Delivery item per schedule line

Hi all,
Thank you for viewing my posting, I have the requirement as following:
I have two SD schedule agreements, there are several schedule lines on JIT delivery Scheudle tab for each schedule agreement, these two schedule agreement are for same customer, have different material.
What I want is:
When I create delivery for these two schedule agreements in VL10A, these two schedule agreements are combined into one delivery note, but the delivery item per schedule line on the delivery note.
E.g.
one schedule agreement has 5 schedule lines
the other has 4 schedule lines
After I create delivery for these two delivery notes in VL10A, there should be 9 items on delivery notes, one item per schedule line.
Do you have idea on this? I do not want to combine several schedule line into one delivery item.
Thanks!
Alex Lu

Dear Alex,
You try these copy control settings between Scheduling agreement and delivery document.
Go to VTLA transaction select your document types
First you go header level settings here you can find the check box field called Copy item number check this then try.
If it is not full fill your requirement then go in to the item details here you can find the copying Routine maintenace field Item Data Under Data transfer Tab,this field will have 101 item Routine as per the standard, you take ABAPer help you copy this routine then change according to your requirement then assign new routine here.
I hope this will help you,
Regards,
Murali.

  • Delivery from sales scheduling agreement with one item per schedule line

    Hi all,
I have a sales scheduling agreement where the same part number has 3 different JIT schedule lines and I need to create a delivery with 3 item lines: every item line of the delivery has to be referred to one schedule line of the scheduling agreement.
When I create the delivery with transaction VL10E it has only one item line and its quantity is the sum of the 3 schedule lines of the sales scheduling agreement.
I've tried to change the customizing of the User Role, choosing the Split Schedule Line = 2 ("One item per schedule line") but the delivery is created again with only one item line.
How can I solve this issue?
    Thanks in advance for reply

    Dear Alex
The SAP standard behaviour is that all schedule items with delivery date in the past have to be rescheduled anyway to one date and are combined therefore.
Partially this behaviour can be influenced in VL10* by 2 parameters in
the user role : Split per sched.line and Rule (delivery qty).
Please find below informations about these different parameters
"Split per sched.line propose you 3 Rule for creating one delivery item
per schedule line. In a delivery list in item view with multiple
schedule lines, you can decide for the same document item whether you
want to generate one delivery item per schedule line or whether you want
to deliver the cumulated quantity of the last schedule lines selected.
About rule for delivery quantity, the following rules are currently
    implemented:
    1. No cumulation
The open schedule line quantity to be delivered is the quantity at which
    the list line is delivered.
    2. Sum of all open schedule line quantities to be delivered that fall
before the chronologically latest date in the to field (following the
Deliv. creation date field) of the selection criteria.
    3. Sum of all open schedule line quantities to be delivered whose
delivery creation date falls within the selection time frame (between
the dates in the Deliv. creation date and to fields, respectively),
making the calculation of the quantity to be delivered consistent with
selection criteria. However, calculationof the quantities delivered with
the order's schedule line quantities is not affected."
    Hope this helps.

  • Split delivery for each schedule line

    Hi,
We have a requirement to split deliveries for each schedule line in the order.
For example: I have an order with one line item which has 2 schedule lines. If the schedule line date on one is 01/29 & the other is on 01/31, and the delivery due list VL10A is run with a range 01/29 - 01/31, it picks both the schedule line & combines them into one delivery.
Is there a way by which we can force them to create 2 different deliveries (as it would if the delivery due list was run for each day at a time).
We created a data transfer routine (deliveries), and populating ZUKRL with schedule line date & that doesnt solve the problem since the routine is triggered once for each sales order line and not for schedule lines.
SAP reverted back that this is standard SAP behaviour to cumulate all due schedule lines into one delivery, but I would like to know if anyone has any other solution ?
    Thanks in advance!

First of all you have to use VL10E to create deliveries, since it creates one delivery item for each schedule line.
Then play with your own delivery role copied from standard profile 0201:
you can trigger 3 different flags to reach your goal:
Cumul. Rule: Rule for calculation of quantity to be delivered
There is a field that contains a cumulated quantity in delivery lists
with item or schedule line views. The quantity at which the list line
(document item or schedule line) is delivered is defined in this field
when it is selected and the delivery process is started in the
background. The value is a default and can be changed by manually
processing the delivery list on the item or schedule line level.
SplitSchedLine: Rule for creating one delivery item per schedule line
In a delivery list in item view with multiple schedule lines, you can
decide for the same document item whether you want to generate one
delivery item per schedule line or whether you want to deliver the
cumulated quantity of the last schedule lines selected.
LimitSchedLine:  Allow constraints on schedule line level
You can use this indicator to limit selection o
         delivery when
         o   Delivery due date and/or
o   Planned goods issue date and/or
         o   Route schedule
does not fall within selection range.
This should help you to solve your problem.
    pls. reward points if helpful

  • How to compare delivery date in schedule lines and PGI in outbound delivery

    Hi,
I want to create a report to monitor and compare different dates in sales and delivery process.
One of my key figure is the comparison between date confirmed to the customer, that I can find in the schedule line of the sales order, and the actual goods issue date from the outbound delivery.
But I can't succeed in making the link between delivery and schedule lines, means between LIKP and VBEP.
    Would you have any idea?
    Thank you.

It seems there's no exact (table) connection / link between delivery item and schedule line item.
Those who were searching for this thing (link / connection between delivery item and schedule line) were recommended to use FM "RV_SCHEDULE_CHECK_DELIVERIES".
This FM calculates the delivered quantity for each schedule line, so it makes link between the delivery item and schedule lines - however if you check the code it's quite sophisticated...
(if you put a breakpoint in the FM and display a SO in VA03, you can check how the parameters have to be populated with data).

  • Delivery dates in schedule lines is not changing in sales order

    Dear all,
delivery dates in schedule lines on line item in sales order is not changing.delivery dates are different in schedule line of partial qtys.i have to do same delivery date on all schedule lines.
    Regards,
    Praveen

    Hi Praveen
    1. Schedule Line dates can be changed manually or by doing an availability check only.
    2. In case if you change the delivery date in the header it will not change automatically in the line item level.
    3. You need to do it manually only.
kindly let me know more details.

  • Delivery qty against schedule line

    Hi,
I have specific requirement for a report where we need to determine the delivery qty against the schedule line qty for a sales order. In sales order in schedule line tab system shows the delivery qty. The field is VBEPD-VSMNG. VBEPD is a structure and I could not find the table in which this is actually stored. Does anybody know how to get the delivery qty for schedule line?
    Regards,
    Sachin.

    Dear Sachin,
the delivery is always created in the ERP system on the item level. You cannot deliver a separate schedule line. This functionality does not exist.
But if you go to the schedule line screen then the delivered quantity of the item will be distributed through all schedule lines which have the confirmed quantity. The distribution takes place starting from the earlier schedule line and goes to the later schedule lines and the delivered quantity ordered to a schedule line must be always not larger that the confirned quantity. If there will be undistributed rest of delivered quantity, it will be ordered to the last schedule line.
This distribution takes place dynamically during the transaction VA02. The main program place here is the function module RV_SCHEDULE_CHECK_DELIVERIES.
I hope, this information helps you further.

I am having one sales order with one line item which having two schedule line. For one schedule line confirmed qty is 1K and for other 2k. For first line item deliver qty is also 1k.
I want to know how to check the delivery status for schedule line counter so I will get the idea that for first schedule line qty is delivered and for second not.

  • Freight condition type-With respect to Delivery Item (per PC)/Volume/Ship-to party 's region

    Hi Gurus,
I am working on freight related condition type,my requirement is we have to calculate freight cost based on Delivery Item (per PC) / Volume of that Material (Per PC) and Destination Region of each Delivery Order.
    for example:
If Material '100001' has volume = 1 M3 per PC and Destination region code (in Delivery Order) is '20'. The Freight cost is 1 USD per PC.
If Material '100001' has volume = 1 M3 per PC and Destination region code is '22'. The Freight cost is 1.5 USD per PC.
If Material '100002' has volume = 1.5 M3 per PC and Destination region code is '20'. The Freight cost is 2 USD per PC.
If Material '100002' has volume = 1.5 M3 per PC and Destination region code is '22'. The Freight cost is 3 USD per PC.
I'm try to set calculation type = 'T - Multi-dimensional' and having 2 Scale Basis as following:
    Scale Basis = 'F - Volume'
Scale Basis = 'L7 - Region of Destination'
but it result in error in calculation when creating Shipment cost document.
I don't sure whether my understanding on Multi-dimensional scale is correct or not. Please kindly help.
Thank You in Advance for every idea.

I think, from your example, if you maintain condition record with the combination of Destination Region Code and Material, it will work, provided, your freight condition type has Calculation Type as "C".
So your condition record would be
    100001 / 20  =  1USD per PC

  • Delivery is not possible as per Schedule line dates

    Hi Gurus,
The schedule lines insales order are for eaxample---
    01.12.2008  -   10 pieces (quantity)
    15.12.2008  -   10
    10.01.2009  -   10
    25.01.2009  -   10
Tried to deliver the quantity 10 dated 15.12.2008 in the last after all the materials pertaining to other dates are delivered, but system is throwing error as no schedule lines for dated 15.12.2008. But when i checked, delivery is not done for 15.12.2008 and the rest are completed.
But system allows to deliver the balance 10 quantity either on 25.01.2009 or on a future date but not on 15.12.2008 on which delivery was not done.
    What could be the reason????
    Thanks for your help
    MM

    Hi
When I see the schedule line in the sales order where in the qty in the delivered qty column (second column from the confirmed qty column) is updated item wise irrrespective of the delivery done as per scheduleline date.
It means though the delivery and PGI is not done for the date 15.12.2008, but the qty in the delivery qty column is updated and the balace to to be delivered shows for the last date.
So here iam able to deliver only on the last date i.e. 25.01.2009 or at a later date for the schedule line date missing in between and not on the specific date.
Is this how SAP standard works - I was wondering why i cannot deliver any schedule line qty and date later after delivering quantities of the subsequant schedule lines.

  • Delivery Qty of Schedule line item

I have to read out the delivered quantities  of the schedule lines which are under the position. I already have the data from the table VBEP, but I don't have the delivered quantities (VSMNG) in this table. How can I read this information for a sales order?

It is a calculated value, not a value of a table field. Also, it may lead to wrong results if you don't pay attention to this description of the field here under in bold.
    Delivered quantity in sales units
The quantity from the schedule line that has already
    been delivered.
    Use
When there is more than one schedule line for an item,
the system distributes the total delivered quantity for
the item across the schedule lines according to the
    sequence of their delivery.
    Example
A sales order item has three schedule lines, each with
an order quantity of 50 pieces. You make two subsequent
deliveries: the first for 20 pieces, the second for 60
pieces. The delivered quantity for the first schedule
line is 50 pieces, for the second 30 pieces, and for the
    third zero.
<b>If you delete the first delivery (20 pieces), the
delivered quantity for this schedule line is still 50
pieces.</b> However, the system reduces the delivered
quantity for the second schedule line to 10 pieces.

    Hi,
When i enter transaction ME38, select an item and click on delivery schedule to input schedule lines,
by default i can see 'M' in field category of delivery date.

In another system of mine, when i try to enter sch lines thru ME38, by default all records show blank in category of delivery date.
I want to change the default category of delivery date as 'D' or want to keep it blank , but not 'M'.

  • Delivery Date in Schedule Line

    Hi,
    The issue is:
There is a 1 hour time gap between the System time & the local time.
Say the PRD system date & time is 01.01.2011 23:30 & the local date & time is 02.01.2011 00:30.
I have a scenario where there are 2 similar MTO sales orders.
Sales order 1: Create SO with date & time 01.01.2011 22:30 & the schedule line for the item gets the GI date as 01.01.2011 as expected.
Sales Order 2: Create SO with date & time as 01.01.2011 23:30, then the schedule line for the item gets the GI date as 02.01.2011.
I am not sure if the time difference could be the reason for picking up the different GI dates eventhough both the orders were created on the same day 01.01.2011.
Please let me know if i am missing something here.
    thanks & regards
    Narain

For shipping point or route pick pack time, load time, transit time may be maintained totally 1 hr. Hence when you create the order at 23:30 the delivery date comes to next day.
    or
    Shift time may be maintend.
    Please check the both.

  • Link between actual ship date of an item and schedule line in Sales Order

So, we are developing a custom report that compares actual Ship Date (Goods Issue Document MKPF-BUDAT) and the date the item should've been shipped (Schedule Line Date).
I am able to link the GI Document to Delivery Document and can then link to Sales Order Number/Item Number.  However, a line item can have multiple schedule lines.  What logic can be put in the mapping so that the correct scheduling line is picked for the GI date to be compared against?
    Example:
    Sales Order 123
    Item 10 Product X - Quantity 10
    Schedule Line 1: 11/15/2014 8 pieces
    Schedule Line 2: 12/15/2014 2 pieces
Let's say first shipment gets delayed 2 months and ships 1/15/2015
Due date in report should know to select 11/15/2014 to calculate that shipment was late 60 days
Any way to link delivery document to a specific schedule line??
    Thanks!!

    Hello,
Just did similar development for customer report. List of deliveries based on sales order number and sales order line item numbers. Sort these deliveries either with number or actual goods issue date. Compare goods issue quantity with schedule line quanity and start allocating deliveries to schedule line. For example
Schedule line 1 - 10 MT, Schedule line 2 - 5 MT. Now you have created 3 delivery. First with 7MT, second with 5MT and third with 3MT. Your first delivery will be for first schedule line. Your second delivery is for first and second schedule line and your thrid delivery will be for second schedule line

  • Delivery not happening, Schedule lines

    Dear Gurus,
End users created sales orders and saved, when trying to make delivery system through error
No delivery-relevant items in order 00000xxxx, order type xxxx
    Message no. VL455
    Diagnosis
The sales order you want to deliver, sales order 00000xxxx with order type xxxx, either contains no delivery-relevant items or its delivery-relevant items have already been delivered.
After analysis i come to know that in schedule line 'item relevant for delivery' field was unchecked, i checked it present system is allowing delivery and billing.
But Present problem is the sales orders which were created before this configuration were not able to deliver. system through same error.
    how to overcome this,
    thanking you
    Regards,
    Sudheer.U

    Sudheer,
Open the sales order in VA02 and select the line item in question and click the "Check item availability" button on the bottom. this should propose new dates in the schedule line and subsequently you should be able to deliver the old items as well with the newly proposed dates. This is assuming you have updated the schedule line with the correct config.
    Hope this helps,
    Ravin
