Error in uploading customer orders..?

Question

Hello gurus,
those who have worked or working on singleview,pls help
we have a system in which all customer orders are uploaded in "Order_..... .xml" format.
these orders xml's with a max line limit of 40 get uploaded on my current configuration(ubbconfig.tpl)
but if i have a order xml of line above 40 ,i need to change the configuration temporarily
so i take down the application ,change the mode,& up it on a new configuration..
this is hectic..it takes a lot of time...(even for a "single" such file ...it takes 30-40 mins )
Most of the times...we get a "TIME-OUT " error if we try uploading such file without changing configuration...
i was thinking of increasing "TRANTIME" ..but still directionless...

i take down the billing application;
i have a simple script which looks like this:

now i run this script with "-load" as my argument & start the application.
On this configuration,i can upload "those" files..
once done,i again take down the application & run the same script with "-old" which is nothing but my actual & original configuration (ubbconfig)
This whole procedure takes a lot of time...
i tried to find out diffrences in both these configuration files:
i found following few:
ubbconfig tmunloadcf.ubb
SYSTEM
ACCESS PROTECTED FASTPATH
RWDB 1 MIN=24 MIN=30
{i am focusing on this RWDB 1 as this is required for creation of services & xml parsing during order uploads.}
TRANTIME 300 3000
I am not able to post both these files on forum...!!
But this is what the scenario is.....i am trying for a solution so that "n" numbered order xml can be uploaded without taking application downtime.
