DateTime on Clock always is wrong even after setting it

Hello Community
    I installed Windows Server 2008 R2 but this question would
fit any server version.
    The problem is that the DateTime is always wrong.
    Even though I set it to the correct time everytime I reboot.
    How can I make the DateTime stay correct or even boot
up with the correct time when the server reboots?

Thank you for the post.
I agree with Tim. If the server running long time, you’d better to change the battery on motherboard. Besides this, there is another scenario which may cause incorrect time displayed:

I am a .NET developer and a newbie to the world of BO I have just written a simple application in C# making use of the BO.NET Enterprise SDK and the ReportEngine.NET SDK to open a WEBI document and export it to Excel. I have got the whole thing working - starting from establishing the EnterpriseSession, obtaining the reportEngine instance and also opneing the Webi document and exporting it to Excel.
The problem is the even after setting a different value for the prompts I ALWAYS get the same report - for example if I set the Country prompt to India I always get the previous one that was set in the universe (Brazil). These are not optional prompts and I do refresh the documentInstance after calling "SetPrompts" Did anyone elase have the same problem with caching?. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Please find the snipped of the code attached.

The link is correct, however you need access to SAP Service Market Place (SMP), which you should have since you are using BOE / BI. If not, ask your BOE / BI administrator to set you up with logon to SMP.

Hi Sandesh,
First note that HR:Security Is for HRMS module for restricting data for respective OUs
MO:Security is for other Modules such as Inv, PO, AR, AP etc., for restricting data
Change the inventory Org to the one you want and then query data...

Still sleeping even after setting Energy Saver to Never

I'm trying to use my 2.53 GHz (Late 2009) MM as a server but even after setting the 'Computer sleep' preference to 'Never' in the Energy Saver System Preferences panel, the MM still goes to sleep. This isn't a big issue for me since I can and have used Wake On Lan apps/scripts, but it's a major pain in the you-know-what for other people who need to access this server over the internet.
Could there be some persistent overriding preference somewhere that is allowing this MM to go to sleep when in fact it should not be because of my setting? I've searched but can find anything.

Interesting... I had an EyeTV that I did install on an older G5 PowerMac that I stopped using before I migrated to this MM back in March. I'll check to see if the EyeTV app was also migrated over and uninstall it if necessary.
I would have thought that the EyeTV software would default to a "Never Sleep" state considering it's purpose. I'll check this possibility out when I get home after the long weekend.

I've raised the limits on their mailbox, and the aforementioned connector settings, etc.,
except the Organization Configuration / Hub Transport / Global Settings / Transport Settings / Maximum Receive and Send Sizes.
By my understand, we could modify the global settings by the following path:
Organization Configuration / Hub Transport / Global Settings / Transport Settings / Maximum Receive and Send Sizes.
Because it will work on existed user and new user without explicit message size limits sets.

I did read (yesterday in another thread) about a similar problem. I cannot test it myself as I accept cookies (from sites I visit) and do not want to delete all of mine for a test.
I do not know whether it meets your requirements, but you could turn on private browsing. I use that (or Microsoft's variant on IE) when I use public computers.

If your computer is becoming unresponsive, you may want to see if specific applications are causing this behavior. Try using the Force Quit menu to check for unresponsive applications:
Using the Force Quit feature of OS X makes an application close, even when it is not responsive.
Important: Normally you should not need to force quit an app to close it. When an app is forced to quit, any unsaved changes to open documents are not saved, so try these methods to normally close the app first:
Choose Quit from the app menu. For example, in Safari, choose Safari > Quit Safari.
Choose Quit by right-clicking or control-clicking on an app's icon in the Dock

Standard substitution is not working even after setting up in HRUS_D2

Hello all,
We presume after setting up substitutions for approvers, the workitem should be in both actual approver and his substitutes in box per the standard SAP workflow functionality. For some reason this doesnot seem to happen.
Is there any other setting, other than setting up a substitute, i.e an entry with validity dates active in HRUS_D2.

I hope this user is not maintained in the excluded list n the workflow instance.
I hope there is no filter activate for substitute. You need to checxk the filter.

W520 - Things went wrong even after malware cleared from the system.

W520 - 4284-A99 - Windows 7 Ultimate SP1
So far, I have tried:
System Restore (being erased away after infected)
Run Full Scan with Symantec Endpoint Protection 11 MR6 RU3
Run Full Scan with ESET Smart Security Business Edition 4.2.71.2
Run HijackThis and remove some files.
Reinstalled IE9
But the problem still exist, if im not wrong, currently only IE is being damaged.
Should I do a repair installation or reinstallation of Windows?

ColonelONeill, has been working with you, so I will let the two of you continue until the malware issue is resolved. However, I would like to comment on the question regarding two AV's.
Anti-Virus programs take up an enormous amount of your computer's resources when they are actively scanning your computer. Having two anti-virus programs running at the same time can cause your computer to run very slowly, to become unstable, and even, in rare cases, to crash.
With more than one anti-virus program on the same computer, there is a chance for conflicts if a machine becomes infected. At that point each of the anti-virus programs wants to "control" the situation and in some cases, the job of removing the virus doesn't get done at all. In addition, you will experience slowdown as each is trying to run in realtime.
A better option would be to install one good anti-virus, keep it current, and use it as designed. If a second opinion is needed, use one of the online virus scanners or run one as an “On-Demand” scanner only. In other words, if you choose to install more than one anti-virus program on your computer, then only one of them should be active in memory at a time.

I have the Sketchbook Express app,
everytime I start the Mac App Store,
it always says I have an update for the sketchbook app (which I already downloaded dozens of times before)
I downloaded it, then everything's fine
UNTIL
I start the Mac App Store again
that ANNOYING red little badge with the number '1' shows up again

After reading the other threads that have talked about this issue, I've tried a bit of experimenting. It turns out that this issue is very often due to attempts to hack other (unpurchased) downloaded apps by replacing some of the contents of those app's packages. Some apps early on in the App Store's existence could be tricked into believing that they had been purchased, by replacing specific files. (There's a plethora of articles waiting to be Googled that detail the process.) Generally, the application that keeps wanting an update has had one of its files copied into another downloaded app.
Anyway, deleting the apps that have been hacked using this method will often fix this issue. No accusations here, so please don't be offended and stuff.

No guide or on demand, clock always displays 12:00 after 'update'

Our motorola DCT 2524 / 1612 cable boxes have stopped working properly after a late night update. Around 3 am last night the cable boxes switched off and back on, the display briefly flashed "dec" or something similar and then reset. This commonly happens after there is some type of change or update. After a few minutes the picture returned to normal but the clock said 12:00 and there was no guide. I figured it would take a while to fill in and went to bed. This morning I wake up and all the cable boxes are still like this. The picture and sound displays, but the guide hasn't filled in, no on demand, and clocks are still 12. I called comcast and got an automated message about the guides being updated and if I was having problems unplug the boxes and wait 30 minutes. I did this almost 4 hours ago and nothing has changed. Had them send a refresh signal and still nothing. OOB status is "good", so I don't know what to do. Whatever problem I'm having is being caused by whatever update was done last night, everything worked perfectly fine until that happened. Any ideas?

Time Machine always reporting wrong size after several full resets

Good afternoon,
I have been using Time Machine on a Macbook Pro 2012 backing up to a QNAP NAS TS-419 P II
After a year of using Time Machine without any issues I've now ran into a situation i do not seem able to resolve.
For several reasons I wanted to do a full Time Machine reset and do a new full back.
For that, after trying various solutions with no succes, I've deleted the sparse bundle, switched off Time Machine support, restarted the NAS, switched on Time Machine support again. Furthermore i did full reset on the Macbook following as per http://pondini.org/TM/A4.html
However every time I start a new backup Time Machine seems to limit the sparse bundle to 1.07 TB, while I have not set any file size restrictions. Next to that it's also reporting only 657 GB of the 1.07 TB is actually free. As if the old sparse bundle with the backups were still there.
Anyone who has been facing the same issue?

Actually, I can shorten this down to just:
Mount TimeMachineBackup disk, it reports ~95GB free.
Repair it, it reports 800+GB free
Unmount it
Remount it, it again reports ~95GB free.
Rinse. Repeat.

ITunes and App Store ask for password and tell me it is wrong even after I go in and change it.

I am stuck. I can't download apps or music. I can log into my account and change the password. As soon as I attemp to buy something, it says the password is wrong.
I think I may have a second apple ID attached to another email. When I try to add a backup email to the account, it tells me that email is attached to another Apple ID. But when I ask Apple to send a reset to that email, nothing happens.
