  • Table which stores SU01 Master Data (Telephone Number)

    Hi Experts,
We goto SU01 tcode to get the master data of SAP ID. I was able to track the table which is updated for all except the TELEPHONE NUMBER which is present there.
Could you please advice in which table the TELEPHONE NUMBER is stored ? I tries USR* and ADR* . Updating the telephone number in that table is not updating it in SU01 .

  • How to stop Outlook 2007 from changing my telephone number format?

    I'm using Windows 7 and Outlook 2007 (and Exchange 2007 SP1).
Now, in Outlook's contact, whenever I enter a telephone number, the stupid Outlook 2007 always tries to be smart and add brackets to the first few digits!  There's no brackets in tel number.  How could I make it stop from being too smart and changing anything?

I've found another PC with XP and Outlook 2007, but I still can't find any service called "Windows Dialing".  But I tried it anyway.  Guess what I got: in this computer, a normal local telephone format isn't changed.  But when the number is in long distance format, ie +XX YYYYYYY, Outlook 2007 stupidly removes the '+' sign in front of it!
I then tried in my first PC to see what would happen to international telephone number format.... it's OK, the '+' sign isn't deleted.
What a f**k!  What's this ____ called Outlook 2007 which tries to reformat things it can't understand??
I have exactly the same problem - I am in the UK and have a pile of UK numbers stored in international format (which most cell phones recognise and some generate automatically from incoming calls). So the number would be entered as +44 1234 56789. Outlook strips off the + and, because I sync with my pda, the numbers get exported to it in a broken state :-(
In the UK, we don't drop leading digits - to dial a number I either dial 01234 56789 or +44 1234 56789. We don't really use local numbers a lot in the UK - it doesn't make any difference within a local area if I dial the full code, just the local number or the international version. So there is no need for Outlook to do anything.
This is extremely aggravating - sure ly Outlook is not hard coded to use  US phone dialling methods?
There must be a way to disable the automatic parsing of numbers - if not it is bug that needs fixing, IMHO...

I'm trying to process my first iPhoto order and I can't get past the fact it won't accept my telephone number. Thinking this may be a format glitch, I have tried to get around this by spacing but no success. I live in Australia and the prefix is +61.  Any suggestions welcome? Yours in frustration:( CW

Experiment - or search these forums - someone discovered a solution and it was a format issue
The US format for phone numbers is 10 digits  AAA-PPP-NNNN - you do not include the 01+ here typically - maybe if you can out your digites in that format it will work
Hopefully someone from down under will tell how they do it

  • Changing Contacts telephone number format

Hi all. I bought an iphone 6 in USA and I am from Argentina. In the apple store (USA) the product was activated.
Do you know how can I change the Contacts' phone numbers' format so as to avoid the use of brackets () ?
I already selected the propper language for me (spanish) and the Region (Argentina) but the formats remain unchanged.
I still haven't placed a SIM into the iphone because I have to ask the carrier for a Nano-SIM which I do not have at the moment. May this be the problem? When I insert the new SIM I will have the right formats?
    Thanxs!

  • Formatting a telephone number

How can I display a telephone number in the US format (xxx) xxx-xxxx? I can't find a property similar to MASK in Jdeveloper. Is this formatting even possible? I tried to change the display on the view object but it is disabled.
    Thanks

  • Identification de BP by Telephone Number (ANI)

    Hi Guys,
I'm working with CRM 5.0 with ICI. In CRM the identification of business partner by canonical  numbers are not recognized correctly
If telephone numbers of business partners are transferred to the SAP System in canonical form (that is in the form 12345678), the identification of the business partner fails. In the Interaction Center WebClient does not recognize canonical numbers that have a "aa bbb ccccccc" format correctly (never found the bussiness partner).
I test directly in CIC (Interaction Center WinClient) and the manual identification of the bussiness partner fails (write the number in canonical in the field telephone, including country area).
The number in SAP in stored in canonical format, but I saved the number of telephone and SAP add the +country code if I review directly in the system (because depend of the country). In other words, in the field telephone the number is saved like 454589 (not plus , not country code).
    Any idea?
    Regards,
    Lyda

The SAP System, search the BP like the telephone number is saved in table ADR ...

  • Requisitioner's Telephone Number Query

We are using a custom template created using XML Publisher, to create PDF Email.
We have HR Self Service here, so people can keep their own contact details up to date, such as work phone number.
The work phone number is stored in the hr.per_phones table.
If I raise a requisition as an iproc user who has a work telno on their record, and then look at the resulting XML created via the PO Output for Communication concurrent request, the XML data does not contain the phone number of the requisitioner.
I was interested to find out if it is possible to include this information in the XML data, because it would be very useful to include the requisitioners telephone number on the
    Email PDF?
I have logged an SR with Oracle (no update yet)... I'm guessing the answer is no, not without waiting a long time for an enhancement request, but thought I'd check here too.
    Thanks

As far as i know PO Output for Communication report
is a Java concurrent program and not an oracle
report(i.e. rdf). So you have to customize the java
concurrent program which generates xml file.
Decompile the standard java concurrent program and
look into it how it is pulling the data and modify it
    accordingly.Yes and No -
PO Output for communication is a java program BUT it calls the reports 6i 'Printed Purchase Order Overview' (POXPRPOP)
so you don't actually need to customise the java part
only the reports 6i rdf that is called to generate the purchase order!
Here is the description of PO Output for Communication from the Users Guide:
    PO Output for Communication
The PO Output for Communication process creates an Adobe Portable
Document Format (PDF) of the purchase orders you specify. The PDF
version of purchase orders are an electronically viewable format that
you can share with your suppliers. Oracle Purchasing provides a
default layout which can be customized. See: Printed Purchase Order Overview: page 4 – 130.

  • Page number, in a table, in footer

    Hello,
I'm having an issue which I think might be a legitimate bug. Here's the probem:
    • I'm adding the dynamic "page number", into a table, that resides within the footer.
    • When the page number reaches double digits (10, 11, etc), the number displays as two digits, but the spacing is being treated like a single character.
So, when you hit "10" the zero overlaps any text that comes after the number. You can add extra spaces to make up for this issue, but then the previous, single digit, pages are all messed up. They have way to much spacing now.
I've tried everything I can think of and still can't get around this issue. Starting a brand new document, removing all formatting, etc. I'm hoping someone has run across this before and knows of a solution, or maybe an update to fix this in Pages (Fingers crossed..haha).
Any help or comments is appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Josh

    Hi Jerry,
I've saved a screen shot of my existing working document as well as a brand new blank document to show that it's not my styles that's causing the issue. You will notice that the "10" page number is overlapping the text that follows it. When you highlight the "10" only the "1" get's highlighted, which makes me think it's representing that number incorrectly as a single digit.

  • Vendor Master report with address, telephone number & email ID

    Dear All,
Kindly provide to me T Code for Vendor master report along with vendor address,Telephone number & email ID.
    Krajesh

Hi Rajesh .... in case customer require specific information, you can also try using sap queries (trust me it is not as difficult as it sounds but the results are just great ;-):
    queries
Table SZA1_D0100 have the following fields
    SMTP_ADDR (E-mail Address) ; TEL_NUMBER ; MOB_NUMBER ; FAX_NUMBER
    For address check table ADDR1_DATA
Common join should be Vendor among these 2 tables

  • I canu00B4t do a formatted search in a user table

Hye, I'm trying to do a formatted search over a user table using and I get the error -2006, why?
I use "report generator" and my selecc is :
    SELECT T0.U_grupo, T0.U_CODE
    FROM T0
    WHERE T0.U_grupo ='[%0]' FOR BROWSE
If I do the same with standar table ( e.j OITM),  all is right:
    SELECT T0.ItemCode, T0.ItemName
    FROM OITM T0
    WHERE T0.PrchseItem ='[%0]' FOR BROWSE
unless, with user tables no, whyyyy?
    thank´

I have seen this, though I don't have an official answer, I have my own theories.  SBO matches up the variable with the previous field name and looks up the description for that field.  The description for user fields is not stored in the same place as standard fields.
In a previous thread, named "SQL Syntax in SBO" (number 7144) another user showed a way to do dummy selects with the variables to get the names of standard fields.  Then the variables can be used for the real work.
That is awkward, and it limits you to the descriptions of standard fields.

  • Problem in identifying Customer with Telephone number in CTI

I am facing a challenge in the following scenario:
We are in the process of CTI integration, when we get inbound call alert from a mobile, the screen displays the number in a format like +9050XXXXXXX and for a landline number it shows +904XXXXXX. In the BP, we have maintained the numbers without 9, so when the call comes to ICWC, its not identifying the customer. My CTI vendor said the number 9 is defined in the PBX and if removed it will create other problems.
I have created a test data - BP with my extn no. (only extn. no not the complete landline number) if i call my agent id no from my extn no., ICWC is able to identify the customer. The alert shows +72085 which is my ext no. but there is no prefix of no. 9.
    My question is:
How can i adjust the search routine in SAP to search for the telephone number beginning with +9.
Is there any other alternative solution available for this. Any thoughts..

    Hello Kalees,
We had a similiar problem in one of ours CRM IC implementations, but since this particulary implementation we were using BCM we removed the numbers there.
But been searching and i think that the function used to indentify the call partner for the call it's BUPA_SEARCH_2(iv_telephone) think you can manipulate your telephone number there just for the identification, but the number showed in IC will still have the 9.
Don't know if this help , but try some debug perhaps this helps you get a solution(check class CL_CRM_MCM_SESSION).

  • 'Up-to-date program' wont accept UK telephone number?

    Hi
(apologies if this has been covered, i couldnt find a similiar thread)
I am trying to request the free 'up-to-date' mountain lion update for my retina MacBook however it is asking for my telephone numbe in US format when i'm from the UK and hence not letting me progress any further... any ideas of a solution?
    Thanks
    T

Not always - the old Mac Up to Date program required us to send for a disk from Apple and if you didn't supply all the information required or missed the cut off date you were SOL. If anything, this system is easier for most of us.
