E-commerce website with problems after problems?? HELP

Basically I have quite a few accounts that have an online store but I have no problems with them and then I have one client that has problems and problems from day one (over a year ago) . I have contacted bc support over 14 times and Sage over 18 times and no one seems to be helping me. There all blaming each other. I now have the client threatening to leave me which is very upsetting when the problem does not lie with me and he is a very big client of mine. So I was just wondering whether you guys have had these issues and whether you could maybe shed some light on the problems im having to help me resolve them.
1) We had a customer today that put through an order. It says it hasnt been paid ao it says amount paid £0 http://www.sealandgov.org/payment.jpg, so no email has been recieved about this etc like you would expect. But... the order did go through and it shows it on Paypal?? So its not a good thing as an invoice hasnt been generated and the gift will never be sent because no one know about it???
2) This is the worst of the worst part. This problem has been outstanding for over a year and still has not been resolved. I have still on going cases with Adobe but no one replies to me. I ve been waiting for over a month and its still open and no one has responded back to me??? Great customer service guys?
Well basically the customer is with Sage pay. They want to have recurring products to be purchased so they have chosen Sage which is fine.
When someone tries to buy an item that is recurring from the website it comes up with an error 4006   andit will put a £1 payment through regardless to whatever the total or product prices should be. On Sages side they say that Adobe is trying to make a defered payment that is why, Adobe tell me that the system does not do defered payments. Then Sage show me details of what they are being sent which shows its defered??? So basically I dont knopw what to do anymore the customer still cant have recurring products on their website otherwise the whole order just goes through for a £1 which is useless and not a recurring payment either.
3) Error 4042 : The VendorTxCode has been used before for another transaction. All VendorTxCodes must be unique.
I have done this myself testing out the payment side and so have a huge amount of other people. Basically once the shopping buy form has been filled out they go over to 3d secure, If they enter the password incorrectly for their card. The second time roung they will not be able to put a card through regardless to whether it is correct or not. The reason for this 3d secure wants a new transaction no because when the password failed they will not allow that transaction no to gopt through anymore. but the system will continue to try and put the same transaction no. through so it will keep failing till the customer clears the cart and starts again?????
4) yes theres plenty more but the above are more important to me and the client. So I would be really greatful if someone out there somewhere can actually help me before I have a nervous breakdown.

Paypal error for  no.1 ticket is #18761
Error for recurring with sage is no.2 -  .Ticket no. #13689 which I now assume is being ignored. So was #12128 and # 0183641828 and #0183532657. I have had calls with everyone and a million live chats to resolve but  sage and you guys both tell me to call each other but nothing ever resolves it. Sage say its you, you say its Sage??
another sage error 4020 I dont know whether this relates to any of the above  #0183532657
I have alot of cases on old and new ticket support but above are the main to start with, I also have alot of calls to adobe support and live chat that i have no recordings for but the above will hopefully help.

  • IMac 4,1 with recent upgrade from Tiger to Snow Leopard....problem after problem after problem...PLEASE HELP!

    I purchased our iMac 4 with Tiger OS X some time ago (2007) and until recently had absolutely no problems....and then, we met the Snow Leopard. I added the 2GB of memory without a hitch. Backed -up what needed to be backed up to an external hard drive, check. When I tried to install the Snow Leopard disc, it would only install partially or not at all and after almost 16 hours of trying to figure out where I went wrong, I took it to the Apple Store. They said our "antique" slot disc was malfunctioning (only playing CDs because of the different laser calibrations) and they performed a clean installation of Snow Leopard by external USB drive. Ever since we got the computer home it has been a NIGHTMARE! The computer freezes constantly. It runs much slower than before we performed the upgrade (even with an out dated Tiger!!), sometimes it doesn't even boot completely, leaving only the white screen and I'm going crazy! Finally, I get on to Safari without it freezing 15 minutes after loading (angles singing) and tried to purchase a software that will copy my iPod to the new iTunes. An error popped up politely stating that I had made a "BAD REQUEST - Your browser sent a request that this user could not understand. Reason: Your speaking plain HTTP to an SSL-enabled server port. Instead, use the HTTPs scheme to access this URL, please." Since he asked nicely, I clicked on the supporting link for more information. Now there is another error message "Your copy of Safari is missing important software resources. Please reinstall Safari". I have gotten this message twice before.
    I know I can always take it back to the Apple Store, however, if I can try to diagnose the problem myself and save the strain of throwing it through the Apple Store's window causing a frustration inspired ruckus, I'd consider it a good day. Does anyone have the slightest idea what might have gone wrong? And is it really worth the aggravation (or apprehension hehe!)? Should I throw in the towel and purchase another one?
    Any help or input would be graciously appreciated!!

    Sorry for your pain! I would say since you have an open case with the Apple Store (they did something you say had a worse effect than before) you have a right to go back and continue, I would think. We could try to sort it out but it sounds like it could be fairly complicated. Four years old isn't that terrible, but it's not surprising to hear of CD drive problems. I think it is worth another trip back. Then you'll know better if it's time to buy new. And a refurb is cheaper than one of those plate glass windows!

  • Problem after problem with my Z10 - Help/Advice needed

    Hello all, last night around 11pm I checked for any new software updates for my Z10 and one came up, I click it and it downloaded fine, installed fine and asked for a reset, I clicked and off it went. Seems it took a while to load up after that, eventually when it did I had many things missing such as contacts, all the apps had moved around and some diappeared.
    After looking around the internet I decided to do a security wipe and start fresh, so went into settings etc and entered "blackberry" to start (I removed my SD card before this). Phone went off and came back with a paper shredder icon and a blue spinning icon underneath, great?.. well no because after 2 and a half hours it's still on the same thing. I looked on the internet and it's suppose to take 15mins? also isn't it suppose to say "security wipe in progress" ?
    Very confused on what to do now, any help would be appreciated greatly!

    Try to format the player. Use Fat, Fat6, or Fat32 when formatting the player NTFS is not supported.

  • Ios5 is one problem after another, HELP!!!

    does anyone know how to get recover ios 4.3.3 after updating to ios5? i updated my itunes and ipad this evening and after finally gettin it to go through(after 6 hours), all my apps have been wiped clean(like ive just downloaded them, and my photos are gone.any help is thankful.

    The upgrade process starts by asking you to make a backup and ends by asking you if you want to restore from that backup. Saying Yes to both reloads all your previous contents.
    If you made a backup, but did not resttore from it, connect to iTunes, right-click on the iPad's name under Devices, select Restore from Backup. If the backup was not overwritten you may be able to save your photos.
    Otherwise, everything on your iPad should always be synced to and transferred to your computer, so you can reload it thru iTunes. If you did that, just sync the iPad again.
    Keeping a backup copy on another hard drive is also recommended.

    Okay...well my computer crashed so I just recently have begun to connect my iPod again. First the computer didnt recognize it, so I somehow installed something to make it recognize it...but now I have no idea how to make iTunes recognize it. Its just blinking "do no disconnect", sort of frustrating. can I have some help please?

    The "Do Not Disconnect" screen will continue to stay displayed on your iPod, simply because you either have Disk Use enabled, or you are manually managing your iPod's songs.
    If you are automatically syncing songs to your iPod, then disable disk use.

  • 5800 PROBLEM AFTER UPDATE HELP!!

    I updated my 5800 Xpressmusic to v40.0.005.C03.01.  Everything seemed to be ok until I needed to send a message, when I realised that the full-screen keyboard was not an option for entering letters!! HOW CAN I BRING IT BACK??

    The answerbuttons are ARROWS which you will need to swipe your finger over - from one side to another.

Following Apple advice, I went back and restored it to one of my older saved libraries but now my library has loads of songs missing, that are currently on my iPod(mini). I am afraid to plug my iPod into my computer incase it automatically updates and I lose tracks..about 300. Can I turn off the automatic updating, and if so, how?

  • IPod Problem after problem after problem

    Is it just me, or are there a rediculous amount of problems with iPods? They really are an appauling piece of kit! I had an iPod Mini:
    I had the Do Not Disconnect error all the time;
    I had the -36 error all the time (why not put out a proper flipping error message, that means absolutely nothing to a user!!!!);
    it sometimes didn't update all the songs;
    iTunes didn't always recognise it;
    I got an error message to say there was an unexpected error with iTunes nearly everytime I connected it (this being the first time I connected after I had loaded up my computer);
    So I thought, maybe I just got unlucky with this iPod.
    Well......I decided to buy an iPod Nano! I'm thinking this might be a mistake.
    I've had it one week, one week!!!! and just look:
    I've had all the errors I had with my Mini apart from the -36 error;
    First time i use it, not all the Album art had updated;
    then I started to get Cannot read or write to iPod error;
    Now the whole flipping thing has gone busted! I get the error with the Folder and exclamation mark which says contact Apple support website.
    I'm just appauled with the whole thing. Just an unbelievable amount of problems with them!
    I've searched about on Google to see if there are problems with Sony Walkmans but can't see anything! I may just get shut of it - stick with Sony, always come up trumps with quality kit!

    I also have that error {-36} problem in my ipod nano! I dont know why it always disconnect itself after updating itself automatically when i open the itunes. Like the mini, the nano should be on the "DO NOT DISCONNECT" shouldn't it? I've always had to disconnect and reconnect for me to avoid the {-36}, sometimes i'm lucky and sometimes i'm not. When i'm not, it shows the {-36}. When i am lucky, it does it automatically. I just dont know why it always disconnect it self automatically. When it disconnect and you try to sync it, it shows the {-36} What do i do to stop this from happening? It really gets tiring to disconnect and reconnect just to put music or to sync the photos in the ipod nano. I had follow these steps shown in http://www.apple.com/support/ipod101/help/2/#3 and it still doesnt help. I've done the update on the windows, and the software interferance? I do not know which program that might be interfering with the ipod nano or the itunes? I know i have zonealarm antivirus, mafee spyware, and ad aware but i dont know if they are the cause of this. Do you think it can be the ipod drive, damaged maybe? I've reformated 2 times and i think that should be enough but still the same problem. Somebody please help me!

  • Nmh 410 problem after problem

    after the latest firmware update, my nmh 410 was un-usable so i reset back to original firmware.  all was good for a couple of days and then the media hub became un-usable again.  could not access the configuration page, it would tell me that the password was incorrect, etc.  tried numerous times to reset back again to no avail.  called tech support and worked with them for about an hour and was told to try a different hard drive to see if that cleared up the problem.  bought another hard drive and installed it.  same problem as before.  i am going to get a RMA but i need to get my files off the hard drive from the media hub before i can do that.  plugged the hard drive into an external sata dock but windows cannot see the disk or its contents.  i cannot send this media hub back without copying the files over for back up first.  can anyone please tell me a way to do that?  does the media hub use a linux based format on the drive or is their a program or something that i could use to back up the media before sending it back thru RMA?  I guess if all else fails i could go out and purchase another 1tb western digital hard drive exactly like the one in it and hope they dont notice, but i dont like to be shady and really dont have the money to keep dropping on this media hub.  i really just want my music as most of it that copied over to the media hub was lost afterwards from a hard drive failure on my server.  that was my only back up.

    Depending on what type of filesystem the NMH uses, getting Windows drivers will be difficult. And disks have been put into RAID-0 or RAID-1, then it will be almost impossible to use Windows.
    Why not doing it much simpler and getting one of the several Live CDs for Linux. For instance, www.ubuntu.org or www.kubuntu.org and get a live CD image, burn it to a CD or put it on an USB stick. Use unetbootin (available for Windows also) to create a bootable USB stick with Linux.
    Boot Linux from CD or USB stick, then try to mount the eSATA disk. If the distro detects the disk it should be shown; for instance, Kubuntu (KDE) pops up a small window above the task bar where you can pick your disk, et cetera.
    Attach another USB disk and just copy the data from the NMH disk to your other disk.

  • N95 problem after problem after problem

    I decided to get the N95 last december as a little xmas treat for myself little did i know that this phone has been the baine of my life ever since then its broke once already, apperantly i broke the solder points on the board, surley if there weak then there not fit for purpose, i took this up with my provider in the end i paid to get this repaired only for it to go again, i've not bothered getting it done since then, then to put the cherry on the top of my love affair with this phone it kept powering down and then staying off, i bought a new battery, a new charger but it never stopped it then it switched itself off and wouldnt switch on i took it to my local care centre to be told it has to be sent off but you'll get it repaired for free or a replacement as it happens all the time with these i waited for two weeks, called today and was procedded to be told that nokia will not repair it under warranty as its something to do with the board being warped and fualty and thats my fault.Plus the fact i have to pay £20 to get my phone back how crazy :-(
    After choosing the N95 i wished i had not and i can say that i shall never get another nokia in my life ever, I've spent three hours on line triyng to find contact details and email address of customer care and complaint people but all i find is a generic contact us email form.
    I hold no hope for this situation to be sorted and have the possiblity now of a lengthly and costly legal battle over a N95 repair, which i believe should of been done as i believe all parties concerned have broken the

    Regardless of the outcome of this mess I hope you do understand that what you've had is just bad luck and possibly bad faith on the part of your network operator. There are many, many satisfied users of N95 handsets − I think they're about the most popular handset in the UK now − because it really is an amazing piece of kit.
    Don't let this experience dampen your enthusiasm for the brand as a whole. You could have had equally bad luck with any brand. I still think that Nokia handsets are easiest to use, feature-packed and very well-built on the whole (except when circuit boards are warped...)
    Also bear in mind that most people posting to forums like this one are, like you, people who have had problems, so don't let the fact that there are very few positive postings extolling the virtues of Nokia phones lead you to believe that nobody likes them!

  • 8900 Problem after problem!!!

    On my fourth 8900 from T-Mobile now in about 5 months. 
    First one was replaced after tech support could not get it activated and email set up correctly.
    Second chrome on the accent strip started peeling off.
    Third screen failed after one week
    Fourth, turns off by iteself and can not restart w/o removing battery.  Goes into the "boot" phase i.e.white screen and clock for no reason.
    I have had a tremendous amount of bad luck with these.  My wife has the same one and never had a problem.  Think I keep getting refurb crap as replacements. 
    Anybody else have these isuues?
    When it works, it works great.  Unfortunately it not very often.

    I'm sorry to hear you've had a bad run with devices.
    As for your current issue, have you tried a complete software removal and then reload? This is not by using the desktop manager, but via loader.exe
    Please make sure you have the latest version of Device OS installed onto your pc then follow the instructions below..
    ***If you would prefer to completely remove the current OS and load the new software in; please close down desktop Manager, go to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader.
    From here, double click the 'Loader.exe' and follow the onscreen prompts.
    On the last screen before you select finish, click the advance option and make sure both the checkboxes are ticked to remove all current operating software. Do not select to back up the device during any stage of the operation.
    If your issue is resolved, put a checkmark in the green box that contains the resolution.

  • Websites jumbled up after update - help?

    I updated to safari 6.0.5, and now ebay and other sites not displaying correctly, they are not aligned, picture don't display correctly. iTunes is the same, neither of the movie or music preview artwork is showing.
    i tried the other browsers, chorme, firefox, the same problem is happening with them.

    Please read this whole message before doing anything.
    This procedure is a diagnostic test. It’s unlikely to solve your problem. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
    The purpose of the test is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party software that loads automatically at startup or login, by a peripheral device, or by corruption of certain system caches. 
    Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards. Boot in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. Note: If FileVault is enabled on some models, or if a firmware password is set, or if the boot volume is a software RAID, you can’t do this. Ask for further instructions.
    Safe mode is much slower to boot and run than normal, and some things won’t work at all, including sound output and  Wi-Fi on certain models. The next normal boot may also be somewhat slow.
    The login screen appears even if you usually log in automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin. Test while in safe mode. Same problem? After testing, reboot as usual (i.e., not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of the test.

  • Problems after problems

    These problems started yesterday night. Programs were either blank or invisible. When moving the window, it creates a dragging/stuttering effect. Another problem was Paint not
    having enough memory or system resource even though I have closed every open windows. I can't even access the pictures on my camera. It detects the camera, but when clicked on it just shows a blank page.
    I have tried the following antivirus software with no success:
    Adwcleaner
    Malwarebytes
    SuperAntispyware
    RogueKiller
    My operating system is 32-bit.

  • Having problem after problem.

    i am having problems setting up the router. i have the wireless router WRT54G. It came with the ethernet cable...so when i run the easylink advisor i plug the one cord in the outlet and then plugged the ethernet cord in the internet cable box. but the computer can't detect the router. my cpu is HP pavilion and i am running Windows XP. the guy said i didnt need any more cords...in the Easy link adivisor it points out to connect the computer to the router but i don't have a ethernet sized hole in the back of my computer and a another little problem is that my xbox 360 is picking up the router when i plug it in the outlet....but the DNS isnt being verifed. thanks for any help and/or suggestions.

    there should be a RJ45 connector in back of your pc. the network cable goes from router to back of your computer. look around for a network card in the back of your pc. you can check your hardware list as see if networking is listed.
    To identify your hardware
    1.
    Log on to your computer as an administrator.
    2.
    Click Start, right-click My Computer, and then click Manage.
    3.
    Under System Tools, click Device Manager.
    4.
    In the right pane, expand a category to find the hardware you need to update. The name shown in Device Manager identifies your computer hardware.

  • Problems after problems since the new update

    Ever since updating my ipad air two days ago I have had nothing but problems. At first I thought it was probably my internet connection and got all that fixed. everything works except my Apple devices.  Safari does works but is a little slow. I follow steps of resetting WiFi connection  but that didn't work. I tried everything and nothing is working. Is anyone else having the same problem I am having? did you get it resolved? this are some of the problems I am having.
    Can't update any of my apps
    Can't download any new apps (not even on my cloud)
    Can't access youtube or facebook

    Have your reset your your router? Power off your Wi-Fi router for 30 seconds. Then turn it back on. Also reset your iPad. Press and hold both the Home button and the Sleep/Wake button continuously until the Apple logo appears. Then release the button and let the device restart. You will not lose data doing this. It's like a computer reboot.
