CPlibrary.js causing error in SCORM Cloud Player

I have my course posted on SCORM Cloud, and when it launches, the slides take a long time to load between slides, and some of the elements on the slide don't load. SCORM Cloud customer service looked at the logs and found that the module is having a difficult time finding the elements in the CPlibrary.js file.

This is a module that was created by someone else and then published by me, so the elements in the library were not added by me or created on my machine. Does that make a difference?
It runs fine when I preview in the browser from Captivate. The problem is just when it is published and posted on SCORM Cloud.

That is correct, at least in my case. Keep in mind, even though our two issues are similar, the solution could be vastly different.
It may very well be the LMS. I've had to go up against an LMS provider before in situations like this and it's not an easy task. The last thing they want to do is admit it's "their fault."
I'd suggest recreating the slide and testing on SCORM Cloud. If your developer doesn't get any errors on there, then it may very well be the LMS. All LMS' have different settings, which is both frustrating and confusing. Just trying to come up with a course that fully works on a given LMS can be a job on its own.

FMS causes error 1009 in OSMF player

I have written a program to publish the audio and video data to the FMS. I am publishing the video data to FMS in live mode and trying to play back via OSMF player. When i start publishing video data in the livepkgr application folder of FMS files like .bootstrap, .control, .meta are getting created. But when i try to playback via OSMFplayer i will get error 1009 and one intersting thing what i have observed is after 7 minutes this error won't come and OSMF player starts playing properly. Can you please give the solution for error 1009 which comes only for first 7 minutes?

I tried to playback my file as you suggested
1. I tried to playback the file before publishing it. Player gave 2032 errror which was expected.
2. I started publishing the my file then the player started saying "stream not found null" for 9-10 minutes.
3. I was still publishing the video content. After 9-10 minutes the player started playing the contet that i was publishing.
4. Same thing was happening with OSMF player also.
One more thing is once the player starts playing the video content for a stream name, then the player never gives any error even i stop and start the publishing the video content.
For Ex: I pubished video with stream name "rtmp_video_1". Above steps 1,2 and 3 happened. Then i stopped publishing. After some 2-3 minutes again i started publishing with same stream name "rtmp_video_1". The player didn't give any error and started playing immediately.
What i am thinking is that, FMS is taking some time (9-10 minutes) to make a stream available for video players to play. I have read some where that, when a player requests for a partucular stream with its stream name, the FMS does stream name to index conversion. When this conversion fails its sends error message to the player and player throws the error messages at the user. I don't know what is going wrong. Is something wrong with the way in which i am publishing the video or something is wrong with the FMS? Please let me know.

Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes). 
See [[Troubleshooting extensions and themes]] and [[Troubleshooting plugins]] 
 
If it does work in Safe-mode then disable all your extensions and then try to find which is causing it by enabling one at a time until the problem reappears. 
You can use "Disable all add-ons" on the [[Safe mode]] start window to disable all extensions. 
You have to close and restart Firefox after each change via "File > Exit" (Mac: "Firefox > Quit"; Linux: "File > Quit")

Error 404 is displayed when SCO is opened in SABA LMS working fine on SCORM Cloud.

Content was packaged by Captivate 5.5 Scorm 1.2 working fine when uploaded in SCORM Cloud, but generating this error in SABA LMS.

I am not the user of SABA and i don't have the access; my client uses SABA, but the elearning I have designed in Captivate 7 will be uploaded in SABA.

Installing Creative Cloud causes Error 207

Hi all,
I try to install CC on an new clean Win7 PC. The Setup takes long and end's with the Error 207.
Retrying doesn't help it ends with a new 207 Error a few minutes later...

Peter from the previous discussion you indicated that this was a fresh install and you had no security software installed correct?
If so have you tried the alternate Internet connection suggestions offered in Error downloading Creative Cloud applications - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/error-downloading-cc-apps.html? If you are on a wireless connection especially it can be beneficial to try a wired connection in case you are facing a quality of service issue with your current connection.

SCORM (flash Player Content) not working on Windows Server 2012 R2 which has IE11 integrated installed on it.

I have website which contains SCORM package, installed on Windows Server 2012 R2 which has IE11 installed on it.
Flash Player is also embedded with IE.
IE Version: 11.0.9600.17278.
Updated Version: 11.0.12 (KB2977629)
When I launch SCORM (flash Player Content) from my application, it is not working. It just displays a blank page however the Title of IE is set to the text from the SCORM content.
However if I access the same URL from any other machine which has previous version of Windows OS (i.e. previous to Windows 8 OS), it is working as expected on IE9, IE10 and IE11.
While trying to find out the cause, I came across some forum which says we have to install the “Desktop Experience” on the server to enable the inbuilt flash player. After doing that also, My SCORM contents are not getting displayed.
To find out more details, I have uploaded the SCORM Package on SCORM Cloud to check if it is working there. Here again the same problem, it doesn’t work and displays
error message saying that “Member is not found” and when I tried to find out the location of the error then it is coming at
Windows.document.myFlash.setVariable(…) method on the Windows Server 2012 R2 with IE11.
When I performed “Addwatch”, it is saying that Windows.document.myFlash doesn’t have setVariable(…) method.
However if access the same cloud URL from other machine (Having OS previous to Windows 8 OS), it is working as expected.
I have attached the screenshot of the error.
Any help would be appreciated.

I have a button that opens a PDF that crashes Moodle and Scorm Cloud. How can I fix this?

I have a button that opens a PDF that crashes the course when in an LMS (I've tried moodle and scorm cloud). When I play the course in my browser, the file opens fine and the course continues. Does anyone know why opening this file doesn't work when I upload the SCORM package to an LMS?

Please use the following steps and let us know if that helps:
1. In the publish setting>>externalize resources>>check all the check box which are for attachment, widget, animation etc.
2. Check the flash player version change it to version 9 or 10 when publishing the output through Adobe Captivate.

Two days ago, I loaded Light Room 6. Today I went back to Light Room 5. LR 6 corrupted an entire folder of images, and caused errors on my Raid 5 causing win 7 to run "Chk Dsk" and fix the errors to the operating system. LR 5 has not shut down for the last 5 hours. LR 6 has a serious bug. Anyone else experiencing this problem. Yesterday I was on tech support, waiting for 3 hours, finally they picked up and informed me there department was closing and someone else would call me on Monday. So, I'm working today and all day Sunday to make up for the down time using LR 6.
I don't know if the bug exists in the program or the "Creative Cloud.
Question: Does anyone know why if I bought Light Room 6 [NOT Light Room CC with the monthly rental], I have to enter my serial number if I want to use it?

Entering the serial number is probably part of the registration process.
Just out of curiosity, what were you doing on LR6 when the folder of images became corrupted?

Premiere Elements 11 Shared Technologies error DW020 Adobe Flash Player 10 plug in missing.

     I am unable to complete the install of Adobe Premiere Elements 11 on my Windows7 Pro 64 bit system. When the installation process gets to installing Shared Technologies I get an error message "The installation process has encountered an error while installing Shared Technologies. Please restart your system and try again." Restarting the system gives the same result again. The download assistant program identifies two errors: DW050--Adobe Flash Player 10 ActiveX: Install failed, and DW020: Adobe Flash CS5.5 depends on Adobe Flash Player 10 plugin to be installed.
     My system currently has Adobe Flash player 11.7.700.224 installed. I can find a download of Adobe Flash Player 10 but where do I put it? Do I need to uninstall Adobe Flash Player 11.7... ? Is there another solution?

     This install problem seems to be solved. I uninstalled every Adobe program, but still couldn't get past the Shared Technologies issue. Then I went to C://Program Files (x86)/Common Files/Adobe/ and deleted all recent folders & files. This seemed to do it. Both Premiere Elements 11 and Photoshop Elements completed installation. Now on to figuring out how to force Windows7 64 bit to run these programs in 32 bit simulation mode.

Try booting up in Safe mode (holding down the Shift key while booting). If the software came with an unistaller, use it to remove alll traces of the software - it's nothing that you need and, as you've experienced, can do more actual hard than good (as is the case with most software of this type). When you're booted in Safe Mode, if you can't run an uninstaller, at least check to make sure that there are no Trend Micro items that are set for automatic log in, at least.

Premiere CC 2014.1 Blu-ray MPEG 2 export causing error in Sony DVD Architect Pro

I've filed a Bug Report for this but wanted to post here in case it helps anyone else or on the off chance someone can give me a solution / better work around.
Something has changed in the results of a Blu-ray MPEG2 export from Premiere 2014.1 vs those of the previous CC version. The result is that my authoring software of choice, Sony DVD Architect Pro, fails to prepare a disc image giving an error in the final stage of preparation. This workflow has been working fine for 2-3 years.
My work around is to export to original format (mxf / XDCAM EX HQ) and then go back to Media Encoder CC rather than 2014 to produce the Blu-ray MPEG2 file, which works without problem.
Here's a copy paste of my bug report in case anyone with a similar setup has an opportunity to replicate (I'd be very grateful to anyone able to confirm whether its a bug or something specific to me that I might be able to fix).

Export from Premiere 2014.1 directly or via Media Encoder of MPEG 2 1080 50i Blu-ray files causes error in preparation of Blu-ray disc in Sony DVD Architect 5.2.
This error does not occur when using the same Media Encode export preset in the previous version of Premiere Pro CC / Media Encoder.
Steps to reproduce bug:
1. Export Sequence from Premiere
Export, in my case XDCAMEX 1080i HQ, using a media encoder MPEG 2 Blu-ray preset:
Preset Name: HD 1080i 25
Format: MPEG2 Blu-ray
Bitrate Settings: Medium (Target 25Mbps)
2. Create DVD Architect 5.2 project
Set up as single movie Blu-ray project in DVD Architect:
Disc format: Blu-ray Disc
Resolution: 1920*1080
Framerate: 35 interlaced
Choose the file exported from Premiere
3 Prepare Disc
- Select Make Blu-ray Disc
- Click Prepare
- Choose Location of iso
- click next then finish
Result
Around 50% - 60% through the process the following error is displayed:
An error occurred while preparing compilation
Details:
File name: STREAM/00000.m2ts
Status: TSWrapper.dll::CTSWrapper::ProcThreadMain::Failed to read ES file. - The ES file may be shorter than the size described in the MUI file.
Expected results:
A shiny ISO ready to be burnt to disc and sent sent to eager customers.
Its taken me a full day and a half to isolate problem - someone remind me why I fall for the software updates every time?!

There is a known bug in the H.264-Bluray export. I assume it has nothing to do with your issue, but perhaps it will give you something to consider.

It appears due to a malformed xmpses file. It creates a problem on import into Encore, and I think it should do the same upon import into Architect or it would be ignored entirely. The test is to delete the xmpses file and see if that avoids the issue.

Changes in RPCBURZ0 causes errors in other programs

Hello to All,
I made changes to RPCBURZ0 in order to extend the TABLE schema function to read a custom Infotype 9001.
I added the necessary code in RPCBURZ0 and the data definition in RPCFDCZ0.
The code is working perfectly , but the changes are causing errors in other country specific reports
specifically in : HINCALC0 , HCNCALC0 , and HKRCALC0 and Transports to Quality generating errors.
Error is because the custom infotype definition is not seen in these reports.

Looking at other H--CALC0 reports i could easily spot an include for RPCFDCZ0.

1. Make a custom ZRPCBURZ0 and include it in the main report.

I'm still stumpled on the other one:

As stated above, I've even removed everything from the general rule of <prodinfo> except prodname and I'm still getting the same error. I've searched everywhere for this general rule and <prodinfo> is the only place I can find it.
What I really want is: (prodname), (vrmlist)?, (brand | component | featnum | platform | prognum | series)*
so that vrmlist is optional.
No matter what I do, unless I include a vrmlist, I get the above message. Currently, our CMS can't handle vrmlist but I don't want to remove it altogether because we may be replacing our CMS.

Error in Creative Cloud

Hello: From Creative Cloud tells me that an update is available for DC PhotoShop but when trying to update sends me this error:
Failed to update Download Error. Press retry or contact Customer Support. (49)
It uninstall and newly install PhotoShop but the error persists.

The only message that sends Creative Cloud is trying to update photoshop is: "Download Error. Press retry or contact customer support (49)"
I have two computers. One is Windows 7 32-bit and one is 64-bit Windows 8.
In the 32-bit no problem to update PhotoShop
In the 64-bit there is a problem of update
