty track (at least until it encounters it again in your library). Keep watching, though, and write down any title that precedes yet another read/write error. Next, delete the title immediately preceding the error from your iTunes library. (Note: It is not enough to uncheck the corrupt track, it will still produce the sync error until you remove it entirely from your library.) Eject the iPod and try again to re-sync. Repeat this process until all the corrupt or incompatible tracks have been identified and eliminated.
    BTW, the closest thing I could find in Apple's documentation is a support database article, ID: 301267. The article is for people who encounter the "-36" error while attempting to sync, but the part about corrupt or incompatible tracks apparently applies to just about any read/write failure. If Apple had simply bothered to include a section on sync troubleshooting in the user manual or iPod tutorial, perhaps we wouldn't all be developing migraines right now…. Hope this helps!

  • Service Contracts  with billing plan not updating debit memo request in ECC

    For service contracts with billing plan, we cancel the line items and set the user status at header to "cancelled" and also set the cancellation date (under Cancellation Tab) at the header as well as item level which delete all items in the “DMR” in ECC (which are not yet billed). When we do this, it works perfect for most of the time and in some cases DMR items are not updated in ECC and it is billing. When I checked in CRM, the billing plan items are updated based on the cancellation date.

  • Exchange Rate is copied from Contract to sales order

    Dear SD Guru,
    Good Day!
    I have an issue with the currency. The sales order picks up the exchange rate in the contract and it might not be correct.
    The contract was created a year ago and the sales order is still referring to the old exchange rate because the pricing date in the sales order is copied from contract.
    Is there any way to not copy the pricing date over to sales order and let the sales order picks up the currency table OB08?

    Hi There,
    What i suggest is to create one routine at Item level in VOFM and maintain that routine in VTAA copy control at item level.
    In sales order the details are copying based on your copy control settings. Please also ensure is there any existing routine for determining the new values from sales order.

  • Service details are not copying from contract to Maint.Order

    Dear Experts,
    I was doing a service contract cycle, with the following steps.
    1. Created a Service contract, in T. Code ME31K.
    2. Given all the details in the Header data of the Contract.
    3. Mentioned the, Item category as D (Service), Account Assignment as F (Order), short text, Target Quantity, Material group, Plant and Storage Location in the Item Overview screen.
    4. Given the Service Number and Quantity, Gross Price, Cost Center and GL Account.
    5. Saved the Contract.
    6. After released the Contract in T. Code ME35K.
    7. Then created a Maintenance Order through T. Code IW31.
    8. In the Operation Overview screen of the Maintenance Order, the control key is given as PM03 and clicked on External button of the Maintenance Order.
    9. In the External Processing Operation screen the Contract Number and line Item is mentioned in the Agreement Field.
    10. System given a message Data copied from contract.
    11. All the data copied excepting the Service details of the Contract.
    Here the Service Number and its details which were mentioned in the Service specifications of the Contract are not getting copied from the Contract.
    What could be the reason for that? Did I perform the transaction properly?
    I have searched the forum earlier for the same but could not get any required information.
    Can any one help me out on this??

    Select the services from the service selection button, then click on current spec, all the services which are under contract will be displayed. select your required services or copy all services.(Click on adopt services)

  • Is it possible to get a copy of an old bill

    My new employer has requested I prove all my addresses for the past 5 years. As I was in student halls this is difficult as the only utility bill I paid was BT. Is it possible for BT to send out a copy of an old bill from a closed account? I (or rather my employer) is willing to pay if necessary, just I don't know who to contact or where to begin. Thanks

  • PO number  not copied from Contract to Sales order

    Hi Gurus,
    when i try to create a sales order w.r.t a contract the Po number is not copying from cintract to sales order.
    also the PO item is not copying from contract to sales orde.
    Could u tell me the reason.

    I'm not sure though but try this one this might jus help.
    Go to VTAA,
    select the target & Source doc type.
    Go to header and check the COMPLETE REFERENCE CHECK BOX,
    Which says it copies the whole of the reference doc from the
    source doc to the target doc.

  • Price not copying from contract to maintenance order in IW31

    Hi Gurus,
    I am facing issue in one of the client where Price is not copying from contract to maintenance order in IW31. But while doing the same in another client it is working fine.
    I did not find the settings for this change. Can any one please help me for which settings price is not copying to IW31 transaction?

    i think if you have assinged the contract the servies will not copied ,for this in the external tab select the serice selectionbutton ,here specify the agreement from their select the serives you required

  • VKGRP should copy from contract to sales Order

    Hi Guru's
    I have a problem related with copy control from contract ot sales order. sales group should copy from contract to sales Order while Sales order reffers to customer Master. In contract sales group comes from Customer Master, after saving the contract if i change the sales Group and create sales order with reference to contract. sales group doesn't get updated from the contract. system refers customer master only.

    Hi,
    I see that you can address this in following ways.
    1. copy control between Sales order - Contract - header level routine.  Here you may be able to influence the copy of the customer group details.
    2. You can use the user exit which will trigger during Contract creation ( Move field to VBAK) or you can think of using save_prepare user exit.

    If the *CONDITION VALUES* are *manually* entered then the values will not be copied from the *SOURCE TO TARGET* document
    Please check in the  Contract whether the vales derived from Condition records are entered manually.
    If you want the prices to be copied automatically then they have to maintained through CONDITION RECORDS in *VK11*.
    Please maintain the CONDITION RECORDS and check whether they have copied or not
    Please also cehck the COPY CONTROLS from CONTRACT to SALES ORDER in VTAA transaction -- at item--->pricing type. and set it a s  D
    Please check the above settings and let forum know the feedback.

  • Service copied for contract to Purchase Order

    when i adopt service from contract to purchase order the quantity is automatically changed to 1 always, whether i have defined the quantity of service more than 1.
    Please give the solution why this is happening, is this the standard setting or where can i do the needful.

    Pl. elaborate whether the quantity 1 is appearing at Item Overview level or at Item Details level. At the item overview level the quantity will aleays be 1 with unit of measure as AU. At item details, you will be able to view the actual quantity of services copied from contract.

    ok im going to keep this as simple as possible. ok so for the past 5-6 years my mom and I have had Verizon wireless as our provider. in the beginning had wonderful service but here recently my mom had some really bad experiences and decided to leave Verizon and go to t-mobile. so first let me say i was a authorized on the account. i told her i didn't want to switch but it was her account. i wish to come back to Verizon but before i have the money for that i have to help my mom finish her switch. So i need a copy of our last bill that had the break down of specifically the early termination fees.I have already gone to a store and they have basically blown me off. i use to think very highly of Verizon but so far im being proven wrong by how everyone ive talked to has been very negative even tho as soon as i can help my mom finish switching im going to come back. i just need to get this done..and help her switch and then financially i can come back. thank you for your time
