CRM BP, update sales area (organization)

Hi, I need to update the data of the BP sales: sales group, sales office and District.  It knows somebody some function that does it?

did you find a way to solve your problem? I've got the same problem. And in BAPI_BUPA_CENTRAL_CHANGE I didn't find the right fields to change the district, sales office and sales group.

  • CRM 5.0 Sales Area Data - Organization Tab

    Hi All,
    We have upgraded to CRM5.0 and as a result, under Sales Area Data a tab called 'Organization' has appeared and I cannot seem to remove it through field groupings even though all the fields available under field groupings are hidden.
    Under field groupings there are 3 fields for configuration:
    District
    Sales Group
    Sales Office
    These are all hidden. Yes on the Sales Area Organiation tab two greyed out buttons appear:
    Own Data (with create icon)
    Own Data (with delete icon)
    Also under sales area data there are other tabs such as 'Shipping' and 'Fact Sheet', all their fields are cojnfigured to be hidden and as a result their respective tabs (correctly) do not appear on the screen.
    Does anyone knowe if it is possible to remove these and what is the correct way to remove this tab from the screen?

    It would be a problem for my company if organizations remained in the final target group.

  • Sales Area, Organizational Model and Territory Management

    Dear Experts,
    I'm meeting unexpected system behaviour (CRM Release 2007) during the configuration of the territory management, below the steps I have done:
    1. Define a new Employee from BP transaction
    2. Go to "Organizational Model", create a new position under the existing organizational unit and assign the new BP to it.
    3. Go to "Maintain Territory Hierarchy", add a regional level to the existing structure, add the new BP and set the appropriate territory attributes.
    4. Go to "Maintain sales area for territories from Org. Model", select the new regional level and click on "Show Sales Areas". The system shows as attributes status "Position 50000125 has no sales areas".
    Where can I set the sales area for the territory?

    Hi,
    In TCODE CRMM_TERRMAN under the tab where the positions for a territory are assigned,
    check if Territory attributes are maintained. There should be SA_SALES_AREA maintained here.
    Also in TCODE PPOMA_CRM under the Function Tab check whether the Sales Area for the position is maintained.

    We are having CRM 5.0 Implementation. In our organization landscape we are having R3 system as well.
    All the master data for CRM comes from R3. We are performing the initial download of materials on the basis of Material Type , Sales area.
    For Example In R3ac1 T-Code
    We have set up filters for "Material" object in such a way that middle ware should allow flow of materials of
    material type = xyz
    Sales org = 1100
    Devision = I0
    D.Channel = XX
    My filters condition's are working fine.
    Now after running the initial download I am want to cross check in CRM ,
    How many materials got downloded for material type "XYZ" & for particular sales area "1100"?
    Please let me know if there is any table for the same ?
    or
    If there is any standard report program ?

    The information & Z report is really helpful. But unfortunately its not solved my issue .
    In table CNCCRMPRSAP004  there is no entries in my CRM system.
    but when I open an Product In COMMPR01 table & go to Sales & Distribution channel tab. Then I can see that this product is available in two salea area.
    For example
    Product ID : REPAIR-NOWARRANTY
    In Tab SAP BASIC data following info available
    Category ID : MAT_ZERV
    Item Category group :ZERV
    In Tab Sales & Distribution
    we can see that this product is extended to two sales area.
    1206
    1290
    Now I want to run a report on the basis of following selection
    Sales area  = 1206
    Item category Group = ZERV
    Then the report should show me the above product used for example.

                   I am struck with a single field to update, lets me depict it..
    I loaded the business partner via LSMW and the standard idoc doesnot support the <b>Account Assignment group</b> field and i am not finding a way to update this field externally ...
    Does any one have any idea whic BAPI or badi does it ?

    in order to find the proprer badi- BADI, pls fill the following guide:
    /people/alwin.vandeput2/blog/2006/04/13/how-to-search-for-badis-trace-it
    I guess that there must be a proper Bapi, to be used for sales data. In this case follow the previous procedure and change the filter in "display trace".
    Concerning Badi try Partner_update.

  • Table for BP sales area in CRM 7.0

    Hi Experts,
    This is regarding the BP tables in CRM where assigned sales area information is saved. I could not able to figure out in which table I can see only assigned sales areas. I have checked tables like CRMM_BUT_LNK0140, CRMM_BUT_LNK0141, CRMM_BUT_LNK0010, CRMM_BUT_FRG0080, CRMM_BUT_FRG0081. In these table I can see all the sales areas in the systems for a single BP. But I am looking for only maintained sales areas for a single BP.
    Could you please advise in which tables I can find this info and how to pull exact information.

    DB CRMV_BP_FRG0140 returns Sls group, office and organization, but no Sales area. I would simply like to check sales area for two organizations.
    Example (how it should be):
    -sales organization: 1, sales area: blank
    -sales organization: 2, sales area: 1000
    I can find sales organization in different table, but can't find sales area, even in Tx BP (under sold-to-party role, Sales Area Data section. Any suggestions?

    We have downloaded the Customer Master from R/3 to CRM system. Initial Load was successful and delta is also working fine. We are getting the R/3 sales area data in CRM system when we open a BP.
    But here our issue is, we could not locate the sales area data in any of these below CRM tables -
    CRMD_ORGMAN
    CRMM_BUT_FRG0081
    CRMM_BUT_FRG0080
    This data we require for BW purpose, Can anyone help me where I can get this data?
    The Bdocs coming from R/3 to CRM contains complete sales area data.

    It depends on the tab you have maintained for sales area.
    CRMM_BUT_LNK0011 holds the sales area data for the sales tab on the screen.
    CRMM_BUT_LNK0021 holds the sales area data if the shipping tab is maintained.
    Similarly if the billing tab is maintained, you ll find the data within the CRMM_BUT_LNK0031 table.

  • Multiple selection of sales areas in BP transaction

    Hi,
    In the creation mode of BP for sold-to party, while selecting sales areas, the standard ALV popup does NOT allow multiple selection/maintainance of sales areas.
    Is there an option for multiple maintainance of sales areas. It's time consuming to maintain sales areas for each BP manually.
    Also, is there an API/method to maintain sales area data for BP?

       You can use followinf function module to update sales area data:
    BAPI_BUPA_FRG0020_ADD : For shipping tab
    BAPI_BUPA_FRG0030_ADD : For billing tab
    BAPI_BUPA_FRG0140_ADD : For organization data tab.

  • BP Replication with Sales Area Data

    Hi all,
    We are having an issue with BP replication from CRM to R3. The issue is that when we create a new BP and add sales area data to this Sold-To business partner, the BP is replicated to R3 all blanked out. There is no name, address or any data that is replicated. However, if we create a new Sold-To business partner and do not maintain any sales area data, the replication works as expected. Any ideas?

    Yes, the sales area exists in both systems but I get errors for both scenarios...
    When I create a sold-to BP in CRM and maintain Sales Area Data, the error I get is "Business partner #### does not exist as customer, change not possible" (XR012). In the extended data part, there are two entries under Partner table. The first entry appears to be the Update to include sales area, and the second entry appears to be the Insert of a new customer. However, this new customer uses the Reference Customer information.
    When I create a sold-to BP in CRM without Sales Area Data, I get "Updating could not be completed" (S&150). In the Partner table there is one entry and it contains an Insert for the new customer with all of the new data (no reference customer info in there).
    Any ideas?

  • Sales Area - Maintenance and Replication

    Dear experts,
    In our scenario (CRM 5.0 interated with ERP 2005):
    - We ceate a sold to party BP in CRM
    - This BP is replicated as a contract partner in R3 with a SD customer.
    1/ We need to maintain ONE sales area in CRM in order to be able to create a service contract (even if I don't understand why ...)
    2/ In R/3, we need to maintain in our SD customer FIFTEEN sales area and FIVE company codes.
    I configured our Reference Customer in SD with these characteristics (15 sales area and 5 company codes).
    If I create the BP in R3 with the contract partner Role, an SD customer is automatically created with these 15 sales area.
    I don't change any settings and I create the BP from CRM with 1 sales area. This BP is replicated in R3 with this sales area but doesn't take in consideration the others sales areas maintained in my reference customer, and I have the same issue with the company code. It is like when the BP is created from CRM, this reference customer is no used anymore.
    Note: In CRM, I use the B (Customer) classification and I don't use this notion of consummer.

    sold to party existings , who are all the having the sales area data.
    how can i able to pull those Sold to Party that does not having sales area data.
    I know that the data is huge , but canot help because some of the Sold to Party maintained in CRM is without sales area data.
    I want to know that if the numbers ar ehuge it can be a customizing problem.

  • ERP Reference sales area usage in CRM organization determination

    Hi Experts,
    Our client, in its ERP applies reference sales area to reduce mater data maintenace efforts. (It manages about 30-40 division which definition is based on product portfolio basis.)
    As result of this structure, in CRM business partners are created only this reference sales area level, meanwhile in the business transaction we should need information about the real division.
    Is there any experiences on this area?

  • Transport Sales Area Data from CRM to R/3

    I have created a function module within DSAVE event in BDT so the Sales Area BILLING BLOCK REASON could be updated with a fixed value according to the Sales Area selected by the user.
    That worked all right using the standard function module CRM_BUPA_FRG0100_SAVE (within the event), but the real problem is the once you save the new Business or modify it, it does not replicate in R/3 (using Middleware).
    I discovered that the function I've created runs after the COMMIT that save the data in the Data Base Tables and also send the information to R/3.
    I also tried DSAVC event but I had the same result.
    Does anyone has the clue to make the information be sent with the rest of Partner data?

    Hi,
    You can upload products to R/3 from CRM system but you cannot upload organizational model from CRM to R/3.
    To upload products from CRM to R/3 do following settings:
    Execute transaction: SMOEAC
    Select site view and expand site R/3.
    Create a R/3 site by specifying the RFC destination of the same while creating new site.
    Create a subscription from publication: Material(MESG)
    Assign the newly created subscription to R/3 site.

    i am trying to add sales area data to a sold to party business partner and i used the BAPI BAPI_BUPA_FRG0010_ADD. it executes i dont get runtime error but i get the error "invalid sales and distribution area" in return table.
    also i see that the sales area data of the sold to party is not updated after i execute my program
    can anyone tell me what i am missing

    hey Rob i dont know if the configuration is done.but if i try to create a sold to party business partner in the screen in CRM i sales area data tab----->sales area, i find the drop down list with the values for sales organization, ditribution channel and division.
    i am able to create a sold to party in CRM and it is replicating in ECC. but if i try to display the sales area data of a sold to party that i created using the function module BAPI_BUPA_FRG0010_GETDETAIL
    it throws me an error saying invalid sales area data.
    Also i find that data is there in CRMM_BUT_LNK0021, CRMM_BUT_LNK0031 tables but not even one entry in CRMM_BUT_LNK0011
    Also i find that data is there in CRMM_BUT_SET0020, CRMM_BUT_SET0030 tables but not even one entry in CRMM_BUT_SET0010
    is some thing missing in functional configuration. the CRM guy did an intial upload from R3 and brought the sales organization to CRM.

    I said you also have to add the division, distribution channle and the tupples (combination of div and dis. channel) under the particular sales org.

    Double click on your sales org...you can see 4 tabs are there...click on attribute tab....choose the relevant attribute maintainance scenario (sales/service/marketting)..then add the division, distribution channle and the tupples (combination of div and dis. channel)..save it...
