Erreur de téléchargement depuis le creative cloud

Bonjour, ça fait plusieurs jours que je ne peux plus télécharger mes applications depuis le creative cloud. J'ai un message Erreur de téléchargement.

J'ai eu le même problème, et j'ai donc la solution :
- Avant tous il faut vérifier si tous fonctionne bien depuis un autre compte admin sur l'ordinateur  "créer un nouveau compte admin si vous n'en avez pas",
dans le cas ou tous est ok depuis un autre compte cela veut dire que c'est un problème de permission de dossier
il faudra donc suivre cette procédure " qui à fonctionnée pour moi  :
Réinitialisez les paramètres d’accès dans le dossier de la bibliothèque du compte d’utilisateur.
N’effectuer cette tâche que si le compte que vous dépannez est un compte d’administrateur et qu’il a un mot de passe.
Chaque fichier et dossier d’un volume Mac OS X a un propriété de style Unix et des paramètres d’autorisation. Ces paramètres déterminent les comptes d’utilisateur qui ont accès au fichier ou dossier et ceux qui ne l’ont pas.
Une application Adobe peut avoir un comportement inopiné pour un compte en particulier si les paramètres d’accès au dossier (ou sous-dossier) des bibliothèques de ce dernier sont endommagés ou mal limités. Vous pouvez utiliser les commandes Unix chmod et chown pour corriger ces paramètres. Procédez comme suit :
Dans le Finder, choisissez Aller > Accueil. La première fenêtre du Finder va au dossier Accueil du compte de l’utilisateur. Prenez note du nom qui s’affiche dans le titre de cette fenêtre Finder. Ce nom est le nom court de l’utilisateur correspondant au compte d’utilisateur. (Ce dernier est nécessaire pour terminer l’étape 3.) 
Ouvrez l’application Terminal, située par défaut dans le dossier /Applications/Utilities. 
A l’aide de l’une des commandes ci-dessous, sous forme de modèle, saisissez une commande réelle dans la fenêtre Terminal, puis appuyez sur la touche Entrée. (Une fois la touche Entrée actionnée à la fin de la commande, une invite de mot de passe s’affiche. Saisissez le mot de passe du compte d’utilisateur et appuyez de nouveau sur la touche Entrée. Le mot de passe que vous saisissez ne s’affiche pas à l’écran. Ce comportement est normal.)
Important : chacune des commandes ci-dessous est un modèle, et non la vraie commande que vous saisissez. Dans la vraie commande, remplacez nom d’utilisateur par le nom court identifié à l’étape 1. Tapez le nom court en lettres minuscules. (Sous Mac OS X v10.4.x, saisissez le nom court à deux reprises, séparés par le signe deux-points. Sur Mac OS X v. 10.5.x, saisissez le nom d’utilisateur court suivi du signe deux-points et du mot staff.)
Modèle de commande sous Mac OS X v. 10.4.x :
sudo chown -R nom d’utilisateur:nom d’utilisateur ~/Library
Modèle de commande sous Mac OS X v. 10.5.x :
sudo chown -R nom d’utilisateur:staff ~/Library
Saisissez la commande ci-dessous exactement telle qu’elle s’affiche, puis appuyez sur la touche Entrée.
sudo chmod -R 700 ~/Library
Quittez le Terminal. 
Ouvrez l’application Adobe et essayez de reproduire le problème. 
Si le problème persiste, passez à la tâche suivante.

    No hourly charge that I'm aware of, Creative Cloud Membership is a kind of subscription to products with some additional services, you can get a year long or monthly subscription. You pay monthly with both though.

    Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you.
    Please go to your profile page for the forum, and look in the middle, right at the top where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.
    Under “My Support Cases” you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. This should be checked on a frequent basis as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions.
    To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe".
    Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.

    N'ayant plus accès à Creative Cloud qui a cessé brutalement de fonctionner, je l'ai désinstallé et ai téléchargé le set-up de la dernière version. Puis lancé le téléchargement de CC. Or, à mi-chargement, un message apparaît : Creative Cloud set-up a cessé de fonctionner et je suis obligée de fermer la fenêtre. Pouvez-vous m'aider ? Comment puis-je mettre à jour mes produits Adobe sans ce programme ?

  • Why was I charged tax on Creative Cloud mid-subscription?

    I subscribed to Creative Cloud in April 2013. Monthly payments on my statement were $29.99 until the October 2013 payment. For that invoice, there was an additional amount of $1.02 for tax. Considering that I had just receievd an email about the security breach at Adobe and subsequently changed my password, I contacted Adobe support via chat to investigate this change in my monthly charges. The rep (Victor) could not provide an answer as to why, at this particular time, the tax started to be applied to my subscription. He repeatedly informed me that I needed to fill out a tax-exempt form in order for this to be cleared up. Which never answered the question of why the tax appeared mid-subscription. If there is some valid reason (e.g., my state, Colorado, started collecting sales tax for online purchases beginning in October), I will gladly pay the tax. I cannot seem to verify anything with the state government. I am just trying to get an answer about why the tax started when it did. Thanks. Chris

    Hi everyone,
    I heard back from Adobe's billing department why this occurred. Adobe registered to start collecting sales tax in the following eight US states where we had not previously. This change went into effect in the September or October of this year. These are the states where Adobe started collecting tax where it wasn't previously:
    ·         AL (Alabama)
    ·         AR (Arkansas)
    ·         LA (Louisiana)
    ·         MS (Mississippi)
    ·         ND (North Dakota)
    ·         SD (South Dakota)
    ·         WY (Wyoming)
    ·         WV (West Virginia)
    The change was also mistakenly applied to AK (Alaska) and CO (Colorado).  Customers in these two states which were charged in error are being credited back the amount of the incorrect tax charges. I will post back once this is completed.

    You would have to contact Adobe Support directly to see if that is possible.  It might require cancelling and opening the account on the desired date.

    En déplacement, j'ai entrepris cette semaine d'installer Edge Code pour travailler sur un 2e ordinateur.
    Seulement, lorsque je me connecte à l'interface web de Creative Cloud (compte gratuit), impossible de trouver Edge Animate ou Code (Inspect manque aussi à l'appel). Ne sont visibles dans la rubrique outils et services Edge que Web Fonts, TypeKit et PhoneGap Build.
    Aucun message ou indicateur visuel me précisant la raison de cette abscence.
    Est-ce que le compte gratuit n'autorise qu'une seule installation ? (auquel cas, comment désactiver une installation précédente ?) Est-ce que Edge Code requière une certaine configuration que mon ordinateur présent ne rencontre pas (portable 8ans d'âge, Windows XP 512Mb de RAM intel Celeron M, ...) ? Est-ce que ... ?
    Le problème n'est pas incourtournable (l'ordinateur est de toute manière limité et il reste toujours le Notepad) mais il est tout de même un peu plus pénible de répondre aux questions de maintenances ou de continuer à tester des nouvelles fonctionalités.

    J'ai eu le même problème que vous, je vous conseillerai d'essayer dans un premier temps :
    dans l'application creative cloud, accéder sur > l'engrenage > préférences > Général
    dans l'onglet général, vous trouverez Paramètre et cochez "toujours appliquer les mises à jour de Creative Cloud pour bureau (droits d'administrateur requis).
    votre ID adobe apparaît, cliquez sur le bouton "déconnecter" et relancer l'application.
    sinon, j'ai trouvé aussi ceci que j'avais essayé dans un premier temps mais qui ne donnait rien sans se déconnecter du cloud.

    I have logged in on Dreamweaver CS6 and I cannot see my partner site. How can I edit it?
    This is a known issue. For paid partners (Standard or Premium) you can use the workaround described below:
    export one of your sites as an .ste file
    Open the .ste file in another text editor, and modify it
    Replace the :
    httpaddress with your partner's site URL address
    secureURL with your partner site secure URL
    siteid with the site ID of your partner site
    Save the .ste file with another name
    Import this .ste file into Dreamwaver, choose a local root folder

    I'm trying to login to Dreamweaver CS6 with my Business Catalyst credentials, and it doesn't work. What credentials do I need?
         You can login to Dreamweaver CS6 with your Adobe ID. If you haven't merged your BC account with an Adobe ID account, you'll need to merge it and then you should be able to login.
    How do I access sites in Dreamweaver with an Adobe ID other than the one linked to my Creative Cloud or Dreamweaver subscription?
          Dreamweaver defaults to using the Adobe ID from your subscription to avoid the inconvenience of logging in multiple times. To use a different ID, just click the "Logout" button in the lower-right hand corner of the Business Catalyst panel and log in with a different Adobe ID:
    You'll need to have a file open in an existing BC site for the "Logout" button to be visible. Logging out will not affect the Adobe ID used in conjunction with your Dreamweaver subscription. To change the Adobe ID for your subscription, click Help -> Deactivate.

    So the webBasics Creative Cloud cannot be upgraded directly  to the webBasics+ level for now.

    Depuis deux mois, je ne peux plus mettre à jour mes applications.
    Le panneau "Apps" de Creative Cloud m'indique systématiquement : "Erreur de téléchargement. Réessayez ou contactez le service de clientèle".
    J'ai essayé plusieurs fois les solutions proposées (réinstallation de Creative Cloud et nettoyage des informations de connexion de l’utilisateur mises en cache), mais ça ne change rien. Je suis donc bloqué.
    Par contre, le panneau "Actifs / Fichiers" fonctionne sans problème.
    Quelle est la solution ?

    essayez de supprimer le dossier AAMupdater qui se trouve à cet endroit:
             ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/
    J'avais le même problème que vous et cela a fonctionné.

    Je viens d'acheter un nouvel ordinateur (mac) et la fenêtre de créative cloud m'indique une erreur de téléchargement : "l'installation de Creative Cloud ne fonctionne plus" et une fenêtre "Error Starting Creative Cloud avec la mention "error 13 s'affiche à l'écran. J'ai beau désinstaller et réinstaller, rien n'y fait.
    Merci de m'indiquer la marche à suivre.
    A noter que cet ordinateur est le deuxième sur lequel je veux installer CC.
