CRS PRKC-1044

Question

Hi,
I have a problem that I don`t understand concerning installation of CRS Oracle.
Yesterday I was installing CRS and on stage: 'Remote Operations Pending' I had problem with „/bin/tar”. Now I know that this was the fault of bad configuration NTPD.
I deleted all installed files from destination directory (and oraInventory) because I wanted make reinstallation
But after this event I really had a problem then, because on stage 'Specify Cluster Configuration' I received information in console:
+[PRKC-1044 : Failed to check remote command execution setup for node PK.localdomain using shells /usr/bin/ssh and /usr/bin/rsh+
+PK.localdomain: Connection refused]]+
and pop-up that: nodes are not clusterable...
I met this error earlier, but now my SSH configuration is correct (in my opinion :) - yesterday i was installing CRS(!))
This is very different, my CVU says that:
