Document no.1400865219 is blocked in G/L Account 1000 by 252830

Dear Gurus,
we had gl account 252830 is for excise duty refund receivable. we are generating provision while posting invoice and we k/off that provision when we received duty refund from Government.
Many times it happen that Factory people are stuck up in processing the invoice (get error message document is blocked in g/l account 1000 by 252830) because from our Mumbai office, the account person using same gl account for  k/off the provision through f-03 against check received. we have to request the account person to come out of the f-03.
Is it possible to work simulteniously on G/L code by factory person(Tranction code j1iin) and Mumbai person(Transction code f-03) ?
Please note that the gl code is not blocked  for posting nor user  login get lock while doing transction for gl code 252830.

Hi,
The GL code is temporarily blocked while clearing in the transaction F-03.
So, you can't use this GL at the same time.And you request the accounting person to clear this GL for a particular time, so users don't face any issue to use this GL

    The solution would only work on MS IE browsers, as other browsers do not support an XML DOM.
    It can be done, but you would be stuck with using the Microsoft broswer. If that is acceptable, I have some example code, and a book recommendation.

    The scenario is, we have customer accounts which need to be maintained in a sales areas for FD documents due to warranty.
    These customers are created in a specific Customer Account Group, except problems occur when these customers are being used for OR sales docs. Problems occur due to a number of fields not being maintained for these warranty customers which then causes failure to create accounting documents that then creates headaches for our WM and FI people.
    So if I can block this specific customer account group from being used for OR docs and all others sales doc types apart from FD sales doc type, then my problem of them being used will be solved.
    As you can tell I am a newbie but appreciate all advice.

    What I need to know is "how" I can separate or rather create another Apple ID for my son-who is currently using "my Apple ID?" If there is a way to let him keep "all" his info on his phone (eg-contacts, music, app's, etc.) without doing a "reset?') Somehow I need to go into his phone's setting-create a new Apple ID and possibly a new password so he can still use our combined iCloud & Itunes account?
    Also then letting me take back my Apple ID & password, but again allowing us (my son and I) to use the same iCloud & Itunes account? Does that make more sense??? I'm sincerely trying to get this cleared up once and for all----just need guidance from someone who has a true understanding of the whole Apple iCloud/Itunes system!

    OS: Windows 2003
    We are facing the problem while executing the ARPLABIM - Bank Statement Import program, 'Document Sequence Information Does not Exist for Bank Account'.
    We have already reviewed Oracle Metalink Document: Document Sequence Information Does not Exist for Bank Account: Doc ID: Note:147773.1.

    There are only two options:
    1. Setup document Sequence. OR
    2. Change the profile either the user level who runs this program (assuming a batch user name) or at the resp or application level. Not necessarily at the site level.

  • Blocking the Inactive Vendor Accounts

    Hi,
    I am new into FI and I have a very basic question. I want to find out if there is a program that can be scheduled to run every day to find and block the inactive vendor accounts for a specific period (say inactive for last 30 or 60 days).
    As of now, we are running a report to find the inactive vendors and blocking them manually. But this takes a lot of time, hence looking for a standard solution.
    Please advice.

    There is no standard program as such available...the best way to do is build the same logic into a Z program and schedule the program to run everyday using Job Scheduler.

    Use OB28...
    Set the prerequisite as BKPF-Tcode : FB01...( any transaction used for manual posting)
    and BSEG-BUKRS <> the company code
    Then in the Check button
    BSEG-PRCTR = prctr ( first create a set id using GS01 with this name there give all the profit center which you want to block.
    Third is as usual give the message type as Error.
    Thats it...

  • Where did the insert page go? and why does my documents have a text block?

    I have a document that I continually add to in Pages and is now 38 pages long. The problem is that recently the text has gone from being on the page to now being inside a text box?? I did not do anything to the document besides open it and start typing. Why would this have changed? Also I've noticed that the page break button which used to be in the tool bar, then moved to the copy/paste touch screen button, has now officially dissapeared all together from my Pages!!!! WHAT IS GOING ON!?!? there are no updates for Pages and I'm not really sure what to do. It won't let me add another page to this document? Someone please help me

  • Formatting .pdf documents with digital signature block

    I have created a 2007 MS Access database that exports reports to .pdf format. The reports look great and all works well. The issue I have now is finding a way to automatically apply to a signature block to the reports after they are created. Is there some sort of code format or text I can add to the report prior to it being exported to a .pdf file where Adobe will recognize it as a digital signature block, and create a digital signature block on the form? Several of these forms will be created daily and it would not be productive to manually add signature blocks to every single report.

  • Debit memo status blocked while release to accounting

    Hi SAP Gurus,
                   We have created Debit memo request w.r.t Com Invoice , followed by debit memo. While releasing it to Accounting, the status of that Debit memo is shown as blocked & hence could not release to Accounting .
    The system is giving an error as follows.
    "_Item 00030 in Sales Doc 480029 does not exist_"
    480029= Debit memo request
    Can any one please provide necessary solution for the above error.

    Check the line item 30 in debit memo request, is any block is assigned or pricing is not maintained
    and also
    tell me is Item 30 is copied into billing document.

  • BLOCK/UNBLOCK GR/IR Account in Master Data

    Team,
    I Blocked at Company level GR/IR account to update open item management. After the program finished I went back and unblocked account, I am able to post directly to the account, however it appears that receiving was in teh middle of receiving goods and even after after the account is unblock they still get a message that account is blocked even though it shows unblocked in master data, at company level, chart of acounts level, I also went to tcode OB13 and chart of account is unblock as well.
    Anyone has any idea is tehre is anotehr field I have to reset after this?

    I was able to go into IMG bring the field " Only Balances in Local Currency" then went into account brought it to a "ZERO Balance" with TCODE FB50. Went into FS00 and updated field. Then reversed entry, and it works fine.

  • Unfair blocking of my Skype Account

    Yesterday morning I received a fair usage policy violation warning from Skype. Firstly there is no explanation of why was there a policy violation.  My usage of skype has been the same across the last 3 years.  I have an unlimited subscription for calling India.  Having read the policy for fair usage, I don't see any usage violation I have made. Today morning at 1 AM I receive a 2nd message from Skype saying there is a policy usage violation blocking.  Whoa, I don't understand this.  Between yesterday and today I made 5 calls, none of those are different to any of the calls made in the past.  What is the reason for the violation then? I haven't shared my skype details with anyone and yesterday when I saw the warning message, I thought someone could have hacked in, and therefore changed my password as well.Suddenly today I get the fair usage policy violation blocking email and I am completely taken by surprise. I would like to state the following:Fair usage policy warning and blocking messages should not be one way traffic. It should involve interaction with the customer.There should be some way that it should allow the customer to interact with the skype staff to understand the root cause for the problem.Fair usage blocking can't be just immediately done. It's unfair on the customer. For all you know the customer hasn't even understood the reasons for why these messages came up and what behaviour needs to change.There should be some time between the fair usage warning, education session for the customer and the blocking. It allows the customer to display a change in behaviour. This is especially important because the customer might not know areas they are making errors.These are all in line with expected customer relationship management requirements.  Skype has just taken all my subscription money for a year and now sitting on it saying we are blocking your account!  There is no explanation of which part of the policy is violated either. When you fill a form to put the complaint through, some absurd questions are asked.  What is the whole point of asking the customer the year of creation of skype account?  How will a customer remember stuff like that? I would like for skype to action this immediately and resolve this problem.  You can't incovenience the customer just like that.  I have read the community blogs and understand that in the last few months this practice from skype has signficantly increased.

    Same thing happened to me today. For the same India unlimited calling. I believe shoe is unfairly trying to push people out of this legacy plan which is no longer available for purchase.
    Today I also had a chat with the Skype customer care representative and registered a complain. But to my surprise I also did not get any complain number so that I can follow up on the complaint.
    True corporate bullying on part of Microsoft and Skype.

  • Assignment block 'Opportunity' in Corporate Account doesn't work

    Hello experts,
    When I create an Opportunity I have functions Prospect (corporate account) assigned to a Contact Person (private account).
    The assignement block 'Opportunity' is not being populated for either the Prospect or the Contact Person. That means that if I am in the Prospect account page, there is nothing in the assignement block 'Opportunity' (component BP_BPBT, view ContactOpportunities). And the same thing happens for the Contact Person account page, nothing is in the 'Opportunity' assignment block.
    I need to see all opportunities created for that Prospect. How does the view 'Opportunity' work in the accoutant page, if nothing is shown there??

    PS: a similar thing is happening for assigment block 'Leads'...I can see it populated in the Corporate Account page (prospect) but I cannot see it populated in the Private account page (contact person).

    I believe this is the standard functionality. You can see the Leads in the Corporate Account, but not for the Contact Person.
    Please, see if that is true for you: go to the Corporate Account page, can you see the Leads in the assignment block? But for the Contact Person of this Corporate Account you won't be able to see it.
    However, you can view the Leads in the RELATION page. See if that is true for you too: access the relation page between the corporate and the contact person (imagine that you have 1 corporate account with 5 different contact persons...you will only be able to see the leads in the relation page, because you see the leads that are linked between the account and the specific contact person).
    I don't think there is a standard way to bring Leads into the Contact Person (private account). It is probably possible via enhancement.
    If you find a way, please let me know it too!
    As for Opportunities, the same thing happens: you can view the Opportunities in the Account page, but not the Contact Person. You can also view them in the relation page.
    Please let me know if you've found a way.
