FCPX causes system beep during program startup

Question

Just today FCPX seems to be causing a beep in my computer when I startup the program.. I also just had one when I shut dowb the program.
It seems to beep when Compressor Settings are laoding in FCPX.
I trashed all of my preferences for FCPX, Compressor, and Motion.
I also thought hat it might be a problem with my FXFactory Plug.  I realized that there was an update the otehr day, whcih I assume was for the FCPX update.
I downloaded that and still got the beep.
I also downloaded my Coremelt V2 plugins again as well.
Any ideas?

BTW this is just an upate to the above message, as I forgot to mention a few things.

I am thinking that it's an issue with a plugin, as I checked the Console and noticed this  "Cannot find function pointer NewPlugIn for factory"
