Create one-Many orders in a single forms?

Hi all,
I would like to create a form which is a master and details by using struts.
Customer ID:
ID Qty Price
xxx 12 12
bbb 11 10
The user would like to enter the customer id, then s/he input the details
How can I do on the jsp and actionForm? What is the actionForm includes?
Would you mind give some sample code for me?
Many Many Thanks.

You may need to create a UNIQUE function based index. That would work for you.
create table customer_1 (Cust_id integer primary key, Cust_name varchar2(100), Cust_phone number, Cust_address varchar2(100))
create table account_1 (AccountNo integer primary key, Acc_type varchar2(100),Cust_id integer references customer_1(cust_id))
create unique index account_idx on account_1 (cust_id, decode(acc_type,'CA',acc_type, 'SA', acc_type, 'FD', 'FD' || accountno))
insert into customer_1 (cust_id, cust_name, cust_phone, cust_address) values (1, 'karthick', 0, 'x')
insert into account_1 (accountno, acc_type, cust_id) values(1, 'CA', 1)
insert into account_1 (accountno, acc_type, cust_id) values(2, 'SA', 1)
insert into account_1 (accountno, acc_type, cust_id) values(3, 'FD', 1)
insert into account_1 (accountno, acc_type, cust_id) values(4, 'FD', 1)
insert into account_1 (accountno, acc_type, cust_id) values(5, 'FD', 1)

  • Create one sales order for two customers

    Hello to all.
I have to plan the following development. Our client can create one sales order for one material and can bill it between two or more payers.
In SAP you would have to create one sales order for each customer and divide the material proportionately between the customers. The doubt is if there is any development with user-exits,badis,... so you can create only one sales order with two "payers" partner functions; you would put a % of participation in each payment so the sistem would create two invoices dividing the total amount of the sales order between the payers.
    Could anyone help me?
    Regards

    Tonnetti,
If you want 2payers to  be possible in the same sales order, you  have to include the material as two line items. Then go to each line item, the partners tab and then change the payer there. So now the header partner will have 2payers, and there will be different payers for each line item.
Now you can do a delivery or billing as needed. For a single sales order, two invoices will be created as the payers are different. These invoices can be send to respective payers and the payment can be processed from these payers.
Hope this helps for your scenario.

  • How to cummulate sales orders for creating one planned order.

    Hello friends,
My scenario is make to stock. I use sales orders for creating plan only. I want to cummulate all sales orders of one finish material and create one planned order  for that material when i run mrp. How can i do this?
    Thanks

    Kiran,
What is the planning strategy you are using?
Does all the sales order requirment same? If it is same then it is possible. Please explain more in details. If not you need to look at using some perodic lotsize procedure to combine requirments. Like "Daily", Weekly" "Month" etc..

  • Creating one Sales Order from Multiple Quotes

    Hello
We are using SAP CRM 2007.
I believe in CRM we can create one sales order from multiple quotes. We have a requirement where we need to create one Third party sales order from multiple Quotations.
I have Item cat for Quotations and Sales Document maintained correctly.
I also have copy control where ZQUO and ZSAL are maintained correctly. Where I have maintained settings for copying Transactions as well as Item Category.
But when I go to CRMD_ORDER and retrieve quotes and try to do a follow on doc for sales doc , only the first Quote gets added into follow on document.
Can someone tell me if I am missing any config?
    Thanks

    hello,
in sap ui we use control button and select multiple quotes and then
create the sales order as follow up as we have follow up button.

  • Planning - creating one Freight order each for one Freight unit

    Hi,
We have a scenario where we want to create one freight order for each freight unit from automatic planning.
Please guide me if the above scenario can be executed.
    Regards,
    Renuka

3rd option which is kind of cool - if you set up an incompatability between this freight unit type and any other freight unit (including itself) then it will only be able to build one FU per Freight Order.
Note that I would expect this to be more processor intensive during optimisation than the capacity constraint option, but a more flexible overall.

  • How to Create one TLB Order manually with multiple deployed STR's

    Hello,
We are currently facing an issue when trying to make a TLB manually by right clicking on the deployed STR's.
APO generates multiple orders for each item.
Business requirement is to generate one TLB Order.
For example there are 10 Confirmed STR's and the  planner wants to choose the deployed STR's manually from the list of 10 products.   When we right cliick and select each product (for either partial or full ) it moves to the TLB order, but generates multiple orders.
Is there a way to restrict the requested lines to be in one Order?  So that when the order is CIFed to ECC, there's only one STO generated with multiple lines.
    Regards,
    Bhavesh

    Hi Bhavesh,
By manual TLB process only you can create stock transfer order with SINGLE line item. because your deployed STRs always will have single line item and you are selection one by one and converting manually. in STD process you can not club items manually...
Yes it can be very much possible by automatic TLB run. it will take all the deployed orders and converting as TLB order by considering TLB profile where min , max limits maintained. also there is concept if you maintain loading group in product master based on that materials will be grouped together.....
Clubbing items into one order is done by TLB heuristics.. but when you do manually you are deciding how to do it?....
You can do one thing... after creation of TLB order with single item..you can edit and include some more items manually. Accordingly you need to delete deployed STRs.......
If you want to automate this then you need to look out for BADI... not sure possible or not

  • Create multiple sales orders from single service notification?

Is it possible to create multiple sales orders from a single notification (IW51)?
We currently create sales orders directly within transaction IW51 (Create Service Notification).  We kick off the sales order creation by pressing the "SALES ORD." button in the notification screen.  We're now interested in creating a 2nd Sales Order which would tie directly to the same Service Notification.  This is so that we can have the second order assigned to a different account assignment WBS (there are two different parties doing work on the service notification).
I assume you would have to go to VA01 to create the Sales Order, but am not sure how to tie it directly to the service notification from here.  I treied to do a create with reference, but there is no ability to create with reference to a service notification.
Do I have to create a second service notification for the 2nd Sales Order for this to work?  I want to avoid doing this if at all possible.
    I'm running SAP R/3 Enterprise
    Thanks for your help!

    Hi,
go to vtaa- copy controls for sales document to sales document.
select your combination of order and quotation go to item level. There select value 0(zero) in field positive/negative negative.
No need to change update document flow.
After setting zero in copy control that be told on above. create order with respective to the quotation.
    After saving the order.
go to document flow to see the status in between quotation and order.
If you placed setting right, then u certainly observe for quotation status will be open. so you can create no. of sales order with respect to that quotation..
    Have a good day..

  • Create one order with reference to multiple quotations

    Hi gurus,
Is it possible in standard SAP to create one sales order with multiple quotations, or to create one order with reference to multiple orders, if yes what is the procedure.
    Regards,
    kishore.

    Hi Kishore,
Yes, You can create a Sales Order with reference to multiple quotes or Sales Orders.
    The Procedure is as follows
    1. Goto T. Code VA01 (CREATE SALES ORDER)
    2. Give Sales document type and Sales Area
    3. After entering into the Create Sales Order screen, click on top left menu which is "Sales Document"
    4. In that list, you have an option " Create With reference", in that again you have two options "To Sales Document" and "To Serial Number"
    5. Select "To sales Document", then a window will be opened which has all the tabs like "Inquiry, Quotation, Order, Contract, Shc. Agg, Billing doc"
    6. Select any one tab which you want to copy (say quotation), give the quotation number there and click on copy.
    7. Then all the line items and Header data will be copied from quotation to that sales order.
    8. Like this you can do for any number of times.
    Hope this is clear

  • One sales order with reference to 2 sales orders

    Hi Gurus,
can v create one sales order with reference to 2 sales orders?
i think it is not possible, but if there is any chance let me know?
    Cheers,
    Sumith

First u need to ensure whether copy controls are maintained between the documents (say Ex ZOR ---> ZOR) here i am assuming that ur source and target document are of same type)
    Maintain the controls.
Then u need to create the source documents  and save.
Then, u need to create the target document by using the create with reference button, enter the first reference order no and proceed further. ater entering into the order, again u need to press the create with reference button for the second time to enter the second reference order.
Now both the order items will come to a single order. now u can proceed further
    Hope it is useful...
reward points if u found useful..

Every thing is fine and i could able to create a sales order for a single line item. But my intension is to create a sales order for multiple line items. So in the "Intialview" i have used a "Table" UI element to pass multiple line items. When i execute this application i could pass only single line item from this table. The table UI contol is not allowing to enter the second line item in the second row of the table. Can any one suggest me to solve this problem.
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Basha,
You need to create new element for the model node manually. For example: Create button "New item" and in action handler put someting like described here:

How to add a row to table dynamically?

First basic thing ,If you have Gr-Non valuated indicator ticked then system will not generated any accounting document in MIGO and accounting document will generated at time of MIRO
    moreover check following link also
    [Fi Document is not generating in MIGO for multiple account assignment in PO;

  • One sales order with number of Ship to party??

    hi Experts
one customer has  10 plant . Customer give 10 PO from 10 plant to client . now my client want to create one sales order for for that customer and delivery goes to respective 10 plants (ship to party) for that customer
    and
same customer can give single PO to my client but inform delivery has to place for 10 ship to party
    is it possible ???
we can give one ship to party but can we put multiple ???
    thanks in advance

    Hi Hanumant
Answer for you first question is,
you can achieve this by creating individual sales order wherein ship-to party at header level is used for delivering the line items. this is standard process.
Answer for your second question is,
This is possible by assigning multiple ship-to parties at item level. Means you can have/assign different ship-to parties for each line item of the sales document manually provided you should have assigned all the ship-to parties in the customer master data first.
You can create each plant as a ship-to party and assign them to a main sold-to party customer master.
so whenever you create delivery for this sales order the deliveries would be split since different ship-to parties and you can deliver to different plants.
Hope this helps you to understand.

  • Multiple quotation for one sales order

    Hi all,
My requirment is to create one sale order that reference from many quotations.  From what I try in CRM, when I want to create a follow-up document, I have to start from the quotation and choose create follow-up document then the sale order will be created. However, that's only good for one quotation one sale order.
What I want is to have a sale order that referenced from many quotations, is this possible in CRM?
Thanks in advance for all the helps.

    Hi Gilbert,
As u rightly said one quotation one sale order as a folow up.
But u can make use of <b>Object Relationship Profile</b>, to be added in ur transaction type of sales order.
So after creating a sales order in refernce to a quotation, u can add other quotation in the Relationship tab which gets added to the Transaction screen.
This will also update the document flow.
The object Relationship Profile can be added in trnasaction type as well as Item Category.

  • How to create a Sales order from multiple quotations?

    Hi All,
Please tell me how to create one sales order from multiple quotations?
    Regards,
    Maddy

    Hello Maddy,
To create the sales order from multiple quotation, you should put the value "F - Only at item level: Always with selection option" under Quotation determination in your sales transaction type.
It will give you a pop-up to choose your quotations item while creating the sales order.
    Some per-requisites are there:
    1. Copy control should be maintained between your quotation and sales order.
    2. Quotation should be error free and should have the status "Released"
    3. Sold to party and Organization should be same in both transaction.
For more information you can check the below link:

  • One sales order with two bill to party at the document header

    Hello to all
We have the following issue: create one sales order with two bill to party and only one payer. The reason is that the materials are paid with the same customer(only one account document) but we need to print two invoices one by each bill to party and each invoice printed with its own invoice number)
We are thinking in one development due to the key users won´t create different line items or create different sales order.
The process will be the following:
1-Create the sales order with one payer and two bill to party or a new bussiness partner(you can use only one bill to party in each customer)
2-Invoice the sales order. The system will create only one account document because there is only one payer but the system will create two printed documents with the invoice.
So if someone had the same requeriments, any help will be appreciated.
    Thanks in advance.

    Pablo,
You intend to create one invoice (one payer) but 2 different document print layouts.
That should work. But, you have stated 'printed with its own invoice number'.... does this mean you need 2 distinct document numbers in the system? That will not be possible.
An alterantive is to create a Proforma invoice and a regular invoice and send it to the 2 parties involved.
