Creation of Error Codes in AIA
Hi,
Can you please throw some light on how to create Error Codes and how those are crucial in AIA Error Handling Framework? What happens if an Error Code is not created? Will it effect the Error Handling Mechanism in AIA by any way? (I have gone thru FP guides but couldn't get clarity on this)
Thanks & Best Regards,
Chaitanya Chandu
Hi Rohith, Thanks a lot for the useful information.
I have created a simple flow with one requestor ABCS, an EBS and a Provider ABCS. the requestor accepts ABM from a custom developed schema, transforms it into EBM and invokes EBS. EBS will route this EBM to the provider ABCS which transforms this EBM into ABM and invokes CreditRatingService to see if the rating is good or not. Now to understand the working of AIA Error Handling Framework, I thought of enabling some error handling on Provider ABCS. At this point I got some doubts looking at Notifications Page in AIA Console:
1. How and what error code is created in this case?
2. What is the system code in this case? and
3. Do we need to pick Role and FYI Role only from the list of roles available in system-jazn-data.xml? What if I want to create some other role and associate it with a particular error, User and group?
4.Is AIAConfigurationProperties.xml playing any role in this case? And what is the extent to which BSR helps in this case?
Thanks a lot for giving your valuable time ...
Best Regards,
Chandu

VM creation on a cluster fails with Internal error code: 0x80990C1D
I am getting the following error when creating a VM from template on a 2012 R2 cluster:
Error (3101)
VMM failed to mount virtual hard disk (VHD) file XXXX.vhdx on the XXXX server. A timeout occurred.
Internal error code: 0x80990C1D
Recommended Action
Open Services to make sure the startup type for Virtual Disk service is set to manual or automatic. Ensure that the service can start and then try the operation again.
The errer occurs while running "Install VM Components" task. I did check services on the host and all is running as expected. The same template works without problem on non-clustered hosts, but fails two out of three times on HV cluster with
CSV storage on FC SAN. I am running SCVMM 2012 R2 UR3.
Any ideas what may cause this issue?
Thanks
Gleb.Hi,
it's a strentgh issue. I don't have any certain information on the hand but I am just thinking out loud now. Maybe it helps.
If it fails at "Install VM Components" this would mean that the problem occurs during injecting or ejecting the integration services. I am right now not sure if VMM injects the integration services as an ISO file or as an vhd file. The second option is also
possible.
From this point of view my question would be;
1) Are you creating the VM from a blank disk with an ISO OS file attached ? If yes
2) Are you experienceing the same problem with an syspreped vhd or vhdx file too ?
3) How many VM's are running on your Cluster Nodes ?
4) Are there any differences in the behavior when you select a different cluster node as destination host during the creation of a VM from template ?
5) What's the workload on your cluster nodes right now disk, memory, cpu ?

HP Photo Creations error code DDC0019
Hi,
I cannot start HP Photo Creations. I have downloaded it and installed it but everytime I try to start it I get error code DDC0019, also it says that I should check my internet connection. I have already tried to reinstall the program but that did not solve it.
Please help...Hi Goliat.

Hi,
Have question related to the migration of AIA Error codes that we setup on AIA framework for each AIA/ABCS Service.
Do these get stored anywhere as an xml or in database? Our primary concern is during migration, we are facing challenge to configure all these in a new environment. Rather, I am looking, if we can just move the config file to the new environment.
Thanks in Advance,
PhaniPhani,
I assume you refer to the error notification setup in the AIA configuration pages. These rules are stored in table BSR_ERROR_NOTIFICATIONS within the AIA schema.
If you export data from one env to be imported into another you need to make sure that the corresponding DB sequence (BSR_ERROR_NOTIFICATIONS_S) is adjusted accordingly to not run into issues.

Model Creation Error:Not authorized to logon to target system(error code 1)
Hello All,
I am trying to create a new model in my WebDynpro project.
I have used "Single Server" to login to the backend.
But when I try to connect to the backend system I get the following error:
"Login Failed: You are not authorized to logon to the target system (error code 1)"
I have an "SAP_ALL" role in the backend. Any idea what could be wrong?
Thanks and Regards,
ReenaHello Reena,
The user name or passwd that you specified is not correct. Try by giving the user name in Capital letter; if still its not working take advice from Basis person and get the right to use it.

I ran across this error starting on 6/4/2011 and have been unable to find the root of the problem. In our environment, we have a DPM 2010 server dedicated to backing up all our SQL envrionment (about 45 SQL Servers total). All of the SQL
environment is backing up fine except for a SQL Cluster Application. This particular SQL Instances is part of a 6 node failover cluster with 6 SQL Instances distributed amongst them. The other 5 SQL instances in the cluster are backing
up fine; only one instance is failing. The DPM Alerts section shows this error when attempting to do a SQL backup of one of the databases on this SQL instance:

I have checked the cluster node this particular SQL instance is running on using Perfmon and the machine is nowhere near capacity on CPU, memory, network, or Disk I/O. I have failed this SQL Application to another node in the cluster and
receive the same error (this other node has another clustered SQL application on it that is actively running as well as backing up fine). The only thing that I am aware of that has changed is that we installed SP2 for SQL 2008 about 2 weeks prior
to when the failures started to occur. However, we updated all six clustered SQL Instances at the same time and only this one is having this issue so I don't believe that caused the problem. We are running SQL 2008 SP2 (version 10.0.4000.0)
on all clustered instances along with DPM 2010 (version 3.0.7696.0) on this particular DPM server that has the issue.
One last thing, I have also noticed errors in the event log pertaining to the same SQL backups that are failing (but the time stamps are not concurrent with each backup attempt):

Any help would be greatly appreciated!Don't know if this helps or not, but I also noticed another peculiar issue that is derived from this problem. If I go to "Modify protection group", then expand the cluster, then expand all six nodes in the cluster, five of them show "All SQL Servers"
and allow me to expand the SQL Instance and show all databases; the one that is having a problem backing up, when I expand the node, doesn't even show that SQL exists on the node, when in fact, it does.
I would also like to add that the databases on this node that will not backup are running fine. They run hundreds of transactions daily so we know SQL itself is OK. Even though it is a busy SQL Server, there is plenty of available resources as
the SQL buffer and memory counters show the node is not under durress. -

Error is coming on Prod Env, I have tried diffrent trial and Error method but still I am not able to find root cause.
Please mark answer , if you think answer is helpful or correct.Hi All,
To resolve these issues I have checked following things, and which all seems no issues
1)Quota Limit
2)Database read only mode
3)Appl pool account access to database
4)Changed app pool account with farm account
5)Added app pool account to MySite admin group
6)Database size limit
7)Site collection site limit to MySite host
8)User Profile service is running or not
9)Self site creation to user
10)Service application association to MYsite Host
All above I have tested but it seems no error, still I am getting above Error.
One more things I want to add is that Central admin people picker does not recognize users.
That can be an issue?

Error while create user in LDAP - LDAP: error code 1
Hi Guy's, I am getting below error while creating user in LDAP MS AD.
cn=3001,ou=sAP_IDM,dc=springswf,dc=comcn<mx:TEXT>putNextEntry failed storingOU=SAP_IDM,DC=springswf,DC=com</mx:TEXT>
<mx:LTEXT>Exception from Add operation:javaxnaming.NamingException: {LDAP: error code 1 = 00000000: LdapErr: DSID-OC090AE2, coment: In order to perform this operation a successful bind must be completed on the connection.,data0,vece
Steps I am following:
1. create a job through wizard and pick from (IC->jobs->Active Directory->Create Active Directory User)
2. Destination tab values that I am passing:
dn: cn=Dummyuser,ou=SAP_IDM,dc=<main domain>,dc=com
objectClass: top|person|organizationalPerson|user
sn: Surname
givenName: GivenName
displayName: Dummy user displayname
Under <main domain> an OU has been created called SAP_IDM for testing user creation from IDM.
Admin user account created called <XYZ> and has full control over SAP_IDM OU.
I am passing <XYZ> credentials into my job for user creation.
Thanks for you help!Farhan,
Based on the error message presented,
In order to perform this operation a successful bind must be completed on the connection
Make sure that you're using the correct information to do the AD Bind. User name should be something like cn=administrator,cn=users,dc=xxx,dc=xxx and the proper password.

Error code 0x00000004 when installing Yosemite?
I have a family member's 2012 13 inch MacBook Pro that failed to boot one day (month ago). I've tried to restore via Recovery and install from all OS's I have available to me (Mavericks and Yosemite). I've downloaded each OS from the Mac App Store. Each time I try to install Mac OS X I get an error. While Mountain Lion (was installed on recovery partition) never included any information, Mavericks and Yosemite gave me an error log. After scanning it, I found the error code of 0x00000004.
In reading other threads, I understand this may be a faulty RAM stick issue? Anyone had this error before? Are there hardware tests I can run? The full log is below.

Goods receipt not possible for delivery 80016425: error code 4 in MIGO
Hi friends,
I created STO from ME21N tr.code(document type:UB), then I created outbound delivery from VL10B tr.code based on STO.
After that, goods issue is made by vl02n.Lastly , when I want to make a goods receipt based on outbound delivery from MIGO
(with mvmt type:101),it gives me error about"Goods receipt not possible for delivery 80016425: error code 4 in MIGO tr.code" .
Take your opinionsHi,
Error 4 indicates there is/are no delivery item/items.
Check following options:
option-1--->Check material number extended to the both plants with storage locations
option-2--->Check the material received already WRT the delivery
option-3---> Check confirmation control key in material that needed in creation of an inbound delivery to have GR process
option-4--->Check The latest goods receipt date in STO
option-5--->Check(done any setting) if any billing to be done after PGI and then can do GR WRT delivery

Task sequence execution failed with error code 80004005 TSManager 03-02-2015 13:35:07 7304 (0x1C88)Hi Jason
See below. The problem is that on some of our laptops not anywhere geographically close to our IT department, the laptop has been setup with 2 partitions and on some only with 1 partition (we used another deployment system 2 years ago), so I am trying
to prepare all our corporate laptops for Bitlocker encryption. The reason why I made this task sequence was to hit all those laptops that is not being reinstalled / installed again in the near future.
Do you have any suggestions, should it help to remove the cmd.exe /c in front of the Bitlocker cmd line ?
We have tried the MBAM solution, but in my opinion too many problems with the MBAM client. -
Invalid subreport name Error code:-2147483086
The setup used in this particular environment is to run reports via Crystal reports server 2008. We call the servers via the rassdk_java_dg_12_en and the setup works just fine BUT in one particular case.
The report that fails have a main report with a datasource to SQL. The report does have about 20 - 25 subreports mostly based on the same datasource. There are however 6 subreports that uses ttx files as datasources.
The report works fine when there is no data for the ttx subreports, but whenever a "change datasource" is tried to the ttx subreports the error "Invalid subreport name Error code:-2147483086" pops up.
We have done noumerous tests on the pojo approach in other reports so the technic and code works just fine - it most be some special case in the report.
Before we start to try to rebuild the report we will give you a chance to help us out. The report sucker is big and complex so a rebuild is not wanted...
Here is the particular code involved
private static void passPOJO(ReportClientDocument clientDoc,
ReportPojoHolder pojoHolder, String reportName)
throws ReportSDKException,ClassNotFoundException {
//Its a pojo data source, but it's nothing in it
if (pojoHolder.getPojos().size() == 0) {
return;
String reportTable = pojoHolder.getTableName();
Object pojo = pojoHolder.getPojos().iterator().next();
POJOResultSetFactory factory = new POJOResultSetFactory(pojo.getClass());
POJOResultSet resultSet = (POJOResultSet)factory.createResultSet(pojoHolder.getPojos());
if(reportName == null || reportName.equals("")) {
clientDoc.getDatabaseController().setDataSource(resultSet, reportTable, reportTable);
else {
System.err.println("Setting data in " + reportName );
//Here comes the error
clientDoc.getSubreportController().getSubreport(reportName).
getDatabaseController().setDataSource(resultSet, reportTable, reportTable);
Here is the stacktrace:
table: srptMainCustomerList;1, subrapport: AddressField
table: srptusrinf;1, subrapport: AdvisorName
table: srptusrinf;1, pojo: Beta
table: srptusrinf;1, pojo: JensensAlpha

at weblogic.servlet.internal.StubSecurityHelper$ServletServiI have been able to wrestle this down after a lot of frustrating work. The error had nothing to do with pojos at all. The error was simple a store procedure that did not reply nothing.
In the preparation of the subreport that did consist of the pojo data source. The report(server?) did send a "pre call" to the store procedure with NULL as parameters. The reply was unfortunately an "empty" reply. When we changed the reply to an empty result set it went pass the data sources.
The error message given on this was "Invalid subreport name"! Not very helpful at all.
I have used this new version for about 3 weeks now in a "proof of concept" work controlling if we would be able to upgrade from crystal 9/Harmoni to Crystal 2008/Crystal Report Server 2008. The answer will be yes. It will work. And with a minimum of report changes which is very nice.
What have struck me the most during this work is a few proposals to improvements.
1. Put the versions on jars and sdk's so it's obvious what's used. I spent a few days with an old version of a sdk believing that it was a newer than I already had. It should not be neccessary to go through a manifest file inside a jar in order to find out what the version is. Put it on the file names!
2. Give proper error messages back when something goes wrong. If a parameter value is missing. Send back the parameter that's missed/misses a value for Gods sake. The programmer catching the error most know what's missed hence the message. Would save the user's of the API very much time.
I spent about 5 - 10 days trying to find out what was wrong with my sub report name (This thread). It had nothing to do with the subreport name. It had to do with missing data from a called store procedure!
3. The documentation can be a bit tricky to find. I saw that you have given away a eclipse plugin in order to gather the documentation inside the IDE. That's a good approach.
If the error messages will be enhanced and more accurate it's a pretty handy api to work with. And the handling of unmanaged reports is a wet dream compared to usage of the Harmoni API. That's a real nightmare. The server seems to be very stable and just runs.
I like this forum, fast replies when one is stuck is extremely helpful!

Logon Failed DAO Error Code Oxccb
I received a new project for the creation of a Crystal Report in the form of an Excel spreadsheet. I created the report, but then my boss decided to modify the spreadsheet. I saved his new file as the same name as the old file and said replace. Then I decided to move the newly updated file to a shared drive so he could make any future changes directly to that file, and all I would have to do is hit u201Crefreshu201D. It seemed like such a good idea, but now I have trouble. I am getting an error that says: u201CLogon failed. Details: DAO Error Code: Oxccb. Source: DAO Workspace. Description: Unexpected error from external database driver (22).u201D When I back out of the dialog boxes, I am left with 0 records, a blank report, and a state of panic. What did I do wrong, and how can I fix this? Help!
Can you try placing the file in your local machine instead of share location and check the output by pointing the connection to the file in local machine?
regards,
Raghavendra
