    That's is funny, you got a wicked sense of humor!
    Is there a question in your message ?
    I am sorry, is this twitter, where you just blog your updates? No! this a forum where you come if you have problems. Sometimes, you are over burdened with problems and you forget to mention "Please help" or any other obligatory line, requesting a solution. But any considerate person with even half a brain should understand that.
    It's a very commonplace mistake and you exactly know that I have a problem and I am seeking help here.
    Instead of trying to act over-smart and arrogant, you could have easily ignored the post and moved on.
    If you want answers, you should learn how to post questions on a forum...
    You may be an administrator/moderator here, Sir, but you lack the very basic skills of humility and understanding.

    ORA-12154:
    TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified
    Cause:      A connection to a database or other service was requested using a connect identifier, and the connect identifier specified could not be resolved into a connect descriptor using one of the naming methods configured. For example, if the type of connect identifier used was a net service name then the net service name could not be found in a naming method repository, or the repository could not be located or reached.
    Action:
    - If you are using local naming (TNSNAMES.ORA file):
    - Make sure that "TNSNAMES" is listed as one of the values of the NAMES.DIRECTORY_PATH parameter in the Oracle Net profile (SQLNET.ORA)
    - Verify that a TNSNAMES.ORA file exists and is in the proper directory and is accessible.
    - Check that the net service name used as the connect identifier exists in the TNSNAMES.ORA file.
    - Make sure there are no syntax errors anywhere in the TNSNAMES.ORA file. Look for unmatched parentheses or stray characters. Errors in a TNSNAMES.ORA file may make it unusable.
    - If you are using directory naming:
    - Verify that "LDAP" is listed as one of the values of the NAMES.DIRETORY_PATH parameter in the Oracle Net profile (SQLNET.ORA).
    - Verify that the LDAP directory server is up and that it is accessible.
    - Verify that the net service name or database name used as the connect identifier is configured in the directory.
    - Verify that the default context being used is correct by specifying a fully qualified net service name or a full LDAP DN as the connect identifier
    - If you are using easy connect naming:
    - Verify that "EZCONNECT" is listed as one of the values of the NAMES.DIRETORY_PATH parameter in the Oracle Net profile (SQLNET.ORA).
    - Make sure the host, port and service name specified are correct.
    - Try enclosing the connect identifier in quote marks. See the Oracle Net Services Administrators Guide or the Oracle operating system specific guide for more information on naming.

  • Error SAP Web Dispatcher

    Buenas tardes estimados,

    version 1.0
    J2EE4070400
    J2EE       ServidorDeSolman     50000     LB=1
    J2EES     ServidorDeSolman     50001     LB=1

    P4HTTP     ServidorDeSolman     50005     LB=1
    JC_MIASRV00_LCS_00
    ServidorDeSolman     50018
    Como podemos observar solo arroja info del stack de java y los puertos java pero no arroja la info del stack de ABAP.
    Tambien por el webdisp realice esta prueba via linea de comandos en el cmd:
    C:\usr\sap\WEB\SYS\profile>sapwebdisp -checkconfig pf=WEB_W02_MIASRV00

    제품 : ORACLE SERVER
    작성날짜 : 2004-05-20
    <DISPATCHER HOLDING 되는 ERROR 해결을 위한 SGA 계산>
    ====================================================
    PURPOSE
    Dispatcher Holding Error를 해결하기 위한 SGA의 크기를 계산한다.
    Problem Description
    *error 사항.
    dispatcher 'D000' lost listener 0 contact, re-establishing.
    dispatcher 'D000' encountered error connecting to listener 0
    ora-600[2130]
    ora-4031
    *결론 : 이 error 사항 해결은 SGA 조정 후 모두 해결을 보았다.
    다음은 RC의 PMS DB의 shared memory 의 조정 사항과 현재 사용 중인 shared
    memory의 측정량이다.
    문제점:현재 하루에 한번씩 system 이 오후 2시쯤 되면 (busy time) 서서히
    느려지다 down 되는 현상이 발생하고 있다. Error는 ora-4031 이어서 일단은
    shared_pool 을 늘리기로 하였다.
    (1) kernel parameter 인 shmmax 를 40M 로 증가
    (2) shared_pool 을 25M 에서 35로 증가
    Workaround
    none
    Solution Description:
    ***<별첨> 참고로 이 ora-4031 error 가 정말 shared_pool 이 부족한지 ,
    shared_pool 에 fragmentation 이 많이 일어 나서인지를 check 하기 위해
    우리의 SGA 영역 사용량을 측정해 보았더니 이는 busy time 인 현재
    31757960bytes 로 의외로 많았다. 물론 이 계산은 대략적이지만
    이 계산대로라면 오늘 system 이 down되지 말아야 한다.
    이의 양 계산은 아래와 같이 하였다.
    1) 임의의 1 user 의 session 을 check :
       select sid from v$process p, v$session s
       where p.addr=s.paddr and s.username='KHPARK';
      SID
           39
           41
           42
           60
    2) 각 session 의 최대 memory 양을 check :
    select value from v$sesstat s, v$statname n
     where s.statistic# = n.statistic#
    and n.name = 'session uga memory max' and sid=42;
    이 4 session 의 mamory 의 average 는 대략
    (803648 + 11552+ 63024+110896)/4 =247280 byte 이다
    현재 시각 의 (오후 2시 40분) v$session 의 count 는 112 이므로 session 당
    최대 memory * 동시 접속 user 수= 27695360 byte
    3) Total shared SQL area 는
    SQL>select sum(sharable_mem) from v$sqlarea
    3318365 입니다.
    아침 9 시 30 분 시각에는 16459248 으로 이는 변화가 많은 것으로 생각된다.
    4) PLSQL sharable memory 는
    SQL> select sum(sharable_mem) from v$db_object_cache;
    를 실행 시 744235 byte로 오전 DB startup 바로 후의 1332021 byte와 차이를
    보인다.
    이를 계산해 보면 현재 시각의 shared_pool사용량은 2)+3)+4)=31757960 bytes
    이다.

  • Modidy the Web Dispatcher Error message

    Hi,
    Where do we modify the web dispatcher error message "500 Dispatching error" to a cutome message on the J2EE?
    Thank you.

    note says:
    Customization of 500 Internal Server Error
    This response code is returned when there is a problem with the application or the server. Any not handled Exception or Error triggers the return of response with code 500.
    To return different content on error occurance, you need to handle the error by inserting the appropriate declaration in web.xml.
    Sample declaration for handling of test.MyApplicationException occurances in the application scope:
      <error-page>
        <exception-type>test.MyApplicationException< /exception-type>
        <location>/customerrors/MyApplicationException.jsp</location>
      </error-page>
               Note1: For each error condition you need to handle (application exception use a separate error page. For all other exceptions use a global error handling definition for java.lang.Throwable.
    However you must be aware of the following:
    In case java.lang.OutOfMemoryError appears the subsequent behaviour of the JVM is undefined and this may lead to unpredicatable effects. Therefore the webcontainer will not pass such error to the error page for handling.
    If the following general definition
      <error-page>
        <exception-type>java.lang.Throwable< /exception-type>
        <location>/customerrors/WhateverProblem.jsp</location>
      </error-page>
    is in place, then the error handler resource is responsible for logging the error condition.
    This means the resource handling general problems if such is declared must be dynamic (a JSP page or a servlet not HTML page)
               Note2: Exceptions are searched in order of appearance in web. xml and not determining closest in class hierarchy.
               This is true for all patchlevels of J2EE Engine 6.20 and versions of J2EE Engine 6.40 lower than SP11.
    Therefore if test.ChildException extends test.ParentException extends java.lang.Exception and
    <error-page>
       <exception-type>test.ParentException</exception-type>
      <location>/customerrors/ParentException.jsp</location>
    </error-page>
    <error-page>
      <exception-type>test.ChildException</exception-type>
      <location>/customerrors/ChildException.jsp</location>
    </error-page>
    is specified in the web.xml of the application as exceptions are searched in order of appearance regardless if ChildException or ParentException is thrown, the call will be directed to /Customerrors/ParentException.jsp because ChildException is a subclass of ParentException..
    Working mapping would be :
    <error-page>
      <exception-type>test.ChildException</exception-type>
      <location>/customerrors/ChildException.jsp</location>
    </error-page>
    <error-page>
      <exception-type>test.ParentException</exception-type>
      <location>/customerrors/ParentException.jsp</location>
    </error-page>
    so you need to switch the declarations in the web.xml (effective on next start of the application).
    BR, Oliver

    Hello Sonia,
    Can you ask your network team to monitor the traffic between primary and virtual host when you try to start java i.e STARTING_APP as it tries for 20mins and stopped.
    I had the similar issue but with App server.Its almost the similar condition.Our network team managed to open some ports and removed the firewall.
    After that issue got resolved..
    Hope it helps

  • Struts2 WAR giving error when running on WebLogic 10.3.5

    Hi All,
    I have created a Struts2 web application in Eclipse in Windows. I tested it in Eclipse with Tomcat, it ran fine.
    THen I exported it as a WAR file.
    THen I started WebLogic 10.3.5 server from command prompt and deployed this WAR file through WebLogic console. Deployment was successful.
    When, I try to run this application from browser, I get error on WebLogic console as well as on the browser.

  • Error in saving .aspx pages after editing the XSLT

    Hi,
    I am developing a SharePoint 2010 web app and I had to do some modifications for a .aspx page which has a data form web part and I am encountering following issues:
    1. After selecting the web part, when trying to modify the filter criteria of the data source, the "group" and "ungroup" buttons are seen as disabled and the option of editing in the XSLT editor is also not visible.
    2. after editing the XSLT, knowing that there are no issues if I try to save it an is showed saying null value issue and asking whether to allow scripts to run in this page r not. After choosing either yes or no, when I try to preview it in browser I get
    an error in the place where I have the data form web part saying error with web part try to edit it in SharePoint editor such as SharePoint designer.
    3. this is happening only i try to edit the code but no matter how many copies I get from the original page, they are correctly previewed in the browser unless I try to edit it.
    your kind support or suggestions are highly appreciated as I am unable to fix this
    thanks.

    Data you are changing is on the frontend. You need to pass data to backend (server). The static method 'dispatch' of control framework class (CL_GUI_CFW) is used to do this 'manual' synchronization. It is sort of helper method of control framework (which is basis for ALV controls) and is independent of ALV controls (cl_gui_alv_grid etc.) that are used.
    Try putting this code as suggested and check.
    short code would be (without error handling)
    CL_GUI_CFW=>DISPATCH( ).

    hope any else is having the same problem hope someone can help me in this. thanking
    you narendran

    Hello,
    The prerequisite for this error is a problem with the acceptance of a new network connection (for example, by a SAPGUI).
    This function fails for example, if not enough file-handles are available for the process:
    After this error occurs, the dispatcher has to close and reopen its listen-socket. If the dispatcher cannot connect to the port (sapdpXX), this is viewed as fatal and the application shuts down.
    Because of inherited sockets on the workprocess, the dispatcher reconnect fails and the application server shuts down
    So check u r MMC for yello light for further diagnosis..
    Thanks
    give reward points for the same

  • Error during approval of customized Work Schedule Substitution Request

    Hi Gurus,
    Good day!
    Just wanted to check your inputs on an error encountered during execution of a customized application done for the MSS approval of a work schedule substitution request
      Application error occurred during request processing.
      Details:   com.sap.tc.webdynpro.services.sal.core.DispatcherException: Wrong WebDynpro-URL: no application name specified
    Exception id: [E41F13C50EFA007600000227000011180004AAD57AFD5474]
    In simple terms, what does this error mean and what are the items that we need to check?
    Regards,

    The error means the dispatcher can't find the WebDynpro application.
    1. Make sure the Business package which contains the application is installed properly (most likely not).
    2. Make sure the PCD-Path / Folder which contains the iView has end user permissions.
    3. Also check whether the System ID the iView corresponds with has end user permissions.
    Also, please always post the entire error log, most of the time the errors are nested and analyzing an error with only the thrown error (which isn't the root cause) is like pulling teeth :-S
    regards, Lukas

    Hi Brian
    which datasource u r using?
    i think u used read only LDAP + Databse
    when u chang the password for user in portal than after corresponding user password in LDAP directory are not changed thas't why it's generated a message that
    password expires and u can't change the password
    so try to change the password in LDAP also.
    hope it's helps u.

  • SOAP Request Error in OSB Console

    Hi,
    I'm just learning OSB, and I tried to test out a web service project that I'd built. Hi Palak,
    If you are talking about the weblogic test client for the web service, then yes I was. Also, since my last post, I tried to run the business service by copy-pasting the WSDL generated by the server and using it to create the Business service, and it works fine. The results are wrong, but the error is gone. So, I think that I can safely conclude that the problems lies i the WSDL. I haven't been able to pinpoint the source, unfortunately. Comparing the two also turned up nothing. As far as I can tell, they are both semantically identical. But to let you judge for yourself, here's the server-generate WSDL:
