EXS24 puts .exs after some instruments, refusing to load the samples?

With Logic 7.2.1, I'm using some SampleCell instruments that were originally imported into Logic 4.8 EXS24. Then, I moved that fully working EXS24 folder over to my new Mac.
Many of them play perfectly, and I can watch as the samples quickly load into the EXS24.
However, when I access some instruments from the menu, I get no error msg, but no samples are loaded - and ".exs" is appended after the instrument's name in the menu.
I'd think if it couldn't find the samples, it would ask me where to find them?
How can I resolve this?

ESX has Factory samples on your hard drive
and then the new instruments you create yourself.
If you truly have a User Instrument in ESX it should be under Edit(just to the right of the Instrument pane on ESX)/Instrument/Open.
If it is not there you might be screwed.
The only sure fix is create a new instrument (same Edit window) New/ Zone/ Import Multiple Samples/(Browse for the files) Add All/ Add/ will import the Samples into a new instrument then Instrument/ Save As...

Welcome to Apple Discussions
Ableton.com recommends disabling Energy Saver, fullscreen mode, and Exposé. I would recommend putting the 1Gb of RAM, you will find a better result. I suggest going to the Ableton.com website and looking for more troubleshooting issues.

How do you continue a game app on a restored device that refuses to load the old game?

I have recently today restored my device since I have frogotten the orignal password to my iPod at that time. I reinstalled all of my apps, and most of them seems to load the old game I had on my device (thanks to my GameCenter account). But, there are 4 games that refuse to load the old game. Flutter: Butterfly Sanctuary, Mini Pets, My Talking Tom, and Naughty Kitties. The only game that mentions my game saved on my GameCenter account is Flutter, saying "Sorry, your Flutter account is already associated with a differnet GameCenter account." Flutter still plays from the start.
What I am trying to say is that there are games I redownloaded that will not connect to my GameCenter account after restoring my iPod. Is there any way to load my previous games back onto my restored device? The only app I really want to keep is Flutter, because I had made a lot of progress on it.
I'd recommend a person who's experienced with the apps I have listed to answer my question, but if anyone else knows a thing or two, go for it.

Just what do you mean by "refuse to load the old game."?
He means the progress of the game. Like where he was, what level he was on, his lives, etc.
As for the OP, restore from an old backup and use lllaass' directions. Then restore as new.

My Iphone 3G stopped booting and failed to start. After some time, I have restored the Iphone OS using Itunes (ver 4.2). Itunes restored it successfully, but the Iphone didn't responded and remained the same.except apple logo, nothing is displayed.

Some URLs refuse to load

Certain URLs are refusing to load. These are URLs that I formerly accessed without difficulty, but starting around 8/24/06, they stopped loading. (I access hundreds of URLs every day and these are the only ones I can't get to.):

The address bar shows only the http:// part highlighted -- that's where everything hangs. (I have no DNS server entered since that's optional, but I did try entering 4.2.2.2 and that made no difference.)
I've tossed my Safari cache, reset Safari, run Onyx maintenance routines several times, tried other browsers (IE, for example -- they can't load the pages either). Yet other people are having no trouble accessing the same pages under Windows. (I'm using Mac OS X 10.4.8 but the same pages wouldn't load under earlier Tiger versions back to .4 either. I'm also running NetBarrier 10.4.1.)
Any ideas?

Premiere Pro Refuses to Load the Correct Clip.

Oh man, Premiere has been hosing my projects with extreme prejudice and causing me to seriously question my sanity.
Here's what's going on.
I open an existing project and scrub through a sequence only to find that certain clips in the sequence seem to be random crap from other clips and not what I'd put there originally...
After closer inspection I've learned that what's actually happening is PPro is for some reason loading the wrong clips.
For example if I go to my video directory in Windows Explorer I can see by the thumbnail that the clips 00026.MTS and 00027.MTS are clearly different videos. I can futher confirm this by opening and playing them in windows media player.
PPro Refuses to believe it, however. It will allow me to import them and show them as two seperate files. But both clips in premiere show a thumbnail from 00026.MTS. And in both the preview, and sequence views it shows the video from 00026.MTS regardless of which I use. As far as it's concerned those two are the same video 00026.MTS.
I've tried rebooting.
I've tried running chkdsk (found no errors).
I've tried moving all the projects to a brand new drive.
I've tried deleteting my Media Cache and Media DB.
I've tried making the video offline then re-linking to it.
I've tried right clicking and replacing the media.
I've tried creating a brand new project and importing just the problem clips.
I've tried enabling and disabling GPU Accelerated Playback.
I've even tried unstalling and re-installing CS5.
I've tried going back to CS4 (I was running CS4 for a year, as I upgraded my projects I saved seperate CS4 & CS5 versions of each) Both projects are hosed in both applications.
I've pulled older versions of the projects from backup (that I know for a fact were good) and they open hosed as well.
I have found no way to resolve the issue.
I have 3 other projects exhibiting similar behavior with other clips. It's ruined any chance I have at re-rendering previous projects and stopped cold some of my new ones.
Bonus. It's driving me insane.
Is any one else experiencing this? Is there anything I can do? :-(

Stripping away the camera metadata will allow me to preserve my previous projects as they are.
But for current and future projects I definitely will be using the Media browser as my method of import as Jeff suggests. Allowing me to keep the camera metadata and not have my projects magically fall apart at a future date. :-)
Makes one wonder why right-click importing of MTS files is allowed at all when camera metadata is present.
I certainly had no idea I was doing anything wrong until several months later when projects I'd long since completed were (until now) inexplicably busted.

After Firefox update,some pages don't load the css + some google features and services do not work , what should i do?

I have recently performed the Firefox update to the latest. Since services from google.com such as youtube does not load properly, appears to be missing the css of it . Other problem that i have also encountered is that when I try to access my gmail account(already logged in), the loading bar is frozen at 0 % as if the JavaScript was not working fully. First, try to update to Firefox 11, it does have alot of security fixes and other bugs.
Then, if you still are having other issues, read [[Websites look wrong]], does that help?

Scanner scans document but refuses to load the file into photoshopo 9

After scanning and saving over 60 documents and pictures into a tagged folder in Photoshop 9 the program stopped allowing the saving of new files as the on screen instructions said the image already existed and that it was not a supported file. The image was saved as a jpg.
Please could someone advise me as to how to correct this problem?
The scanner will copy any document. The scanner will preview and scan any document via - file - get photos and videos - from scanner but, after agreeing the quality of the file and being told photoshop is transfering the image, the on screen message is shown and nothing can be saved.

to be more specific, on OTN (and in the 11g doc library) there is a small manual about how to install the examples media - called "Examples Installation Guide" (http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/B28359_01/install.111/e10402/toc.htm). this manual includes the URL and instructions for downloading the examples.

Safari switches between http and https infinitely; refuses to load the page and quits

Such problems have not occured with Snow Leopard while opening the same webpage.
Also apple mail quits everytime I get mail from Junk Mailbox manager at my University.
Startup screen freezes approx (1 in 5 times while restarting); dont know what causes it.
Has anyone had similar cascade of problems?? I havent installed any programs after upgrading to Lion!!!!

Can't use brushes after re-install -Could not load the brushes because the file is not compatible wi

I have CS3 Web Premium on an Alienware Area 51 M12j 7700i laptop.
Recently I had to wipe the HD and reinstall the OS, and everything else.
Photoshop deactivated, installed and re-activated fine, but when I try to use any brushes(except the default ones), I get:
"Could not load the brushes because the file is not compatible with this version of Photoshop"
This is weird as they worked just fine before I had to redo everything...
Anyone know what's the cause?

And it's not "a" file, it's "many, many" files, maybe 40 or so brush files.

BFF62048 Error after some time

Hello everyone,
I need CAN to communicate between a converter and our test cell. I use an NI PCMCIA-CAN/2 Card and LabVIEW 2012 SP 1. My program works fine but after some time I get an the error BFF62048. I know what it means but I don't know where the problem is nor how to solve it.
I use the Channel API for programming the CAN-communication.
The problem is I need to write at different timings on the can. Some messages need to be sent at 12ms others at 100ms. Therefore I initialized the messages in different tasks.
For CAN 1 have 1 readtask and 4 writetasks. For CAN 2 I have 1 readtask and 2 writetasks. I hope it is not too much for this little card.
The readtasks were both executed at 10ms after each other. The writetasks are executed in several parallel loops, except for one writetask. I need to send back an "alive value" immediately, so I read a value from my CAN-read-array and put it back on the CAN with a writetask. Which means I have to access the card 3 times in one loop.
I reduced the execution of my CAN-read-loop from 10ms to 20ms and the program runs much longer. (from ~30 min to 4 hours)
In my opinion the problem should occur immediately after I started my program not after some hours.
If someone have some advices for me, that would be great.

I use Labview 2012 (fully updated). Driver Version is 2.7.4
I don't think there is a problem with the bus load. Only 50 % of the capacity is used.
Unfortunately we are in lack of hardware, but I'm sure my code will work on a "real" PCI-CAN card. Is it possible, that the PCMCIA-card maybe has a problem with too many tasks? I couldn't find any information regarding the task limit in the hardware specification or I'm blind
