Deletion of Planned Orders

Dear all,
At the end of every week, we want to delete all the planned orders available in system.  I tried COHVPI, but there is only two mass processing functin available, Convert Planned Orders and Material Availabilty Check.
So, can any one tell me which transaction code I can use?
Thanks and regards,
Devang

Hi
There is afunctionality called "Roll forward period"
The function of this:
To automatically update the master plan, you can set the system so that firmed planned orders that were scheduled before the roll forward period can be deleted during the planning run. With this function, all planned orders, for which there are no longer any requirements, are deleted.
For this you have to have some config settinglike:
In step "check MRP types", you can maintain the indicator "Delete out-of -date planned orders" which is used to set the system so that firmed order proposals, that lie beforethe roll forward period, are deleted in in the planning run. At the same time, new planned orders are created that are adjused to the current situation. (Or depending on the fixing type the old order proposals are displaced to the end of the planning time fence.)
This is available in the IMG step:
Production >MRP>planning>MRP calculation>Define planning timefence& roll forward period.
Pl. try this & come back.

  • How to find out manual deletion of planned orders in APO.

Planned orders are created on multiple bom levels when we call CTP from GATP for sales orders. For particular sales order there is no planned ordere at lower level. Dependent requirement is there which is uncovered.
I want to find  somebody has deleted this planned order manually in apo. How to find out the same?
    Regards,
    Santosh

    Hi Santosh,
If you suspect that the planned order was created but later on deleted manually, there is a cross check you can do to determine that.
In case of MATP, System uses the higher level Planned Order number to create the Dependent Demand at the lower level and only when this dependent demand is covered by a planned order it assigns the corresponding planned order number to it. So if you see the dependent demand number with same  number as the higher level planned order for which it was created, you can be sure that a planned order was not created to cover the dependent demand that you see uncovered.
If the dependant demand number is not same as the planned order at higher level, then the planned order to cover the dependent demand was deleted.
I guess CTP also works the same way. If you're unsure about this, test it out.
    Hope it helps.

  • Delete a planned order for materials changed to ND (No planning) MRP1 view

    Hi guys !
    1. I changed the MRP Type "reorder point" to "no planning" (ND indicator in MRP1 view) for some materials.
    2. ¿There is a process to regenerate or delete the planned order created before or have to be a manual process, for example from MD15?
Regards & thanks in advanced !

    Dear,
even i know ND will not plan ( MRP )
My view was before changing to ND, delete the existing header material demand & Run MRP
with option 3, so that system will delete all plan orders of this material ( No Manual process )
    Anyways Good Luck !!!

  • Massive deletion of planned orders

    Hi everyone,
I would be very grateful if someone could tell me how to delete massively planned orders.
    Thanks and best regards,
    Ben

    Hi,
If you delete the PIR or demand in MD61 and run MRP in MD02 planning mode -3, all the planned order will get delete.
If you have firmed planned order assign Roll forward period.
This is you can do in tcode OPPR, define MRP group.Define consumption mode & Roll forward period.
If you put 2 days in roll forward means, all the old firmed planned orders created before 2 days will get delete.

  • How to Delete stock Planned Order in APO

    Hi,
I'm doing an iPPE model in APO and R/3 ... and while playing around with Repetitive confirmations, I got stuck with 2 Planned orders that can't be fully confirmed, fully reseted or deleted.
I don't have a production order in R/3 because I'm in a repetitive iPPE process.
I can see them in OM19.
I tried RLCDEL & /SAPAPO/DELETE_PP_ORDER but both reports can't see them.
    Any Ideas ?
    Thanks,
    Marc

First get the GUID of the Planned orders from /SAPAPO/OM16. Once you got the GUIDs, To get the GUIDs
In /SAPAPO/OM16, click on 'Orders' tab, enter location and APO order number and execute..you see the GUID for those planned orders
then go to SE38-->/SAPAPO/OM_DELETE_INCON_ORDERS...enter the GUID, planning version, check the boxes and execute..it should delete the planned orders
    Thanks,

  • Deletion of Planned Order in APO PP/DS

    Hi All,
I have a question on PP/DS ( IS-Auto ). Suppose if we are deleting the planned orders in APO so what will happen to the concerned PDS. I want to preserve the PDS so that we can use them later.
If we delete the Planned Orders then will the PDS be also deleted ?
    Thanks,
    Prabhat

    Prabhat,
Think of a PDS the same way you would think of a Production Version in ECC.  It is master data, and one or more of these can be assigned to a Material/Plant combination.

A Planned order is Transactional data.  Creating/changing/deleting a Planned order has no impact on PDS Master data.  During the creation of a planned order, the system reads the PDS info, and copies selected bits of this master data into the Planned order.  At this point, then, certain parts of the planned order data can be changed.  Such changes generally do not affect the underlying master data.

  • Delete a planned order

    Sir,
How can i delete a planned order? will u plz tell me the t-code?
    Regards
    Meenu

    Hi,
    1) Use MD17 if you want to delete data of single material in mass
    2) Use MD04, Enter Material, Plant > Open requirement in Edit mode & then delete
    3) Use MD12
You can use either way depends upon the requirement.

  • Collective deletion of Planned Orders

    Hi,
We want to delete MRP generated planned orders collectivily. However we are using MD16 for it, but it is very slow process to get rid of unwanted planned orders. Our limitation is we can't go for re-generative planning.
Please help with any BAPI, function module or transaction code.
    Regards,
    Amol

    Dear Amol,
Check this BAPI BAPI_PLANNEDORDER_DELETE in SE37.

  • Delete SNP Planned Order to reflect at R3 (C5 or CCR)

    Hi,
I deleted some SNP planned order using rlcdel, should i use a C5 or CCR to transfer to deletion toR3 to reflect the changes . ? what situation should i used C5  or CC5
    many thanks

    Hi,
RLCDELETE has the radio buttons "In APO" and "In APO and R/3". if you check the "In APO and R/3", the deletion is immediately sent to R/3. No need to run C5. If not then you just deleted the order only in APO and did not delete in R/3. You can either run C5 and select the change pointer with "R"- delete or run CCR report or delete these orders manually in MD16 in R/3.
what situation should i used C5 or CC5
C5: When you sent periodic transfer in SPRO, then create an order and push it to R/3. You can also delete an order and push the delete change pointer (R) to R/3
CCR: When the orders in APO and R/3 donot match.

  • Deletion of firmed Planned orders

    Hi,
I want to delete the firmed planned orders & Purchase Requisitions for Multiple plants,(Not using MRP Run) so can any one advise me if there is any SAP standard transaction or Program available.
I have tried using MD19, but here we can pick firmed Planned orders only w.r.t Material or MRP contriller, we can not select Planned orders of whole plant (or) for Multiple plants.
Please let me know if required any further information.
    regards,
    PR

    Hi,
Not sure if CO41 can meet this need. If you select the lines & click on delete it is just removed from the list & not from the database. However if there is any new functionality added to CO41 for deletion would be glad to know.
However for mass deletion of planned orders you can do this via a Z program using Bapi - BAPI_PLANNEDORDER_DELETE & for Purchase Requisitions use BAPI_REQUISITION_DELETE along with BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT. Provide your specifications to your abaper & it should be possible.

  • Report to delete planned orders

    Dear Friends,
Can anyone tell me which is the transaction to run the delete from live cache to delete planned orders.
    Thanks
    Vinay

    HI Vinay,
Yes, you can delete the planned orders from either product view (rrp3) or receipts view (rrp4). I guess, the planned orders now are coming with the 'firm' indicator and using product view you cannot delete fixed orders.
    Which version you are working?
    Thanks & Regards,

  • MRP: Delete Purchase Requisitions and Create Planned Orders

    Hi there,
I have a scenario, where in a material (HALB) was marked as externally procured. MRP was run for FERT material. The dependent requirements for FERT were created. Planned orders of the HALB material were changed to Purchase Requisitions.
Later, the procurement type of material was changed to Inhouse Production.
Now, I want all the Purchase requisitions that were created to be deleted and Planned orders should be created when I run MRP.
I tried all the possibilities, but of no success.
Please lemme know if there is any possibility to delete the P.Rs and Create Planned orders by running MRP.
    Regards,
    ABC

I Haven't read the Plan order is converted in to PR Before
If YOU convert the plan order in to PR, system will firm the Requirement, YOU need to remove the firm indicator FIxed iD in PR Before doing the MRP Run Again
Do the following thing in PR
In PR Remove the  Fixed ID in Quantities and Dates tab of the item
and Rerun the MRP with Planning Mode 3 It will create a plan order

  • Planned Orders Deleted

    Hi Experts,
How do you delete collective planned orders? I mean by simply indicating the plant or MRP controller. Is there a log or you trace for this? What transaction code is used for this?

    Hi,
MD16 - Collective display planned orders
Just highlight the planned orders which you want to delete the planned orders then press "delete" button
once planned order deleted, can't trace the history, no log file

  • Planned Order deletion during MRP

    Hi all,
We want to delete the planned orders during MRP, but before saving is done.
So, we are trying to use the BAdI MD_PLDORD_CHANGE and method CHANGE_BEFORE_SAVE_MRP .
After finding out the process order, we were trying to set the importing parameter IM_VSTAT to "L", which can be used to delete the planned order..
But since it is an importing parameter, we cannot change the value of the parameter.
Is there any alternate ways of deleting the orders before MRP is done ?
    Regards,
    SP.

Not sure I understand the situation correctly...You want to delete the planned orders before MRP runs again. WHy do you want to do that ? Are these firmed Planned orders ?
