Filling Item Attached Data with Order Information

Hello Experts,
we run CRM 7.0 with EHP and have out Interaction Center connected to the CCS Simulator and it works pretty good.
We can demo varios szearions like incomming calls with automatic customer identification and forwarding the call to another agent including the customer information.
Now I want to include the Reference to a started order into the item attaced date such that the receiving agent gets the order and can complete it.
But I just do not manage ti include the Orderreference into the item attached date.
Can anybody help me?

Hi Michael,
Kalees is right, in order to include Orderreference into the Item Attahced Data you need to add this variable as a KVP (Key Value Pair) in your XML file on the CMS side.
Also, you have to add it in the CRM configuration for yoru CAD Group profile (for your Business Role) - transaction CRMC_IC_CAD.
Below, the  <Application id="Genesys-CAD"> - is the name that has to be the same as CAD Group profile in CRMC_IC_CAD.
After customer calls and enters the Order reference thru IVR, the result of XML will like like this:

    Once you Enter the order type and sales organization details in VA01 initial screen, if you enter into VA01 first screen,
    in the top you have an option to create sales order referenced with material/serial number, if you create an order referenced with serial number(/its called bumped order).But if you assign serial number for the line items through technical objects in EDIT tab its called normal order.
    So I want to know how to create those kind of order using "IDOC_INPUT_ORDERS".

  • Create event in GOS obj to trigger workflow while attaching data with GOS

    Hello experts,
    It is a little bit urgent.
    I have a scenario. We have to attach documents to SAP application using GOS. These documents can be edited also.
    Now second part is that when we attach the document or edit the document, the document should be send with the work item "when we attach the document".
    The first part of the scenario is completed and working fine. The second part of the scenario is causing problem. I have checked the various options but none of them are proving helpful.
    There is an option in GOS toolbar to send the documents through workflow but that also asks for the related workflow.
    I was trying to create an event for GOS object (Z object not a subtype of any other object) which can trigger the workflow automatically when the attachment are created and edited but can not go further with it as am not so strong in workflow. I ahve just created the event. Do I need to write some code for the event?
    I request you to kindly help me either in creating this event which will trigger the workflow (whole process) or any other method to do the same.

    Thank you for replying so early. The table point is very helpful but about the batch job I do not get it. I think the second option is good trigerring event on updation of table. But again I do not know how to do it as I have customized object so have to create the event from the scratch and that, sir, is my main problem.

    Thank you very much for your responses. I tried to check transaction MB51 but the customer is not displayed in the report. I found another report S_P00_07000140 that seems to fit the requirements. customer and posting date were also displayed in the generated report. However the SAP menu of this report is:

  • Attaching Data with FILESTREAM Direcotry - Access Denied

    I am trying to develop a configuration program that attaches a SQL Server R2 Express database that includes FILESTREAM columns. The attach works fine if I manually  give the NT AUTHORITY/NETWORK SERVICE account full privileges to the FILESTEAM
    folder using File Explorer.   NT AUTHORITY/NETWORK SERVICE  is the account that my SQL Server process runs under.  However when I try to grant the privilege in my configuration program the privileges are not granted.
    This is the code I am using to grant the privileges:

    Hi all
    I have a db with almost 1000 items master data with no movement. I want to remove them to import  a new list of items master data, but it's very difficult to do it one by one.
    How can I remove them all at once?

    actually there is no option in the application to do so.
    there is one option i can think of and for this you will have to write a simple DI add-on that takes the item code from the list (assuming you have the list of items you want to remove, you can get it with a simple SQL query) and remove them in a loop
    if you need the query to find the items with out transactions let me know

  • Send all line items of a sales order to IPC along with condition lines data

    We wrote some pricing routines in R/3, where while doing he calculations for condition line item, we needed to pull in the material information for previous line items. So we exported vbap and imported it inside the routine to be able to have access to all the line items in the sales order. Now, we need to put in the same kind of logic in CRM/IPC. My question is what would be the equivalent of SAP's(import/export) commands for internal tables in case of IPC. I looked at the BADI CRM_COND_COM_BADI but still do not see how I can send all the line items  data to IPC. So I guess, the question comes down to, how do I send all the line items of the sales order (whole VBAP in R/3 terms) to IPC along with the condition line data? Can someone please help?

    If you can get the list of Sales orders which has deleted line items and force completion status. You can manage them in BI via lookup  or navigation attribute.

  • Beginners question - making sense of form, item, pane & variable (with relation to where data is stored in the SQL database)

    Hi Everyone,
    I am new to writing reports (SQL code) for SAP, however I am aware that inside SAP Business One it is necessary to enable System Information (from the View menu) in order to see which tables (and related table attributes / column names) are related to various aspects of the various SAP 'modules' (e.g.: A/R Invoice).
    Using an A/R Invoice as an example I can see at the row (or line) level that an item with the description of 'Opening Balance Transfer' is contained in the table INV1, within the attribute (or column) called Dscription.
    However not every 'on screen object' shows a table / attribute. For example in the same A/R Invoice if I hover my mouse over the Balance Due field all I see is Form related information.
    My question is 'How do I make sense of the Form, Item, Pane, Variable information?', with relation to where data is stored within the SQL database?
    Links to online tutorials explaining how this feature of SAP Business One will be much appreciated, along with any personal advice regarding working with this information.
    Any (and all) help will be greatly appreciated.

    1.Here I am explaining use of each field except pane
    a. Form ---> Used in additional authorization creator
    b. Item, column--->Useful in creating Formatted search queries (FMS)
    c. Variable --> Some of the field values based on another values. ie. indirect values.
    d. INV1---Table name
    2. How to get variable?
    As per your second attachment, to get balance due ,you need doc total field from OINV table. For example,
    SELECT T0.[DocNum], T0.[DocTotal] FROM OINV T0 WHERE T0.[DocNum] = 612004797

  • Creating Query to show items from open sales orders with a/p invoice

    Hi experts,
    I am trying to create a query that will show what items/quantities are still in open sales orders that can now be filled by an incoming shipment of goods, processed through the a/p invoice.
    This needs to be done using subqueries, which I have no experience with.  I am trying to do this using the ORDR and RDR1 tables to show the open items from the sales orders and the OPOR and POR1 tables to show items just received in to inventory.  I would like the query to show exactly the open item's, their quantities, the posting date from the sales order and the customer name that can now be filled from the new shipment through the a/p invoice.

    I've installed SQL Server 2012 SP1 + SP server 2012 + SSRS and PowerPivot add-in.
    I also configured excel services correctly. Everything works fine but the powerview doesn't work!

    Based on the current error message, the error can be related to the
    Claims to Windows Token Service (C2WTS) and is an expected error under certain conditions. To verify the issue, please check the aspects below:
         1. The C2WTS Windows service and C2WTS SharePoint service are both running.
         2. Check the SQL Server Browser service is running on the machine that has the PowerPivot instance of SSAS.
         3. Check the domain. You're signing into SharePoint with a user account in some domain (call it Domain A).  When Domain A is equal to Domain B which SharePoint server itself is located (they're the same domain), or Domain
    A trusts Domain B.
    In addition, the error may be caused by Kerberos authentication issue due to missing SPN. In order to make the Kerberos authentication work, you need to configure the Analysis Services to run under a domain account, and register the SPNs for the Analysis

    I am working in a roll out project and facing issue in text repeating twice for the line item in the Purchase Order for the new company code for which rollout is happening
    Issue:
    Item text in Purchase Order getting updated with info. record Purchase Order Text
    01) PO Text is maintained in the material master under "Purchase Order Text" tab
    02) The PO text that is maintained in material master is getting updated in the Purchase Info. Record
    03) When Purchase Order is created, the "Item Text" gets updated in the Purchase Order automatically only for the new company code for which rollout is happening. when printed, this results in the text getting duplicated twice
    03.1) this behavior is not observed in the Plants/ Company code that is already Live
    Configurations in the system:
    The copying rules for the "Texts for Purchase Orders" is
    Source Object = "Info Record", Source Text="Purchase Order Text", Fix="*"
    We have modified the Purchase Order form to print one of  the condition types maintained for calculating the tax. Other than this there is no change to the plants that are already live.
    I could not locate any "Purchase Organization" / "Company Code" / "Plant specific configuration.
    Am I missing any configuration or where can I look in what is causing this error.
    Request help from the experts in the forum.

    There is no company/purchasing/plant specific customizing for purchase order text.
    The customizing copying rules for the "Texts for Purchase Orders" affects all equally .
    If the text in the purchase order in ME23N is already filled different to other plants, then you either have a modification in place, or the texts are differently maintained in the referenced data (vendor, material, info record, contract)

  • Third Party GRN Posting Date to be Copied to Sales Order Line item Billing Date

    Hello Experts
    I have a client requirement where in they want to bill line items in the sales order ( third party process ) to the end customer in sync with the GRN posting dates happened in the PO
    For EG if GRN happened on 1st July 2014 then Billing Date should come in as 31st July 2014 so when they execute VF04 giving from and to dates as 1st july to 31st corresponding sales order can be invoiced
    Actual problem is for suppose if i create a sales order in the month of june say 26th basing on the factory calendar setting and invoicing list maintained in the customer master system defaults the billing date to 30th June 2014 , and the same when user runs VF04 from 1st June to 30th June this sales order shows as due and mistakenly end user invoices the customer ( whereas logical GR would have only received in July 1st )
    My requirement is similar to below threads but i am unable to find answer how to copy GR Posting date to Billing Date of the sales order line item

    As my requirement is to update the billing date at the sales order line item level , As a process user goes in executes VF04
    For Ex
    Sales Order Created Date is 1st June 2014 then System Defaults Billing Date at line item to 30th June 2014
    Now when i do GRN suppose on 1st July 2014 for that line item , system should trigger a code where in check the posting date of the GRN and override the same in the Biiling Date field of the sales order line item
    So when VF04 is run for a month All the GRN which are recieved in the month of July are invoiced in July
    Please share me your thoughts do we need to check any userexits from MM side which reads the posting date of GRN and then copies in to my third party sales order

    I am trying to consume Find Sales Order Item Basic Data by Elements in .NET 3.0.
    Every thing appears to be working fine -- I could query by PO number, Creation time, SalesOrganisationID etc.
    However, the most basic query is mysteriously failing. I just want to query by Sales order number, and have given a valid sales order number 6718 that exists in SAP.
    It fails giving the following errors:
    (in Log.LogItem.Note variable):

    Code is pretty simple, and I am just trying to query Saler Order number 6718. Of course there is nothing wrong with its format.

    I could not even have any  documentation on what to put in InclusionExclusionCode, and IntervalBoundaryTypeCode.   • Sales Order Item Data & Sales Order Schedule Lines

    I have a Sales Orders cube which is pulling data from two DSOs (one for sales order item data and the other for sales order schedule data). The common fields between these two DSOs is the Sales Order number but in my cube I have dual entries for each Sales Order document (item and schedule info).
    Example of how the data looks now:

    Hi Matt,
        Its no possible If you are maintaining data at Order Level.
    Try to introduce one more ODS/DSO in between ODS's and CUBE by keeping Sales Order only key field. Load data from both DSO's in required fields only. Then PUSH delta to CUBE. In this why you can maintain 1 record. Try to compress cube(with delete Zero Record Rows) to delete unnessasary records.
