CRM Contracts in ISU system

Hi Experts,
I need to fetch CRM contract data to ISU systems. As I have been told to use CRM_ORDER_READ to get the appropriate data in ISU system. But the FM mentioned above is not an RFC. Hence I am unable to call the above FM from ISU. Is there any BAPI or RFC to get CRM Contract / Order details so that the data can be made available on ISU side. Are there any other process to do so? Eagerly waiting for a reply.
Regards
Pulokesh

Hi Vijay,
I have to configure the ISU-CRM replication ( Creation of BMD, TMD, etc... whole Meter to cash scenario ). From your post i understood that you have done this. Can you please provide me steps, prerequistes how to do this.

Thanks

  • Update CRM contract from isu contract

    Hi!!!
I'm try to update the data of crm contract from sap isu contract, but isn't works fine, the status and the description of CRM contract is not updated. The Bdoc SI_CONTRACT is generated correctly, and the Badi's DOWNLOAD on ISU and CRM are enhanced, but the info is not updated in crm when initial load is launched or when a move-out it's do it in isu.
    Can you help me please?
    Regards,
    David

    Hi David,
Even though you have a green Bdoc it doesnt mean that the information was updated correctly in CRM, it simply means that the Bdoc passed the information to the queue. Check if there are any sysfails in the queues - you get the queue name from the Bdoc - and also if there are any dumps that might be related. Have you ever been able to load data from ISU to CRM?
    Kind regards,
    Vanessa.

  • Initial Load of contract from ISU to CRM

    Hi All,
We are working on the replication of contract from ISU to CRM.
We have done all the necessary setting, like assigning default product, running ecrm_generate_everh report etc
When we are running initial load on SI_CONTRACT,only single BDOC is getting generated which is error free but still it contains no data.
Since its without an error ,we are not able to figure out whats the error is.
    Regards
    Nikhil

    Hello Nikhill,
Could you resolve the problem?? I've a similar error, the BDoc is empty. The table everh is filed but the fields contractpos and contarcthead have value '0000000000000000' i think that is the problem. ANd the recport ECRM_CHECK_EVERH say that are misiing contracts.
    Could you help me please!!!
    Thnks!!

  • SD customer replication from CRM 2007 in ISU

    Hi Experts,
I am creating a Business partner in CRM 2007 in role sold to party which is getting replicated in ISU system(Entry is saved in table BUT000) also the entry for SD customer gets saved in table KNA1; however system can not retrieve sales area for customer (No entry in table KNVV).
Sales area has already been maintained for Reference customer and required configuration is also in place.
Please let me know if anyone has faced similar kind of issue.
    Regards,
    Amit Gupta

    Hello Amit,
As far as I know the reference customer is used when your business partner is created in ISU only.
If you create your business partner in CRM you will have to add your sales area manually, or via "mini-templates" for example... but the reference business partner won't be used (check the relevant cookbook: ref BP is used for data transfer from ISU --> CRM but not from CRM --> ISU).
    Kind regards,
    Nicolas.

  • CRM Contract replicate to ECC Debite memo

    HI expert team
In standard replication from CRM Contract replicate to ECC Debite memo, I have some material in ECC with Material type KMAT Configurial product, same material code and description created in CRM with material type as service material, When i create service contract and release it is giving replication error with "Product Cannot be recorded in ECC", When i create debite memo with same material code system creating debet memo and item category determination in ecc as debet memo item category in debete memo even though material is configural product,
in the same steps i have some service material in ECC as service material created with service material type, for these material i created in CRM with same code and description, when i create service contract system replicating as debit memo,
    Thanks in advance

    Hi,
There are prerequisites to be maintained in CRM and ERP for CRM contract to be replicated in ERP as a debit memo.
Please find the details in the below link:
    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_crm50/helpdata/en/65/9c4d3bcf95926ae10000000a114084/frameset.htm
In your case I assume Debit memo is not being created for the Service product and giveing error "Product Cannot be recorded in ECC", because system is finding the same product in ECC as configurable material type (Service product in CRM, config material in ECC).
As per the prerequisite Synchronization of master data (SAP CRM and SAP ERP) should be maintained
All business partners used in SAP CRM transaction documents also exist in SAP ERP.
Service products in SAP CRM exist as materials in SAP ERP.
    Hope this helps!

  • CRM Contract with Status "Completed" Not Replicated

    Dear CRM experts,
We've noticed that, when we create a CRM Contract in the CRM system and changed its status to "Completed" before saving it, the Contract does not get replicated to the back-end R3 systems. However, when we create a CRM Contract with status "Open", it gets replicated immediately.
Is this a standard CRM function? Is it because, when the status is "Completed", there will not be followup documents, therefore replication does not occurd?
However, in SMW01, after we saved the CRM Contract with status "Completed", we can still see BDocs created. The BDocs are created with NO error, but just that in R3 it does not get created.
    Any idea?
    Points will be awarded! Thansk!

    Axon,
Just check in the status profile of the contract, if you have set the forbidden option for business transaction 'To be distributed' for the status 'Completed'.
    If yes, just delete that.
    <b>Reward points if it helps.</b>

  • How to add new fields to CRM contract Product List tab?

    Hi all!
I would like to add a new custom field for CRM contract (CRMD_BUS2000121) item level, on the Product List tab.
Here I found CRMT_0100A_ORDPRP_I_EXT_UI structure, therefore I enhanced this with new append structure and new fields.
I also added the new fields to ORDPRP_I append structure and mapped the new fields in CRMC_MAP.
For some reason the new fields are on the screen but they are grey, not changeable. What did I do wrong?
    Thanks,
    Tamas Pentek

Actually for the new IC webclient UI you have need to take a look at your options:
    1.  New Installation:
Use the EEWB and add the fields.  As part of the EEWB work, you will have a couple of post-processing steps where you will add your generated fields to the new screens.  However this doesn't require any programming.
    2.  Upgrade from CRM 4.0/50
    - New fields to add as part of upgrade
See the directions for new installation
    - Existing fields to add as part of upgrade
--See the blog on the 40/52 CUSTOMER_H migration for transaction fields
--Business Partner fields part of BUT000 available via UI configuration tool, no extra work needed
--Business Partner fields part of tabular extension, manual work required, I am still "perfecting" this method and plan on writing a blog once I have the technique finished.
--Product Attributes - use the transaction CRMM_UI_PROD_GEN and CRMM_UIU_PROD_CONFIG
I know CRM 2007 is based on the same tech foundation as 2006s, with some differences in how the UI tool works and the fact there are some screen layout changes(editable overviews).  The extension procedures are generally the same.  I can answer some of you extension questions based on my work with CRM 52 so far.  It will generally apply to your situation.
BTW:  The PCUI is no longer supported in CRM 2006s and above.  Even the old SAP GUI transactions such as BP, COMM_PRODUCT are removed from the standard CRM menu.   The SAP CRM web client should be used instead now.
    Take care,
    Stephen

  • FICA -IDOC for posting the billing data from NON-SAP ISU system

    Hi,
Kindly note we are implementing NON-SAP ISU with SAP FICA for the finance implementation. In this context, we ahve identified BAPI for BP and CA. We have decided to go for transaction posting through the transaction FPE1. For this, we are looking for the transaction data IDOC which is CTRACDOCUMENT_ACCOUNT (FICA Posting)  in the WEDI. But it seems that it is not yet released. Can anybody help me out for this to either identify the equivalent IDOC or other method to post the data from Banner system (NON-SAP ISU ) system. We are presently not implmenting billing system in SAP ISU, but only FI system

    Hi,
    you can create the same...
but normal practice what we do is create swc for each system so that it is easy to maintain and easy to extend in the future..
or else follow some conventions if you are just starting the things..

  • How to find the header and item level status of a CRM contract ?

    Hi,
    Few questions
    A. How to find the header and item level status of a CRM contract ? My req is to select all the contract line items which are in CLOSED status.
    B. How to get the BPs associated with a contract ?
Anyone have the list of CRM tables and the relation amongst them. Please mail me in [email protected]

CRMD_ORDERADM_H     Contains the Header Information for a Business Transaction.
    Note:
    1.     It doesn’t store the Business Partner
           responsible for the transaction. To
get the Partner No, link it with
           CRM_ORDER_INDEX.
    2.     This table can be used for search
           based on the Object Id(Business
           Transaction No).
CRMD_CUSTOMER_H     Additional Site Details at the Header Level of a Business Transaction
CRMD_LINK     Transaction GUID set for all the Business Transactions
CRMD_ORDER_INDEX     Contains Header as well as Item details for a Business Transaction.
    Note:
    1.     It doesn’t store the Business
          Transaction No (Object ID).
To get the Business Transaction No
          link the table with
          CRMD_ORDERADM_H
    2.   This table can be used for search
          based on the Partner No
CRMD_ORDERADM_I     Stores the Item information for a Business Transaction. The scenarios where we have a Contract Header and within contract we have Line Items for the contract, this table can be useful.
    E.g. Service Contracts
CRMD_CUSTOMER_I     Additional Site Details at the Item Level of a Service Contract
