Creative Cloud is telling me I have the same updates available that I updated a couple hours ago. What's up with that?

I found a way to get to my data. So do not need remedy at this time.
fwiw, I changed my ios7.04 setup answer of restore from itunes to new iphone. Eventually that allowed me to set up icloud, then turn off find iphone, restore. Very strange ios update.

Old version of iTunes had a section in the Apps section (when syncing) that said 'update all'.
It would go get all the updates for your apps.
Now I can't find that option. The iPad says 28 apps have updates but no way in itunes to
get them. How do you update the apps if your ipad has no access to Wifi or 3g service?

For general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down page in case one of them applies.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there is backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.
If you've already tried a complete uninstall and reinstall try opening iTunes in safe mode (hold down CTRL+SHIFT as you start iTunes) then going to Edit > Preferences > Storeand turning off Show iTunes in the Cloud purchases. You may find iTunes will now start normally.

I am having a similar problems, mine is: it says there are updates available, i download them, then sync ........rever thing looks like it syncs find, no error messages......but the apps on my phone still arnt updated......the app store on my phone says there is updates available, but if i update on my phone i have a whole new set of problems.....here is a link to another post i made bout the other problems....

CC repeatedly says there are updates

CC Manager repeatedly says there are updates available … over and over and over and over … example: same InDesign update 6 times in 3 days. Usually, it's all the apps I use. I've been on the phone, etc … with Adobe and they basically say live with it, 'don't worry about it.' Well, something is obviously wrong and if I just ignore it as they suggested then I might miss something relevant. That was the extent of their help so far. I've reisntalled the updater a few times, etc … and no luck there. The majority of the issue is on a Macbook Pro, but I don't know if that is even relevant.
It's not life threatening of course, but it's a royal pain and annoying.
I was wondering if anyone had any tips or run into simialr issues they got around, got relevant help for, etc …

Very carefully use Finder to move the Events back to the top level of the Movies/iMovie Events folder. iMovie will not see them if they are nested in Folders.
If they are on an external drive, move them to the iMovie Events folder at the top level of the drive.
However, you can put iMovie projects in folders if you want.
It is best to do all moves and renames in iMovie so you do not destroy the links in your Projects. However, you need to move your events back to where they were in the Finder sonce iMovie cannot see them.

Updated Ipod, but now it says to connect to power source & I lost the cord

Ipod Mini shows a picture to connect it to the external power source. I have the adapter, but not the right cord anymore, is there a way to bypass this? I can't use the Ipod at all it seems like until I do this.

All older iPods that required this step were supplied with a power adaptor as standard. What model iPod do you have? Since you are posting in the mini forum we must assume you have that model so you should've got a power adaptor as a standard accessory. If you didn't, you need to contact the seller to ask why.
The newer iPods that don't require this step after a restore, don't have the power adaptor included any longer as standard.
