Field Export Order to Spreadsheet

My form has a middle section that at times is hidden and sometimes is visible depending on what selections the users make at the top of the form. When exporting the data, Acrobat puts the data from the lower section of the form in the middle of the spreadsheet and the form middle section data at the far right side of the spreadsheet. I exported several forms - some with the middle section hidden and some with the middle section visible/completed.
Is there anyway to control the export so the order of the fields always remains the same wheather the middle section is open or not?.

Not sure how you can raise this issue, bug reporting procedures seem to be hidden away quite well ( I guess can understand why) !!
Actually, reporting it to the forum is an excellent way of "raising the issue."  Just about every post that I've read that claims to be reporting a bug has been looked at by an NI rep and acted upon, whether it be to acknowledge an old bug, request more information to create a new CAR, and even to update on the progress of the CAR.  I've seen threads updated weeks after the original post to update the OP on the progress of the CAR.

  • Acrobat 8 Professional - exporting data to spreadsheet issue

    When I export data from a data set to an excel spreadsheet, the "order" of the fields/items changes. This seems to happen regardless of the "tab order" I set on the pdf form or the "sort" feature option on the data set file. How can I control the order in which the items appear when the data is exported into a spreadsheet? For example, I want the data from the forms that includes the individual's name and demographics to appear in the first few columns of the spreadsheet, followed in subsequent columns by the responses to questions they enter.

    I'm using Acrobat 9 Professional and I'm having a similar problem.
    The data collected from multiple PDF forms comes into Excel great, but the columns are alphabetized by the name given to the form field in the PDF.
    I'm working with a form that has over 60 fields. My workaround so that the data in Excel will be in the same order as my PDF form is to put letters in front of the name of the form field.  Ex:  aName,  bAddress, cCity
    There has got to be a better method than what I am using.

    I have a basic dynamic form feild with Instances that allow a user to enter data in a Table Row then, if neededed, ADD another row/instance to enter more.
    The form worls well and is processed via Adobe.com Tracker.
    Tracker and the exports to .csv of the data adds all the instances of new rows to the END of the spreadsheet and tracker form responses dispaly..  In other words it seems to process the entire form and all its fields in order, ignoring any new instances, THEN goes back and begins collecting the instances adding them to the end columns of the response spreadsheet.  Would be much easier to parse/read/collect responses if any new instances were collected and recorded next to the same location where the first instance occurred.
    Hope that makes sense.  For example if I had:

    LastName
    Date
    field
    field
    field
    field
    dynamic field (with otpion to add additional items/entries)
    field
    field
    field
    filed
    The data collection would appear as:
    FirstName

  • Extra zeros in numeric fields when I create spreadsheet from data files

    I created a form with Live Cycle, and then in Adobe I use the option "create a spread sheet from data files" to import the answers to a xls file.
    I have two problems with this action: the first one is that I get 8 extra zeros in each numeric field, the second one is that fields are ordered by type and not by appearance.
    I tried a different approach importing directly in Excel, in that way there are no extra zeros and the order is correct, but I get just one form each time, and in a "stairways" fashion (i. e. first field in A1, second in B2, and so on)
    I'd appreciate any help

    Where do you find the command "create a spread sheet from data files"?
    Anyway i have a similar problem: when i export data in a .csv file and than i import it in excel, i always get 8 extra zeros... how can i solve the problem?

    First you have to create L/C in VX11N and while saving, system will generate a number.  Make a note of it.
    Now create sale order, select "Goto - Header - Billing.  Here there is a field "Financial doc. no".  Assign the above reference here and save.

    If you are adding a header field then you will extend the header structure in CRM and do the same with Item structures for Item fields. You will use EEWB or similar technique in the CRM backend to extend the header or item.
    These extended fields in the backed are available in customer_h or _i structures in the order object that can be read and modified in the Header BAdI or Item BAdi.
    If you think that this message is cryptic or not enough, then you should search for Extension Guide in this forum and read the document.

    Hi Noemi
    You can use the enchancement PPCO0007 (exit when the production order is saved).
    Use the function module EXIT_SAPLCOZV_001 (User Exit for Checking or Changing Header Fields During Order Save) to update the field priority starting the information in the material-customer info record.

  • F111 and payment method field 'payment orders only' deactivated T042ZL-XNOP

    F111 gives an error for a payment method: "Creation of payment orders is not supported. Message no. PZ588.
    Diagnosis
    Payment method B is configured so that a payment order is created. This function is not supported in the payment program for payment requests. This payment method is not permitted here."
    The cause is field 'payment orders only'T042ZL-XNOPO in FBZP of the payment method, which means no clearing of open items during payment run. Business reason for having this parameter activated: "As per the legal regulation in Poland, the vendor liability in your books cannot be cleared during Payment run.  The vendor liability in your books can be cleared only after receiving confirmation from bank about the payment having been made to the vendors account.
    Hence only Payment orders are created during SAP  payment run ( no FI posting) ..The DME files generated are sent to the bank. After the confirmation is received from bank ( via the bank statements imported thru EBS) that the funds  have been actually transferred to the vendor account, the vendor liability is cleared off form your books"
    I do not want to use F110 because I do not want to use customers or vendors but I want to use GL accounts. Business is against creating a separate payment method with field 'payment orders only' T042ZL-XNOPO deactivated.
    Any suggestion?

    Since your requirement is with reference to GL accounts then F111 is the correct tcode. Payment request is created (trx RVND) and in this case can be processed only by SAPF111S via trx F111.
    But to use tr. F111, a payment request should not contain a payment method, marked with "Payment order only" (tr. FBZP).
    In your case it is correct that such an error PZ588 is generated since such payment methods are not supported by F111.
    So please ensure that payment request may not contain a payment method, marked with "Payment order only".

    I would like to know how I can bring the field "Internal Order" to the material master, so I can create materials with assignments to internal orders.
    We want to create Sales Orders where when we enter on order item with a material, the internal order is derived automatically from the material master.

    Hello,
      in customizing under "Materials Management --> Purchasing --> Foreign Trade/Customs --> Control Foreign Trade Data in MM and SD Documents --> Incompleteness Schemas for Foreign Trade Data" you can create an incompletion procedure defininig the documents fields assigning a control type. Then in the subsequent customizing step "Foreign Trade Data in MM and SD Documents" you can assign the Incompleteness schema to each country code, choosing import or export.

    First of all you need to mainataiin Number ranges for T.code:SNRO
    1.Licence :J_1ILIC
    2.Are3 :J_1IARE3 
    3.Create License In T.code : J1ILIC01
    4.Create ARE 3  T.code: J!IA301.
    4. Enter the license details in the item tab of ARE Create document.
    on Posting  the ARE 3 document Quantity and Value will reduces from the Licence. you can check again in

  • Want to charge VAT on export order.

    Hi we are doing intercomanpy orders, the order are raised in Ireland, delivered from UK, they want to use the triangulation VAT, so we need to charge on the customer invoice at the current irish VAT rate 21% (even though this is an export order) the uk then inturn invoice IE via intercompany invoice, so all is leagal, but how do i get the customer invoice to use the IE vat rate???

    In T.code VA01
    item level data tab Account assignment there is field internal order , here if i created internal order that internal order should come automatically into that field
    e.g. i have one article / material for that i created one internal order where i put all expenses through T.code FB50 and i want to add sales revenue for that while creation of sale order i am putting internal order manually in T.code VA01
    so my question is  the same task can be possible automatically or not
    i have two thoughts
    1) either that internal order should assign to article or material master data or
    2) status profile has some link with internal order type (so by default link with internal order ) and there is provision in T.code VOV8 and VOV7 we can add status profile .

    IS IT POSSIBLE INTERNAL ORDER SHOULD COME AUTOMATICALLY IN SALES ORDER ITEM DATA ACCOUNT ASSIGNMENT TAB AS PER ARTICLE / MATERIAL

    I have an export Order For nepal with Pricing procedure (let us say X for all other countries other than India and there is no excise in it) but if i bill a Nepal customer i'm Liable to pay excise as it is applicable for Nepal only .
    How can i assign pricing procedure X to Nepal so that i can bill Nepal too with the same pricing procedure.

    HI,
    There are two ways to solve this problem.
    1. Make the country Nepal as local region of india
    Ex: 90 -Nepal
         11- Kerala
    Treat this sale as domestic sale ,becuse the sale will be in currency  INR  only . Assign the domestic pricing procedure .
    Create the order --> Delivery --> Billing --> Excise invoice .
    2. Treat this sale as deemed export , excise values will get calculate in the export excise invoice.

    i was creating export order for customer in nepal newly for i have created route also.now after creating sls order  at delivery, we get this error
    Create delivery" not allowed (Sys. status EXLS, object VB5007000003000001)Message no. BS051
    Diagnosis
    The status check for the status object VB5007000004000001 indicated that the procedure "Create delivery" cannot be performed because Sys. status LKD forbids it.

    Procedure "Create delivery" is not performed.
    Procedure
    If procedure "Create delivery" is to be performed, the Sys. status LKD of object VB5007000004000001 must be reset.
    Other statuses than Sys. status LKD can also prevent the procedure. This message does not tell you all statuses which currently prevent procedure "Create delivery".
