I was investigating and i found that it is a bug. Bug CSCtj69246. https://tools.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCtj69246
I wonder if any of you know how to fix this bug?
Thank you for your help.

Has anyone else experienced the same issue / can advise how to resolve the problem? It does not appear to affect call connectivity, but I am worried that slowly the device is going to become unresponsive since the Cisco site appears to point to a memory leak issue?

    Just to add some lines...
Errors on E1 controllers were due to bad cabling. We did change cable and we are not experiencing errors on it anymore.
I still wonder what those two sip messegges mean?

  • From few weeks, itis taking unexpected time to load even home page or also to get started in beginning.why???

Firefox latest version shows troubleshooting while creating a new tab and when a new address is addressed," Firefox is not responding" appears for few seconds and after some moments all are same as again. So what's the problem??

    Follow up.
This dragged on to Tuesday and the problem just went away. If you're reading this because you have a similar problem - sorry but I don't have an answer for you.
One thing that we changed but later reverted was to change the apex_collection.add_member to apex_collection.create_collection_from_query_b (along with some other relevant changes, such as adding a delete collection statement, to make this work). This improves collection loading time nicely, even when the "add_member" is running fast. However, I personally don't like this solution because I frequently work with very large queries and this solution requires that the query be wrapped in apostrophes (single quotes). As such, any apostrophes anywhere within the query must then be escaped with another apostrophe. Consequently, I cannot simply copy the query and run it in my IDE for testing, debugging, or modification without going through and removing the extra apostrophes.
Regarding the SQL Tracing recommended by Varad. My first attempts to trace the SQL were quite frustrating. I assumed that the most recent trace file was the one I should run tkprof on. This turned out to be quite fruitless. After several failed attempts and countless interruptions, I realized that there was a new, rather large trace file created shortly before the most recent one every time I tried to run a trace on the page. I finally got worthwhile results when I ran tkprof on the large trace file. You may find this helpful if this is your first time running tkprof.
    Good luck and happy developing,

  • SIP BAD messages

I keep getting these messages with CME 12.4.9.T with CUE 2.3.1, I read one link on Net Pro that said this should be resolved by now and the other said to collect the logs and send it to TAC. Any one know if these are harmless?

  • Unexpected blackouts

    hey
this is NOT cool! my macbook will blackout at unexpected times. notice i said blackout and not shutdown. yea. the screen just goes black then i have to shutown and restart it. plz help lol

Does this happen at any time, or only shortly after powering up? My MacBook backlights often flickers and totally blacks out during the first, say, 5 minutes after a long sleep or power down. The screen can still be viewed with a torch, or by shining some light through the Apple logo, so it seems that the backlight goes off when it shouldn't... One "warmed-up" no problems at all though!
SMC and PRAM resets did not solve this; it's going in for repair.

  • CD tray pops out unexpectedly

A funny new glitch with the eMac this week. The CD tray keeps popping out at unexpected times such as start up, switching desktops, and even completely randomly. I push it in and sometimes within a minute, out it comes again.
    Any ideas or suggestions?

is there a way to check online if the computer is still under warranty?
    Go to this page:
    http://www.apple.com/support/
Toward the bottom at the right is a box where you can enter the serial number. The purchase date and warranty information will appear.
At least one person has reported limited success at keeping the CD tray from popping open by resetting the PMU. This worked for a bit, but then the problem showed up again.

  • Nex X61 Resumes from Hibernate Unexpectedly

My new X61 resumes from Hibernate without any intervention from me at completely unexpected times.  Sometimes it will stay in Hibernate for several hours, other times just for a few seconds.  I've only noticed the resume when the computer is docked to an Ultrabase and connected to AC power.
Does anyone have a suggestion regarding how to keep the computer in Hibernate until I want it to resume?
    Thanks in Advance
    X61 - Type: 7675-CTO

Are you certain you mean hibernate and not standby Deans? Hibernate is when you save the OS state and all of your open applications and files to the HD and the machine then shuts down completely.
In standby your system's state is saved to memory and then the laptop goes into a sleep state. It can be awakened from this sleep state by several things, including a depleted battery.
It's nigh unto impossible for a laptop to wake itself from hibernate absent receiving a machine specific "magic packet" via ethernet.

  • MacMini Duo Lockups

I just bought a new Intel Duo 1.6GHz Core Mac Mini with 120G hard drive and 2GB Dram all installed by the Apple Factory so there is no weird memory, etc. I also connected a 250GB LaCie drive underneath and bought a Apple monitor 23" Cinema. So this conversation is legally Mac, I think.
The system is locking up at many unexpected times. Going to set the Screen display locked up the computer, and going to different areas, like the Apple Drive Utility for reformating USB memory locks it up.
I am aware and understand you can't sleep a Mac with USB devices connected and you have to remove them save the keyboard and mouse to avoid the dead sleep but can somebody tell me if I should keep this machine or if I should abandon ship. I have 2 G4 Towers that are the noisiest critters in the world but they never lock up as I'm cruising the AppleSoftware.
On this Mac Mini I have MS Office Suite (Apple Version) and iLife and really nothing more.
Any ideas on stability and warranty. I did buy the extended warranty for the system but living with about 3 reboots a week due to lock ups is really not fun.
    Apple Challenged.

I have the same problem and its realy anoying me!
I tried almost anything (except that I was'nt aware that I should remove USB-devices and I have a USB wireless MS-mouse. I'll try it tonight, but I don't think it wil help.
I also haven't tried reseting the PMU, because I'm in the middle of a job and will test it as soon as i'm done)
This is what I have tested:
    Reset NVRAM
    deleted prefs in library
    rebuild permissions
    upgrade firmware
    upgrade Airport firmware
upgrade to all the lastest software from apple (thurs. 18)
    disabed Airport
disabled all sleepers in pref-pane (except screensaver)
    deleted startup-items and widgets
    remove Version-cue
tested to see if it was a temprature-fault (looked OK.)
Nothing works. I really feel that all I have left to do is test the PMU and if that doesn't work I'll return the machine to Apple...

  • Error reading data from Infocube using shell script.

    Dear all ,
I am facing a problem while reading data from an infocube using a shell script.
    The details are as follows.
One of the shell script reads the data from the infocube to extract files with the values.
The tables used for extraction by the shell script are :
    from   SAPR3."/BIC/F&PAR_CUBE.COPA"     FCOPA,
           SAPR3."/BIC/D&PAR_CUBE.COPAU"    COPAU,
           SAPR3."/BIC/D&PAR_CUBE.COPAP"    COPAP,

           SAPR3."/BIC/SSCENARIO"    SSCENARIO,
           SAPR3."/BIC/SSOURCE"      SSOURCE
The problem is that the file generation by this script (after reading the data from teh infocube) is taking an unexpected time of 2 hours which needs to be maximum 10 mins only.
I used RSRV to get the info about these tables for the infocube:
Entry '00046174', SID = 37 in SID table is missing in master data table /BIC/MCUSLEVEL2
Entry '00081450', SID = 38 in SID table is missing in master data table /BIC/MCUSLEVEL2
    and so on for SID = 39  and SID = 35 .
Checking of SID table /BIC/SCUSLEVEL2 produced errors
Checking of SID table /BIC/SCUSLEVEL3 produced errors
Can you please let me know if this can be a reason of delay in file generation (or reading of data from the infocube).
Also , Please let me know how to proceed with this issue.
Kindly let me know for more information, if required.
Thanks in advance for your help.
    -Shalabh

    Hi ,
In continuation with searching the solution to the problem , I could manage to note a difference in the partition of the Fact table of the infocube.
Using SE14 -> Storage Parameters, I could find the partition done for the fact table as :
    PARTITION BY: RANGE
    COLUMN_LIST: KEY_ABACOPA
and subsequently there are partitions with data in it.
I need to understand the details of these partitions .
Do they correspond to each requests in the infocube(which may not be possible as there are 13 requests in infocube and much more partitions).
Most importantly, since this partition is observed for this onfocube only and not for other infocubes, it is possible that it can be a reason for SLOW RETRIEVAL of data from this ionfocube( not sure since the partition is used to help in fast retreival of data from the infocubes).
    Kindly help.
Thanks for your co-operation in advance.

  • PI 7.0 Production server restarts automatically

    Hi guys,
We have installed and configured correctly a PI 7.0 system on Windows 2003 Standard Edition X64-bit with SQL Server 2005. We are on SP12. Everything, SLD, RFC connections work properly.
The problem is that 4-5 days after the installation the Windows Server restarts automatically in unexpected time during the day (unexpected shutdown), even when anybody doesn't do anything in the system. In the Event Viewer we get the following message/error "System Error: Category 102 EventID 1003". There are no other messages/errors.
This is a production system and we are supposed to go live within the next days! So I need your help ASAP.
    Any ideas?
    Thank you.
    Best Regards.

  • Indesign server web service - where is the support to upload a file with the script and download the result?

    Hi,
I am working on a POC that is supposed to convert indd files to pdf (i.e. using of course the indesign server). Basically I want to call the IDS Web Service (located on a different machine perhaps), pass in the input file, the conversion script and retrieve the result as part of the WebService call?
Browsing the documentation, examples, etc in the SDK, I couldn't see how the above can be achieved without the client handling the file transfer. Surely I must be missing something ...
    thanks
    Chris

What do you mean with POC?
InDesign Server is too precious (i.e. license cost) to waste its time with file transfers.
For a smaller scale, let a separate process (some http or smb server) on the same server hardware handle the files - so that the InDesign Server can access them on the fastest local volume.
If you plan for bigger, use a dedicated server for file sharing (your choice of SMB, NFS or whatever), where the input files are prepared by the client process, so that your load balancer can immediately point the next free instance of the InDesign server farm to the file. In that case be prepared for some try and error - high speed file sharing can be tricky with files written from one side not yet visible or incomplete to the other side, locking problems, Unicode file name trouble, unexpected time stamps and so forth.
Btw, there is also an InDesign Server forum which would be more appropriate for such discussions.

  • How to install web cam in my man mini?

    Hi,
I have added usb external its type it has 4pins and I added an ordinary usb webcam, how can i used this in my yahoo messenger? If I'll start my web cam in ym it says no camara connected.
    Any help pls?
    Thanks.

You are absolutely correct - iSights are expensive (here in the UK they are about £100) Using a camcorder is a good solution for occassional use except that they have the annoying habit of powering down at unexpected times when they are not actually recording. On the plus side they tend to have better lenses than even the iSight so work better in low light level indoors. There are also reports of regular use damaging the recording heads through spinning on a tape that is not moving. Not all camcorders now have firewire - a large number seem to only have USB.
There are some USB webcams that claim to work with Macs - not many - my understanding though is that they don't work with iChat only with Yahoo. This might also be the case with the drivers available at the site in my previous post.
At the end of the day individuals have to decide how much use they will make of a webcam and on which system then look at what is available or what they already have. The important thing is to do some homework before spending any money and check that new hardware will work with a mac and for what purposes.
While I agree that the iSight is seriously overpriced it is the best solution if starting from scratch as they are well designed, work flawlessly with a Mac and there are quite a few other applications that can use it too - iStopMotion, Delicious Library etc.
Me - in this case I'd keep checking out the drivers before spending anymore money.

  • Performance hit using "where" clause in the query

    Hi All,
I am facing a huge performance hit in the java code when using "where" clause in queries. Following are the details:
    1. SELECT * FROM Employee
    2. SELECT * FROM Employee where employeeid in (26,200,330,571,618,945)
There is no difference in Query Execution Time for both queries.
Business Logic Time is huge in second case as compared to first one (ratio - 1:20).
Rows returned are more in first case as compared to second case.(ratio - 1:4)
Business Logic is same for both the cases where I iterate through the ResultSet, get the objects and set them in a data structure.
Does anybody know the reason of unexpected time difference for the business logic in the second case?

Since you're mentioning clustering your index, I'll assume you are using Oracle. Knowing what database you are using makes it a lot easier to suggest things.
Since you are using Oracle, you can get the database to tell you what execution plan it is using for each of the 2 SQL statements, and figure out why they have similar times (if they do).
First, you need to be able to run SQL*Plus; that comes as part of a standard database installation and as part of the Oracle client installation - getting it set up and running is outside the scope of this forum.
Second, you may need your DBA to enable autotracing, if it's not already:
    http://asktom.oracle.com/~tkyte/article1/autotrace.html
    http://www.samoratech.com/tips/swenableautotrace.htm
Once it's all set up, you can log in to your database using sql*plus, issue "SET AUTOTRACE ON", issue queries and get execution plan information back.
    For example:
    SQL> set autotrace on
    SQL> select count(*) from it.ticket where ticket_number between 10 and 20;
      COUNT(*)
            11
    Execution Plan
    Plan hash value: 2983758974
    | Id  | Operation         | Name       | Rows  | Bytes | Cost (%CPU)| Time     |
    |   0 | SELECT STATEMENT  |            |     1 |     4 |     1   (0)| 00:00:01 |
    |   1 |  SORT AGGREGATE   |            |     1 |     4 |            |          |
    |*  2 |   INDEX RANGE SCAN| TICKET_N10 |    12 |    48 |     1   (0)| 00:00:01 |
Predicate Information (identified by operation id):
       2 - access("TICKET_NUMBER">=10 AND "TICKET_NUMBER"<=20)
    Statistics
              0  recursive calls
              0  db block gets
              1  consistent gets
              0  physical reads
              0  redo size
515  bytes sent via SQL*Net to client
469  bytes received via SQL*Net from client
              2  SQL*Net roundtrips to/from client
              0  sorts (memory)
              0  sorts (disk)
              1  rows processed
SQL> This tells me that this query used an INDEX RANGE SCAN on index TICKET_N1; the query can't do much better than that logically... In fact, the statistic "1 consistent gets" tells me that Oracle had to examine only one data block to get the answer, also can't do better than that. the statistic, "0 physical reads" tells me that the 1 data block used was already cached in Oracle's memory.
the above is from Oracle 10g; autotrace is available back to at least 8i, but they've been adding information to the output with each release.
If you have questions about sql_plus, check the forums at asktom.oracle.com or http://forums.oracle.com/forums/category.jspa?categoryID=18
since sql*plus is not a JDBC thing...
Oh, and sql*plus can also give you easier access to timing information, with "set timing on".

  • Battery serial number records

    Hi
I suspect that when my computer battery has been swopped with a faulty one whilst in a shop that was going to sell it for me. When I took it there it worked perfectly. When I got the computer back now the battery won't charge.
I'd like to try and trace what the battery serial number for my computer is. The original one that came with my computer. Does anyone know of a way to trace this?
The About this Mac function brings up a different battery serial number to the one that is on the sticker of the battery. Is this possible?
Any help would be very much appreciated.

ntel-based Macs: Resetting the System Management Controller (SMC)
    Last Modified: December 09, 2009
    Article: HT3964
    Summary
The System Management Controller (SMC) is responsible for many low-level functions on Intel-based Macs. These functions include:
Responding to presses of the power button
Responding to display lid opening and closing on portable Macs
    Battery management
    Thermal management
    The SMS (Sudden Motion Sensor)
    Ambient light sensing
    Keyboard backlighting
    Status Indicator Light (SIL) management
    Battery status indicator lights
Selecting an external (instead of internal) video source for some iMac displays
It is possible that the SMC could encounter a problem that may cause unusual system behavior typically related to the symptoms described below. In some cases, resetting the SMC may be the only correct method to resolve the issue, however, an SMC reset should only be attempted after all other standard troubleshooting has been performed.
    Products Affected
    Portable Computers, Desktop Computers
    Before Resetting the SMC
Try each of the following steps in this order before you reset the SMC. Test the issue after completing each troubleshooting step to determine if the issue still occurs.
Press Command + Option + Escape to force quit any application that is not responding.
Put your Mac to sleep by choosing the Apple () menu from the upper-left menu bar and then choosing Sleep. Wake the computer after it has gone to sleep.
Restart your Mac by by choosing the Apple () menu from the upper-left menu bar and then choosing Restart.
Shut down your Mac by by choosing the Apple () menu from the upper-left menu bar and then choosing Shut Down.
If your Mac appears to be running normally but isn't responding, force the computer to shut down by pressing and holding the power button for 10 seconds. Note: You will lose any unsaved work in any open applications.
For Mac portables experiencing issues related to the MagSafe power adapter and/or battery, try:
Unplug the MagSafe power adapter from the Mac and the wall power socket for several seconds.
Shutdown the Mac. Physically remove and re-insert the battery (if it's removable) and startup the Mac.
If the issue is still not resolved after following the troubleshooting items above, an SMC reset may be necessary.
After performing normal troubleshooting, these symptoms may indicate that an SMC reset may be necessary:
    Fans
The computer's fans speed up quickly and remain at high speed.
The computer's fans run at high speed although the computer is not experiencing heavy usage and is properly ventilated.
    Lights
The keyboard backlight appears to behave incorrectly (on Mac computers that have this feature).
The Status Indicator Light (SIL) appears to behave incorrectly (on Mac computers that have an SIL).
Battery indicator lights, if present, appear to behave incorrectly (on portables that use non-removable batteries).
The display backlight doesn't respond correctly to ambient light changes on Mac computers that have this feature.
    Power
The computer doesn't respond to the power button when pressed.
A portable Mac doesn't appear to respond properly when you close or open the lid.
The computer sleeps or shuts down unexpectedly.
The battery does not appear to be charging properly.
The MagSafe power adaptor LED doesn't appear to indicate the correct activity.
    System Performance
The computer is running unusually slowly although it is not experiencing abnormally high CPU utilization.
