First thing to do is reset the USB chip set on the mother board. Unfortunately, when you power down the computer there is always a bit of power still applied to the motherboard to keep things alive and this usually includes powering the ports to do stuff like detect when a device is plugged in or wants to wake up the computer. The downside of this is when a bus/port chipset goes into a weird state, locks up, etc., simply power cycling (shutdown & restart) the computer won't work.
So first thing to try is resetting the chipset and to do this you have to power down the computer and completely unplug the computer from the wall power (unplug the power cord to your Mac). Also unplug everything from the Mac's ports (USB, FW, Ethernet, etc.) to make sure no parasitic power is still there to keep the chipset alive. Now let it sit for a minute (give those big power caps in there time to discharge). Now plug in the keyboard & mouse, plug the power cord back in, & start up the Mac. Now see if your USB ports work any better.
Best of luck!
Patrick

    Hello arowe,
Best Buy's Price Match Guarantee is a great way to ensure that you get the best possible price on technology that you use every day and I was gratified to read that you attempted to take advantage of it! I was disappointed to read of your call-in experience however and regret that the agent to whom you spoke wasn't able to honor your request.
As poprex911 has explained, the price to be matched must be in effect and verified at the time the request is made to be honored. In addition, as stated via the link above and by the telephone agent, our Price Match Guarantee does not cover special daily or hourly sales.

  • Refund of $100 request {Removed per Forum Guidelines}

    To whom it may concern,
On Monday 11/24 I placed the following order from bestbuy.com after receiving an email for Black Friday early access:
    Order number: {Removed per Forum Guidelines}
    Apple® MacBook® Pro Intel Core i5 13334 Display 4GB Memory 500GB Hard Drive
    MODEL: MD101LL/A
    SKU: 5430505
3Year Accidental Protection Plan Geek Squad
    MODEL: 3YR ADH 10
    SKU: 9977898
I checked bestbuy.com today and the 3 year accidental protection plan is now listed at $409, instead of the $509 when I placed the order.
I would like to request a refund for the difference ($100), as I feel somewhat cheated because I thought the early access was beneficial when it turns out to have only cost me more.
    Thank you,
    Chris {Removed per Forum Guidelines}

    Hi webgorgon,
    Thanks for your post.
I've reviewed all of the BestBuy.com orders placed on Thursday 11/27 and others throughout our Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale, and was not able to find any who received that sku for less than the $509.98 price. As product prices decrease, however, the Geek Squad Protection Plan price generally decreases - could you have been looking at the plan price from a different product? Or would you happen to have a screenshot?
Thanks for letting me look into this.

  • Adobe's Black Monday promotion

I have been notified of the following -
...from now until Nov 30, people who use the coupon code SAVE50 at checkout at the Adobe.com store will get an instant savings of $50 if they spend more than $500 on Adobe products (any of them, upgrades included).
Just thought it might be of interest here....

Why do we call it this?  I'm not sure....
Black Friday (the first big Christmas season shopping day following Thanksgiving Day) signifies the event that typically brings cash poor retailers back from the "Red" (negative cash-flow) into the "Black" (positive cash-flow).  On the west coast, many retailers cashed in early by opening their doors on Thanksgiving Day holiday instead of waiting until Friday.
Cyber Monday usually denotes the start of on-line shopping season.  Although it could be argued that anything that helps bring retailers back from the brink of year-long losses is probably a "Black" something.

  • BB cancels order due to payment glitch - Customer Service refuses to honor

After 2+half hours on the phone this morning trying to get the cancelled order reinstated and payment method corrected, Customer Service says 'too bad, so sad, go away & have a nice day, we will not honor the order'.
If there's any kind of problem with your order, I highly recommend to call into a Rep if your order contains price-sensitve items.
DO NOT follow the directions on the website nor in the emails. You will be extremely disappointed by (lack of) Customer Service.
I was not trying to get something for nothing. I placed the order in good faith on Monday. Tuesday I see the email stating "a problem with payment". Following the directions, I re-enter my credit card information and resubmit (once). All appears well, until I check on the order this (Wed) morning. My order was cancelled. Surely, BB will correct this obvious error, considering a prior order on the same day went through just fine, I thought. After all, I'm trying to give them my business on a rather large Home Theater purchase.
It was challenging just from the logistics of the phone experience. Must've been a busy morning and BB was also having phone issues. I waited patiently for the 1st answer at 25 minutes (VRU said 10-12), after explaining, the Rep tried to transfer me to a Supervisor for another 30 minutes. I was disconnected when one picked up. Had to cold call back in and endure another 15 minute wait (VRU said 4-7), the Rep tried to pull up notes from 1st call and gave up after another 10 minutes. After explaining, she attempted to transfer to her Supervisor for 45 minutes. I was on the call with her for ~80 minutes. When I finally spoke to a Supervisor, I was accused of trying to 'cheat the process' and 'ask her to commit policy violation'. She had facts, logs and order details in front of her and I was still treated this way.
Ultimately, she told me there was nothing more she would try to do and would not 'deal with me any longer'.
This is the absolute worst Customer Service that I have ever had. No attempt by BB to make the situation right by honoring the order placed on Monday.
    Request to BB management;
    1. Make it Right! reinstate my order.
    2. Fix your payment issues and process/policy for cancelling orders. Contact customers proactively when your systems fail and orders fallout.
    3. Fix your CS policies and escalation process. The initial Rep should have been able to resolve the order issue.
    4. Fix your phone system and/or transfer process.
    5. Remind your CS Reps not to insult/accuse your paying Customers. Potential churn is cheaper to keep than acquire.
    6. Your ad campaign is laughable "No one claims they are the worst." Your CS dept confirmed that you are far from the Best.
p.s. Case# available if you want to research why I'm unlikely to shop BB in the future.
    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

    Good afternoon drenken,
After placing an order for a significant home theater purchase on Cyber Monday, I’m sure you were ecstatic in your shopping experience and couldn’t wait to receive your devices! It is utterly disheartening to hear that this experience may have turned into a rather dreadful one so quickly.
I’m glad to hear that you were able to attempt updating your billing information on BestBuy.com. Generally this option alleviates some hassle for customers who would rather not contact us via phone to update such information, which can take some time given the high call volumes this time of year. It is regrettable to hear that it didn’t go as expected for you, due to the strange issues with the order.
I imagine your frustration only grew from when you received the cancelation email to when you had difficulties acquiring assistance over the phone afterward. I sincerely apologize for any dismay this entire experience may have caused you. It does not sound at all like this experience would have left you with an appropriate representation of our company.
Unfortunately, once an order is canceled, we are unable to reinstate it. The only option would be to replace the order. Typically if an order is canceled, we would not be able to honor the sale prices if they are no longer current. With that said, I was able to review your order and it would appear that the same card was successfully used on a subsequent order , leaving this to be quite the peculiar occurrence.
I am sending you a private message to you with further details in regards to this order and to see what other options we may have for you, as I can understand why this experience may be so displeasing. You may check your private messages once you have signed into the forum by clicking the envelope icon in the top right corner of the page.

  • My iPad's WiFi issue

    Hello all,
I purchased a 16GB iPad this last sunday, and I love it. There's only one problem, and I don't believe it's the same as the other iPad WiFi issues.
My iPad will randomly disconnect from wireless networks, but when randomly disconnecting, it causes the router it's connected to to drop all wireless connections. At my girlfriend's house, it'll knock her PC and my MacBook Pro off the wireless network if my iPad loses the connection. Which is troublesome.
It does the same exact thing at my house. It'll drop all the wireless connections at my house if my iPad suddenly disconnects.
Anyone know what's causing this? I've tried this with a WPA network and an unsecured network, with the same results.
    Thanks in advance.

The Apple policy is explicit, if the price is changed within 14 days of your puchase you can ask for a refund of the difference in what you paid and the new price. You are well outside the 14 days of the policy.
    Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections
With regards to pricing, Apple reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at/on the Apple Store at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the Payment & Pricing page.
Should Apple reduce its price on any Apple-branded product within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your product, feel free to visit an Apple Retail Store or contact the Apple Contact Center at 1-800-676-2775 to request a refund or credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price. To receive the refund or credit you must contact Apple within 14 calendar days of the price change. Please note that this excludes limited-time price reductions, such as those that occur during special sales events (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Thrifty Thursday . . . okay, we made that last one up).

  • Order related customer service concerns

The year end holidays are rapidly approaching and there are a number of new members joining to share various experiences and stories related to their ordering process.
We have had record sales volumes and the phones are very busy right now - hold times may be long.
I would recommend calling 1-866-428-4465 between the hours of 11am and 1pm EST or after 4pm EST to minimize hold times.
Email and Fax are alternatives, but these communication channels are largely covered by some of the same sales support resources that are responding to phone calls, so response times on these secondary channels may be long as well.
If you have a delayed order - it will help keep the discussions organized if you will find and join your comments to one of the existing shipping discussion threads floated to the top of most of the product family boards.  For example if you are waiting on a Y550 IdeaPad, you would join the shipping discussion on the Y and U series IdeaPad board.
If you have more general order related questions -   Payment methods,  split orders, cancellations or returns, you can append here to this discussion thread.   Please keep in mind that this forum is a peer to peer support community - we are not staffed to provide individual service through this channel.
Thanks  in advance for your consideration and cooperation,

    Hi,
I am sorry I have to post here, but I simply seem to hit a roadblock to try to communicate with Lenovo through other channels.
I placed an order for the Ideapad Y550 offer on 12/3/2009, 3:54 p.m.
    IdeaPad Y550
    Packed with multimedia features.
    Intel Core(TM) Duo T6600 processor
Genuine Windows (R) 7 Home Premium
    15.6" Wide HD Display (1080p)
    3GB memory & 250GB hard drive
    Dolby(R) Home Theater (TM) w/ 2 speakers + subwoofer
(Note that I upgraded some components further)
    It occurred to me that
    a) the coupon code USPGIFTY550 for the extended Cyber Monday event was not applied for some reason and tried to contact customer care and [email protected] right away. (Some shopping cart glitch it seemed, it was displayed at one point and suddenly it seemed to be gone when ordering)
    b) I also wanted to ensure that the product is as advertised because I notice that the order summary suddenly did NOT mention the FULL-HD 1080P display that was advertised in the web-ad, but there was no way to change the configuration, so I have to assume it is going to be 1080P.
Up until now (12/13/2009), it seems that the system is still advertised with FULL-HD (meaning 1080p) but the system configuration does NOT reflect that.
So I attached a screenshot of the ad also in my communciation with Lenovo.
For those problems, I tried to contact Lenovo at [email protected]:
    at
    12/03/2009, 7:55 p.m.
    12/04/2009, 12:20 p.m.
    12/08/2009, 6:58 p.m.
    12/09/2009, 9:44 p.m.
And I tried to send a FAX to the mentioned Lenovo FAX number at 12/07/2009 - no response either.
I unfortunately do not have the luxury do have spare time during daytime to make phone calls and not even be connected to someone, I actually tried a few times which could get me into trouble for doing that when I have to do other work, but it was just a waste of time.
I also strongly prefer written communication since then you have an accountable record of what happened and what was said.
How can you go ahead and ship a system before rectifying those concerns?
I have no tolerance for companies simply ignoring customer communication, I do not take "high volume" or "oh, it was Thanksgiving/Black Friday/Cyber Monday" as much of an excuse. A company planning and doing a major promotion has to anticipate a major customer response and thus ramp up their capacity to deal with that. It is in their domain of responsibility. We are not talking about a mom&pop shop who is surprised to be featured at Oprah here and suddenly be overwhelmed.
The system is meant as a gift for immediate (elderly) family who live on another continent, who I do not see not often, so it better be exactly as advertised and the coupon better be applied.
I wish I could attach the picture of the advertisment at Lenovo.com here, but the web page still advertises a FULL-HD system, text says:
"Packed with multimedia features, DDR3 memory for fast processing, advanced graphics and a high-end Full HD 16:9 widescreen panel for a true cinematic experience. "
The advertisment has been online for a long time, it cannot be a mistake and I have confirmed that the system actually has been and is available in some places with FULL HD, so I am expecting my system to reflect that even though the information available online is confusing right now.
If my worries are true which is underlined by what seems to be refusal to communicate with me through email it feels like someone is delaying the communication which underlines that it is like bait&switch, advertising FULL-HD and shipping something else, cannot be an error when being advertised for weeks. This is not only illegal but depending on the severity of the case and legislation can even be a prosecutable offense.
I am extremely dissatisfied right now.
What is Lenovo going to do to make me happy again?
Issues/Concerns summarized: Coupon/Pricing; FULL HD (1080p) display and total non-responsiveness for 10 days.
I hope we do not have to go the route of more negative publicity and further escalation.
    Regards,

  • Reliable Motherboard, Processor, & RAM?

So Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and all of the largest sales of the year are near and I wish to install a new motherboard, processor, and most likely a bit of RAM.
My PC specs can be found here:http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c01982717&cc=us&dlc=en&lc=en#N107
Although I do not use the integrated graphics anymore as I've recently installed a Geforce GT 630 graphics card, as well as a Corsair CX500.
I'm sure I could figure all of this out, although I cannot find any good pages dedicated towards finding a good, cheap motherboard that won't necessarily be running things that are over-the-top, but to be well designed and not at a sky-high price. Any suggestions? I'm looking for a motherboard that supports PCI-E 3.0 and just 1 PCI-E x16 port is fine, no crossfire needed. A good design that could last me a few years would be absolutely fantastic.
Now the processor. I've read that AMD would be a good choice over Intel, but again, not sure. Of course, compatible with any suggested motherboards. I've heard that Quad-Core or even 6 cores would be a good choice for the price, depending on where you get it. Most likely a 64-bit is a good choice.
And the RAM. I'm interested in about 8 GB of RAM because 4 GB isn't doing the job at the moment. I've heard that Ripjaws is a good choice: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231314
I'm sure that DDR3 would be a nice choice although I'm not familiar with RAM choice.
Here are a few side questions:
Would it be ideal to also install an SSD drive for better performance? I'm attempting to stay low on price so anything not needed will not go into place.
Is it a good idea to wipe the hard drive before installing these components?
Any answered questions are appreciated to the fullest!
    Thanks,
    Peter

I'd rather not bump, but again, suggestions?

  • Nexus 6 Verizon Compatibility

Is Verizon going to have compatibility with the Nexus 6?
    The spec's are awesome:
    Android 5
5.95" Display with gorilla glass 3
    2 GB ram
    2.7GHz quad-core
    64 GB storage
    13 MP Camera (shoots 4k)
    24 hour talk time battery!
Looking at the official Nexus 6 Website it shows the Verizon logo but it is greyed out. I am getting the phone, even if that means dropping Verizon, but I would prefer to stay with them since they are a pretty good carrier.
So far this is the only thing I could find out, which unofficially looks like there is support, but would prefer to hear it from an employee before I buy a model geared towards Verizon compatibility: http://www.droid-life.com/2014/10/31/nexus-6-working-on-verizon-out-of-the-box/
Buying direct from Google is the way to go IMHO since it doesn't come with all the lame bloatware Verizon puts on the phones.
Anyone have any information on this?

The Nexus 6 has been revealed to be carried by VZW, but every single phone that is sold with a contract at a VZW store requires a sort of "check point" test before being considered a phone worthy of the character. That checkpoint test, looks at how the specs stack up in their service ecosystem. If you have ever seen a video of a benchmark test or review for any phone, it is like that, but only meeting the standards the company has set for devices it has allowed. The Nexus 6, being the first Lollipop OS device, is probably hurdling through multiple tests that VZW is putting it through so that customer satisfaction will be at the highest point it can be.
With that being said, many users that bought unlocked versions of the phone are already pleased with the performance of the device, so it is a question as to why they are dragging their feet. Today is Black Friday for 2014, and that is a large amount of sales that they could have made, but failed to do so. Now we can only hope Cyber Monday will yield something for this device and VZW. We know from the Nexus 6 site that every queue that has opened when a new shipment of devices has been produced has sold out almost instantly, so I doubt that VZW is questioning the ability for the Nexus 6 to be a lucrative endeavor.
NOW there could be a problem on Motorola and Google's end. They could have made a bid system between the US carriers and said "the first three to give this much will get the first month of devices" (kind of like an invite system with the One Plus One) and VZW just wasn't quick enough.
The other possibility is that app developers for VZW bloatware are hitting hiccups with Android 5.0 because their apps, regardless of the OS, function as they are from Android 1.0. I have an iPhone 5 and it is like taking a trip down memory lane because their buttons and loading bars from pre-iOS7.
I know this information because I read a LOT of articles on devices, and carriers and if I didn't have passions elsewhere, I would probably be a tech-journalist. I am at least a tech-head. I also say this because I am in the same boat as you are RespectableJoe, I too am waiting for VZW to offer a plan with this device because I am tired of my faulty iPhone 5 dying at 80% because a battery malfunction (and this phone is my replacement to a previously faulty iPhone 5).
I wish the best of luck to you and for all of our sake VZW will put this phone on contract before the Holiday Season is over. I know I would like to unwrap a Nexus 6 at some point in 2014.

  • Cannot download assets from creative cloud market....?

Hi, I like Adobe Creative Cloud very much, just started using it beginning of this month!
I do have a question. In my Student and Teachers license of Adobe CC, I do not have access to downloading from the Creative Cloud Market. That options keeps telling me that only a full license premium gives access, so I need to upgrade.
I’ve been on the forums, had chats with customer service and talked also on the telephone about this. I was told that a student license doesn’t have those options because I pay a reduced price. I visited a lot of webpages with info about Adobe CC and read a lot :-). I cannot find anywhere that students and teachers cannot access those options. Only with the Photographer’s Bundle and the Free Adobe CC there are restrictions as I understand. The Student and Teachers version is promoted (as in article in link below) as having the same tools and services as the full premium license.
But Adobe CC Market downloads remain not accessible to me unless I upgrade to another ‘plan’ – and I remain in the dark about the rule here. Is it incorporated as said in the article below or is it not? Can you please help me with my question?
    Kind regards, Kim Terbrack.

  • Can i use this apple router on my Acer laptop

are apple routers for apple products only, or any pc?

Hello Steve,  am posting from an Acer Aspire One running Windows 7 Starter. The AAO is connected to an Airport Extreme g standard. All my wireless devices connect flawlessly.
I did have one connection issue. I bought a MacBook Air on Black Friday and was unable to connect to my wireless. MBA was returned on Cyber Monday due to the connectivity issue. The MBA did connect in the Apple Store but dropped the connection several times during personal setup at the Apple Store.
When I returned the device it was suggested that I change ISPs and upgrade to the N standard. I did make the ISP switch but have not upgraded the router. I checked the Macbook Air forum and there seems to be some connectivity issue with the MBA for some users. I am on the sidelines for the MBA at this time.
    Hope tht helps.

  • Using 4TB WD drives on M58p in Win/7 Pro x64

After taking advantage of Cyber Monday deals in December, 2013 for Western Digital WD4001FAEX 4 TByte drives, I suddenly was faced with the "32-bit MBR" issue on systems with normal BIOS (not UEFI) like my 7630 and 7483 M58p Small Form Factor PC's.  My goal was to have a slightly less than 2 TByte C: drive with a D: drive partition around the same size starting BELOW "the 2 TByte line."  I read in the forums that this configuration was possible but NONE of these gave a HOW-To process.   I've successfully done this three times on a 7630-B81 and pair of 7483's (an AF2 and a W59) systems, all running licensed Win/7 Pro x64 operating systems.   I started out using the Recovery partition from the 7630-B81 cloned to each Western Digital drive with Acronis True Image Free WD Edition.  This created two partitions on each drive after performing a System Restore and applying genuine unique Microsoft Windows/7 Pro x64 product keys on each drive in each system.  There was a 9.77 GByte Recovery partition, and just under a 2 TByte C: drive.  The rest of the drive was "unallocated".   I applied all appropriate drivers for any new I/O and 170 or so Windows Updates including .NET Framework 4.51 code.  I downloaded XVI32 (free) for a hex editor and the free MBR Wizard Command Line version 2.0b to pull and restore the Master Boot Record (512 bytes).  I also installed the free version of EASUS Partition Master but this was only used to evaluate the number of available sectors in the "new" partition.
I started the Win/7 Pro DISKMGMT command and decided to shrink the C: drive by 256 MBytes to expose a section of the 4 TByte drive that was below the "2 TByte line."   I created a new volume in that 256 MByte partition using DISKMGMT in order to establish a valid entry in the MBR's Partition Table.   I then used the MBRWiz command with the /save= parameter and provided a filename after the equal sign in order to save the current MBR contents, call it C:\Original.bin file.   Here is the contents of the 4 Partition tables in that file:
    01BE     80 20 21 00 27 FE FF FF 00 08 00 00 00 80 38 01

The 446 bytes before the address 1BE comprise the Boot program in the MBR.  The last two bytes are 55 AA after the 4th partition table entry (all zeros on this example.).
I took the last 4 bytes of the 3rd partition (Length Field) and modified them to "extend" the 256 MByte partition to nearly the end of the drive, editting with XVI32.   Here's the new 3rd Partition Table entry:
    01DE    00 FE FF FF  06 FE FF FF 00 00 F8 FF 00 A0 C8 D1
(When the partition is formatted for NTFS, the byte at 01E2 changes from x'06' to x'07' (NTFS)).
I then use MBRWiz with the /restore= parameter to load the modified MBR file to the target drive.  If you are doing this to Drive 1, use the /Disk=1 parameter on the MBRWiz command line.  With the new MBR online, I then restart Windows/7 Pro x64.   The new partition of 1718548 MBytes is ready for formatting.  I checked my work with a 4-hour format of the new partition and all of the drives I formatted worked just fine
The 4 TByte drive size apparently is the largest drive that this "trick" will work on with the 32-bit MBR.  This trick rely's on the "rule" that the last partition must START below "the 2 TByte line."  I was surprised the number of partitioning tools that I tried would NOT work to create this partition configuration declaring the space was above 2 TBytes.  Acronis True Image has a method to use the "unallocated" space, but it "creates" a Disk 1 out of that space and some applications like SpeedFan 4.49 will "crash" on that configuration.  SpeedFan 4.49 works just fine with the drive configuration created here.
Disclosure: I am NOT employed by any of the brands mentioned here, but am an IBM Retiree not in anyway affliated with them.

Unfortunately your only solution may be to upgrade all of the AA8 installations. Adobe does not support AA8 on Windows 7, though several have been successful on 32-bit systems. The 64-bit system has been a killer for AA8 from what I have seen. Maybe one person reporting success. You might see if it can run under a compatibility setting. It is also interesting to note that the list you posted only mentions AA8.1, not the 8.3.1 that you indicated at the beginning. That could possibly be the issue. Generally the early releases have not worked with 64-bit systems. If you install the updates (maybe from Help>Updates, or as a download from http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=1&platform=Windows) you will get the systems to run. Do expect potential problems if you continue to work with AA8, but you might be able to work it out. Good luck.

  • How much does Premiere Pro and After Effects rely on the hard drive it's installed on?

This may be a really dumb question, but how much does Premiere Pro and After Effects rely on the hard drive it's installed on if all your video files, assets, disk cache, etc are on different drives than the one the program itself is installed on?
The reason I am asking is that I currently have a "relatively" slow Sata II SSD for my C drive that has just my OS (windows 7 64bit) and programs (adobe editing programs, no games) installed on it and nothing else. All of the files used in my projects are saved on either a very fast Sata III SSD or a slower HDD depending on what the files are. For example, disk cache on the Sata III, stills on the HDD.
Being cyber monday I have the opportunity to buy another very fast Sata III SSD to replace my current Sata II SSD C Drive (just OS and programs). Both synthetic and real world benchmarks show a near double in performance. I just want to know if anyone thinks the upgrade is even worth it because for all I know there won't be any increase in performance since no videos, still, cach, etc will be stored on the C Drive.
The alternative is to get a second monitor because I currently only use one 21" monitor.
I suppose another alternative would be to not buy anything on the cyber monday deals and just save money for something else.
Any advice or input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Thanks Alex! I think you are right about not being able to notice the difference between the SSDs. I ended up finding a deal to get about $80 off a great monitor that I've been looking at for a while and decided to pull the trigger on it. I thought about it and realized that there have already been a bunch of times where I want to watch a tutorial on youtube and follow allong in AE or PrePro, but have to keep switching windows. I also frequently want to have my video preview on a separate monitor so I can have a taller timeline window. This monitor will help a lot with that. Thanks again for your help!
