Document is being distributed

Hello All,
We have a scenario in CRM & R/3 where when a "Complaints" document is created in CRM a corresponding order is created in R/3. We have done the required configuration.
The generated Bdoc is successful and shows a green light, however the queue seems to be stuck somewhere, which is why the message "Document is being distributed" is being displayed, if any further change is tried on this doc. We have checked the queues, the Bdoc statuses, tried resending the Bdocs (no error logs are generated), also we have tried implementing the note 718065 ( as specified in the related threads on SDN)...but still do not have any positive results.
We are still not able to see a corresponding Idoc on the R/3 side.
Can someone help us with this.

when a Sales_Document Bdoc (which is used for Complaints as well) is send from CRM to R/3 there are no IDoc in R/3 created.
Did you ever perform a (dummy) download of Sales Documents Bdoc (SALESDOCUMENT) from R/3 to CRM? If not, please do so.
This is to enable the Delta-Download from R/§ to CRM. When uploading a Complaint from CRM to R/3 the Bdoc is waiting in CRM to receive a success message. Until than the complaints remains in status "being distributed". But the success message is only send from R/3 to CRM when the Delta-Load from R/3 to CRM is active.

    I have an issue when making a quotation transaction. After i saved the quotation transaction, i would like to change the window into edit mode.
    So i have to click the display or change button and then after i click that button, there is an message text   "<b>Document is being distributed - changes are not possible</b>" but after i wait for some minute, system still can not be change. and still appearing a message text "Document is being distributed - changes are not possible"
    Please could u give some information about this issue?

    The order in the CRM system remains in status 'to be distributed'
    because it waits for an answer of the OLTP system that the order has
    been successfully saved.
    The reason could be due to the following:
    1. Check in your system the delta download is active ?  Did you perform
       an initial download of SALESDOCUMENTS ?
       If you check in transaction R3AC4 there must be an entry for
       SALESDOCUMENT to enable a successfull delta download.
       Without a successful initial download of this object, no delta
       download will be performed.  Please refer to the SETUP AND
       DOWNLOAD guide you will find in the service market place
       http://service.sap.com
    2. Check if there are any ABAP Dumps related in OLTP ?  If yes, status
       will always be in distributed as CRM is still waiting for a reply
       from OLTP.
    3. Check your inbound/outbound queues are working.
    The note 490932 will help you to check your dataexchange
    customizing.

  • Error when trying to Edit Servcie Contract :"Document is being distributed"

    Hi,
    I am trying to edit Service Contract from WEB UI. But, when ever I say edit, it is giving error saying
    "Document is being distributed. Changes are not possible".
    Can you please let me know, why such error comes..and how to rectify that.

    I have checked SMWO1. There is one BDOC with yello light. But No errors in that BDOC.
    I checked SMQ1 and SMQ2. But, no ques found for that Order.
    Can you please let me know....what else I can do.
    And this Order is created one week back. Now I am trying to edit. But, still the error is coming.
    Please help me in this.

    I am getting ERROR: "document being distributed no changes not possible" & WARNING:"BTadminH could not be locked" in CRM WEBUI while trying to edit the order.
    I checked all the BDOCs and smq1, smq2 ,smw01 here are no queues stuck here.
    I also run distribution check FM, whenever i run it will be unlocked and able to edit. but this is not the solution for me because this error and warning getting to every new order (transaction) .

  • Delivery document not being picked while creating shipment document

    Dear All,
    Issue is regarding creation of shipment document.
    As i am creating shipment document in VT01N, am unable to get the delivery doc . ie., delivery document is not picked in shipment creation.
    I have created a sales order, picking is completed n saved, PGI not yet been done.
    Am unable to create a shipment document due to delivery document not being picked.

    The issue is solved.
    As the Route was not picking in Sales Order so the delivery was not picked in shipment creation.
    Route determination setting was not correct.

    I select yes, then new message - word can not open this document.the document might be in use or it may not be an invalid document.

    Did you recently reinstall the OS then copy all your files back over? Do a Get info on one of the documents and see if your current UserName is listed and has Read & Write permissions. If not select the Documents folder and check that for Read & Write permissions for your UserName. If it doesn't have R & W permissions Add it so it does.

  • AppleWorks documents are being saved automatically as Unix files. How?

    Working on a G3 iBook with OS X (10.3), all AppleWorks documents are being saved as Unix Executable Files by the program despite the dialogue box saying they will be saved as Appleworks documents complete with ".cwk".
    After a while of successfully opening these files via Get Info/ Open As, AppleWorks itself refuses to open up and I have to reload Appleworks onto the computer from disk for another brief lifespan.
    Ideas? Help please.

    The files aren't actually saved as Unix executables, your system just thinks they are. I find this kind of file confusion often occurs if permissions aren't repaired using Disk Utility after a system update.
    You can "re-teach" your system what program opens those files. Click a known AppleWorks document in the Finder to highlight it & choose Get Info from the File menu. In the Get Info box, click the triangle next to "Open With." Click on this drop-down menu & choose AppleWorks 6. If AppleWorks 6 is not a choice, choose "Other" & navigate to the AppleWorks 6 application. Now click the "Change" button under the text that asks if you want to open all documents like this with AppleWorks 6.

    So i have a package ABC being distributed to site 01. When I check the sender log it is showing it is distributing multiple version of ABC. is this possible? Should it not distribute latest version only?
    In process sending SWD package ABC  version 2 to site 01, current completion ratio = 19 percent.
    In process sending SWD package ABC version 3 to site 01, current completion ratio = 1 percent.
    In process sending SWD package ABC version 4 to site 01, current completion ratio = 1 percent.

    Did you edit the package when the content distribution hasn't finished?
    I just distributed a package to a DP, then edited the package when it was still in progress. From my sender.log, it continued distributing package version 1 and started to send version 2.
    So I think it is the way of SCCM worked.

  • What's "Please wait while the document is being processed" mean ?

    When open a WebI report and click "Refresh Data", then "Please wait while the document is being processed" prompt page be poped up.
    Does it mean datas had been refreshed completely when the prompt page disappeared?

    When you hit "Refresh Data" button the data will be fetched. If you have lov's in the report then all the lov's data will be fetched and the report data is refreshed accordingly to the lov's fetched.If you hit the refresh data button again without changing the lov values then the report data is fetched for the cache and will be refreshed

    Figured it out.  I had downloaded the newest version in November and evidently had both versions in my dock and for some reason it was fine until today when it decided I had to delete the old version off the dock in order for it to work.  All is well.

  • Annoying, 'Your document is being created' notification

    Just updated Acrobat Pro 9 and now get an annoying 'Your document is being created' notification in the bottom right corner of my screen.  Even more annoying is a spinning icon that the notification is pointing to.  All these darned bells and whistles!  I know the document is being created... I did hit the print button didn't I?  Anyone know how to turn off these silly notifications?

    According to your post, my understanding is that you could not create the Access app.
    Based on the log message, some service application may not be created well.
    You should double check whether the following service applications had been created well.
    Access Services
    Access Database Service      2010
    App Management Service
    Microsoft SharePoint      Foundation Subscription Settings Service
    Secure Store Service

  • Please wait  while the document is being processed

    warning...newbie question....
    We are using the crystal report viewer on an ASP.NET application.
    on the parameter panel there is an edit icon, if the user double clicks this,  the report viewer triggers the page to re-load,  then it displays a tiny dialogbox that says "Please wait  while the document is being processed" but the report viewer never refreshes.  the dialogbox never goes always.
    1) why does the edit icon show up on all the parameters?
    2) what is it doing when someone double clicks it?
    3) how can i hide or disable it?
    any help would greatly be appreciated!!!

    no, it's a small dialog that the viewer is generating when the user clicks on the edit icon in the viewer
    If this is on a deployed system - how was the CR runtime deployed?
    uggh, i grabbed the MSI that was referenced in the product.xml
    What is the OS?
    XP on dev, win2k3 on the server
    What is the database?
    MS SQL 2005
    What is the database connection method?
    ADO Client
    Are yo changing the database connection information (e.g.; new server, database)?
    when the report is instantiated, we set the db connections and the report works,  it just kind goes off to never never land when the user click the edit icon in the report viewer.
