WFM , CRM sales with Backend integration
WFM , CRM sales without  Backend integration

Hi Gary,
If you maintain working hours of a employee, you wil be able to see it in the Resource planning. It would be visually depicted in the Resource planning. Non-working hours of a day would be greyed out.

  • Datasources for CRM Workforce Management

    Hello Dear Experts,
I am trying to activate the Datasources from the business content for CRM Workforce Management (0CRM_WFM) but the extractions do not work : I have the message "Datasource not supported by the extraction program.
Has anyone already worked with that content? And do you know if there is some customizing in CRM or WFM to activate correctly the datasources?
The help and forums are not very rich for that domain : does anyone have some docs?
    Thanks for your help.

  • Schedule Service Orders autom. with workforce management

    Hi all!
We are using CRM5.0 with Workforce Deployment to implement some schedule rules to service orders.
I have some questions that I'd like to have an answer:
    1. HOW TO TRIGGER
Does anybody know whether it is possible to trigger an automatic scheduling of Service Orders with the Workforce Management rules? How can it be made using ABAP code (trigger by PPF actions)?
    2. WORKLOAD DEPENDING ON SUBJECT CODE
The idea would be to add weights to the service order subject.
    For example, if:
. Employee A has 2 tickets assigned to him related with "New products", which has weight 4 -> Workload 8
    And:
. Employee B has one ticket assigned to him with subject code "New contract" with weight 10 -> Workload 10
Then if a new service order appears, it should be scheduled automatically to employee A.
    Thank you!
    Dora

    Jothi,
Check whether RFC destinations are created for WFM  in SM59. Since u want to synch employees from CRM to WFM,choose ALL BUSINESS PARTNERS(MESG) as the subscription object and select all business transactions as replication objects in publication.
Make sure, u create the logical system before u create site for WFM in SMOEAC.
Lemme know if u have any questions.
    Thanks

For CRM is fine..Should be great if you have CRM 7.
Can you see this standard transaction type in your IMG:?
GAG     Grantor Agreement     SAP Standard Grantor Agreement     BUS2000271 Grantor Agreement
GAP     Grantor Application     SAP Standard Grantor Application     BUS2000270 Grantor Application
    GCL     Claim     Claim     BUS2000272 Complaint
GCR     Change Request     Change Request     BUS2000270
Also review if you have SPRO> Industry-Specific Solutions> Public Sector > Grantor Management  in SAP CRM.
You can use the standard with business role "CRMGRMPRGMAN"

  • Standard way of Handling Escalation process in CRM Complaint Management

    Dear experts,
What is the standard way of mapping Escalation process in SAP CRM Complaints management?
We need to escalate the complaint to next level if it is not resolved with in the a specific time.
How can we configure this scenario in SAP CRM. Please help me to solve this issue. Your help will be highly appreciated.
    Thank you
    Raghu ram

    Hi Arup,
We are setting up a Complaints Mgmt system for our client.
They have a very standard process of handling complaints.
The complaints are created in the system and assigned to a CR Agent. The CR agent then forwards to the respective department for investigation. Once the investigation is compelete the department sends it back to the CR who then decides whether the Complaint is justified or not.
If it is justifed and there is a money refund involved then there is a limit to what the CR agent can approve. If its more than his limit somebody from higher authority needs to approve it. My quesiton to you is:
    - How is the complaint assigned to the CR agent. Do I need to replicate the Org strucutre from HR into CRM? If yes, then once I have the org structure where do I do the CR assignment?
    - Secondly how does the CR agent assign the complaint to other department for investigation. Is this through CRM Complaint Activity or there is another way for it?
    - Third once the investigation is complete and the required department needs to send the feedback how will this be sent back to the CR for making the final decision. Is there a workflow?
    - Finally how can we setup the cap limits like if there is a money refund to the customer from the complaint then if the the amount is between 0 and 500 a CR should be able to approve it, if the amount is between 500 - 1000 the manager should be able to approve it, how can this be setup?
    Many thanks

  • Integrating CC&B & Mobile Workforce Management

I am trying to do CC&B integration with Mobile Workforce Management.
    Steps followed by me:
I created a FA with dispatch group, CI_MWM(Oracle Utilities Mobile Workforce Management )
As soon as the FA is created a record is created in the NDS table(CI_NT_DWN).
As per the flow, the MPL processes the NDS record by calling an XAI service to extract FA information from the system. The message in the format expected by Oracle Utilities Mobile Workforce Management system is stored on the XAI Download Staging Table (CI_XAI_DWN).
But I am not able to see any record created in the XAI Download Staging Table table. I am writing the details of few things which are involved in the process.
    CI_NT_DWN data created…….
    NT_DWN_ID = 9014848337780
    SPR_CD = CI_SPLMWM
    NT_DWN_TYPE_CD = CI_FACREATE
    NT_DWN_BATCH_NBR = 0
    VERSION = 4
    NT_PROC_METH_FLAG = X
    Notification Download Type Details:
    Type : CI_FACREATE
XAI Inbound Service Name : ExtractFAInfo
    External System Details
    External System Name : CI_SPLMWM
Our Name in the System: Customer Care & Billing
    W/F Process Profile: ESP REQUEST
No value is given in the Notification Download Profile.
As per my understanding, the MPL server should pick data from the NDS, Call ExtractFAInfo and populate the data in the XAI Download staging table(CI_XAI_DWN), from where , the sender defined in “Route type “ calls the Web service in MWM. But as there is no data getting created in the XAI Download staging table
As there is no value in the Notification Download Profile , there is no route type. Can this be a reason.
Also what is the Outbound message type to be defined for MWM external system. Do I need to create it.If yes , how to do so.
Also, I could se the role of the Reciever here , as the data is not being picked from the NDS table……how should I configure the receiver for the same.
Kindly suggest me the solution so that I can atleast create a record in the XAI Download Staging table that shows a column with SOAP request created.

U were correct..I had put the context value wrong.
I havent yet set the XAI sender to JMS queue, but atleast my mpl.trc file creates a SOAP message with FA data:

  • What is the Best way to connect CRM Case Management with EP-KM?

    Hi Gurus,
We will implement a Case Management in CRM 7.0 EHP2  and  EP 7.31 with  KM.
The Client needs Clasifications and Search of the documents in Case Management, the number of documents could be 1,000, 000 aprox...
    I thing are 2 options :
    1) The documents are stored in CRM Repositories, and KM access him, (I know this is posible using WebDAV repositories), but I do not know if this could affects in some way the process in Case Management. And if CRM repositories can store the huge volume of documents.
    2) The documents are stored in KM Repositories, and CRM access him.
         -¿Is this posible?.
-¿CRM can access the documents without problem?
-How can store the documents to KM on line from CRM Case Management?
    What is the best solution?.
    Please Help.
    Best regards.

    Hello quinstar,
It sounds like you would like to use either your Personal HotSpot to AirPrint from your MacBook Pro or use an Airport to do so without internet access to the home. According to the following Featured Discussion you very well may be able to use AirPrint with Personal HotSpot:
HT4356 Can I use personal hotspot as wifi to connect printer?
    https://discussions.apple.com/thread/4007254
Also, the Airport products to not need an active internet connection to set up a home Wi-Fi connection so that is another option as well.
Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.
    Take care,
    Sterling

  • CRM Content Management and KM

    Hello Everyone,
We are looking to roll out portal integration to our CRM system using the PC-UI iViews. The customer is wanting to utilize the Content Management functionality within the PC-UI/CRM application.
What I am interested in is configuring CRM to STORE the documents from the PC-UI into the KM Repository. There is documentation that describes how to setup a KM WebDAV Repository to view documents stored in CRM through KM. We want to do the opposite and store the CRM documents directly in KM.
My hypothesis is that there is WebDAV support in both products and I 'should' be able to configure CRM to look at KM as 'just an other WebDAV' repository (a'la Content Server)
    Ideas? Confusion?

    Hi Robetro and Craig,
Can you please let me know if you have found a solution for this.
I have a similar requirement wherein I need to store CRM Content Management documents in KM.
    Thanks in advance.
    Regards.,
    Vivek

  • Workforce Management in Retail Industries?

    Dear community,
Ever heard from SAP Workforce Management for Retail ?
Please post here if you are interested in this topic and what are your expectations.
    Regards
    Björn

    Hello Björn,
SAP Workforce Management for Retail is a labor scheduling application intended for retailers to schedule their resources within the store locations. A forecast and demand are calculated based off of historical sales and transactional data to ensure the accurate number of resources are scheduled based on a trended forecast. A schedule is optimized to the workload demand based on employee work rules, availability, and various calculation rules. iTime Clock captures actual punches through a browser-based clock. Additional information can be found on SAP WFM in the Wiki under SAP for Retail -> Shopper Experience.

  • Duet Enterprise 1.0 with CRM Sales Management

    Hello,
we heard that Duet E 1.0 with sp2 with Business Packs releasing in June 2011.
    1. Any idea when Duet Enterprise BP1 will release  ?
    2.  is CRM Sales Management and Oppertunity Management is covered in this
    3. before implimenting bp1 do we have to impliment duet enterprise 1.0 with sp2.
    4. Can we directly integrate CRM and SharePoint 2010 with duet E.
    Regards,
    Shashank

    Hi Shashank,
    1. Any idea when Duet Enterprise BP1 will release ?
The plan is to release BP1 (or Feature Pack 1 as it is called) in Q3/Q4. The nomination for the Ramp-up has started. If you are interested you can apply via the [Online Scoping|http://service.sap.com/~form/sapnet?_SHORTKEY=01100035870000715662&]. Enter your customer data and select "Feature Pack 1 for Duet Enterprise 1.0 " in the next step.
    2. is CRM Sales Management and Oppertunity Management is covered in this
Feature Pack 1 will cover some contact-based scenarios of CRM.
    3. before implimenting bp1 do we have to impliment duet enterprise 1.0 with sp2.
You can start with Duet Enterprise 1.0 SP02 right now and later update to Feature Pack 1 (by this you will already have done some mandatory steps like setting up the trust between the SharePoint and the SAP system already). If you do not want to start now, you can also wait for Feature Pack 1 and then start a fresh installation.
    4. Can we directly integrate CRM and SharePoint 2010 with duet E.
There will not be a "full-out-of-the-box-scenario" for CRM integration in SharePoint. However, the focus is much more on providing building blocks that makes the integration of CRM simpler and faster.
    Regards,
    Holger.
