Dunning letters - customers title displayed wrong

Hello,
I am using F150 in order to issue dunning letters and this looks good with one exception: the address of customer contains the title "Mr." instead of "Herr", even the communication language is German and the form is translated in German as well. This title cames from structude ADRS, field ANRED and I think it should be taken from the communication language when I print the dunning letters... How can I solve this?
Thank you!

Hi guys,
Thank you for your feedback!
I fixed it... in the end I found an SAP note which sent to another SAP note and even if I use 6.0 and these notes refers to 4.X, it worked also for me. The notes are 217638 and 146050.
The only change I applied:
Window ADDRESS
/: ADDRESS PARAGRAPH AS
/:  TITLE
/:  NAME     , ...
/:  STREET
/:  POBOX     CODE ...
/:  POSTCODE
/:  REGION
/:  CITY
/:  COUNTRY
/:  FROMCOUNT
/:  ADDRESSNUMBER                "<-- INSERT
/: ENDADDRESS
I inserted   /: ADDRESSNUMBER &KNA1-ADRNR&
Good luck to all of you which will have to deal with this issue!

  • F150 Dunning letters to several customers

Is it possible to generate several Dunning letters to different contact when the standard dunning generate one letter to one customer?  If yes, can you tell me how.
We have case when we have a dunning letter generated to one payer which is an agent.  However this agent collects money from individual customers.  So we set up Final Bill to partner function under the agent.
Now, when we generate Dunning, it generate only one letter to the agent but is it possible and how to generate the same Dunning letter to several Final bill to partners under this agent.  Does anyone know how and where in the code that Dunning select the customers.  Thanks

The following OSS note shuld be able to solve your problem:-
Note 1042992 - Dunning by mail w/ SAPscript: Introductory text w/ attachmnt
If you want to send the mail to several recipients, fill the field FINAA-INTAD with the mail addresses and separate each address with a blank character. There are a total of 130 characters available in FINAA-INTAD.

  • When combine multiple PDFs into one, some letters are missing and display wrong letter

Hi all. I get a problem with combine multiple PDFs into a single PDF document. There are some PDF documents and they are working fine to open each document separately. But after I use Adobe Acrobat 8 Standard to combine them into one, some letters are missing and some display wrong letter (e.g. "forums" display "fo ums"). Our company has Adobe Acrobat 8 Standard, Adobe Acrobat 7 Professional and Standard. But all of them have some problem. Does anyone have idea for that? Please help me! Thanks very much!

I have a similar situation, but my PDFs look fine in Acrobat Pro 8,Acrobat Reader 8, and Apple preview, but are missing letters in Acrobat Pro 7. I think it stems from the files being combined all having the same font, but each having a unique subset stored in the respective files, but with the same name (and ID?), and when they are combined, the character sets are getting hosed somehow.

  • Wrong data in XML output of dunning letters

When changing the output format for concurrent program: "Dunning Letter Print from Dunning Letter Generate" to XML the following output occurs.
    Parameters setting:
    Order by "Customer"
    Dunning as of date "14-NOV-2007"
    Letter set low "STANDARD"
    Letter set high "STANDARD"
Customer low and Customer high are filled with same customer name.
    Dunning method "Staged Dunning"
Single staged letter "Yes" or "No" (no difference in output!)
    Preliminary "No"
    The following oupt is generated:

As you can see most of the data fields are "fieldnames" like F_send_to_address_2 while an proper address was expected.
For all dunning letters I've tested the same output occurs each time.
However when I change the parameter Preliminary to "Yes" (a list is printed) the output is good. But I want this also for a single dunning letter.
Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
    Kind regards,
    Koenraad

    Thanks Gareth,
    For your quick reply.
I've seen a second group (second top level element) and it seems to be the right data.
    This might work, tanks,

    Please help
    Thanks in advance

Hi Srikanth.. the following notes can guid u .. just check step - by - step ....
The follwing note sre also useful for running  the dunning programme
This information may useful to u for dunning...
The dunning wizard enables you to create and send letters to customers that have not paid their debts within a given time range and to remind them of their overdue payments.
In addition, the dunning wizard keeps track of a customer's "payment behavior" in the database to deliver this important information to appropriate organizations.
The dunning wizard considers the following transactions and documents:
1.Open A/R invoices (including partially paid and partially credited)
    2.A/R credit memos
3.Manual journal entries with at least one row posted to a customer
    4.Opening and closing balance transactions
    5.Incoming payments
To access the wizard, choose Sales - A/R Dunning Wizard.
    Prerequisites:
To run the Dunning Wizard, you have defined the dunning levels and the dunning terms as follows:
You have defined the dunning levels by choosing Administration > Setup Business Partners > Dunning Levels.
    2. You have defined dunning terms in Administration > Setup> Business Partners > Dunning Terms. The dunning terms are based on dunning levels, and contain parameters and values required for the dunning process run.
You have defined the default dunning terms in Administration > General Settings > BP tab > Default Cust. Dunning Terms.
You have defined dunning terms for customers. (Choose Business Partners Business Partner Master Data Payment Terms tab Dunning Term field.)
You have used the following options to exclude any relevant A/R invoices from the dunning process:
? To exclude a specific invoice, display it before you run the wizard. On the Logistic stab, select Block Dunning Letters. You can deselect the option later to include the invoice in the future dunning process.
? To exclude all invoices created for a specific customer from the dunning process, display the Business Partner Master Data record for that customer. On the Accounting tab, select Block Dunning Letters.
    Process:
You choose Sales - A/R > Dunning Wizard
and follow the steps listed below. In each step you choose Next to proceed to the next step of the Dunning Wizard, choose Back to return to the previous step, or choose Cancel to cancel the Dunning Wizard creation
Step 1: Wizard Options. You select whether to run a new Dunning Wizard or to load a saved one.
Step 2: General Parameters. In this window, you modify a name of the default Dunning Wizard and choose a dunning level.
Step 3: Business Partners - Selection Criteria. You choose a range of customer codes for the Dunning Wizard.
Step 4: Document Parameters. In this window, you enter the range of the posting dates to include in the Dunning Wizard. In addition, select the relevant document types.
Step 5: Recommendation Report. In this window, you enter a new due date and select invoices that are included in the Dunning Wizard for each customer.
Step 6: Processing. In this window, you select one of the following options to process the Dunning Wizard:
? Save Selection Parameters and Exit
? Save Recommendation Report as Draft and Exit
? Print Dunning Letter and Exit Result:
If you print dunning letters, SAP Business One creates the dunning letters and saves the dunning run. In addition, the dunning level and the last date of the dunning letter are updated for invoices included in the dunning run. When a dunning letter is created for a customer, the business partner master data record is updated. On the Accounting tab, the Dunning Date field displays the date on which the dunning letters were created for the last time.
To view the history of dunning letters and the list of all invoices, choose Business Partners > Business Partners Reports > Dunning History Report.

  • Dunning costs and Dunning letters

    Hi to All,
Any body can help me out, In this regard.,
In the report of Dunning cost(Sendiing Dunning letters to customers)., Customers are showing but company code was not showing. How can i get the company code for those customers.
And one more thing was customer dunning letter cost also showing differently for Customers(for one customer $ 2 and for other itwas variated to $2.50 likewise).
Where I can see the dunning letter cost per customer.
    Thanks If in advance,
    Dara

    Hi,
Line items should reach minimum number of days, referring to the due date of net payment, to reach a certain dunning level.
In FBMP check you dunning interval. If line item has reached interval maintained for 2rd and 3rd level then items will not be dunned.
Also check dunning levels for your dunning procedure in FBMP.
If you find no problem with dunning settings then, activate additional log for the dunning run to identify exact reason for the problem.
    Thanks!

  • Dunning letters excluding credits

    Hello,
I am experiencing problems with my dunning letters. When using the wizard and selecting my BP I can clearly see credit notes on the recommendations report however when I come to print the dunning letter, it is omitting it from the report. Why would this be?
When running through the wizard I have the following things selected from Step 4:
    Document Type:
Include Payments Not Based on Invoice = ticked
Include Credit Note Not Based on Invoice = ticked
Include Manual Journal Entries = ticked
Posting Date: From = is left blank   To = 20.05.10
Due Date: From = is left blank     To = 20.05.10
    Letter Parameters
Allow Negative Dunning Letter = ticked
Display All Open Items = ticked
When i move onto Step 5, I can see my C/N reference for credit note. I then click 'Next' again to get me onto Step 6 and select print. Again the Dunning Letter is omitting the credit note.
Is this likely to be an issue with the layout or is this how works in that credit notes don't get printed?
    Regards

    Hello Bhanu,

  • Dunning Letter XML not displaying XML version of Dunning Letter

I have changed the Output Format for "Dunning Letter Print from Dunning Letter Generate" to XML. Is there any specific setup required to generate the appropriate XML for the Dunning Letter?

    Kit
It is definitely possible to use XML Publisher for dunning letters. I would suggest your sample run did not select anything for dunning as the XML looks correct otherwise. The problem with this approach is that it is not a single step process to get the letters. You will only ever get XML from the dunning letter print report as there is nowhere in the submission screen to tell it what template to use. Therefore you will need to modify the after report trigger to submit the XML Report Publisher concurrent program to automatically pick up the XML and create the letters.
You might want to look at the standard functionality in collections or advanced collections (not sure about collections but definitely in advanced) as there is some standard functionality in there for Dunning which uses XML Publisher templates. The setup is a bit onerous (not sure what the developers were thinking) but at least you can use XMLP as standard.
    Cheers,
    Dave

  • Dunning letters with smartforms

    Hi everyone,
I want to use the standard smartform F150_DUNN_SF to create dunning letters but I can't select it in SPRO > FI accounting >... > Dunning > Print
    I can only select SAPscripts.
I've already done the note which consists in changing the FM FI_PRINT_DUNNING_NOTICE to FI_PRINT_DUNNING_NOTICE_SMARTF with FIBF transaction. Nothing happened. There's still no way to select smartforms...
Does anyone know how to manage it ?
    Thanks,

    Thanks for your answer
I have begin to assign print program for dunning notice in the transaction FIBF.
On the SAP Business Framework: Business Transaction Events screen, from the menu bar choose Settings -> P/S function modules -> u2026 of an SAP appl.
In the Function module box next to FIFI, I have enter the print program FI_PRINT_DUNNING_NOTICE_SMARTF.
and I have save the changes.
In the transaction FBMP. Dunning Procedure : Dunning texts
when i do display for for ZF150_DUNN_SF.
I have the message : Form ZF150_DUNN_SF language EN is not available in client 120
    Message no. TD131.
I have see OB96 but I have a problem with the creation for my driver program.
    I use the smartform F150_DUNN_SF.
    I create a copy : ZF150_DUNN_SF.
    I create a driver program :

  • Dunning Letters SAP 8.81

    Hello,
I'm just setting up Dunning Letters in our system. Our customers terms are 30 Days from End of Month.
I have finished designing the letters and they are fine.
    I have 3 dunning levels.
    Level 1 - 7 days late
    Level 2 - 14 Days late
    Level 3 - 21 days late.
I would like 1 Letter per BP - with the BP receiving the most sever letter i.e. 3 if they are beyond 21 days.
Could you please check below and see if this is now setup correctly - as the first time I ran it I had selected "Apply Letter Layout by Highest Level" and I only got Level 1 letters. Or is it the case that Level 1 letters must be generated prior to Level 2, prior to Level 3?
    Thansk,
    Tim

  • Credit Notes on Dunning Letters

    Hi experts,
I have created dunning letters to print from the dunning wizard but I have a problem.
The credit notes (credit amounts) are grayed out in the Recommendation Report step and I can't tick / untick them. Also, the Credit Notes do not appear on the dunning letters.
Any idea what I can do please?
    Thanks,

    Hi,
Thanks for the input, but as far as I'm concerned, MHND table contains entries (fields ZINST, ZINSS, ZSBTR, WZSBT) which reflect the most recent interest calculation, based on the interest rate provided in OB42.
So f.ex. if I have defined two interest rates for the same interest indicator, one of which is valid from 01.01.2011 while the second should be valid from 01.05.2011, after executing the dunning run with dunning date set for 01.06.2011, the MHND table will be updated with the interest calculation which is valid from 01.05.2011.
I was hoping that it would be possible to display two rates, based on the (for example) due date in the following manner:
IF the due date is prior to 01.05.2011 THEN the interest rate should be equal to A
ELSE the interest rate should be equal to B
I guess without the changes to SMARTFORM it's not possible.
    Anyway, thanks for you answer.
    Thanks and regards

  • Sending 'Dunning Letters' via Email ? - -has anyone succeeded ??

    Hi
Has anyone had any joy with sending Dunning letters via email at all
We can get it to work via FAX , but get the following error when trying to send via email
    'connection error on node'
even tho, there is nothing wrong with the node at all
via SCOT , we have the default conversion as 'raw text to txt'   which works with everthing else
If we change to 'raw text' to 'pdf'  we actually get two PDF's - one is blank however
When viewed via SOST, you cannot open it straight up, you have to open an attachment
when we queried this with SAP, they say that dunning letters are set up to open as attachments
The function module is almost identical to that used by statements and remiitances, which works absolutely fine
I have posted this on a more technical forum as it is not an FI issue, it is a technical problem, which i hope someone has come across and able to resolve for us
    Many thanks
    Tony

    Hi
Have you see SAP Note 1042992 - Dunning by mail w/ SAPscript: Introductory text w/ attachmnt? Please, check the steps that this note suggests. At a release 46B I did with the enhancement F150D001 (at ECC 5.0 it is too), and you have a demo coding in include LX150F01.
    I hope this helps you
    Regards
    Eduardo
PD: I forgot, according your coding check what is the email address for the customer, if the customer doesn't have email, then the letter goes to the SPOOL order. Check it in the include ZX* or in the BTE.
