Dates are not matching from VA03 and VL03N...........

Hi,
As i am facing issue with Mismatching of dates in VA03 and VL03N.
Make to stock and Rote:0 days.
Can any body explain what might be reason of date changes.
Dates in VA03:-
Delivery date in schdule lines: 12/11/2009
Mat available date: 12/09/2009
Loading date: 12/11/2009
Dates in VL03N:-
Planned GI date 12/15/2009
Actual GI date 12/14/2009
Picking 12/11/2009
Trans planning: 12/15/2009
Loading: 12/15/2009
Delivery date: 12/15/2009

I see absolutely no issue with your dates, perhaps you should read below and search help.sap.com for transportation scheduling.
"During delivery and transportation scheduling, the point at which the goods arrive at the customer can be confirmed (confirmed delivery date) Different lead times are taken into consideration here: the pick/pack time, loading time, transportation lead time and the transit time
The following data plays a role in delivery scheduling:
u2022 Order date Date on which the order was issued
u2022 Material availability date: Date on which sufficient goods should be available for picking and packing
u2022 Loading date: Date on which picking and packing should be completed (and the the mode of transport should be there), in order that loading can begin on time
u2022 Goods issue date: the date on which the goods must leave the delivering plant, in order that they arrive at the customeru2019s at a specific time
u2022 Delivery date: Date at which the goods arrive at the customers. Here a difference is made between: Required delivery date: Date on which the customer wishes to receive his goods
confirmed delivery date: Date on which the arrival of the goods at the customers can be confirmed.
All activities that must be carried out before the goods can be delivered to the customer are taken into account during delivery scheduling. This includes loading, picking, and packing. Delivery scheduling determines the material availability deadline and the loading deadline.

What is the structure of the internal table.
If my understanding is correct, you want to populate a table as below.
For every HKONT, populate the Document types (BLART) and their corresponding amounts like below.
HKONT1 - AB - 1000
HKONT1 - BC - 2000
HKONT3 - CD - 2000
Please correct it if your problem is something different.

BOM components are not matching in BOM and STPO table

Dear Guru's
When I check the BOM compoenents and the STPO table it is not matching.
For an example, If Material X has 10 components avialable in BOM (CS03), and when I go to STPO table with the BOM number it has about 15 centries in it.
We have Engineering Change Management Activated, So I have removed any duplicate items but still BOM no of BOM components and the no of components in STPO table is not matching.
Please be knind enough to let me know if there is any specific reason for this or any other place I can get the exact BOM components in a SAP table.

Since you're working with ECM, STPO table keeps log of all entries made, even if those components are no longer active.
If you want to know which lines are relevant & which are not, you will have to look at tables STAS & STPO together, only then will you be able to know which lines in STPO are active, only these you would see in CS03 as you notice now.

when I maintain it as baseline by saving the current

I had a similar problem. Look under admin prefrences -
earned value tab. at the bottom change the dorpw down
menu to "budgeted values with current dates". It
defaults to showing BL dates as planned dates. If
changed to current dates then it should pull up what
you expect.

Hello, Please help as I tunes havent got back to me yet!!
A couple of months ago, I lost all of my music/itunes etc as my computer needed a complete restore. When it re-installed itunes there was no songs on it at all and would only let me transfer the purchases made on my iphone from itunes back onto my library. The problem I have is that I want to upgrade my phone to the iphone4 but dont want to lose all of the songs on my iphone, some are downloaded from the itunes, most are from CD's that I still own but there are some great songs that I have put on from borrowed CD's or another download company i.e. hmv music downloads and those are the songs it will not let me transfer into the library on my computer so when I get the new phone, I could just sync and they will all be there.
Please help as I do not want to lose any of my songs

connect your device and right-click or control-click it in the iTunes Source list, then choose transfer purchases from the shortcut menu that appears.

Messages are NOT deleted from tables XI_AF_MSG and XI_AF_MSG_AUDIT

I set the retention period to 7 days (1 week)
I also set the default ARCHIVE and DELETE jobs and ALL are working fine.
However, messages with OLD dates are NOT deleted from the tables XI_AF_MSG and XI_AF_MSG_AUDIT.
These tables 32GB in the DBD table space.
I tried to use the URL:
http://<host>:<port>/MessagingSystem/archiving/reorgdb.jsp
BUT to NO avail.
How do I DELETE or ARCHIVE these messages ?

1. When using the URL:

    I did NOT get any ERROR messages.
    Thousands of messages where DELETED successfully.
    However, the number of rows in XI_AF_MSG_AUDIT did NOT reduce.
2. I used the default archiving and deletion customizations and jobs.
   However, I ran them manually a few times a day with NO change in the
   number of rows in XI_AF_MSG_AUDIT
   What do you mean by "customized any Archiving for adapter Engine" ?
. In RWB, I do see the default job is running
Have you customized any Archiving for adapter Engine or You are using default arciving which runs every 24 hrs.
3. I did ser the retention period for the adapter engine messages in visual admin in seconds...

Any help that you can provide in helping my iPhone accurately sync with iPhoto and iTunes will be greatly appreciated.
Symptoms:
1)   Sync: It’s not completing the sync. Below, I’ve provided all of my settings from the iTunes Summary tab so that you might tell me if I’ve selected any incorrect options. I prefer to sync the “old school” way – by connecting to the computer – as opposed to syncing over the cloud. Perhaps this is what’s causing the problem? Here is a list of the steps displayed in the iTunes window as the sync progresses:

backing up (step 2 of 7)
preparing to sync (step 3 of 7)
determining apps to sync (step 4 of 7)
preparing apps to sync (step 5 of 7)

2)   Photos: I've selected only certain of my iPhoto albums to sync to my iPhone. All of the albums are correct/complete in iPhoto. All of the albums are listed on my iPhone, both before and after the sync, but the albums are empty (no actual photos) before and after the sync. Perhaps this is tied to the fact that the sync isn’t completing, but because “importing photos” is one of the steps that the incomplete sync displays, I don’t know.
3)   Apps: When I launch iTunes and click on the Apps folder under the Library listing, then click on the Updates tab, iTunes searches for any Apps needing to be updated and provides a list. If I click on Update All, the Apps are successfully updated in iTunes. But, when I plug in my iPhone so that the updates will transfer to the apps on my iPhone, the updates don’t transfer to the apps on my iPhone and those apps still reflect that they need updating on the iPhone.
Other Potential Pertinent Info:
The flash memory hard drive on my MacBook Air recently died (perhaps a month or two ago). Apple had emailed me about a known issue and literally the next day, my MacBook Air crashed. I installed a new flash memory drive and re-installed everything from a backup off of an external hard drive. Everything seems to be working fine; it recreated accurately all of my software and data, including iPhoto and iTunes, the pictures and songs (respectively) for which are stored on that hard drive, as opposed to being on the flash memory in the MacBook Air itself. However, I don’t recall if the start of the sync problem described herein started happening at the same time that I replaced the flash memory drive. All I know is that the computer is working perfectly in all respects and that even as the sync is failing, it at least says that it’s doing the right things and looking in the right places (e.g., the list of albums on my iPhone matches the list of albums in iTunes, etc.).

You need to download iTunes on your computer. iOS 6 requires the latest version of iTunes which is 10.7.

DB Connect DataSource PSA records and DSO records are not matching...

I'm working with SAP NetWeaver BW 7.3 and for the first time, I have loaded from Source System DB Connect. I have created a DataSource and pulled all records and found 8,136,559 records in PSA. When I designed and created DSO with Key Fields 0CALDAY, Item No and Company Code, it has transferred records about 8,136,559 and added records about 12,534 only. Similarly following InfoCube has about 12,534 records into its Fact table. When I tried to reconcile the data/records with source DBMS for a month, the records/data could not matched?
1. What could be the reason behind the issue? why I am unable to load the records/data correctly?
2. Have I not mentioned the Key Fields of DSO in a correct manner?
3. Is it possible to load the records/data into DSO without giving any field as Key Fields?
4. How should I resolve this issue?
5. Is it could be of DSO Overwrite and summation function utilization if yes, then how to utilize it?

Ans: Check transformation once. Is there any start routine you have used or direct assignments. What kind of DTP settings you have done.
Check the messages at the DTP monitor. You will surely find some clue. Any duplicate records are being detected or not check once if you are using semantic keys in your DTP.
2. Have I not mentioned the Key Fields of DSO in a correct manner?
Ans: The transformation key and the DSo key are they same in your case?
What kind of DSO is it? Like for sales order DSO you take Order number as a key field., So you have to define the key fields according to business semantics I suppose. Do you agree?
3. Is it possible to load the records/data into DSO without giving any field as Key Fields?
Ans: I dont think so as the keys you defined will help in having unique data records isnot it?
4. How should I resolve this issue?
Ans: Please check the above as in Ans:1 please share your observation.

Ans: DSO overwriting of key figures is useful when you have full loads in picture. Are you always going to perform full loads ?

Data not matching in RSA3 and PSA.

Hi,
I have loaded data into BW from a Generic datasource and the values in R/3 and BW are not matching. Upon analysis, I found that the values for a characteristic are not matching even in RSA3 and PSA. All the values for other characteristics match excepting this single characteristic.
We have used user exit to populate the fields in the datasource in R/3. According to my knowledge, data in RSA3 and PSA should match. Can someone please tell me how the mismatch between RSA3 and PSA is occurring? Are there are any specific settings that I should be looking for?

We have the same problem of difference in RSA3 and PSA data for 1 keyfigure...
it was a generic data source with function module....
The reason for this difference is When a record is splitted in to 2 or 3 data packages then you may get some inconsistencies in the data.....
Try to increase teh data package size and load then you will get the correct data(it worked for us)

HT204406 The songs on my computer itunes playlist and my iphone playlist songs are not matching up. I do see new songs I've added on my computer playlist on my iphone playlist but the songs are not in the same order. How do I get them to match?

Playlists matching on computer and iphone? The playlists on my computer in itunes are not matching up with the "match" playlist on my iphone. New songs do show up when I add them to a playlist, but the songs are all in different order. If I edit a playlist on my computer how do I get it to match on my iphone?

Restore them to the new computer using the bakcup of the old one. If you don't have a backup of the old computer, you can re-download music purchased from the iTunes store. If they were imported from CD's, etc. You will either have to re-rip them or purchase third party software to extract them from the phone. The iPhone is not a backup or data transfer device.

Open Item and Line Items are not matching

Hi Gurus,
I ran the EFT for vendor #1600109 for payment on 10/18/07. If I run the vendor open items report (ZFI019) for today, it shows the balance net of the EFT that is $203,466 ( $263869 - EFT Value is $60,403).
When I ran the vendor line items display (FBL1N), it shows all the invoices including the invoices paid on the Oct 18 EFT $263,869 which is (2034,66+60,403).
User wants the open item report should tally the line item display.
I will assign good points.

EFT is working fine. But the Vendor Open item Report (Custom Report) and Vendor line item report (FBL1N) is different.
We are looking a balance for a vendor as on 15th where the balances are not matching between the reports but if i run FBL1N on 18th the balances are matching.
Clearning date is 18th
Posting Date is 15th.

This is selection parameters problems- means please check once again what you selected check boxes and also check for Dates what you given
To check both the above cases, FD10N for the year you see the difference. Double click on the balance value for the period where you have seen the difference. The double click will call FBL5N for the period and customer. If the total of the line item report matches the balance in FD10N, then the issue is selection criteria

MBEWH is the valuation history, this is only updated with the first movement after a period closure. And the period is a month.
There is no table in SAP that holds the stock information on daily basis.
You have to develope this yourself. Easiest method by copying a table like MBEW and MARD daily to a Z-Table.
A stock situation at a certain date can be calculated with MB5B.
