Exception message during planned order creation

I am coming across a situation wherein am creating a planned order for Semi-fininsh good, but the problem is that am getting an exception msg "15" against the planned order created whihc states that "Reschedule out". Can somebody tell me the significance of this message, when am reviewing the overview tree for that order am not  seeing any message for the downlevel components. Expecting a positive response.
Regards,
J K Tharwani

Hi Jitendra
Logic behin EM 15
It means to postpone the operation i.e. reschedule out the process if the receipts lies before my requirement.
Rescheduling horizon is also linked to it. Check in OPPQ
It defines the period for bringing the reciepts inwards i.e. prepone the receipts which are required to be considered for rescheduling.
If your receipts come before your requirements system will give this EM 15.
Opposite to above is EM 10 i.e. if receipts lie after your requirements
Go the dates of your planned orders and compare it with your receipt date. U will get idea

  • Warning message during sales order creation

When I create sales order sytem gives me following message. Please guide me
Reorder point for item 000010 has been exceeded: 1 STR
    Message no. V1108
    Diagnosis
You have entered an unusually large quantity in item 000010.
Materials management agreed on a reorder point for this material. Only after this quantity is exceeded, procurement for the material is initiated.
Since the schedule line quantity exceeds the reorder point, it is
possible that there is not enough stock at the time of delivery.
    Procedure
Check whether you have entered the right quantity and whether the unit of measure is correct.
Inform the materials management department about the large order quantity in item 000010, to ensure that the quantity entered for the item can be delivered.

    Hi Bhushan,
Just go to MM02 and put your material and then go to sales org 1 tab.
Over there just check out min. order qty.
If you have maintain some value over there then request you to remove that if not required.
Other wise make the order greater than that quantity.
If still problem exist then let us know
    Regards
    Raj.

  • Capacity check during Planned order to production order conversion

    Hello Gurus,
I have a strange situation during capacity check.
While Converting the planned order to Production order, I release the order and I don't get any warning. All work centers are available
But for the same material/quantity/dates, if I create the Production order manually, release it, system check the capacity and I got the message the Capacity Over loaded (which is correct also as there are overload on the work centers).
My question is why I am not getting this message while converting the planned order to production order.
There are overload on the work centers and manual creation of Production order is working fine, but problem is during planned order to production order conversion.
For information, I have maintained Finite scheduling indicator in OPKP, capacity availability indicator "NO CHECK" is also blank in OPJK.
It will be grateful if you can please help me here.
    Thanks in advance,
    Sandeep Kumar

    Hi KK,
    Thanks for your feedback.
I have checked all these settings but still no success.
I am surprised but it is not a customizing issue I believe, because capacity is checked in Dev client while converting planned order to production order. I am facing this issue only in Staging client.
Master Data is same. In CM01, in Quality(Staging) client, it is showing overload. while creating production order, it shows overload but only when convert from planned order to production order, it does not show overload .
Please suggest what else I need to check.
    thanks in advance.

  • 100% advance payment during sales order creation

    Dear Experts,
One of our international client is having one requirement for collecting the 100% advance payment from customer during sales order creation itself. Our customer is in Germany.
For high risk customers they want to collect the advance payment for 100%. And if this 100% advance payment was not paid by customer then, sales order should not be processed.
And during regular sales invoice creation the same down payment also needs to be displayed in the invoice as advance payment.
Is it possible to setup this process using milestone billing.?? .or some other process is available to setup this process.
    Thanks for your cooperation.
    Warm Regards,
    Velmurugan

    Hi
Try with this with Credit management.Put High Risk with Error message.
When ever you will Create Sales Order it will Block due to Credit Chech. For this scenario Enter the Parking  Vale at F-66.
Then make a entry for Customer-CR to BANK-DR.
    This may solve ur requirement.

  • Activities to be avoided during Planned Order conversion

    Hi,
I would like to know whether we need to avoid any other activities during production order creation  by converting the Planned Order. Actually we faced a issue that one component is missing in the Production Order that is created by converting the planned order. When we check the BOM explosion and BOM components details, everything is ok, moreover backflushing is enabled for the missed component.
So i would like to know does we need to avoid any other activites during convertion of a planned order to a Production Order to avoid missing comonent in the Production Order. If yes, please mention what activities need to be avoided so that both produciton order and planned order components matches.
    Thanks in advance

    Hi,
Check your BOM and its components valid from date. For the missing component may not be valid on the day when you have created the planned order. If you want to select the BOM again, in the order you can read the master data, then the system will reexplode the BOM and it will copy the latest components.
If some BOM component is not copied in the planned order or production order, the reason is that particular material may not be valid on that particular day. Please check and correct the same.
    Regards,
    V. Suresh

  • Planned order creation IDOC

    Hi Experts,
i've a requirement where i need to develop a custom IDOC for Planned order creation. is there any standard IDOC for Planned order creation and if it is there then provide me the complete details like IDOC name, message type name, posting and selection program names etc.
if i need to create a custom idoc then wht is the procedure for it.
    Regards
    Faisal

    Hi Abdul,
You can use the below details for achieving the below requirement:-
    Message Type :- LOIPLO
    Basic Type      :- LOIPLO01
You need not create any custom IDOC type as we are having a standard IDOC type available within SAP, but you need to write a custom function module to read the data from the IDOC segments and then call the below BAPI to post the Planned Order.
Check the input parameters of BAPI and gothrough the documentation of the Basic Type in WE60 transactions, whether all the necessary input parameters of the BAPI are covered in the standard IDOC type, if not then we need to customize the standard basic type to meet the requirements.
Bapi which needs to be used is BAPI_PLANNEDORDER_CREATE.
I think all these inputs will solve your purpose.
    Thanks,
    Mahesh.

  • Exception Message 30 "Plan process according to schedule"

    Dears ,
In exception Message 30 "Plan process according to schedule "
What is the action should be taken by MRP Controller
    Regards
    Rami

The meaning of EM 30 is as below
30: Plan process according to schedule
i.e.For one of the following reasons, the (non-firmed) order proposal could not be planned on time:
    - On the basis of backward scheduling, the system calculated a start date in the past. The system automatically switched to forward scheduling and planned the order proposal in the future using the in-house production time or the delivery time
    - On the basis of the planning time fence and a fixing type, the order proposals are moved to the finish date of the planning time fence. With this logic, order proposals must be correctly planned manually.
The date displayed is the date on which the receipt is to be available for materials planning. This contains the goods receipt processing time. If this is not equal to zero, the necessary goods receipt date is also displayed for information purposes.
Hence the exception is displayed in the MRP list along with the rescheduling date.Hence MRP controller need to manullay reschedule the order as per the rescheduling date given in the rescheduling column in MRP list in MD05. If you cannot reschedule practically, then you need to talk to the concern so that requirement date can be postponed to match the rescheduled dates.
Example requirement date - 30.08.2008 for 100 qty
after running MRP the planned order date given is 25.09.2008
against which system will show maessage 30 with reschdule date as 30.08.2008 as it is required on 30.08.2008.
Now how system behavious is as below
the planned delivery days for this item is say 30 days.
Hence from 30.08.2008 system does backward scheduling and reaches today i.e. 24.08.2008 and then go for forward scheduling to give the date as 24.08.2008+30 cal days i.e 25.09.2008 and displyes the EM as 30 with rescheduling date as 30.08.2008. Hence it is upto MRP controller whether he will convince purchase dept to get the material with in 30.08.2008 or ask the production people to wait till 25.09.2008.
I hope you understood, if not com beack.

  • How to make material availability check work during Work Order creation

    Hi Experts,
    Kindly advice about these matters:
    1. How to make material availability check work during Work Order creation?
My requirement is Work Order can not be created when it has missing parts. I have set the config to '3' can not created when is has missing parts, but it still does not work.
I have implemented SAP Notes 1148139 on my system (SAP ECC 6 Ehp 5) also, but still does not have any effect.
I must not set the config Res./Purch Doc creation to 'immediately', because it does not fit to my user requirement. Is there anyone knows how to solve this requirement?
    2. How to make information message/ Availability check screen appear when sparepart is missing, without clicking Availability Check button? for example: appear when clicking Save button.
    Thank you

    Hi Maheswaran,
I have implement the prerequisite notes. (Notes 790219 and 1034962). Do you know why it is still does not work?

  • How to ignore Assembly Scrap of MRP during Production order Creation

    Hi All,
We want to ignore the Assembly Scrap maintained in MRP View during production order creation.
We are maintaining assembly Scrap for planning so we do not want to remove that.
Please let us know if any User exit is there during Production Order Creation.
    Thanks,
    Amit

    Dear Amit,
Assume in CO01,once after entering the total order quantity the system proposes the scrap quantity field separately, now
remove this quantity for scrap field and press enter and once again adjust the total quantity and check for what quantity the
system is proposing the BOM components.
check whether this works for your requirement.

  • Capacity check during sale order creation

    hi,
      i have the following doubts,
    1. During sale order creation i need capacity availability check for that i make settings, its working good,if i put the order in the evening time but system take the start time as morning shift starting time.can any one guide me to take the time as the order creation time. and also help me how the system check the capacity.
    2. During sale order creation , if suppose capacity is loaded means it will show a pop up with the name capacities with overload,
Here i need the clarification how the system calculate the requirements and requirements order, capacity load, from where the system get the information for these calculation.
    Muthamil

Hello, you are working with a make to order scenario, that means that a planned / production order must be created to address specifically your customer requirement ??
By standard SAP you can have a capacity availabily check once the production order is in the creation phase....but this should be too late for you.....

  • Availability check during production order creation - Missing parts details

    Hai Gurus,
I have one problem during Availability check when converting Planned order to production order.
    1) A- is the finished material, which has A1 to A7 components.
    2) A2 is the procured item with safety stock and it has safety stock also.
    3) When sale order is created , the material A2 is reserved against the planned order for finished material - A.
    4) so when availability is checked during planned order stage , system says no missing parts, when planned order
is converted to production order system says missing parts for component A2, which is stock and reserved against
         planned order
    5) Checking rule for Production order is maintained as follows,
         a) Include safety stock.
         b) Include reservation.
         c) Include sales requirement
         d) Include deliveries.
         e) Include dependent reservations.(x)
         f) Include production orders.(X)
         g) Check release for stock transport orders only.( A)
So now i don't know where I went wrong , so that the system could consider the safety stock of Component A2 which is in stock and already reserved against planned order and it does not show missing parts when planned order is checked.
Waiting for your positive feed back.
    Regards,
    Sekar chand

    Dear,
What checking rule you have maintained for planned order.???
As what i can understand by your question that you have maintained to check reservation only in production order not in planned order. Or one important thing mostly people configure to reserve material only after release or creation of production order. Are you reserving material at planned order stage.?
Check these things. you will automatically find the answer. Hope it will help you. Revert back for more clarification.
