Customer Factsheet: Service Orders

Hi all,
Web UI: All sales orders belonging to sold-to-party XY are assigned to a specific assignment block of sold-to-party XY. What about service orders? How can I integrate service orders into the Customer Factsheet?

Hi AEV,
            If you want to display the service order data related to specific business partner then you have to go first BP_FACTSHEET component ,then select the service order view ,click on configuration tab and adjust the field what ever you want to display in web ui corresponding business roll.then you have to go BSP_DLC_FS component ,there you can assign the particular view to specific business roll and layout also.

    customer complains about a product A and sent the product to our Customer services centre. Now the customer services centre will sent the product A to head office. Head office replaces the product A of customer to product B.

  • Not more than one service order against same sales document item

    A service order gets created against the sales order item as per
    standard SAP process. As credit management is active, when the order
    is under credit block  for the customer the service order gets created only after the
    credit block is released.
    On revising the order line value the sales document goes for a block
    again. Service order is locked. Both seem to be logical.
    But on releasing the credit block  this time ,  it creates one more service order against the same sales order item. Would logically expect the service order is
    unlocked on release from credit block.
    Can u pls explain this behavior ??  How do u avoid a new order creation and unlocking of the service order when the credit block is released.
    Would like to avoid any change in the service order status once it has been created irrespective of subsequent credit status of the sales order.

    Hi  lisa ,
    It is not possible to enter more than one service performer for a service in sales order .
    But you can  perform the service with two people and have two service confirmations.
    The time entered in service confirmation will be reflected in invoice only(if time and material).
    Also you cannot enter the time sheet with respect to sales order , it is only valid for project task and
    and time types.

  • Object Link to Customer Service Order

    I have setup the object link in DMS and was able to insert the Customer Service Order to a Document Number. However, I do not see the Document Number when I view a Customer Service Oder. What is the correct path to view the Document Number from a Customer Service Order?

    I have already maintained the screens for object link (AFKO). I created a new screen as well and therefore I was able to assign the Customer Service Order in transaction (CV01N/CV02N).
    However, when I go to the Customer Service Order (IW32 / IW33), I wasn't able to see the Doc Info Rec number.

    My client will soon be implementing customer service order and I need to know what are the FI and CO entires related to a creation of a CS order. ....
    eg... I know expenses and materials will be assigned to a cs order.... so will it hit the FI system or will they be managed in CO until the CS order is settled?
    how is WIP calculated for a CS order?

    When you issue goods to service order,
    The inventory gets Dr & Credit, at this time it is not hit to P&L account,
    Once if you make any invoice(Resource related billing), then revenue come, and after order settlement,the revenue which is genrated from this order  & whatever cost like labour cost & cost of components is hit to COPA,(It flow in P&L accounts),
    If you don't want to flow this  cost of goods used for order then
    IW32 (Change service order) >>> Component tab >>> Select component >>> click on genral data >>> Costing relevancy - Make it not relevent for costing.]

    Is it possible with IW3D to send the Service Order Form to the customer via e-mail automatically from SAP?

    Hello,
    We ha a similar requirement, but it was not through IW3D. It was done through the service order user statuses. We have developed a FM to trigger a mail to the customer when the user saves the document in a particualr user status.
    It worked fine. If you want to use IW3D, then you need to chage the progam (shop paper) and include the mail triggering programs. Speak to your technical expert, he will guide you.

    Is it possible to block service order if credit limit of customer exceeds its credit limit in customer sevice module. If it is possible please the process to do. Presently am able to just get a message " Credit limit successfully checked" but not controlling service order by any other way.

    But, I like to know, how will your configuration can help OP? His/her customer credit limit is already utilized 70%. And OP claims his/her understanding/config is correct.
    Can you elaborate with example, you configuration is achieving what?
    In addition to that what all type of credits will be done?

  • Customer service Order settlement

    Resource related billing.
    I created a Service Order. I finished all the steps from Create Order to Billing VF01.
    Next Service Order Settlement. I did not activate Profitability. I freezed the settlement profiles and allocation structure.
    I configured the settlement to Sales document item.
    I cannot settle the order. if I give Sales document also in settlement rule order is not accepting.
    Suggest.

    Error message.
    Maintain the settlement rule of the sender.
    I have maintained the settlement rule. I have assigned a settlement cost element  to receiver category as SDI.
    I got the error message when i do settlement.

    I have a problem with output the data of the fleet object (license num, chassis num ..... )found in the equipment master record to the service order form (PM_Common) with printing program (RIPRJT00).
    I have make a Z copy from the form and i have made the following changes in order to have these data in the printout but till now i can't have these data , so please help me to find the reason ..

  • Issue Related to CS { Customer Service order }..Revenue settlement in COPA

    A CS order was created with correct partner information, however with the revenue settlement in COPA, the correct partner profit center was not derived. The derived profit center is incorrect and can lead to incorrect data/figures.

    Please check your work center.
    In work center you can find Cost center.
    In cost center(KS02) you can find Profit center. Change the right profit center here it will impact on your service order.

  • Creation of service order from campaign element

    Hi,
    We have a requirement where service orders are to be created for all those business partners who responded to the campaign. We are using standard service order type SVRO. We have set up campaign automation by creating campaign and element, assigned target group, set decision point (rule & condition) to split target group in two; one for those who have replied to campaign and others who have not replied. These target groups are also linked to other campaign elements within the campaign.
    The question is, how to create a follow-on transactions such as service orders through campaign, so that one service order gets created for each successful BP from campaign result?

    My further requirenment is to re-trigger pricing to upade latest price information on these service orders and then to create and send letter to all those customer with price informations. Can I use the same workflow with different steps to complete all these task?
    Also, how will these service orders (created through workflow) be linked with the campaign? Is their a way to link one campaign with many orders?

  • Credit block should not prevent service order creation

    An upgrade from 4.7 to  ECC6, without any changes made to the configuration or program change, has lead to the following issue. ECC6 is not creating a service order connected to a sales order, when the customer has exceeded the credit limit. The sales order of custom order type is getting saved with a warning message that credit limit has exceeded. However, earlier in 4.7, the message would not stop creating subsequent service order. What could be different, that prevent ECC6 environment to hold on to service order creation? A subsequent release of the credit block through VKM1 however triggers the service order being created.

    Are you using credit card processing in SAP to get the authorization?
    If you are then the authorization should not block the order.
    Or are you using credit card as a form of payment (without authorization) in which case this needs to be put on the customers account as a payment and then the order entered.
    Where are you holding the credit card details?

  • Service Order status  Not Changing From Resloved to Closed status

    The service order Status not automatically moving from Resolved to closed after 30days.
    Observation
    We Revived program Z program ,seems to be fine.
    I am set the program in debugging mode for testing the Service orders by  reduce the time duraion for staus resolved to closed, am getting the getting the Error Test determination procedure is not evaluated . 
    Point of dout
    1) Is there any relation between Test Determination Procedure and Z program.
    2) while am checking for Text Customing for Consistency I found an error Log.
    3) While creating Service Order Test field was Mandatory
                      for that have dout about is there any relation between for this program

  • "No transaction type is available for creating a transaction" service order

    Hi all,
    I am new in IC .
    I try to create service order or service ticket for incoming calls
    We are using CRM 7.0
    After I confirm the account I try to create service order
    But no screen displayed and error "No transaction type is available for creating a transaction" occurs
    in customizing there is a transaction type SRVO, also I copied it to ZRVO
    But here how can I define that this transaction type is assigned to this application??

    I made a lot of controls but I can't find where I am wrong..
    My senario is, taking phones, create interaction record and create order for further investigation.
    I copied IC_AGENT role.
    I copied transaction type 0010 to Z010
    I create business transaction named ZBTP for transaction type Z010
    I made Define Transaction Types for Navigation for Z010
    Then Define Business Role -> Assign Function Profiles
    Here I assign my business transaction ZBTP to IC_BT function profile
    But when I connect tot the system with user having this business role
    I can create interaction record with type Z010, it is ok.
    When I press Service Order it gives this error.
    Work center id for Service order is : IC_UIU_SVO
    I copied my business role from IC_AGENT, and here this work center id was not active
    In my business role I made it active.  Is this work center can't used in IC senario
    Also how can I understand which transaction type is needed for it??
    If I know which transaction type is needed to create service order or service ticket under IC, then I will control it of course..
    I also copied transaction type TSVO(service IC) to ZSVO and do the above things for this type too..
    But nothing changed..
    Please help !!

  • SRVR(Service Request) and SRVO(Service Order) are not appearing in IC_Agent

    Dear friends,
    We are planning to implement Service Requests and Service Orders in CRM 7.0 Interaction Center
    The Service Transactions(Service Order/Service Request) are available in 'Service Professional' business role but not available in 'IC_AGENT' role.
    The things i have observed
    1. Without the channel the Transaction Type was not appearing in SAP GUI (CRMD_ORDER)
    2. Even after maintaining the Channels the BUS2000223 (Service Request) did not appear in CRMD_ORDER but the SRVO- Service Order transaction type appeared.(BUS2000116 Service Process)
    3. Have maintained the SRVO and SRVR transaction types as dependent transaction types in the 'Business Transaction Profile'; still when clieck on the Service Request or Service Order create I am getting the below error
    'No transaction type is available for creating a transaction'
    Below is the diagnosis
    Diagnosis
    No transaction type is available when creating a transaction. This can be due to the following reasons:
    No transaction type is available according to Customizing
    The user has no authorization for the transaction type
    System Response
    It is not possible to create the transaction.
    Procedure
    Make sure that:
    The transaction type is set up in Customizing
    The user has authorization for the transaction type
    Can you please guide me where the actual issue is
