Dates getting wiped from Service Plan line item

Hi All,
We are currently facing an issue in the dates management on the service contracts. When we create a service contract and without saving if we change start date at the header we come across the following issues
1) Date rule gets wipes out from the service contract items.
2) All the dates maintained at the service plan line item are empty.
Contract header and Contract item has the same custom date profile .
For the service plan line item its a standard date profile SRVPLAN.
It will  be helpful in getting some pointers towards the issue or if someone has faced similar problem before.

  • Auto creation of service orders from service plans using action management

    Hi,
    We are using service plan products in service contracts where in serviceorders are created according to the plans for the duration of the contracts according to the defined frequency.
    The processing for the action is set as "Immediate processing" so that the order is created the moment the deadline is reached. The order is created using the method "CREATE_ORDER_SRVPLAN".
    The contract is created and released and with all the line items (including the service plan line items). The schedule condition is such that => all the orders due in a particular month are created on the first of that month. e.g. plan orders for 15.01.2009, 30.01.2009, etc (i.e.,all the orders due in Jan 2008) will be created on the 01st of Jan 2008.
    As per this definition, the relevant actions get scheduled, BUT DO NOT GET EXECUTED. The moment I just go to the edit mode in the document and save (without making any changes) the action gets executed and the service order gets created.
    The requirement is that the moment the deadline is reached the action should get executed and there should be no need to edit the contract since the processing is kept as immediate.
    Please advice further.

    Thanks a lot for the response.
    I did schedule the report and it gets executed as per the schedule. But it does not execute the actions. As a output it just logs "3 actions selected". What I want is that it should actually go ahead and execute these actions and not just select them.
    Kindly advice on the same.

  • Service Order Planned Costs and Cost Center Planned Line Items

    Experts,
    I am curious of Service Order Planned costs, and whether or not these planned costs are being posted to the Cost Center linked to the Service Order Operation's work center.
    I am a but puzzled as I don't see any planned costs from any Service Order Operation in a cost center linked to the Operations work center, when reviewing "Cost Centers: Plan Line Items" report.

    The planned costs were input in one of the Service Order operations as planned hours. There is a column for it in the operations list. The amount of hours have incurred a planned cost on the Service Order header.
    I simply assumed that this cost would be credited to the Cost Center linked to the operation's Work Center. But that is obviously not the case. I am not familiar with the PLICC field and the functionality it provides.

    You can use Transaction code KP06 to update the changes to the plan data for the Cost Centers. There is no separate transaction code to repost plan data for Cost Centers.

  • Creation of Service Order from Service Plan

    Hi Experts,
    I am working on sap crm 5.0 version
    Pls help in the service order creation from service plan  document
    I have Created a service plan product and maintained a service plan template with an interval of 3months
    In Service Plan to service order action  i am using the Standard method call
    CREATE_ORDER_SRVPLAN in the action profile and Action profile Start Condtion 
    Start of interval equal to todays date . when i am executing the action
    First service order is getting created immediately on the serviceplan Creation date.
    Subsequent service orders are getting generated respectively as per defined frequency .
    So I am getting one extra service order . how to restrict the additional service order creation and
    order creation to happen as per template frequency

    I am not able to find the scheduling type as u mentioned for changing the planning start date in template.   I am using the standard date profile SERVPLAN in my  service plan action profile
    Please suggest me the daterule i need to select in the date type start of interval  in my date profile

  • Internal orders - Plan Line items are not uploading into SAP!!

    Hi Experts,
    Am uploading the budget values as plan line items of Internal orders(AUFK table) from my Z prog. by using BAPI_COSTACTPLN_POSTPRIMCOST.......in Return table(bapiret2), am not getting any error messages........so, am taking it for granted that, upload is successful.
    But, when I went to KOBP transaction.........I did not see any values for the internal order in question.......but, just now, I uploaded successfullly!!
    Let me know that, Why its happening like that? How to fix it?

    I've lil doubt if this BAPI really update the internal orders in KOBP transaction.
    However just refer:
    bapi_costactpln_postprimcost
    Use BAPI_COSTACTPLN_POSTPRIMCOST
    And refer relevant OSS which is mentioned in Above threads.

  • Issue in using custom discount condition type in pricing agreement at Service Contract line item level

    Hello
    We are facing an issue while using a Z discount condition type in price agreement at service contract line item level.
    A Z Condition type has been created in ECC and assigned to the pricing procedure. This pricing procedure is downloaded in CRM and determined in the service contract.
    A condition maintenance group using this Z condition type is created in CRM and assigned to service contract item category.
    Condition records are created in CRM for this condition type/condition maintenance group for specific products along with sales org and discount percentage.
    But when the price agreement(using this condition type) is used at the item level of a service contract, the system throws errors (related to product/unit of measure and sales org, even though no issues seem to be there)and thus the price agreement is not allowed to be used.
    If anyone has worked on such kind of scenario, please get in touch, I will share more details for the same.

    Dear Ankit,
    Once the pricing procedure is downloaded, please maintain the document pricing procedure at service contract header level, and maintain the customer pricing procedure at business partner sales area billing data.
    In spro, maintain the pricing procedure for the combination of sales area, document pricing procedure, customer pricing procedure.
    Please crosscheck whether the condition table is active or not.

  • Clear from Vendor open line item (FBL1N).

    I have Posted the Invoice and cancelled the same invoice which was in the Blocked status without Release.So its showing in Vendor open line item (FBL1N).
    Now we can not release these two docs in MRBR bcz the invoice was cancelled and also it can not be cleared in F.13 bcz which was blocked for paymentu2026
    Kindly help me how can i solve this issue and my user is askinig me to clear the same from the vendor line items.
    Also suggest how the same will affect the business impact.

  • PLAN line items reporting in CCA

    Hi,
    We hava a requirement to develop report for cost center
    accounting. We have to report on line items. The standar cube 0CCA_11 gives us what we want but not by line item wise. We have an ODS for Actual line items but do not have anything to report on PLAN line items.
    How can we report PLAN line items in CCA.
    Any help is highly appreciated.

    In Cost center Accounting,you can retrieve Plan data if it has been maintained in teh SAP R/3 system. To extract the Plan data,you need to restrict the Info packages with the valut types e.g '10' for Actual, '20' for Plan etc.

    Hi Jess,
    Have you checked the navigation part which is being displayed on left hand side of report S_ALR_87013565 and S_ALR_87013533.? There you have option to check transaction currency and object currency when you double click on it.
    In case if it is not being displayed under navigation. Then you can bring them on from transaction code CJE2. For eg: Report group for S_ALR_87013533 is 12KST1C. Double click on it and it will open up to do changes in report layout and many more. There you also have options to bring on transaction currency too. Similarly, you can check for other report groups as well just by checking the report description.
    But I am not sure if suits your requirements. Wait for other experts to comment on this.

    i have done planning on wbs *** cost element level in CJR2 along with quantity
    im trying to run report CJI4 but no line item selected.
    No line items were selected
    Message no. KB422
    Diagnosis
    No line items were found.
    Possible explanations:
    You have no authorization for these line items
    You have activated criteria that exceed the initial screen (by means of the 'Further selection criteria' function).
    Procedure
    1. In your user master, check which authorizations you have for reporting
    2. or change the selection criteria.

    In project cost planning, line items are only created if the project or WBS element has a user status to which the business transaction "Plan line items" is assigned. This being the case, plan line items only document the changes made from the time when planning documents are written for a project or WBS element.
    In planning, you can define whether line items should be written in a plan version for cost and revenue planning activities.
    If planning integration is active in the fiscal-year-dependent parameters of the relevant planning versions, the system writes cost element planning line items for plan-integrated WBS elements, regardless of user status.

  • Issue with report (S_ALR_87013611) that is actual/plan line items for Cost

    Hi Gurus,
    I am having issue with the report (S_ALR_87013611) that is actual/plan line items for Cost Center.
    When i execute the report for a cost element  510200 the amount is 23,380.13, but when i drill down on it by double click on that amount the value in obj curr is 15468.91. Hence there is the differnce. When i futher drill down by double click on the amont of 15468.91 and i go to display group currency and take the total it is 23380.13 and display in local / doc currency the amount is 15468.91. I guess due to this there is difference. The cost center & the cost elements are the same i have checket it.
    My concerns is that the group curr is USD and obj curr / local curr is USD. So is group curr and doc curr is USD then when i click on dislay curr and select group curr why the amounts are changing.

    Try to look if there is any filtering criteria applied in the report to which you drill-down.
    The difference can be also caused by the "value type" - some reports show actual and statistical costs together in one column while the others strictly show (are defined to show) only e.g. actual costs (type 04) and not the statistical costs (type 11)

  • Display report : plan line items for internal orders

    When running the report with KOBP tcode, although i have some plan cost line items in the order, i have the message :
    No plan line items were selected
    Message no. KB421
    Could anyone advise?
    However, the report with KOB1 tcode works well and i have the results as expected for actual line items.

    this is may be config issue.
    can you explain with accounting entries for said line items and offsetting GL for each line?

    In the Report Group screen
    Press CONFIGURE – This is to attach any Drill Down reports.
    Press the “Insert Line” icon
    As is the screen may be used to insert a Report Writer report group. To add an ABAP, press “other report type”
    Double click on “ABAP Reports”
    Enter the name of the ABAP and ENTER
