Delivery split with different delivery types

Hi,
I’ve got the following problem with delivery split:
In my order (type ZTA) I have two items with two different item categories (for example TA1 and TA2). For these two items two different deliveries with two different delivery types (for example item TA1 in LF1 and TA2 in LF2) should be created. For this I implemented the needed copy control and in the customizing of the order type ZTA I maintained LF1 as a default delivery type. When I deliver the order manually via Transaction VL01N, I have no problem, because the system delivers first the item which can be delivered with delivery type LF1. Then I have to start VL01N again, predefine LF2 as delivery type and then the other item will be delivered with LF2. But this doesn’t work in the Batch Collective Processing with VL04, VL10A or even VL10Batch. The system can’t deliver the order. And in none of these mentioned transactions I have the possibility to predefine a delivery type. I tried also a routine in the copy control on item category level where I want to switch to a different delivery type in case of the second item category. But it didn’t work. And I couldn’t find any other appropriate exit how to influence the delivery type on base of the item category. What can’t be changed is probably that I will always have to deliver this order two times because the system won’t be able to split the order in one collective processing and create two deliveries at once. That wouldn’t be a big problem if I could predefine the delivery type for the second collective processing in order to get the second item delivered.
Is there anybody who can help me?
Kind Regards
Stephan

Hi,
thank you for your quick answer. That was a big help and I will do your suggested solution with the BDC.
But if I understand you correctly, you also didn't find a solution for this problem in the SAP Standard functions (without BDS)?
Kind regards
Stephan

Combined delivery with different delivery dates:
We are experiencing a problem when doing combined delivery from multiple orders of the same ship to party.
All the requirements are being met (for the order combination) accept the Delivery dates.
Sometimes an order Qty is confirmed on the 1at of a month , then the second order qty is confirmed on the 15th of the month.  But when we want to make the combined delivery , the delivery dates differ and the user has to go into the individual order ans changes the dates.
Is there a way to make the combination, the system not taking in account the delivery dates? Because we have huge no. of orders to combine. Please guide.
    Regards,
    Mansur.

    Dear Mansur,
I think there is no any solution exaclty map with your problem in standard SAP.
Better you control based on the MRP type, not sure. And also check with availability check and tranfer of requirments.
    Thnx,

  • Standard PO with different delivery dates

    Hai All,
    Pls. clafiry my below query.
e.g. my PR Qty may be 30 PC (in one line item)
I want to create the PO in one line item with different delivery dates.
            10 PC 20.12.2008
            10 PC 25.12.2008

    Hi,
In ME22N, on "Delivery Schedule" tab you can set manually on which dates the shipments should come.
If you want to have the right date for the PO item, you should carry out your settings accordingly to get proper results after MRP run. However, you cannot set MRP (as per my best knowledge) to create several Delivery date for one PR - MRP will create a separate PR for each different date.

  • Subsequent outbound delivery split with serial numbers

    Hi,
I have a question about subsequent outbound delivery split with already assigned serial numbers.
    Case:
First delivery is created and serial numbers are assigned. Now we have to do a subsequent delivery split for that delivery. In SAP standard, it's not possible to do a subsequent delivery split if serial numbers are already assigned.
Does anyone know how we can handle this?
    Best Regards,
    Florian

well, seems to be not possible at all.

    hi all,
i have a sales order with two line items with different delivery dates(eg 1st and 21st). material availability date for them is different. when i tried to create the delivery on 1st it is pulling the 2nd item whose delivery date is on 21st.
    where can i control this.
    thanks in advance

    Hi,
let us take one example>materials A and B,
A delivery date is 22.01.2008(maintained in schedule lines in SO)
B delivery date is 30.01.2008(maintained in schedule lines in SO)
now i want to deliver material A on 22.01.2008
by default system will give you only material A in the item line
material B will not be displaced in the second line item
now i want to deliver material B on 30.01.2008
by default system will show me material B in delivery line item
if in case material A is not delivered then delivery will show you two line items
    i.e., Material A and B
i think you have understood the difference

  • Combine stock transfer orders with different delivery dates into 1 delivery

    Hello,
In transaction VL10B, the system normally combines stock transfer orders that have the same ship-to-party and same delivery date (if the combination indicator in the customer master specific to sales and distribution is checked). My business requirement is to combine stock transfer orders that have the same ship-to-party but different delivery dates. Is this possible through standard configuration? Is there a user exit that can allow this?
At the moment the system is creating different outbound deliveries according to the delivery dates specified in the stock transfer orders.
    Please advice a solution.
    Regards,
    Felipe

Felipe, please have a look at OSS note 386340, it may help to solve your problem about combining STO items with different delivery dates to one delivery (as I understand the code correction overwrites the delivery dates...).

  • Posting of cross company transaction with different doc types

    Hi,
    The scenario is:-
We have two companies X and Y.
X makes a payment to Y with the following FI entries:-
    Company Code X
    Dr Vendor Y
    Cr Bank HDFC
    Company Code Y
    Dr Bank ICICI
    Cr Customer X
Now this needs to be a cross company transaction where the doc type for CC X should be vendor Payment 'KZ' while the doc type for CC Y should be a customer reciept with doc type 'DZ'.
Although I am able to map the accounts in cross company code config I am not able to split the transaction of different company codes with different document types.
Is there any way we can do this in standard SAP?
    Thanks in advance,
    Nitish

    Hi
As per your issue ...There are no possibilities to post   in sap with different document types.
If you want you can post cross company code transactions with one document types

  • Vendor Payment with different document types

    Dear Sapguru,
We have a scenario where a particular vendor payable is in two different document types for example, RE and KZ.
When we execute TC F110, the payment proposal is grouping the payments by document type. I.e. it grouped all the documents under type RE and grouped all the documents under type KZ and created two line items in the payment proposal.
Actually, we want to have a single group consisting of all the document types payable to the vendor.
We have checked different SAP notes and also verified out system settings, but the problem still remains.
Can somebody let us know how to group all the open items in a single line item in F110 irrespective of document types.
    Thanks in Advance.
    Regards.,
    Rama

    Dear Naravi,
the main factor which affects the grouping of items is the Structure ZHLG1:
    ZBUKR
    ABSBU
    LIFNR
    KUNNR
    EMPFG
    WAERS
    ZLSCH
    HBKID
    HKTID
    BVTYP
    SRTGB
    SRTBP
    XINVE
    PAYGR
    UZAWE
    DTWS1
    DTWS2
    DTWS3
    DTWS4
    KIDNO
All these fields have to coincide, to have a single payment.
Please check why two documents with different document type are paid into two different payments.
Read the SAP notes 109233 and 164835 and 305414 as well.
    I hope this helps.

  • Prevent invoice split with different partners on item level

    Dear Experts,
in a sales order we have different representatives (partner function "VE") on item level due to commission issues. Now we have the requirement to prevent the invoice split with different representatves on item in order-related billing. While in copy control it is easy to prevent invoice split due to different VBRK-fields we have not found  a userexit ( or copy-control) to prevent invoice split with different partners.
Anybody has an idea to this issue?
    Thanks for your help.
    Mark

    Dear Mark,
    You are on the right-track.
As, there is no standard routine, you have to write your requirement in existing routine (i.e. modify standard routine with your requirement)
    To do so, go to:
    T. Code: VOFM --> Copying requirement(Menu-bar) --> Billing Document (Take help from ABAPer).
Write code as an implicit enhancement:
    clear: KURGV-KUNNR
    - {Please confirm the Table-Field name}
And if there is any further changes, ABAper will help you out.
Once modified, attach your routine in to Field: VBRK/ VBRP.
    Best Regards,
    Amit
Note: I think, following thread will help you and clear the requirement:

  • BDC for MM with different material types.

Hi, Can anyone explain me how the MM01 tcode can be handled in BDC, when material with different material types are present in the flat file. Different material types have different views and hence different recordings....How to handle this scenario?

Based on different types of material, you can able to find out which all views are required to call through BDC. Try to find out views by using tables MARA, MAKT, MARD, MARC etc. Once it is confirmed you can call views using screen numbers.
Here I don't think so more than one recording is required. Record MM01 transaction using Basic Data1, once you go inside the transaction select all the views required to complete the MM01 transaction. It will record all the views (hence screen numbers), then you can switch/call views based on screen numbers.
Hope this helps you to resolve your query.

  • Differenct customer PO split inito different delivery note

    hi,
if i have several SO with different customer PO which I input in PO field in SO. how can i not allow combine same DN with this criteria. tha nks

    Dear Jojo,
You can split your deliveries based on your criteria in copying control. Go to the copying control for delivery and select your order and delivery types. In the 'Header Details' of the copying requirement, choose a right procedure for 'Combination Requirmt'. In standard SAP, there is no routine for spliting based on customer PO. So you can create your own routine (use '51' as template) or modify existing one (consider dependancies) and use it.
Ask an ABAPER's help for the same.

  • Users with different delivery dates

    Hi ,
Two users entering a sales order with same master data of customer, material and quanty are having different delivery date at item level?
    Any reasons?
    Thanks,
    Pramod

    Hello Friend,
The problem could be stock could be less and the first order would have blocked that stock so for the second order based on Material Availability Date in Sales Document Type, Scheduling in Material Master MRP2 View and Shipping Point Picking and loading time it is giving a different material availability date based on all these parameters.

  • Partial Delivery in Sales Order with Different Delivery Dates

    Dear All,
In Sales Order we need to specify the different delivery dates for the items ( Partial Delivery ).
Ex: If I add one sales order for 20 qty of an item today.I need  to specify 5 nums to be delivered on immediately
and next 10 qty i need delivered on after 15 days and rest of the remaining qty delivered on after another 15 days.
How we configure in SAP B1 Sales Order.
    Please guide me.
    Thanks in advance.
    - Rajesh

Enable 'Del Date' in Form Settings of the Delivery.
In the First Row, select the Item, Qty 5 and type Del Date Immediately
In the Second Row, select the Same Item, Qty 10 and type Del Date after 10 Days
In the Thrid Row, select the Same Item, Qty 5 and type Del Date after 15 Days

  • VLSP Delivery Split with Serial Number assigned

    Hi Gurus,
I have a doubt regarding to Delivery Split that have serial number assigned in the delivery. Do you know if SAP standard through configuratioon, exits etc is possible to split a delivery using VLSP t-code?
I have configured and tried testing but the following error message is shown, is it anything missing or correct SAP does not allow to split that delivery.
    "2 serial numbers are assigned to item(s) 80000261 000010 - no split
    possible.  0000                        -> 0080000261
    Message no. LEDSP016"
Any suggestion to solve this, either via development, config, exits etc are very much appreciated.
    Cheers
    Vini

    Hi Vini,
This error is correct, and there is no way to split this delivery via VLSP. You will have to do it manually.
Let me explain the reason: If there are many serial numbers for a delivery item, and you want to split the item, the problem that the system faces is: which serial number to put in which new delivery item??? The system can never decide this by itself. So it throws this error.
    Hope this explains,
    Regards
    Nikhilesh
